The Quidditch pitch buzzed with excitement as the day of the highly anticipated match between Ravenclaw and Gryffindor had finally arrived. Lee Jordan, the enthusiastic commentator, had the crowd on the edge of their seats with his lively commentary.
"Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to this thrilling match between the clever Ravenclaws and the daring Gryffindors! It's a beautiful day for some Quidditch, and the atmosphere is electric!" Lee exclaimed, his voice echoing across the stadium.
As the match began, Harry zoomed through the sky as a Ravenclaw Chaser, showing off his impressive flying skills. He and his teammates swiftly passed the Quaffle amongst themselves, leaving Gryffindor's defense struggling to keep up. With a well-timed feint and a sudden acceleration, Harry managed to sneak past a Gryffindor Chaser and expertly stole the Quaffle right from under their nose!
"Did you see that move, folks? That was some quick thinking by young Harry Potter! The Ravenclaws are displaying some incredible teamwork out there," Lee exclaimed, his excitement evident in his voice.
With a burst of speed, Harry sped toward the goalposts, aiming to score. However, a Bludger came hurtling his way, threatening to knock him off course. Harry skillfully swerved to avoid the Bludger, leaving the Gryffindor Beaters amazed at his agility.
"Potter is on fire today! Nothing can stop him from getting that Quaffle to the goalposts!" Lee shouted.
As Harry neared the goal hoops, Gryffindor's Keeper, Oliver Wood, positioned himself for a block. But Harry was one step ahead. With a lightning-fast spin in mid-air, he threw the Quaffle through the left hoop, just inches away from Ron's outstretched hand.
"Goal for Ravenclaw! It seems Oliver Wood is dumbfounded, c'mon Oliver, And what a goal it was! Potter is proving to be a formidable Chaser for his house! While being a first year" Lee's commentary filled the stadium as the Ravenclaw supporters erupted in cheers.
The match continued with Ravenclaw dominating the field, extending their lead further. Harry's precise passes and strategic maneuvers kept Gryffindor's Chasers on their toes, and he managed to assist in several more goals for his team.
At one point, a Gryffindor Chaser attempted a daring dive to steal the Quaffle from behind Harry, but Harry almost felt him moving closer to him and swiftly passed it to Roger, catching the opposing Chaser off-guard.
"Potter with an incredible pass! He's got eyes everywhere, folks!" Lee's voice boomed through the stadium.
With the snitch being seen James Gunn, Gryffindor's Seeker who was playing his last season, spotted the Snitch glinting in the distance. Determined to make a valiant effort, he sped towards the tiny golden ball, followed closely by Cho. The crowd held its breath, but it was evident that Ravenclaw's lead of 170 points was too substantial for Gryffindor to snatch a victory even if James caught the Snitch.
As the final whistle blew, James managed to capture the Snitch, ending the match. Gryffindor's supporters applauded her impressive catch, while Ravenclaw's stands erupted into cheers for their team's resounding victory.
"Ravenclaw emerges triumphant by 30 points! They played an outstanding game, and young Harry Potter was the star of the show!" Lee's enthusiastic commentary filled the air.
Harry and his teammates were beaming with pride as they embraced each other on the pitch. The camaraderie and support among the Ravenclaws were evident, and Harry knew that he had found his place in the heart of the Quidditch team.
"Congratulations, Harry! You were sensational out there!" Roger Davis said, clapping Harry on the back.
"Thanks, Roger. It's all thanks to the amazing support from my teammates," Harry replied, genuinely grateful.
As the celebration continued, Harry couldn't help but feel a sense of fulfillment and joy. Being a Chaser for Ravenclaw had been a dream come true, and he was excited for the many more matches and victories that lay ahead.

The celebrations in the Ravenclaw common room were in full swing after their triumphant Quidditch match against Gryffindor. The room was adorned with blue and silver decorations, and the air was filled with laughter and cheer. Harry found a quiet corner where he could chat with his friends, Eddie and Marcus, about the match away from the exuberant crowd.
"Harry, mate, you were brilliant out there! That catch of the Quaffle at the start set the tone for the whole game," Eddie said enthusiastically, clapping Harry on the back.
Marcus nodded in agreement. "Absolutely, you showed great skills and composure during the match. It was like watching a seasoned Chaser play."
Harry blushed, feeling humbled by their praise. "Thanks, guys. I couldn't have done it without all the training and tips you both gave me. Your support really helped me improve."
Eddie beamed. "Of course, Harry! We knew you had it in you from the start. You've got a real talent for Quidditch."
"And that goal you scored when you weaved through Gryffindor's defense was amazing," Marcus added, a proud grin on his face.
Harry chuckled, remembering the moment. "Yeah, that was a bit of a risky move, but I'm glad it paid off. Gryffindor's Beaters were quite tough to dodge."
"You were flying circles around them!" Eddie said with a laugh.
As the three friends continued to discuss the match in detail, they were joined by some other Ravenclaw students who wanted to hear about Harry's experience on the pitch. Harry felt a warm sense of camaraderie with his housemates, and he knew that he had found a supportive group of friends in Eddie and Marcus.
Throughout the night, they celebrated their victory together, sharing stories and laughter. Harry felt grateful for his friends' encouragement and guidance, and he knew that with them by his side, he could achieve great things on the Quidditch pitch. The memory of their first match against Gryffindor would remain etched in their minds as a symbol of their teamwork and determination.
"I just gotta go to the Kitchens to get some butterbeer, be right back" said Harry and left the common room
"What's up with him?" asked Marcus
"I don't know" replied Eddie

As Harry made his way to the kitchens to fetch some butterbeer, he was surprised to spot Daphne standing near the entrance, looking as if she was waiting for someone.
"Daphne, what are you doing here?" Harry asked, a curious smile forming on his lips.
Daphne turned to him, her eyes lighting up when she saw him. "Oh, Harry! I was just hoping to catch you after the match. You were incredible out there!" she said, admiration evident in her voice.
Harry blushed slightly at the compliment. "Thank you, Daphne. I couldn't have done it without the support of my friends, including you."
Daphne playfully nudged him. "Oh, come on now, give yourself some credit. You were like a whirlwind on that broom, dodging Bludgers and scoring goals left and right. It was so impressive to watch."
Harry chuckled, feeling a warmth spreading through him. "Well, I'm glad you enjoyed the match. Gryffindor's Seeker put up quite a chase for the Snitch, didn't she?"
Daphne nodded. "Indeed, she did. But you know, Ravenclaw's lead was so substantial that catching the Snitch wouldn't have changed the outcome. Your team had already secured a comfortable win."
Harry shrugged modestly. "I guess you're right. But it was still a thrilling match, and James' Snitch catch was amazing."
As they chatted, Harry couldn't help but notice how Daphne's eyes sparkled with excitement as she talked about the game. He found himself drawn to her infectious enthusiasm and the way she carried herself with a confident charm.
"By the way, I loved that goal you scored when you weaved through Gryffindor's defense," Daphne said, a mischievous grin on her lips. "You were like a Quidditch prodigy out there."
Harry grinned back. "Thanks! It was a bit risky, but I couldn't resist the opportunity. Gryffindor's Keeper was really good, and I had to find a way to get the Quaffle past him."
"Well, it worked like a charm," Daphne said with a playful wink. "You know, I think you and I would make a great team on the pitch."
Harry raised an eyebrow, intrigued by her suggestion. "Oh, really? How so?"
Daphne stepped closer to him, her voice dropping to a soft whisper. "I have a feeling we'd complement each other's skills quite well. We could be a formidable duo in future matches."
Harry felt a rush of excitement at the idea. "I'd like that," he replied, his heart pounding a little faster.
As they continued to talk and flirt playfully, Harry felt a strong connection forming with Daphne. They laughed, teased, and bonded over their shared love for Quidditch. By the time they returned to the Ravenclaw common room with butterbeer in hand, they felt like they had known each other for years.
The night wore on, and the party in the common room showed no signs of slowing down. As Harry and Daphne joined their friends, they couldn't help but exchange knowing glances, excited about the possibilities that the future held, both on and off the Quidditch pitch.
