Chapter 16
Truth Revealed
Miles and Miles away from the U.S.J was the town called Kamino Ward. This town was the home to many inhabitants and businesses.
People here went on with their daily lives without any worry for their safety because of the pro heroes that were around the vicinity.
But within the dark ally ways and crevices of kamino lied only evil and criminal activity. Drug deals, Muggings and even murder were found in the dark underworld of kamino. But deep within the city lied an abandoned bar, the bar had a row of different kind of drinks and beverages on a shelf behind the counter. A few old tables and chair were spread out across the bar, The lighting was low but bright enough that you could still see a monitor screen on one of the walls.
In the middle the of the bar a black and purple portal spawned in and out came Shigiraki landing on the ground with a pained cry. Blood leaked onto the floor out of his bullet wound that was on his leg. The portal evaporated before suddenly the warp villain kurogiri warped in from behind the counter. The villain took one of the glasses before beginning to clean it with a rag.
Kurogiri stared at Shigiraki who was breathing heavily still on the floor while continuing to clean the glass.
"Tomura?"
"ARRGGGG GODDAMMIT!!" Shigiraki suddenly shot up from the floor screaming as he then flipped over one of the tables
"WE WERE SO CLOSE!" Shigiraki screamed as he grabbed one of the stools nearby the counter before throwing it across the bar where it broke in two against the wall.
"MY NOMU HAD ALL MIGHT BY THE NECK!" Shigiraki continued as he threw another table
"BUT THAT RAT!" Shigiraki growled as he unknowingly threw a chair to kurogiri's direction, kurogiri had to warp out of the way before the chair was thrown into the shelf behind him where a couple of the glass bottle shattered and fell to the ground. A mess kurogiri would have to clean up later.
"THAT RAT CHEATED AND SOME HOW BEAT MY NOMU!"
Kurogiri sighed as he watched the leader of the league of villains continue his temper tantrum and trash their hideout. His glowing eyes glanced to the monitor on the wall but immediately widened when he saw it was on and active
"Tomura"
"WHEN I GET MY HANDS ON THAT RAT!" Shigiraki grabbed another stool but didn't realize he used his quirk on it and the stool instantly decayed and disintegrated
"Tomura!"
"I'LL RIP HIM APART!"
"TOMURA!"
"WHAT!" Shigiraki snapped towards kurogiri
"He's here.."
Shigiraki's eyes widened in fear before he turned towards the monitor on the wall and could see that it was on "M-Master?" Shigiraki stuttered
"Tomura…" A voice of a man came through the monitor, The voice had a dark tone to it, Both Shigiraki and even kurogiri developed a pit in their stomachs at the sound of the man
"I came by to see how the attack on U.A went" The man continued on
"But by the sound of your outburst…it seems your attack didn't quite go as planned." The man spoke softly but firm, Suddenly an second voice spoke through the monitor
"Yeah! What happened!? What happened to the nomu that the master and I created?" The second voice was older and more rough then the first
"Yes, why isn't the nomu with you tomura?" The first voice questioned
"Your nomu…..was effortlessly beaten master" Shigiraki hissed
"What?!? Beaten?! How is that possible? All might was supposed to have gotten weaker! And you said effortlessly?" The second voice exclaimed
"He was supposed too, tell us tomura…how did all might manage to defeat the nomu?" the first voice ordered
"Oh but that's the thing master…" Shigiraki cackled
"I never said that it was All Might who defeated nomu!"
"WHAT?! All might wasn't the one responsible?! If not then who and how?!" The second voiced yelled in shock
"It was because of that rat" Shigiraki spat with rage
"Rat? What are you talking about?" The second voice asked confused
"Master, with your permission, I can explain the series of events that took place at the U.S.J"kurogiri spoke
"Of course kurogiri, explain to us what happened" The first voice agreed gaining a nod from the warp villain
"The students of U.A were much more powerful and skilled than we had previously anticipated. We severely underestimated them. One had even managed to escape my grasp and got out of the facility" kurogiri started
"Go on"
"But their was one student that caught my eye"
"Wait, are you saying it was a student that defeated our nomu?!" The second voice said surprised
"That is a surprise, but I'm sure there is more to the story isn't there kurogiri?" The first voice guessed
"Yes..This student had the appearance of a blue anthropomorphic animal. A mutant type quirk. If I remember correctly I believe he referred to himself as a hedgehog"
"An hedgehog? Is this some kind of joke kurogiri? The first voice questioned
"I assure you master, it is not" kurogiri confirmed
"Despite the odd appearance, what really caught me off guard was this students ability to move at speeds no one including the nomu and even all might could match" Kurogiri explained
"This student is faster than all might!? How is that possible!?!" The second voice said stunned
"How...interesting" the first voice spoke
"The student took out most of our forces within minutes. And he did all of this in his normal state"
"Normal state?" The second voice said confused once again
"Care to explain?" The first voice asked
"Master…Th-This student.." kurogiri began
"Transformed"
"Transformed? What do you mean kurogiri?" The first voice questioned
"He means that rat cheated!" Shigiraki shouted
"You see..after the Hedgehog was injured by the nomu, the student suddenly displayed a new found power…a power that was even far greater than all mights" Kurogiri revealed
"Wh-what? What did you just say?" The first voice said in shock as while the second voice was in disbelief at what he was hearing
"The power…it was unlike anything I've ever seen. Just being near him I felt like gravity would crush me, I felt like the earth itself would swallow me whole" Kurogiri said while Shigiraki clenched his fists at his words
"His appearance changed from blue to a blinding gold, and he somehow gained new quirks"
"New quirks!?" The second voice yelled in shock
"Kurogiri…" The first voice muttered dangerously
"What exactly were these quirks this student gained?"
"From what I saw master…His strength and already immense speed was enhanced greatly, he could also now fly and could even teleport." Kurogiri said which had made the two voices and Shigiraki quiet
"But the nomu…..The nomu couldn't even land a scratch on him like before. It was almost like he was…….Invincible" Kurogiri stated which made Shigiraki begin to scratch his neck in rage
"And I'm going to assume the nomu was shortly defeated after that by this…hedgehog correct?" The first voice guessed
"Yes…" kurogiri quietly said before he quickly remembered something
"Their is something else I saw that peaked my interest about this hedgehog"
"Oh? Please kurogiri do tell" The first voice spoke enthusiastically
"When the student…"transformed". There were these strange….gemstones floating around him. Each one a different color from another" Kurogiri stated which Shigiraki widened his eyes at
"Gemstones?" The second voice said confused
"Yes….I remember seeing those rocks" Shigiraki said dryly
"They were around him before that rat teleported behind me"
"I believe the source of that students new found power came from those…emeralds" Kurogiri stated
"So the rat used some pathetic artifacts to boost his power…" Shigiraki thought thinking this whole thing was a video game still
"My….How fascinating" The first voice spoke with curiosity and wonder
"Kurogiri, you wouldn't happen to have caught the name of this student would you?"
The warp villain was about to answer before Shigiraki spoke
"All might said his name was…"Sonic"…"
"Sonic…" The first voice repeated
"Master?" The second voice asked
"For now we lay low and let the storm above pass over" The first voice stated
"And then from the shadows we will watch and observe this "sonic" as well as the rest of his class to learn as much as we can"
"But master…U.A will have definitely upgraded their security and defenses after our attack, how will we even get in?" Shigiraki questioned
"Oh tomura…Don't you have it marked on your calendar? The U.A sports festival happens in two weeks time from now!"
"Despite today, U.A will still hold this festival so they can show off their prized students to the world. And to show how great heroes they are for pitting children against themselves" The first voice mocked
"With the festive we wont even need to take a single step into U.A"
"Even with todays defeat we have learned many new things and perhaps forced something extraordinary out of hiding" The first voice said
"For now me and my associate must stay hidden, but you both will continue to represent my face as the league of villains"
"Tomura, gather as many as you can to join our cause, and take all the time you need" The first voice said before the monitor turned off
"Of course….Master"
The U.S.J was quickly surrounded by Musutafu's police force. Dozens of armored police trucks and police cruisers had villains in hand cuffs lined up to be put in with officers in full body armor on stand by.
Detective Tsukauchi had come the moment he had heard what had happened. He was currently with Aizawa checking on Class 1-A to see if any of them had major injuries but was relieved when there weren't any.
"Alright, Everyone seems to be unharmed" Tsukauchi said with a smile
"Thank god" Aizawa said with a sigh
"I just want to say you all handled yourselves well in this situation, I hope today made you realize just how deadly villains are in person. And I also hope you'll use this experience to further work harder in my class" Aizawa stated
"Is he seriously giving a lesson right now?" The whole class thought
"But non-the-less I'm proud of you all"
"But Mr. Aizawa! What about 13?" Mina asked worried
"There's no need to worry" Tsukauchi smiled
"Despite some pretty bad lacerations to the back. 13 will pull through good as new!" Tsukauchi said bringing a sigh of relief to the whole class
"All might is good as well, he's in the nurses office as of right now, recovery girl should be all he needs"
The whole class relaxed as they began conversing with each other on todays event. The invisible girl hagukure was explaining how she was with todoroki and how he froze all the villains instantly while the red and white haired boy didn't even know she was there while kaminari was telling everyone how he and Tokayami were fighting off all of their villains.
But eventually their talks all led to one thing.
To the one anomaly that was apart of their class. Most of the classes heads turned to the blue hedgehog that was sitting alone and away from the class on the curb with his back turned to them.
"Hey Sero" the sugar quirk user sato whispered
"Is it true sonic really punched a villain through the roof of the U.S.J?"
"Huh? Yeah man! it was wicked awesome!"
"But it was also kind of frightening " Tsuyu cut in
"Who knew sonic had that kind of power in him *ribbit*"
Bakugo who was near heard this and scoffed, he looked toward the alone hedgehog and narrowed his eyes. His mind flashed back to the events prior. He pictured that golden aura around sonic, as well as those crimson eyes. He remembered the pressure of power coming from him, he remembered the beatdown sonic gave to that weird monster villain. All of this only left the blond confused and mad.
"Just what was that shit that the blue mouse pulled back there?! Where the hell did all that power come from?!" Bakugo screamed mentally
Izuku Midoriya looked towards his friend with uncertainty. The green haired boy was confused about everything that just happened. He had become good friends with sonic for a good week now, and not to mention sonic and his brother knew his secret. But it seemed sonic has secrets of his own. And his brother…Maurice, did he have any idea of this as well? Any connection?
Midoriya knew the rest of the class was whispering to each other about sonic some being positive while others not so much, Izuku then made a decision in his mind that nobody else has done yet as he walked towards sonic
And that was too talk to his friend
A lot was going through Sonic's mind right now. He had no idea what was about to happen from here on out. Sonic had to use the emeralds to protect his friends but at the same time lost any chance of returning home. And sonic didn't know what his friends thought of him now, he knew they were whispering about him behind his back but didn't know if it was anything good or not.
"Now what am I going to do….The chaos emeralds could be anywhere in this city or even all of Japan! What if someone else finds the emeralds before I even get the chance to look for them? What if those villains do?! What if that guy with all those hands finds them before I do?!" Sonic mentally feared
Sonic continued to think while sighing before he felt someone sit next to him. Sonic looked up to find Midoriya giving him a small smile.
"H-Hey sonic, how are you holding up?"
"Oh hey Midoriya..I'm doing fine" Sonic shrugged
"You?"
"I'm doing alright, I'm still feeling an adrenaline rush from those villains!" Midoriya gave a small laugh
"Heh, yeah me too…" Sonic gave a awkward chuckle
Both then became silent and they just continued sitting as the last of the villains were beginning to be put in the back of the police trucks. But the obvious question was dying to come out of Midoriya's mouth.
"Sonic….What..did you do back there?" Izuku finally asked receiving a sigh from sonic
"It's a lot.." Sonic began
"Right now isn't the best time to say anything but I promise I'll tell you everything when the time is right" Sonic stated
"O-Okay! I understand, Just so you know I might have a lot of questions"' Midoriya laughed which made sonic give a chuckle as well
"And I'll be ready for them"'Sonic smiled
"Okay everyone line up on the bus, will be heading back to the main campus. Your parents have already been informed and will be picking you up. School has been canceled for the rest of today." Aizawa announced
Everyone then began to get on the bus and in an orderly fashion thanks to iida. Sonic was last in line behind Midoriya but before he could get on Aizawa stopped him.
"Sonic..A word please"
Sonic gulped as he stared at Aizawa for a second before he glanced at Izuku who was staring at him. The green haired boy nodded before he got on. Both sonic and Aizawa then walked behind the bus to talk
"Look..teach, I can ex-"
"Stop"
Sonic stopped talking as Aizawa put his hand up while rubbing his face tiredly
"Because you went against my orders today I should expel you just for that" Aizawa coldly said which made sonic wince
"But I'm not….Look I don't know what that was back there that you pulled or why my quirk didn't work on you but…"
"Thank you"
Sonic looked shocked at what he heard, he thought he was about to get interrogated or even chewed out but instead he got a thank you?"
"Wait, you're thanking me?" sonic said which made Aizawa groan
"Don't make me say it twice, now get on that bus before I really do expel you"
"You got it teach! And you're welcome!" Sonic smirked as he got onto the bus. Aizawa only shook his head tiredly with a sigh before he got on himself
The bus ride back was to say….awkward, no one spoke the entire ride back to campus and when they got back, terrified parents eventually came and picked everyone up. Sonic had even seen Midoriya's mom crying and wailing as she hugged her son tightly, while Izuku only looked embarrassed. She was a short plump women while having green eyes and hair just like her son.
Sonic chuckled as he then went to find his past self. When sonic did they both decided to go to recovery girls room to check up on toshinori. On the way there Sonic explained to classic sonic every thing that happened at the U.S.J and on how he used the emeralds.
Classic sonic was certainly surprised at what he heard but patted his future selfs shoulders when he apologized for using the emeralds to show he didn't blame his older self. Classic sonic would have done the same thing if it was his class.
When both Sonic's arrived recovery girl had told them no one could come in but when toshinori heard that it was sonic he persuaded her. The Sonics entered the room and became worried to find toshinori sitting up on his bed with multiple layers of bandages wrapped around his torso. Some being dyed red from the blood. His already messy blond hair was even more messy and disorganized
"Young sonic..Maurice how are you both holding up?" Toshinori coughed
"I should be asking you that toshi!" Sonic exclaimed
"I-I'm fine don't worry about me, it only hurts a little bit" Toshinori gestured to the bandages which classic sonic frowned at while recovery girl shook her head
"I…Doubt that tosh…you…you almost died back there" Sonic said reluctantly
"Maybe….But you almost did too young sonic" Toshinori replied which made Sonic stiffen
Toshinori sighed before he looked towards recovery girl
"Recovery girl..would you give us a moment?" Toshinori asked receiving a silent nod from the nurse
"Of course, I have to run down to the faculty room anyway…take care you three." Recovery girl have a small smile as she walked out the door. Toshinori then turned back to sonic
"When I saw that monster punch you into the water…..I thought i lost you..thought I failed at protecting you and the rest of the class…..I thought I just proved that villain right.." Toshinori spoke as his eyes watered. Sonic only looked at the ground with his eyes closed while classic Sonic looked at toshinori with a saddened expression
"Even though you are capable of protecting yourself and that you turned out okay in the end….I still failed at the one thing I've wanted to do all my life." Toshinori started to choke up
"To save everyone"
"Even back at that sludge villain..If you and young Maurice weren't there that day…Then I don't know what would of happened to young Midoriya…He could of been another victim of evil I failed to save from…the same with young Bakugo"
"After todays fight I feel my power slipping away even faster than before…."
"P-Perhaps I'm not the symbol of peace the whole world thinks I am….Perhaps my master chose wrong"
The room becomes quiet after that..Toshinori only stared down at the white sheets covering his legs. Seconds of only silence passed before it was broken
"That's not true toshie…" toshinori looked back up at sonic
"What happened back there wasn't your fault…I knew what I was getting myself into when i was facing those villains." Sonic stated
"Facing bad guys and getting hurt is nothing new to me….to us" Sonic motioned to classic sonic who nodded his head while toshinori only stayed quiet
"You claim your not the symbol of peace you think you are…" Sonic began
"But me and my younger self have been on this world long enough to see the impact you've left on it." Sonic stated
"And toshie no…All Might..You are more than just a symbol of peace..."
"Your a symbol of hope.."
"Of justice"
"Happiness"
"And humanity.."
Classic sonic smiled at his future selfs words. If he could talk he would also be saying something along Sonic's words. Toshinori only looked at sonic in awe at his words as a single tear fell down his sunken cheek
"Toshie you told us your master chose you to be the next wielder of one for all…She chose you because she saw the good in you and the will you have for wanting to be a hero despite having no quirk." Sonic said which made toshinori gasp
"Well i'd like to stick to her choice and say she chose right!" Sonic exclaimed
Classic sonic nodded in agreement before he turned to toshinori with a smile. Toshinori was lost at words. He didn't know what to say
"Y-Young sonic…Maurice..Thank you both..so much!"
"Of course Toshie! It's what us heroes do!"
Before toshinori could reply, the door to the room opened. The three of them turned their heads to find Izuku standing in the door way
"Young Midoriya?"
"Midoriya? I thought you went home with your mother?" Sonic asked surprised
"I-I told her to wait for about 10 minutes..I wanted to check up on all might" Midoriya said as he turned to his mentor
"All Might…Is it true you think that? Do you really think your master chose wrong?" Izuku asked
Toshinori's eyes widened realizing Izuku heard everything. He gave a small sigh before speaking
"I did think that at first, but that was before young sonic here knocked some sense into me" toshinori responded which made sonic laugh
"Yeah I wasn't about to let you knock yourself down like that" sonic replied
"Good.."Midoriya said
"All might you've been a inspiration to me all my life…I practically worshipped you..I wanted to be just like you.."
"Everyone in our class.. this school.. We all look up to you..So please…Don't ever say anything like that again." Midoriya pleaded
"Okay okay fanboy I promise I won't. Toshinori promised waving his hands before turning to the two blue hedgehogs.
"Well boys. Now that the U.S.J crisis is over. What are we going to do about the chaos emeralds?" Toshinori asked
Sonics eyes widened while classic sonic had a look of surprise on his face. Sonic's eyes immediately traveled to Izuku who had a look of confusion on his face.
"Chaos emeralds?" Izuku repeated confused before his eyes widened as he turned to sonic
"Wait! Were those the strange gemstones that were around you and what saved Mr. Aizawa back at the U.S.J?!" Midoriya questioned
Sonic stared at Izuku before glancing towards toshinori who nodded his head.
"Midoriya…you better take a seat. This is gonna be a long story."
"So your….. him…just from the past" Izuku spoke towards classic sonic while pointing at sonic who nodded
"And your him…just from the future?" Izuku then pointed at classic sonic while speaking to sonic who also nodded
"Yup, pretty much the gist of it."
Both Sonic's had told everything to Izuku. They both explained how they weren't actually brothers but the same person. They told him how they came from another universe entirely from a world that doesn't have quirks on it. They explained the events on how they both got here with the time eater and the eggmen and how they defeated them by using the chaos emeralds but had also gotten sent to his world.
To say Izuku was shocked was an understatement. Other worlds? Universes? Time Monsters? It was like something out of a science fiction novel. But in the world he lived in. The world he grew up in. Nothing really seemed impossible anymore
"I know this may be hard to comprehend or even believe young Midoriya, but I had detective Tsukauchi confirm everything the Sonic's had said with his truth quirk" Toshinori stated which seemed to stun Midoriya
"I-I guess this e-explains some things…It explains why Sonic's and…Sonic's appearance and qui- I mean powers are similar.." Midoriya explained
"It's not because you both are brothers. It's because you both are the exact same person! Just from different points in time!" Izuku exclaimed
"Y-Yeah! your spot on Midoriya!" Sonic complimented
"And these "Chaos Emeralds"…Just from today they certainly were powerful, more powerful then any quirk on earth…"
"including one for all" Midoriya said glancing at all might who confirmed his suspicion by nodding his head
"And you said you defeated the "time eater" with the emeralds power. You said that monster was destroying space and time back in your world" Midoriya gulped
"Yes..Us and are friends had to use the chaos emeralds a lot to protect are world from a lot of powerful evils" Sonic stated making Midoriya shiver
"And with power like that…No doubt the villains here wouldn't pass up the chance to obtain it." Midoriya said terrified while toshinori nodded his head
"It's why I wanted to keep the emeralds a secret from as much people as possible…even from you." Toshinori said with sad eyes
"I'm sorry if this breaks any trust you had in me young Midoriya"
"O-Oh! No! Of course not All might! I-I completely understand why you had to keep this a secret from me!" Midoriya exclaimed frantically waving his hands in the air which made the two Sonics snicker
"I-I just have so many questions!" Midoriya exclaimed turning to the two Sonics
"Like what is your world like? How are you both so fast if you don't have a quirk? Can anyone use the chaos emeralds? Can someone quirkless use its power? Someone with a quirk? If so how would it affect their quirk? Would it strengthen it? Or would it change it completely? How long can someone be in the super form? What about~~~~~~~" Izuku then began to mutter a ton of questions incomprehensible to the three ears
"Should have saw that coming…" Sonic and toshinori thought in unison while classic Sonic scratched his head appalled at the mumbling boy.
"Um young Midoriya, Didn't you say your mother was waiting on you? You should probably get back to her soon before she starts to get worried" Toshinori said which brought Izuku out of his rambling
"Oh crap! I completely forgot! I have to go! Bye All might! And bye sonic! And Mau- I mean Sonic!" Midoriya yelled as he ran out the door
The three laughed. For sonic he felt good that someone else finally knew the truth and had some understanding of it.
"So now young Midoriya knows the truth and seems to believe us….Let's just hope the U.A faculty believes us as easily as he did" Toshinori stated
"Huh? The U.A faculty?" Sonic asked while classic Sonic tilted his head at toshinori
"Well young sonic we have to give them some type of explanation after today's events"
"School will be canceled for the next couple of days so principal Nezu has requested a conference meeting in two hours to go over what happened ." Toshinori explained
"And you young sonic are required to be there…to explain yourself and you young Maurice because you are his "brother"." Toshinori revealed
"Aw man…Well I guess we don't have any choice huh younger me?" Sonic said receiving a shrug
"But don't worry you two. I'll be there as well to help explain everything." Toshinori assured making the two Sonics smile
"Thanks Toshie"
2 hours later
Toshinori and the two Sonic's were standing outside the doors to the conference room. Where on the other side were many pro heroes they had to explain the truth too.
"So Toshie, how do you think this will go?" Sonic asked
"To be honest young sonic, i don't have any idea"
Just then the doors opened to reveal the principle of U.A. Nezu. Both sonics had seen him before but seeing him up close was surprising. Nezu seemed to be a combination of a white dog, bear….and mouse? He was shorter than classic sonic and had a mouse like head having circular black eyes with a scar over the right one. He had dog paws for hands and was wearing a black waisted vest with a red tie.
"Ah All Might! It's nice to see you doing well after todays attack!" Nezu exclaimed
"Thank you Nezu, We have a lot to discuss" toshinori replied
"Yes Yes will began shortly" Nezu waved before turning to sonic
"And your sonic! It's a pleasure to finally meet you!" Nezu smiled as he shook his hands
"O-Oh it's nice to meet you too sir" Sonic replied surprised at how Formal the small principle was
"And you must be Sonic's younger brother Maurice!" Nezu said shaking classics sonic hand
"I must say it's nice to talk to someone with the same eye level as me! Especially from one mammal to another!" Nezu laughed while classic sonic only blinked at the principles Joke
"Well gentlemen we have much talking to do"
"Come! Come!" Nezu gestured forward
As the trio entered the room, multiple pairs of eyes landed on them. The room was big enough to fit the long table that had the U.A logo in the middle with multiple chairs. And at the back wall from the entrance of the room was a TV screen that was also branding the logo. Sonic scanned the room with his eyes which instantly landed on Aizawa.
"Oh boy…" sonic thought
The Sonics looked at the heroes present, Classic sonic immediately recognized the voice hero present mic with his tall blond hair and orange shades. There was a feminine hero sitting across from Aizawa which made the Sonic's appalled at what she was wearing. She wore a tight white and black spandex suit that showed off her curves and body as well as a red belt with a gold buckle. She had on high heels as well as translucent thigh high stocking garments which showed off her legs. The heroine wore a small red mask that outlined her blue eyes. Her dark purple hair was long and thick that went down to her waist. She also appeared to be wearing….handcuffs? On her wrists
Sitting next to Aizawa seemed to be a living breathing cement brick with small eyes while wearing a Maroon colored suit. Next to the heroine was a strange looking hero who was covered by the trench coat he was wearing except for the helmet that he wore which covered his entire head except for the off putting teeth which you could see.
The final person in the room wore much like that of a gunslinger you would see in an old western movie. He wore a cowboy hat with a metallic plate at the front. A large S was stamped on it. He also wore a gas mask covering his face while short blue dreadlocks were poking out at the back of his head. He wore a long red cloak on his shoulders that covered most of his body but sonic was sure he caught a glimpse of a few guns around his waist. Toshinori sat next to Aizawa before sonic and classic sonic sat next to him. A small cough from Nezu gained everyone's attention.
"Now that we're all here, we can finally discuss the events that took place today at the U.S.J" Nezu then looked at Aizawa
"Aizawa" Nezu said before Aizawa stood up from his chair
"Earlier today, I and the pro hero 13 took class 1A to the U.S.J to conduct a disaster and rescue training simulation" Aizawa began
"Before we could start however dozens of villains infiltrated the facility through a warp type quirk and cut off any communication outside before they attacked Myself, 13 and the class." Aizawa continued
"The attack was definitely planned. They were just too many villains for it to be random attack" The hero with the trench coat stated which Aizawa nodded at
"Their main goal however was too kill All Might" Aizawa revealed making the heroes gasp and toshinori grimace
"Are you serious Aizawa?" The feminine hero said in shock
"I am Midnight, When i was fighting the supposed leader of this "League of Villains" he let it slip multiple times that they were there to kill him" Aizawa stated which shocked the heroes
"Their secret weapon… That "nomu" beast was what they planned to use to kill all might" Aizawa said
"Wait..that wouldn't happen to be that thing the police appended outside the U.S.J right shota?" Present mic asked receiving a nod from the erasure hero
"And the villains would have had succeeded in their plan too…." Aizawa began before he turned to sonic
"If it wasn't for sonic here.." All eyes then landed on sonic who only sat frozen in his seat, the same with classic sonic who sat in feared anticipation, toshinori gulped as nervous sweat dripped down his forehead.
"And so we now arrive at the anomaly in the room" Nezu sipped on some of his tea
"Sonic..would you like to explain to all of us on how you defeated that nomu was it? And perhaps on why you were suddenly glowing and could fly?"
Sonic sighed before he nodded his head a
"What you all saw was me in a state called the super form" Sonic stated
"Super form?" The gun hero repeated while sonic nodded his head
"It's a state of transformation that enhances my physical capabilities and even grants me new special abilities" Sonic continued
"And how did you enter this "Super form" sonic?" The feminine hero known as midnight asked
"To achieve the super form you have to acquire seven unique gemstones otherwise know as the Chaos Emeralds" Sonic revealed which seemed to shock everyone in the room
"Chaos emeralds? What the heck is that?" Present mic raised a brow before Aizawa's eyes widened
"Those emeralds you used to heal my injuries back at the U.S.J…Those were the "chaos emeralds" you're referring to aren't they?" Aizawa realized which sonic smirked at
"Bingo teach!" Sonic exclaimed making the pro heroes gasp
"Like I said before their are seven chaos emeralds in total and they can grant the user insane amounts of power which was how i was able to beat the living daylights out of big bird back there." Sonic chuckled
"They give many different types of abilities like enhanced strength, speed, invulnerability, time manipulation, energy manipulation , teleportation, the list goes on really!" Sonic exclaimed
"Th-This is unbelievable…Emeralds that are capable of giving quirks to people?!" The hero ectoplasm questioned
"It's insane…" The pro hero cementoss mumbled
"No one really knows where the chaos emeralds came from, some believe they've been around for eons" Sonic explained making the pro heroes even more stunned
"T-That's rad and all but how come none of us have ever heard of these chaos emeralds until now?" Present mic asked
"Well my friend that question is quite simple…It's because they aren't from this world!" Sonic revealed
"More specifically….They're from our world!" Sonic exclaimed putting an arm around classic sonic
The heroes could only stare at sonic with shocked expressions. Nezu chirped at the reveal
"Sonic, are you implying that you and Maurice are from a different world?"
"That's right I am!" Sonic threw a thumbs up while toshinori put a hand to his face
"Do you really expect us to believe that sonic?" Aizawa questioned annoyed
But before sonic could answer there was a knock at the door.
"Oh right! How could I forget?" Nezu said as he got up to answer the door
"All Might had requested we invite one more person to our little meeting" Nezu opened the door to reveal detective Tsukauchi who smiled and took off his hat as he walked in.
"Hello everyone sorry I'm late" Tsukauchi said as he nodded to all might and the two blue hedgehogs
"It's nice to you both again after the last time we met at the station. But it seems the cat is finally out of the bag Huh?" Tsukauchi said as he looked at Aizawa
"Aizawa"
"Detective" Aizawa nodded back while toshinori stood up
"I have asked detective Tsukauchi to join us so that he can prove everything in young Sonic's story to be true" toshinori said
"Wait, you knew about this All might?!" Midnight asked stunned
"I did…..Ever since the young Sonic's arrived to our world I have given them food and shelter" Toshinori said crossing his arms
"I did become curious when I noticed that Sonic and Maurice's listed address on their documents was the same as your all might but I never pushed you on why" Nezu claimed
"But I never would have never thought it would be because of something like this!" Nezu chuckled
"Wait…you said sonic with a S at the end? Like there is more than one sonic present..What do you mean by that all might?" Ectoplasm caught on
"That's because Maurice here isn't actually my younger brother, he's actually myself just from the past! Which means he's Sonic as well!"Sonic explained while gesturing to classic Sonic who waved at the heroes who were in disbelief at what they heard
"WHAT?!" Almost all the heroes in the room yelled in shock, they all immediately turned to Tsukauchi who confirmed it with his quirk before they all fell comedically
"B-B-But how is something like t-that even possible?!?" Present mic stuttered
"Sonic here has all the answers to your questions, and you better listen well because he has quite the story to tell you all" Tsukauchi chuckled
Just like with Midoriya Sonic explained everything he could with classic sonic while toshinori backed them up and Tsukauchi confirmed everything with his quirk to the baffled pro heroes. Sonic told them everything about how they and the chaos emeralds came from a world without quirks. They explained how they got here with the events of the time eater and how the eggmen wanted to rule their world with its power. Both Sonic's had to explain just how dangerous these eggmen could be. After the Sonic's finished their story the heroes were left stunned at what they heard.
"My..what a fascinating story" Nezu sipped on his tea
"All of this is insane" Aizawa muttered
"Who knew one of my students happened to be some inter dimensional being"
"It's like something out of a fairytale" Midnight said as she rubbed her forehead
"So what..Does this technically mean your both are aliens or something?" The pro hero snipe questioned
"I guess so" Sonic shrugged
"I have met my fair share of aliens back on my world" Sonic revealed
"Of course he did…" The heroes thought in unison not even surprised anymore
"This does answer a question of mine though" Aizawa said aloud
"Huh?" Sonic said in confusion
"Back at the U.S.J when I tried to use my quirk on you and it didn't work, I thought i was just crazy. But this explains it" Aizawa said
"My Erasure quirk couldn't erase yours because you don't have a quirk to erase in the first place.."
"Your speed is as natural to you as your arms and eyes" Aizawa concluded while midnight nodded
"It also answers one of my questions as well" Midnight stated with a smile
"Back when I saw you both at the U.A entrance exam I had thought you two looked familiar" Midnight explained
"But when you mentioned the part where you just arrived to our world and fought that sludge villain in your story I quickly remembered something" Midnight claimed
"A couple of months ago when I had just stopped your every day mugger. I had received a distress call that a villain was attacking a market district and had someone hostage"
"When I arrived however I had found that the villain was already defeated and the three heroes nearby were surrounding these two blue adorable little fuzballs" Midnight laughed
Both Sonic's stared at midnight confused before sonic began to think back to that moment. His eyes widened as he remembered hearing someone before he and classic sonic were put asleep by that pink gas.
"Well aren't you two little fuzballs adorable..."
"Wait a second….the pink gas! That was you!" Sonic exclaimed while classic sonic looked at midnight in shock
"Guilty as charged" Midnight winked at the two hedgehogs
"This reunion is nice and all…" Cementoss mumbled
"But what about the chaos emeralds? Where did they go?" Cementoss questioned only to be met back with a shrugg from sonic
"Who knows…Whenever someone uses the emeralds to go super. The moment they exit the form, the chaos emeralds split and take off in different directions!" Sonic explained
"Perfect…Not only could these gemstones be any where but theirs a chance a civilian or worse a villain would stumble across one of them" Aizawa grumbled
"Will have to put out a alert to all pro heroes in Japan then to be on the look out for any emeralds laying on the ground" Nezu stated before he looked at both Sonic's
"Sonic's….Im not blaming either of you, but you both have unintentionally brought a new power to this world unlike anything this super human society has seen before." Nezu stated while the Sonics only listened
"And now that the leader of the villains who attacked today saw that power he may now be after it."
"We must do anything in our power to retrieve those chaos emeralds before any villain does first" Nezu said sipping his tea once more
"For the greater good"
"But for now this meeting is officially over. It was nice to finally getting to know who you really are sonic and past sonic" Nezu chirped
Toshinori sighed out of relief knowing everyone took the truth well. But then another thought came to his mind
"Nezu! What about class 1A? What should we tell them about all this?"
"Ah yes…hmm what should we do.." Nezu pondered before he turned to Aizawa
"Aizawa it is your class we're talking about here, you know them better than any of us do. What do you think?" Aizawa stayed quiet in thought before eventually turning to sonic
"Well Nezu it's like you said, we should leave that up to the person who knows his classmates best. I'm only their teacher after all. If sonic wants to tell them the truth or not…I say why not"
"Sounds good to me teach!" Sonic smiled
"Well I guess that settles it then, school will be back in session in a couple of days, until then we need to figure a way to upgrade our security. But for the rest of today you're all free to go!" Nezu exclaimed as everyone got up to leave
"See you in class soon sonic, make sure you study over this small break" Aizawa tiredly said
"Nice meeting you too Maurice..or sonic as well" Aizawa scratched his head while mumbling about how confusing this all was
"See what I mean?" Sonic pointed a thumb at his teacher while classic sonic snickered
"Come on young Sonic's, let's get going home..it's been a long day" Toshinori yawned
"I'll say" Sonic replied as the trio walked down the halls
