Chapter 6
If someone told Peter that he will live a very long life, someone lied and he would web the person to the wall for that lie because right now, he was in his slightly damaged Spider-Armor Mk IV and trying not to get killed by Hulk's long lost cousin who seemed stronger and scarier than the green creature back home.
"Heyyy! Broly, why don't you take a chill pill? Actually, poor choice of words, considering a guy called Freezer of all things pissed you off." Peter tried to calm down the legendary Super Sayian while avoiding hits from him.
"Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhh" screamed out Broly, getting faster and nearly hitting Peter.
"Oh boy, Broly! Do you know what's the difference between Iron Man and Aluminium Man?" Peter asked, flying away from Broly.
Broly flew after Peter quietly, as if he was waiting for Peter to continue his joke.
"Iron Man stops the bad guy, whereas Aluminium Man 'foils' their plans! Get it?" Peter finished, then Broly screamed again, disappeared and reappeared in front of Peter and attempted a Superman punch towards him that was barely dodged by Peter, who pulled a Morpheus dodge while still being in the air before taking off again.
"Oh Come on! I thought it was a good joke!" Peter said frustratingly. Broly suddenly bear-hugged Peter and directed him and Peter towards the ground, they were somewhere inside and at the top of the volcano, away from the lava below, which was visible to both of them, Broly recovering quicker, resumed his onslaught on Peter, who was doing his best to keep up.
Peter threw a quick punch at the legendary Super Saiyan's face making him slightly move but not affected at all. Peter could only gawk in shock as Broly grabbed his arm, punched him in the gut and a quick hook to his left before throwing Peter against a rocky wall, making the wall break at the impact.
Peter slowly got up, with one of his lenses busted and saw Broly flying fast towards him, while screaming like a mad maniac. Peter held his fists high ready to fight, with a determined look etched on his face.
This kept on going, while Peter thought back, 'How the fuck did I end up in this scary situation!?'

Peter came flying down to Capsule Corp, after training with Piccolo the other day, him ending up having one over the Namekian on their latest spar. The Namekian decided to reward Peter with a day off. Peter still couldn't believe that he managed to beat Piccolo because he would always whoop his ass on their spars. Maybe, he's finally getting stronger and he's one step closer to going home.
"Hey, Bulma! What's up?" Peter greeted the turquoise-haired scientist, who smiled back from her lab and approached him for a hug. "Hey yourself handsome!"
"What are you working on?" Peter asked while looking at a huge block of a metallic cube on her desk.
Bulma smiled as she answered Peter's question, "This, Peter is what they call the strongest metal in this universe, it's called Katchin, I asked Whis to get me some after giving him Earthly delicacies, on his latest visit."
Peter whistled and said, "It must be something special if you asked him to get you some of that."
"You have no idea, this thing is what Kais use in their worlds, so it's rare, the Kais are holy beings that live in heaven. On top of that, this material has the potential to tank blows from Goku and Vegeta." Bulma explained.
"Wow, if you put it like that then there's tons of applications using this metal." Peter commented.
"Exactly! Apparently, according to Vegeta the Tournament of Power was structured with this very material, even though there were some people that were able to destroy it, I think with the right amount of time and experiments, I can synthesize it to make it much harder and resistant." Bulma with a hand on her chin, thoughtful at the amount of work ahead of her.
"So what then? What's the objective for this?" Peter asked curiously.
"Well, the Earth has always been involved in World Ending Issues, where we had to fight some villain or something and in a lot of crossfire, the buildings would often get destroyed in their fights, so my plan is to introduce this metal in the construction industry to reduce meaningless destruction." Bulma told Peter.
Peter could only be impressed at her smart idea, ever since he met Bulma, Peter started to see her as one of his role models for having a futuristic mindset, not to mention using her intelligence for the good of people. Unlike some of his past role models like Reed Richards or Tony Stark that would make weapons that threaten to destroy either the world or the galaxy, as a bad guy would somehow get his or her hands on said devices. Peter frowned before quickly changing his expression to one of an admiring smiles towards Bulma.
"Wow, you're amazing Bulma and that's coming from me since being amazing is my shtick." Peter said jokingly.
"Awwww thank you! Petey! Just for that, I'll give you a reward for being so sweet." Bulma said, before moving towards Peter and giving him a kiss on the cheek, making him blush in the process.
"HAHAHAHAHA your face looks like a tomato, Pete." Bulma laughed while looking at the embarrassed face of our hero.
Peter quickly wanted to change the subject and said, "Is there anything I can help with?"
"Not for now, I'm kinda tending to guests, I only came here to check on the Katchin, come join us, Krillin and Gohan and their families came to visit me."
"Alright, I will, was there an event for you today? Because if it is I don't want to intrude," Peter worried slightly.
"Oh nonsense, it's just us reminiscing about some old adventures, like the one in Namek me, Gohan, and Krillin went to. Keep company and we'll tell you. Oh by the way, Goku and Vegeta are here too, they're sparring on an island not too far from here, actually, Beerus and Whis are here too."
"Beerus and Whis!?" Peter exclaimed, a bit scared.
"Oh come on, you should be fine, as long as you don't annoy them." Bulma calmly said to the intimidated Peter.
"Guess You're right," Peter said, following Bulma, both of them exiting her lab.
Outside, in the Capsule Corp garden
Bulma saw them, sitting outside having drinks and eating snacks, waiting for her, Goten and Trunks could be seen in the corner so Bulma yelled, "Hi Guys!"
"Bulma!" "Bulma-san!" Gohan, Krillin, and Videl greeted, while Android 18 only nodded at her, Marron was playing around with Pan.
Bulma went to them while holding Peter's arm, pulling him in the front, and said, "Hey guys, this is my friend Peter, he's currently stuck in our world for a bit, rest assured he made a deal with Whis-san if he beats someone in a fight in this universe, Whis-san will take him back to his home universe." Bulma finished giving a short explanation.
Gohan held his hand for a handshake and greeted with a smile, "Hello Peter-san, nice to meet you, my dad told me about you when we had dinner together."
Peter shook his hand, "Same here, nice to meet you, Gohan, Piccolo told me about you."
Gohan asked curiously, "Piccolo's training you? Wow you must be strong Peter-san."
Peter rubbed the back of his hair, smiling sheepishly, "Well according to him, my skills are barely passable at best, the guy's so strict, I wondered how you even trained under him."
Gohan laughed wholeheartedly and replied, "Yes, Piccolo is a very strict teacher and to answer your confusion, I can only say the fate of the world is what might have pushed me, well that and that he grew on me, give it time, he's real softy on the inside once you get to know him. I have him sometimes babysit my baby daughter when Videl and I are out."
"What! Wow, I can't picture Piccolo taking care of a baby. Well, I'll take your word for it, because he did teach me a few tricks I guess." Peter said.
"I heard you're a superhero too." said Gohan.
"Yeah, wait too? Are you a superhero?" Peter asked.
"Yeah, I used to be the Great Saiyaman, savior of the innocents!" Gohan declared proudly, quickly changing to his Saiyaman outfit and doing the voice and the pose. Peter was biting his cheeks from the inside as he was trying so hard not to laugh, as both the suit and the pose were horrible
Krillin saved him from embarrassing Gohan as he barged into the conversation while holding a drink in his left hand. "Hi Peter, from what I'm sensing, I'd say you've improved and progressed from your training." Gohan meanwhile changed back to his normal outfit.
Peter shook his hand and said, "Hey Krillin, I guess so but not enough apparently."
"Just give it time man, we've been doing this for years, so it's natural for you to not be as experienced as us." Krillin said wisely.
"Krillin is right, I'm sure you'll catch up in no time, besides from what I've heard you learnt so much in a short period of time." Gohan added.
"Guess you guys are right, thanks guys." Peter was grateful for their words.
"No problem Peter-san, I felt as if you and Krillin met before." Gohan commented.
Before Peter could, Krillin answered Gohan's question, "Yes, Android 18 and I went to Master Roshi's island months ago to drop Marron, since we were going on date night and that's when we met Peter training with Roshi, gave him a few pointers too."
"Ahh I see," Gohan said.
"Speaking off, hey 18! It's Peter, why don't you say hi to him?" Krillin said
Android 18 came forward and waved emotionlessly, "Hello" and then she went to see Marron.
"Sheshh you could be more engaging honey, Hey Pete, please don't get offended she's always like this" Krillin slightly pouted.
"It's all good ma- SPIDER-SENSE
Both Gohan and Krillin sensed something entering Earth's orbit, a sense of familiarity washed through them as they realized who came on Earth.
"Freiza.." Both Gohan and Krillin muttered.
Peter, having heard that, asked, "Do you guys know what's going on?"
Krillin with a scowl on his face, answered Peter's question, "Freiza is a space pirate that we have fought in the past countless times, we fought with him in the Tournament of Power since we needed his strength to win the tournament."
"And right now we don't know why he's here, I can sense him landing somewhere in the Arctic, it seems Dad and Vegeta are approaching him, but I can sense someone else who has impressive power, I don't know if I like it." Gohan finished for Krillin.
Trunks pulled them out of their thoughts, as he yelled, floating while holding a short grunt from the Frieza forces struggling to get out from the young Sayian's clutches "MOM! Goten and I found a guy trying to steal our dragon balls radar from the lab."
Bulma, confusedly asked while looking at her son, "The dragon balls radar? I mean the Dragon balls would be useless as we used them not too long ago in an attempt to send Peter home."
Some of Frieza's forces started to be visible to them, which prompted them to be ready for a fight.
Peter called out, "Gohan, Krillin, I'm going to check out what's going on, you guys should stay here with the girls in case more of this Freiza guy's men come here." he saw Gohan and Krillin nodding at him, he was confident in both of the Z warriors as they have a lot experience, he was about to fly away before, someone interjected.
"Wait!"
Recognising Bulma's voice, Peter looked at her weirdly and asked, "What?" Bulma looked at him with a pointed look and said, "I'm coming with you." Peter looked at her wide-eyed and said, "What! No! It's way too dangerous for you, there's no way I'm taking you with me." Bulma fiercely glared at him, which made him sweat slightly, "Listen here, you, I have been jumping at dangerous situations before you were even born, you don't get to tell me what to do." Peter was in a tough situation with this, but Bulma continued, "I wasn't asking and besides," Bulma smiled at Peter "I have you to protect if anything should happen to me." Peter could only rub his head at this, staring in frustration at his friend.
"Come on, we'll fly with my ship, I don't think you're faster than my ship… yet" Bulma said.
Peter sighed. "Alright, alright, but the first sign of danger we see, you're leaving, that's definitely non-negotiable" Peter said while looking at Bulma, who gave him a thumbs up, Peter sighed again.
Bulma called, "Trunks! I want you and Goten to stay here and defend Capsule Corp. with the others and check on Bulla as well. I left her with Beerus, am I clear?" "But mom!" Bulma glared at him and asked once more, "Am I clear?" Trunks sweat dropped and defeatedly said, "Yes, ma'am"
Bulma brought a capsule from her pocket, clicked and dropped it, later revealing a ship with the Capsule Corp logo. "Let's go, Peter" With that, they were gone.
In the meantime, Krillin, Gohan, Android 18, Goten, and Trunks were easily trashing Frieza's men like nothing.
Krillin between shooting ki blasts said, "So Gohan, are you going to join Goku and Vegeta after we're done here?"
Gohan replied, "No, I'll stay with Videl and Pan, making sure they're safe, I'm sure Dad and Vegeta can handle it." "Also I'm slightly drunk," Gohan said, smiling sheepishly.
Krillin smiled and said, "That's true, come on let's beat them quickly so I can get to drink something later"
In the Arctic
Frieza demanded why his space Scouters could not detect the presence of the Dragon Balls, which made Goku reply that the Dragon Balls would be inactive since they've used them months ago. But then Frieza demanded Goku give the coordinates to Neo Namek in order to get Porunga, to which again Goku caused the Changeling to be disappointed, as he denied telling him about the location of the planet, knowing Frieza would more likely kill them, in order to get whatever wish he wanted from the magical dragon.
This caused Frieza to summon a mysterious fighter in front of Goku and Vegeta who was surprisingly another surviving Saiyan accompanied by an older Saiyan. The young Saiyan's name was Broly, along with his father Paragus who seemed to hold a grudge against the Saiyan Prince because his father, King Vegeta wrongfully banished both Broly and Paragus from planet Vegeta because of Broly's power level exceeded Vegeta's when he was born, so both of them were banished from planet Vegeta, left stranded in a planet with no technology whatsoever but only wildlife. Paragus ordered Broly to fight Vegeta, to which the prince of all Saiyans gladly agreed.
The fight was going alright in Vegeta's favor for the most part, but Broly seemed to learn quickly as he fought, and Vegeta began to struggle as the fight went on. Goku wanted some of the action, so he tagged in and managed to skillfully beat Broly. But then Frieza decided that Broly needed extra motivation to beat the Saiyans so he stabbed Broly's father with his tail and blamed it on Goku and Vegeta, which enraged the younger Saiyan and caused him to go through a powerful transformation, it looked like a simple Super Saiyan transformation but there was something different, something more animalistic, they felt this kind of feeling whenever they turned into an Oozaru during the full moon. Both Goku and Vegeta were having a tough time against Broly, as it was revealed that he was the legendary Super Saiyan, making him the strongest Saiyan.
Meanwhile on Bulma's ship
Bulma was piloting her ship to their destination, Peter was getting ready by putting on his Spidersuit. "Man, I've missed putting my suit on, it's been like a year since I last put it on, being stranded here and that," Peter said, Bulma looked slightly offended and said, "Stranded? Like I haven't helped you settle down here?" Peter quickly retracted his early statement, "Oh sorry for that, I didn't mean it like that, I meant it more in a multiversal sense." Peter rubbed the back of his head apologetically, Bulma only replied with "Hhmmph". "Well done Parker, you've managed to piss off your friend without trying."
"Anyway, I'm trying to figure out what's going on, with Frieza's men trying to steal the Dragon Radar, it's clear he wants to wish something from Shenron, he's definitely planning something, I want to find out what exactly," Bulma said while keeping her eyes on the road or the sky.
"I see, but it would have been best if you were away since I'm sensing Goku and Vegeta fighting someone very powerful." Peter said, while Bulma looked back at him, giving him a fierce glare, and said, "I told you! I'm coming, nothing will happen to me!"
Peter yelled back, "I'm just worried! As a friend, I care about you, does that not mean anything to you?"
"Of course it does! But you don't get to decide what I want to do" Peter thought he saw Gwen beside Bulma, giving him a motivated look he was very familiar with. Bulma turned on auto-pilot on her ship and approached Peter, she put her hand on Peter's cheek and said, "Peter trust me when I say this, nothing will happen to me." Peter didn't say anything, looking down on the ground
"If it does, then you can wish me back with the Dragon balls next year!" Bulma said cheekily teasing. "Bulma!" Peter exclaimed with a frantic look, "I'm kidding" the scientist said, giving him a wink with her tongue out mockingly. Peter only sighed, for what it seemed to be the hundredth time ever since he began dealing with this woman.
Bulma could see some ki blasts and explosions thrown around from a distance, she could make out 3 figures fighting "Alright, my sensors can pick them up, it looks like they're in a fight and they're.. losing?"
"Yes, this guy feels very strong, alright Bulma, open the hatch, I'm going to check out what's up." Spider-man said while heading for the exit.
"Wait! Let me see one of your web shooters really quickly." Bulma shouted
Peter, confused by her request, walked back to her and held out his left hand showing her his web shooter, since it's built in fixed with his suit, not like his old ones, where he could open them separately with his suit.
Bulma brought a small cube shaped device, placing it on top of the web shooters, seemingly melting afterwards, Peter once again asked, "So, what was that about?"
"That, my friend, is a communication device that integrates with any electronic devices and allows me to have access to your suit's functions and also to communicate with you, in layman's terms, I can speak to you in your suit and help you from a distance" Bulma answered, giving him a thumbs up.
"Oh nice, thanks for this, I'm sure it will prove to be useful for whatever I'm heading into" Peter, giving her a nod of gratitude, was on his way to exit the ship.
"Good luck Peter. " Bulma said before he flew off.
Peter looked back with his mask on and replied "Thank you" and flew off to the fight.
In the Battlefield
Goku and Vegeta were currently struggling to fight with Broly, correction, they were struggling in 'trying' to fight Broly. The legendary Super Sayian's power made them look like toddlers trying to fight an adult. Broly flew fast at the two Sayians, throwing punches towards them, both Goku and Vegeta blocked the hits but couldn't stop themselves from being launched downwards by the force of Broly's punches. They both dropped to the ground, thankfully none of them got touched by the lava.
"Dang he's way too strong for us!" Goku said, groaning whilst getting up.
"You can say something I don't know clown!" Vegeta said frustratingly.
Something caught their attention. "Hahahahahahah you monkeys finally found your match!" Frieza said, floating above them, later landing in a cliff-like surrounding before arrogantly cackling like a maniac.
Vegeta getting seemingly angrier said, "Why you-" "Vegeta wait! I have an idea, just follow my lead" Goku while looking at the fast approaching Legendary Super Saiyan. Vegeta grunted, at the same time, they both powered up and made Broly chase them until leading themselves in front of Frieza.
"Hey Frieza! Have fun!" Goku shouted.
"What!" The purple alien was wide-eyed and shocked at the sight of Broly before him and began to get pummeled by him with punches and kicks, each time getting fiercer and fiercer.
"Vegeta! Hold onto me!" Goku shouted, getting ready to use his Instant transmission, Vegeta did what he was told and with that, they were gone, leaving Frieza to Broly's mercy.
Frieza kept getting beaten up by Broly before finally losing it, raising his ki in order to get Broly away from him, turned to his Golden Frieza form and shouting, "Enough! DO YOU REALIZE WHO YOU'RE DEALING WITH? I AM LORD FRIEZA! You deserve to be killed by me!"
Golden Frieza was still getting destroyed by Broly until the Sayian got ki-blasted away by someone…
"Whoa, looks like I'm late to the party and who might you guys be?" Spider-Man said, floating and nearing himself towards Frieza.
Frieza looked at Spider-Man, groaning from his beating, "What insect are you? You're in the presence of your better, Lord Frieza… *Cough* *Cough*" Spider-Man was actually sweat-dropping from the ridiculous words and state of the alien conqueror. Broly was coming fast towards them, Spider-Man was quick enough to get away from where he was but Frieza wasn't, so Broly resumed his beatdown of Frieza once again. Spidey was about to jump in to assist until..
'Peter! What are you doing there?' a familiar voice on Spidey's mind said.
Spidey felt like he was going insane, "What the hell?"
'I'm Piccolo, I'm telepathically speaking to you.' Peter felt like mentally facepalming as he forgot about the Nmaekian's mental abilities.
"Hey, Piccolo, good to hear you, I'm currently in the middle of something. I think I gotta save a lizard-like alien from this guy, like seriously, does he bench the whole gym? Or what super steroids does he u–" "SHUT UP!" Piccolo screamed frustrated from the arachnid's ramblings. Somewhere two Sayian who were practicing a special technique looked at the Namekian, confused by his outburst.
"Peter, listen.." Piccolo quickly summarized the entire situation to Peter, who continued to witness Broly's onslaught on Frieza.
'Wow, so I gotta wait for Goku and Vegeta to learn this fusion technique? What about this Frieza guy? Shouldn't I help him?' Spidey asked.
'No you don't need to do that, if Broly does kill him then nobody would miss him.'
'Dude! That's dark.'
'He killed entire civilizations' Piccolo deadpanned
'Oh, either way it won't be long till Broly would have enough, he could potentially move to destroy Earth next, I gotta buy some time for you guys' Spidey said boldly.
'Don't be stupid! He'll kill you, you're not strong enough to fight him! Just wait for us!' Piccolo screamed once again.
'Piccolo, you know I'm right, you can probably sense Frieza's life draining, I gotta be ready to face him until you guys get here.'
'Peter, you…'
'Relax, I have faced worse things' Spidey said before heading towards Broly.
'Parker!' Piccolo's voice was cut off.
Somewhere in a wasteland
"Damn it! That idiot!" Piccolo shouted, meanwhile Goku and Vegeta kept practicing the fusion dance.
Back in the battlefield
Frieza has long passed out from his beating and yet kept being on the receiving end of them until Spidey distracted Broly.
"Hey Broly! Normally I would say to pick on someone your size but since you're the biggest guy around, why don't you pick on the only one conscious?" Spidey nervously spouted off. 'Jeez, that's a bad joke even from me'.
"AGHHH!" Broly responded with a yell and flew fast towards Spidey. Peter kept dodging Broly's hits, as it was wise his Spider-sense, especially for this fight.
'Come on, I think I can do this!' Spidey thought confidently, as he hit Broly with a punch but… Broly stood there unaffected, Spidey was wide-eyed shocked that he failed to react to Broly's counter, shoving him away in a distance.
"Damn it, I jinxed it." Spidey said frustratingly.
Back to Present
'How the fuck did I end up in this scary situation!?'
"You know what? Screw it, all I gotta do is stay alive until Goku and Vegeta get here. Come on, Parker, you fought the Juggernaut, you can do this!" Peter said to himself, while fighting Broly in combat, the latter landing more effective hits while Peter's hits were totally not affecting the Sayian.
"Aughhh" Peter groaned, suddenly being hit in the gut, his body was close to giving out from all the pain inflicted by Broly. He crouched down, as he struggled to move, Broly was getting to land the killing blow.
"Well I'm dead, I'm sorry Aunt May, MJ, Harry, Jay heck even you, Jonah" Spidey smiled, ready to face what's to come.
Broly was about to kill Peter with what looked to be a lethal ki based attack until, he was hit from a laser cannon from a random direction, the fumes from the volcano were clearing up, revealing Bulma piloting her ship and shooting at Broly.
"Take that monster!" Bulma shouted, Peter was shocked at hearing his friend, so he screamed, "Bulma get away from there!" the latter not hearing or perhaps ignoring anything said by the arachnid hero.
Broly unaffected, looked at the shooting ship until his eyes landed on a large rocky boulder next to him, giving him an idea, he lifted it and threw it towards Bulma's ship.
"NO!" Peter screamed, horrified.
Bulma looked at the approaching rocky boulder, shocked, too late to be able to do anything, her ship crashed somewhere, out of their sights, Peter later heard the sound of what seemed to be an explosion.
Peter took his ripped mask off and dropped it, looking down on the ground as he stood up. He just stood there quietly, still registering what had occurred.
Peter broke his silence and looked at Broly with rage in his eyes, "You killed an innocent woman who was my only friend in this universe! You will pay for that!" Peter said as he formed a Destructo disk in his right hand before shooting it towards Broly. Broly for the first time dodged the attack from Peter, as he must've sensed the lethality of the attack.
Peter yelled as he began to attack Broly over and over again, "I don't care that you're stronger than me, I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!"
Peter was showing some skill in his fighting, mixing his Way of the Spider with the Turtle Hermit fighting style, making it harder for Broly to keep up but the only problem was that Peter lacked the power to properly hurt the legendary Super Sayian.
Broly finally having enough of Peter, raised his ki and attacked Peter away, making him fall but got up again, ready to continue, "I'm not going to give up, you hear me? I'm not going to give up!"
A voice behind calmly said, holding Peter's shoulder, "You don't have to give up Peter, you've done enough, let me deal with him now." Peter looked back at the source of the mixture of familiar voices behind him and saw a man resembling both Goku and Vegeta. "You must be the fusion of Goku and Vegeta." Peter said, breathing heavily. The man smiled and said, "I'm Gogeta and don't worry about Bulma, I have saved her before she was caught up in that explosion."
Peter relieved at hearing that, on that time, he could only say, "Thank God" Peter suddenly feels like all his bodily function shutting down and said, "I'm going to pass out here, please kick his ass" Gogeta caught Peter before he fell and gently set him down to the ground and determined looked at Broly, who looked back at Gogeta curiously said, "Don't worry, I plan to"
What everyone failed to notice was that a small grain size of Gogeta's God ki was absorbed by Peter who was lying unconscious nearby until Gogeta moved to fight Broly.
