Sorry that it has taken so long to upload as this took longer than I expected to get this done with the word count I have decided to have for this chapter. I've uploaded a fanfiction schedule to let you know in what order I will upload chapters for and how long I roughly think it will take to write a new chapter.

Chapter 6 Spending time with Sam

Another week has gone by since I asked Tom to teach me Occlumency and I have made some good progress with it. Currently, I am talking with Sam when an idea pops up.

"Hey, Sam do you want to play some games with each other?" I ask

"Sure, sounds like fun!" Sam agrees the first game we decided to play is ball roll we got a long piece of cardboard and a ball. We asked Aunt Judy to put the ball on the cardboard for us when we both hold the opposite end of the cardboard. She put the ball on the cardboard and Sam and I roll the ball across the cardboard while trying not to let it fall off.

With MACUSA

"I met with a person called Tom Riddle who has been meddled with by Dumbledore as well. He gave me a suggestion I don't like and I'm sure that none of you will like it either. His suggestion was that because he and Arietta are the same age that they go to Hogwarts as first years and we send an agent undercover as a defence teacher to aid them. His statement to that was that Dumbledore wouldn't suspect first years as he would a teacher. I said we wouldn't like it and that if we found no other way we would contact him and Arietta" Sanders voices

"None of us wants to admit that the suggestion should be considered and gone with but we have tried to get evidence on Dumbledore ourselves and we are unable to find the hard evidence that no one can disprove that we need. I think we have no option but to go with the suggestion, if we all agree to go with the suggestion we could have Natasha and I train Arietta to be a top-level spy that way she'd have the best chance to not get caught and get another top-level spy to train Tom to that level as well" Clint voices

"I'm sure that all of us agree that we don't like the suggestion but the truth is that Clint is right in the fact we have no other option, we tried ourselves and couldn't get anywhere with what we wanted to achieve" Another member of MACUSA states

"Then shall we move on to Voting on this" another member of MACUSA voices "Light and raise your wands if you are in favour of this suggestion and remain as you are if you are against this suggestion" he continues Wands light up and some wands didn't light "At a count of 46 wands out of 54 the suggestion is passed" he announces

"We can have Clint and Natasha inform Arietta about the suggestion being passed as they have the first lesson on Monday with Arietta and we can have another member inform Tom and sort out a teacher for spy training" Sanders voices

Back with Arietta and Sam

After playing Ball roll on a piece of cardboard we moved on to the lava game where the floor is lava, then after we got tired of that game we played a game called catchy catch where a beach ball or balloon and toss it in the air then once it is in the air we keep the ball or balloon in the air with any part of our body except that we can't use our hands.

Another activity Sam and I played is building a fort together and keeping Aunt Judy and Uncle Ron out using fun and creative ways. We used tables, chairs, and sheets to create the fort. We played around with the position of the chairs and tables to get the layout of the fort we wanted. It was fun to do with my cousin bonding us closer to each other. We spent a good few hours playing games in the fort with each other.

The last game we played before dinner is a game called blind treasure hunt where we got Aunt Judy to place treats around the house and we took turns being blindfolded and the other guiding the person to the treats.

After dinner, we worked on our homework, when I finished my homework for both mundane and magical I worked on Occlumency by working on my mind palace by organising the layout building more layers as well as traps for people who try and break into my mind.

Meanwhile with Dumbledore

Dumbledore has just arrived back in his office in Hogwarts from trying to locate the Dursleys. How could they just up and leave when he still had use of them. He grew even angrier with the Dursleys when a simple location spell didn't work.

Now he would have to find another way to deal with Arietta once he manages to find his sacrificial pawn. A more powerful location spell which required some of their blood revealed them to be in a prison in another country. He couldn't get them out of that trouble they had gotten themselves into.

Back with Arietta

I've just come out of my occlumency session when I hear the door to my bedroom open, I see Sam enter my room, and he closes the door behind him. "Hey Sam, we had a fun day together. I'm glad I took part in the pen pal program especially as it got me out of my situation" I greet

"Yeah today was fun we should do it again" Sam agrees "we should hang out with my friend Miles I'm sure you both will be good friends," Sam says

"It will be nice to make some friends" I voice we chat about various subjects for a few minutes before he leaves for his room. I get my journal out from where I keep it I get a pen and I open it to a blank page.

Saturday 15th July 1995

Before I start there is something I have realized that I didn't mention in the first journal entry I wrote in this diary. I'm sure that I have a mild form of PTSD, I've only started experiences some symptoms of PTSD. Mainly in the form of nightmares and avoiding memories by distracting myself by working my hobbies.

Well, this week has been going well, my lessons both magical and mundane have been progressing very well. I doubt I will continue to progress with maths and science as they get harder as they are subjects I know I am not good at, I am happy I have my memories from my first life as they help immensely with my mundane schooling. My magic schooling is more interesting as magic didn't exist in the world I lived in my first life.

I can tell that Potions won't be one of my favourite from what I know about the subject right now as from what I do know it is a lot like science. I can see how herbology and potions go hand in hand with one another, while I can tell that I will be ok with herbology it's not a subject I will be that interested in. If potions are any as much like science as I am fearing then I am going to struggle with the subject.

I wonder how many of the magical subjects relate to mundane subjects as I mentioned with Science, if there is one subject that is a lot like a mundane subject there is bound to be at another subject that is a lot alike a mundane subject. I'm sure that there will be magical subjects that I will struggle with and magical subjects that I will be good with, that is life after all.

My occlumency is going very well, I hid my memories I don't want anyone to see in the form of music sheets being held in folders. I based the layout and design of my mind palace on the inside of the house I lived in my first life, I put the folders inside drawers, and I created fake memories in the form of books. When I was content with the layout inside the house I put seven walls circling the house, the first wall is ten metres from the house and the rest of the walls are the same distance between each wall. The walls are made from the strongest material I can think of. I placed gates on all of the walls, I placed them all in the same position directly in front of the house a bit to the left where the door to the house is located.

I placed traps in my mind palace in various locations my first traps are all around the wall and gate that's the first one someone who attempts to read my mind will see. Around the wall are traps designed to unnerve and scare the person attempting out of my mind all laced with a creepy song which is different in each trap, the trap outside the first gate is a nightmare creature that chases the person out of my mind. I have the same layout for my traps around all of the walls and gates with the traps get increasingly worse. The second level is slightly worse than the first level and so on. I have traps laid out around the outside of the house and at the door to the house with all of those traps have some way to hurt the person who is trying to read my mind.

If someone managed to get into the house despite all the traps they would have to decipher what memories are fake and to work out where my real memories are at. I placed one last trap which is designed to send the person flying from my mind with force. I practiced with Tom every time he came over to hang out which is usually during the weekends when we both have time to spend to work on it. Right now none of my traps are very powerful as it hasn't been all that long since I started learning Occlumency. Tom stated that I'm a natural with Occlumency as it is coming to me easier than either of us thought it would. I thought I would take longer than I have to get to where I currently am. Tom said I can keep someone who isn't that good at Legilimency out but I'm not good enough yet to let anyone who is good or is at Dumbledore's level of Legilimency out. That is what Tom and I are working on fixing.

I wonder what MACUSA are up to in regards to Dumbledore, I'm sure that they are trying to find and obtain evidence against Dumbledore to use to get him out of his positions. I would like it if they managed to obtain evidence strong enough and that the evidence proves without a doubt that Dumbledore is guilty but I highly doubt that they have managed to get evidence against Dumbledore because while I don't like Dumbledore I don't think he is stupid enough to leave hard evidence lying around for anyone to see or evidence would have been found sooner and he would be out of his positions before now. That hasn't happened so I think it will take infiltrating Hogwarts as a new student to get the evidence that is required against Dumbledore.

I highly enjoyed spending my day with Sam, it was nice doing bonding activities with him where both of us can have fun as well as bonding with each other becoming closer to each other in the process. It's good taking the time to deepen and solidify bonds in your family well with those you care for.

Sam is fun to be around and spend time with but I like being able to spend some time on my own as I'm not an outgoing kind of person. My habits have continued from my first life. I'm quiet around people I don't know and I get overwhelmed in crowed areas. However when I am comfortable I talk more and louder. Even though people call me shy because of how quiet I am I'm not shy I'm just quiet and that's ok.

Talking with Aunt Judy, Uncle Ron, and Sam is helping me with talking louder around people to a point. I have confidence in myself which is what Judy and Ron are mainly trying to do. I plan on doing what I did in my first life to improve my communication and that is by talking with people.

I'm going to close up this journal entry before I start rambling about various topics, considering that I've talked about several different subjects already in this entry.
