Slipping the gloves onto her hands, Lucy looked down at the thing that had just caused meaningless deaths and destruction. "This is why we need to avoid people…so shit like this doesn't happen. Damn idiots. They should have never messed with Natsu" she thought unaware of the dark expression on her face that everyone else saw but said nothing "I get what she's feeling…stupid fucking people.

"We just need to get some good distance between us and those people then I'll talk to her" Natsu thought as he motioned for everyone to pick up the pace seeing the sun go down. "We'll find a place to set up camp for the night then in the morning, we will begin the search for it" "The search for what?" they all asked him. Still aggravated , he turned his head and said "finding our place. Where we can stop running from these fucking people."

Done answering, he turned his head back, leaning it down and began walking again. "Does he mean a new home?. Is daddy going to find us a new home?" she wondered as Happy popped up beside her. "Are you alright Iggy?. I didn't get a chance to ask you earlier but are you okay?" Concerned, he was glad to relieve some when he saw a smile appear on her face.

"I'm good Happy. Mommy and daddy are still here and mommy got what she went to the store for." It shocked him with how calm she was with her explanation.

"She's changing, that's for sure. She's not shaking like she was days ago. But that's good. Out here, we need it. I just hope she doesn't change too much. Natsu and Lucy already have. More than I ever thought..it's not their fault though. That stupid cult has done this to them. Them and all these other people. It might be a good thing if we don't go back to the guild. Not sure Erza and others would even recognize these two now"

Thinking to himself, he kept quiet as just before nightfall, Natsu found a spot with a big enough clearing in the trees for them to set up camp for the night. Quick as they could, Natsu and Lucy set up the tent before they ran out of light.

Exhausted, they slumped down onto their sleeping bags. "Natsuuu" she called lazily. "Whaaaat" he answered. "How much further are we going to go until we find a place?" Dragging himself over to her, he wrapped his arms around her and pulled her into his chest. "I'm not sure Luce. I'm hoping not too much further because I don't want to keep dragging you guys all around the place" he muttered closing his hand into a fist.

"I'm determined to find a place for us . Where we can raise Iggy in peace. ..and where you and I can finally rest. Not to mention where those sons of bitches can't find us." Hearing his conviction, she smiled at him and put her free hand over his fist.

"Don't worry Natsu..I know you'll find it" Looking down at her, longing came over him as he grabbed her face and brought it to him giving her a deep kiss. Her body twitched to his touch, feeling the desire, she wrapped her hands around his neck deepening the kiss.

Catching a sneak peak, Happy kept Nashi pointed away letting them enjoy their moment in peace. "They deserve at least one moment of bliss and happiness" "I love you Lucy" "I love you too Natsu" Planting kissed on her neck, he gently brought his hand down to her clit caressing it causing her to release small moans.

"You enjoying that baby?" he asked softly. Nodding her head, she closed her eyes returning to the bliss she was enjoying. Pleased, he smiled leaning down and putting kisses on her stomach. Knowing Nashi was there, and they couldn't go all the way, they stopped as Natsu came back up giving her another deep, loving kiss then laid down pulling her back into him.

"Thank you Natsu" "Baby,..you don't have to thank me for that. I love you and will always want to keep you happy. I'm just sorry I couldn't do more for you" Picking her hand up, he kissed it and set it back down. "Let's get some sleep" he said then felt his heart skip a beat.

The starlight gleamed in Lucy's eyes making his heart feel like it wanted to burst out of love and joy for what he felt for her. She had turned on her side. Quietly, he looked over but was disappointed when he saw she was still awake.

"Luce, baby..try to get some sleep" "Right, as if your going to sleep" she whispered smartly to him then heard a grumble. He sat up and moved his sleeping bag to where he could see if anything had approached as Lucy did the same. Not surprised he shook his head and helped her move the bag closer. "So don't want to take a chance do you?" Lucy whispered.

"No, until we find a place to sleep, no chance in hell of that happening. Besides, I can't sleep if I tried, since my body has gotten used to not sleeping" "Mine too. I just.." "Luce, you don't have to explain" he nodded understanding seeing her look at Nashi. "We'll find a place Lucy, I promise" "I know you will" She laid her head in his lap while he put an arm around her and together they looked up at the stars for the night and watched the sun peek over the horizon. They didn't have to wait long as Nashi lifted her head up rubbing her eyes.

"Morning baby girl" greeted Lucy holding her hands out to her. With a giggle bringing joy to their ears, she walked over sleepily to Natsu and Lucy. "Did you get good sleep Iggy?" Natsu asked giving her a kiss on her cheek. "Yes I did.. but daddy, it looks like you and mommy didn't" "Ehh, don't worry about that. We're fine Iggy" reassuring her, her ran a hand through her hair ruffling it making Nashi squirm.

"Dadddy" she squeaked annoyed putting her hands on her head as Lucy gently ran her fingers through Nashi's hair patting it back down.

Stretching his arms out, Natsu looked out over the water. The sun gleamed through the trees hitting the water making rainbows appear on the surface.

"Naatsu" he turned to soft calling of his name to Lucy waving at him to come back. "I'm coming" Nashi put her pack on her back as Natsu came back up. "Everyone ready to go then?" "Yup" "Alright, let's get going. Off to find our place"

"Hopefully we may be actually able to find a place today." Lucy held onto that thought with her all might. Trekking through the woods, they walked through muddy deep holes, jumped over logs, the trees provided shading from the sun, they walked until they came upon a mountain.

"Natsu, we need to stop" Tilting her head, Natsu could see she was talking about Nashi who looked like she could fall over. "I hear you" he whispered swinging his bag over, he pulled out a piece of the mountain lion and handed to Iggy. "Natsu, how the heck did you save that?" asked Lucy. "Come on Luce, you think I didn't know how to save meat. You remember I was going on jobs before I met you right? How else do you think I survived going out with Happy sometimes. Believe me, it wasn't because I lived off fish" "Hey!" "Sorry buddy, truth hurts" with an amused smirk, he watched Happy cross his arms.

"Ahh, come off it Happy, I was just joking. You know that" Finishing off the last of her food, Nashi nudged Happy in the arm making him smile. "Yeah, your right, okay, we ready to keep going then?" he said feeling hyped.

"That's a huge mountain Natsu, I'm not even sure we have the right footwear to climb that" " Ahh, we'll be fine Luce, besides I'll catch ya if we start to fall , you know that." "I know that Natsu, let's get going , come on Iggy" Giving her a slight push forward , she grabbed a rock and started to climb up. Climbing after her, Natsu kept one of his hands out to make sure she didn't fall back.

"You know I could just fly us up there" "Shut it Happy" "What I'm just saying" "Uh huh, sure" Lucy sniped watching him fly up. Annoyed ,she went to grab for a rock when it slipped tripping her causing her to fall "LUCY!" His fear gripping him seeing her fall.

"LUUUCYY" "HAAAPPPPYYY" she felt herself getting closer and closer to the ground. "NASH, STAY HERE, I ..DAMN IT!" he shouted, feeling completely helpless. He had to make sure Nashi didn't fall with her. "I GOT YOU LUCY" Rushing past Natsu and Nashi, he reached his paws out and just before her body slammed into the ground snatched her up and flew back up to Natsu and Nashi.

"Mommy!" Happy gently let her down as Natsu quickly put his arms around her. "Are you alright baby?" he asked hugging her tight. Completely in shock, she leaned into Natsu and put her hands around his waist crying. " " Lowering himself down, he gently put his hands on her cheeks putting his forehead to hers. "I'm here baby, I'm right here, I promise" "Mommy" she walked over and put her head on Lucy's lap rubbing her leg. "Lucy"

"Thank you Happy" she muttered softly. "Natsu was protecting Nashi, if it wasn't for you, I."

"No need to finish Lucy" he said walking over and giving her a hug. Grabbing him, she raised him to where his head was touching her shoulder. Tears wetted his fur as she gripped him tight. After a few more minutes went by, she was ready to go and they went back to climbing up the mountain. An hour went by before they took a break for a moment then began climbing again. "Daddy are we..?' she stopped talking freaking her parents out.

"Nashi, what's wrong?" "Mommy, daddy, come look at this" she finished scrambling up and waited for her parents to climb up. Having gotten up the mountain , their mouths dropped looking ahead. The sky was clear with a bright blue sky and ahead of them was a water hole with deep blue water. A forest of red, green, yellow surrounded them leading to a path down it. "There we go guys, let's find our home" Natsu said confidently as they stepped on the ground crunching leaves as they walked.
