Same Night: SVARTALFHEIM

Dark Lizard Planet: Field

A Mewman soldier shimmers with the green glow of magic, breathes out, and looks around before he turns and walks towards a skiff in the distance.

Mewni: Throne Room

Moon is standing at the foot of his broken throne. Head bowed sadly in silence. The same guard from Svartalfheim approaches Moon, standing a respectful foot away.

The soldier interrupts Moon's train of thought, "Forgive me, my liege. I've returned from the Dark World with news."

Moon turns her head a bit, barely moving, "Star? Tom?"

The soldiers looked down, "There was no sign of Star, or Tom, or the weapon, but..." He trails off.

Moon turns her head more to the soldier now, "What?"

The soldier walks closer, "We found a body."

Moon looks away, then looks back to the soldier, realizing, "Janna."

The soldier says nothing but looks up and faintly gives a dark smile.

Earth: London, England

Inside: Jackie's And Marco's Apartment

Star, Tom, Brittney, Jackie, Marco, Mr. Candle, and Justin sit/stand around Mr. Candle's computer desk in Jackie's and Marco's apartment.

Jackie informs everyone, "Toffee is going to fire the Aether at a spot where all the nine worlds are connecting."

Mr. Candle mutters, "Amplifying the weapon's impact. For each additional world, the power will increase exponentially."

Marco finishes while he stares down as he thinks, "The effect would be universal."

Star shakes her head a bit, "Yes. But the alignment is only temporary."

Tom hums in agreement, "He must be in exactly the right place at the right time."

Brittney asks out loud, "Well, how do we know where that is?"

Mr. Candle gets an idea, "We follow the directions." He stands up and grabs a world map as he explains, "This has happened before,-" He walks closer to the round kitchen table, "-thousands of years ago, and the Ancients were there to see it." He quickly and carelessly sweeps stuff off a table with his arm and spreads out a map. Mr. Candle continues to explain as everyone walks closer and surrounds the table, looking down at the map, "All the great constructions, the Mayans, the Chinese, the Egyptians. They made use of the gravitational effects of the Convergence. And they left us a map." Mr. Candle begins ruling lines on the map, naming the locations, "Stonehenge, Snowden, the Great Orme. These are all coordinates taking us... Here." He leans back and points to where all the lines meet in the middle: GREENWICH.

Justin reads the location out loud, "Greenwich?"

Marco exclaims as he realizes, "The walls between worlds will be almost non-existent." Everyone looks at him as he explains, "Physics is going to go ballistic. Increases and decreases in gravity, spatial extrusions. The very fabric of reality is going to be torn apart." Star calls the wand to her and catches it without looking as Tom magically fazes in his armor.

Mr. Candle's eyes widen at how serious the Mewmans are, and he realizes, "I better get my pants." Everyone looks at him, and he nods.

Morning: Greenwich

Outside: University Campus

Brittney tells Justin as he's unloading Mr. Candle's scientific tent poles from their vehicle near the University Campus, "Focus! This is important. We have to hammer them in all around the site, and then Jackie, Marco and Mr. Candle will activate them from the tower." She puts on her coat.

As he holds a scientific pole, Justin tells Brittney, "They're taped together."

Brittney looks at Justin seriously, "Do you even know what these things do?"

Justin is confused but tells Brittney truthfully, "Uh... No."

Brittney quickly admits as she realizes, "Neither do I."

Inside: Greenwich University

Library

Jackie, Marco, and Mr. Candle stride through Greenwich University's library, Jackie's bright red shoes squeaking as she walks, and Mr. Candle and Jackie hold a scientific pole as Marco holds the remote.

A female student looks over to the sound to see the three walking, puts her finger to her lips, and tells them, "Shhh."

Outside

Brittney and Justin reach their first location, and Justin hammers the first pole into place.

Brittney rushes Justin, "Come on, come on, come on!"

Justin felt the pressure, "Right."

Suddenly, Toffee's invisible Ark ripples through the water, approaching the University. The Ark comes into sight, and people run and scream in fear.

Brittney and Justin see the Ark approach. Brittney mutters loudly, "Holy... Shit." Justin and Brittney abandon the scientific pole. Justin hammers it to the ground and runs.

The Ark tears through the road as it slices across the ground. Many people are running and screaming in fear, some cars crashing as people run in their way, making the drivers swerve and crash, the ground shaking as the Ark continues to tear the ground, smashing in stone statues, the cement stairs, everything in its path.

The Ark stops in the middle of campus. A red-lit elevator goes down the ship. The elevator opens, and a long ramp comes out as Toffee exits the ship and walks down the ramp, with many Dark Lizards following out.

Toffee looks up at the dark sky as the Convergence begins its alignment in the sky above. Toffee looks forward as he hears thunder.

Star, holding Tom, drops from the sky and lands before Toffee with a grunt. Tom steps away from Star to her right, both glaring at Toffee.

Toffee's voice darker with the Aether within him, "You needn't have come so far, Mewmans." He walks forward, "Death would've come to you soon enough." Tom and Star walk forward.

Tom tells Toffee darkly and determinedly, "Not by your hand."

Toffee tells Star and Tom as they all walk toward each other, "Your universe was never meant to be." He shouts angrily, "Your world and your family will be extinguished!"

The Aether surrounds Toffee, and he throws out his arm. More of the power of the Aether flies out from him and hits Tom and Star back, some of Star's lightning comes out of the wand in defense, but Tom and Star fly back to the ground.

Inside: Uni Campus Tower

Mr. Candle, Marco, and Jackie have reached their spot in the University Campus Tower and are trying to get ready as fast as they can. Mr. Candle tells them, "We're running out of time."

Marco adjusted the controls on his equipment remote, "Almost there."

Mr. Candle asks Marco, "Are you sure this is going to work? These devices were made to detect anomalies, not cause them."

Marco finally gets his device working. He looks outside, "Oh, come on."

Outside: Uni Campus Grounds

Star and Tom get to their feet, and Toffee sends another Aether to blast their way. Again Star tries to use her lightning but is still flung back. Tom gets hit and flies back to the ground but away from Star.

Inside: Uni Campus Tower

Jackie, Marco, and Mr. Candle look out the window to see Star and Tom get blasted to the ground. Marco turns around and starts running to a new location, with Jackie following while Mr. Candle stays behind to watch.

Marco mutters hopefully, "Come on, Brittney!"

Outside: Uni Campus Grounds

Star stands up as Toffee prepares another blast of the Aether from within himself. He releases a blast at Star, who braces herself against it by holding her arms crossed in front of her head.

The Aether hits Star, but she fights against it, sliding a few feet back by the strength of the blast, before Toffee stops and Star stumbles back a bit.

Star stands straighter, telling Toffee as she wipes her mouth, "You know, with all that power, I thought you'd hit harder." Toffee draws his arms upwards, and the Aether swirls around him, creating a bigger blast and as he goes to blast at her, Star turns around and blasts her wand at Toffee, sending him flying backwards through the Dark Lizards standing behind him, and crashing through concrete pillars and into a vehicle.

Star runs forward, spins the handle around, flies up towards where Toffee is, and lands a hero landing, smashing her wand down, creating a lightning wave towards Toffee, who stands there and takes it.

Another Area

Justin finishes hammering the last scientific pole into the ground.

Jackie and Marco run towards the open column window area and watch from the building.

Justin stops hammering and presses a couple of buttons on the device. He looks up and tells Brittney, "Done."

Brittney gives Jackie and Marco a thumbs up as she holds a phone to her ear. Marco and Jackie nod back before turning around and running. The Convergence aligns bigger in the sky.

Inside: Uni Campus Tower

Marco and Jackie run back to Mr. Candle, who is watching the realms align in the sky above. Mr. Candle tells them, "The Convergence will be in full effect in seven minutes."

As Marco clicks a few things on his remote, Jackie says, "That just means we have to keep Toffee busy for eight." Her device beeps as it shows a couple of locations.

Outside: Uni Campus Grounds

Justin and Brittney, who still have a phone to her ear, run up to a side of a building, pressing their backs to it, hiding before looking out around the corner to see what's happening.

Tom stands up, glaring at the large group of Dark Lizards in front of him, he grabs his sword from his quiver, twisting it around skillfully in his hand, and it extends into two swords in one as his eyes before turning to golden-yellow.

Inside: Uni Campus Tower

Marco slowly turns the dial on his device before warning Mr. Candle and Jackie, "Okay, you two might want to hold on to something." Mr. Candle clutches onto the pillar beside him, and Jackie does the same with the pillar next to Marco.

Outside: Uni Campus Grounds

Marco shouts to Tom below, "Tom!" Tom looks up, and Marco continues, "Move back!" Tom realizes and twists his sword again, and it goes back into one sword as he turns and runs, using his magic to disappear. Marco then turns a dial on his device.

The scientific pole activates near the large group of Dark Lizards, and the air ripples a faint-blue light around half the group of Dark Lizards, and they disappear.

Brittney is on the phone with Jackie, watching the poles successfully work. Her mouth drops before shouting, "That is awesome!"

Inside / Outside: Uni Campus Tower / Grounds

Jackie lets go of the pillar, putting the phone on speaker. Brittney's voice asks, "How did you do that?"

Jackie explains, "Well, the gravitational fields interact with weak spots between worlds, creating..."

Tom appears behind Dark Lizard 1 and slits his throat with his dagger as Brittney interrupts Jackie, "Ooh, get the guy with the sword!" Tom turns to his right and stabs Dark Lizard 2 in the face.

Marco quickly turns a dial again on his device.

The air ripples with a faint blue light again, and suddenly, Brittney and Justin disappear.

Mr. Candle, Marco, and Jackie pop their heads out and see that Brittney and Justin disappeared. Marco makes a guilty face and says, "Oops."

Mr. Candle gently grabs Jackie's shoulders as he tells them, "Let's go." He pulls Jackie back.

Outside: Random Street

Brittney and Justin appear on a different side of the street, near campus.

Brittney looks around, confused, "Um..." She demands, irritated, "What the hell just happened?" The air ripples beside them again, and a Dark Lizard crashes down onto a car. Justin screams loudly as another Dark Lizard drops down.

Brittney grabs Justin's hand, telling him, "Move!" Pulling Justin behind her, they run, and the two Dark Lizards stand up and run after them.
