I am feeling kind of crazy. Maybe I am just super needy with Andre dying and the whole Pregnancy, but Damn… I want Jade. I'm not going to say I never thought of her that way. Of course I had. Jade is Hot and I got to kiss her on a weekly basis at work.

But now there was no kissing. She just holds me at night while I cry for Andre. Every other night she's with me. Until morning. And I swear sometimes I feel her breath on my neck and my super charged libido makes my breast strain hoping Jade will cop a feel.

Sometimes she kisses my hair, once it was my shoulder. And I just lean closer, and I think she is about to tell me something.but she stops herself.

There was a stretch of days, she had been fighting with Beck so she stayed with me for three nights in a row. The third day, there was a soft knock on my door as I was falling asleep and she padded to the door. Beck was there and they just kind of watched each other. She sighed and kissed him softly then turned around and came back to me.

And I don't know why that sad scene enthralled me. She came back to me and held me and she whispered so softly I almost missed it that she loved me. When I woke up the next morning Jade was gone.

I slid out of bed that morning and padded down to the kitchen for my one cup of coffee a day, when I reached the bottom of the stairs, I saw Jade and Sirrah Doing a tik tok and my heart just galloped in my chest. Grant it this isn't the first time she has done that, but how much Jade loves my kids is a big turn on.

Jade can still dance, and it makes me smile, Tik toks were Sirrah and Andre's thing. When they finished, Sirrah fell into Jade's arms in tears. I walked up to them and Jade looked at me and handed my daughter over. She picked up the phone and handed it to my daughter. Then headed silently to the kitchen.

"I miss him so much, Mami." the thirteen year old said.

"I know baby," I said and kissed the top of her head. "Do you want to go visit him?" I whispered.

She nodded.

"Okay, we'll ask Miri if she wants to go, and the three of us will have lunch with daddy, okay?" I stated. I had to talk to Andre and sort myself out. It was about time."

Sirrah ran outside to go toward the guest house her sister and Jordan were at. I turned and went to the kitchen where Jade was setting up her laptop for a meeting. She was still working on her Tawny series for Netflix.

"We were approached to do a reading of The Cove over zoom for charity." Jade said taking a zip of her coffee.

"The Finale aired last week!" I said.

"They want to go back to first season. Our show was so progressive, they want the episode BreHanna first happened."

"For pride?" I asked. Serving myself some coffee. She nodded "Isn't that a bit hypocritical. I mean, I know our show didn't do the Queer baiting other network shows did, but neither of us is queer."

"Speak for yourself." Jade stated and turned to look into the fridge.

I looked at her, "You've been with the same man for almost thirty years."

"I've been with other people." Jade said scooping a spoon full of yogurt. "You ever wonder why Helena is here?"

"Yes…" I answered

Jade smirked. "She is Beck's girlfriend."

"You said you've been with other people." I answered.

"There are NDA's involved." Jade answered, finishing up her yogurt.

"So the two of you are…." I asked for clarification.

"Open," Jade said.

"Open?" I thrilled a little.

"Wide Open." Jade finished.

"So what are your rules? How did this happen?" I asked curiosity killing me. I didn't know Jade and I had any secrets.

"Do you remember how jealous I used to get when girls would look at beck as if they wanted to just talk to him. I realized that I wanted them to look at me like that. And I came out to my husband when Jordan was like Ten."

"When the Cove came out." I said. Jade nodded.

"He wondered what that meant, was I going to divorce him?" Jade said and shook her head. "I love Beck. there was no way I was going to leave him. But what I was missing was driving me crazy, so we opened our relationship."

"So Helena…" I began.

"Was a threesome we attempted, and she clicked with him, and they just do their thing."

"That's why you stay with me every other night?" She shrugged noncommittally. Suddenly I was overwhelmed with all the feelings I was feeling. "Wow."

"Are you okay?" She asked.

"Why would you keep that from me?" I said.

"You and Andre had the perfect monogamous marriage after years of having to pretend you were single. I didn't want to pop that bubble for you."

"Our marriage wasn't perfect!" I stated. "We slept together every day despite the fact we were angry to keep ourselves grounded. He left me twice Jade. But we loved each other so we came back and we did what we had to do."

"He left TWICE?" she said angrily

"We loved each other, but we were not perfect." I said softly. "Why did you give up on yours."

"I am still married." She answered. "I am still in love with my husband, I still fuck my husband. I just need a little Vag sometimes." Then she turned away back to the fridge. Harrison walked in with his three month old in his arm.

"Oh, you finally told Tori?" He said coming up to me and kissing my cheek

"You knew?" I asked.

"Walked in on mom kissing a girl when I was nineteen. They sat me down and explained what they were doing took me a long time to come to terms with it." He sat at the counter sitting a bouncer with his precious little girl on it.

"It's why he moved to London." Jade said biting a plumb. And then it all made sense.

"Have you told Jordan yet?" Harry asked.

"Have to, your dad kind of spilled the beans in a podcast."

"That's why you are telling me today?" she shrugged again. "Okay, well I'll be there for Jordan when you do." She smiled at me and my heart fluttered again.

"Mom." Miri said, coming into the kitchen with her little sister."Are we going to the gravesite?"

I nodded. Jade paused what she was doing and just kind of stared at me. "Sirrah and I had a moment, we need to be with Andre today"

"That's a great idea." Jade stated and turned back to her Zoom meeting."So the reading?"

"Oh…: I said and nodded. "Yeah." then I walked away with my girls to get dressed.

Jade

I am in love with my best friend. That's What I told Beck when I stayed away from him for three nights after our fight. My marriage might actually be over now. That was really why I had to tell her.

I glanced up from my zoom meeting as Tori and the girls headed out of the house. And my head was gone. Beck and Helena walked into the kitchen. And Beck kissed my cheek.

My cheek.

I turned my camera and audio off and turned to my husband and pulled him against me. He smiled into the kiss. I just needed to know he was still here with me.

"Did you tell her?" he whispered. I nodded.

"Jordan's alone, we should talk to him now."

"You're in a meeting." he stated.

"I'm the boss." I reached out and unmuted myself. "Hey Keri, I have to go talk to my son, let's come back tomorrow."

"Okay jade" the blonde on my screen said and I closed the laptop. I smiled at Helena and took both her and Beck's hands and pulled them along to the pool house.

"Jordan," I said as the three of us walked into the guesthouse.

My son looked up from his computer, "Mom, dad… Helena." he said our third's name pretty virally. He knows something.

"Hey bud," Beck said.

"What is she doing here?" Jordan said. "Dad doesn't need his girlfriend to take notes.:

"Jordan." I said, "your dad and I date other people."

His face went blank. "I've never seen you date anyone…"

I tilted my head. "That doesn't mean I haven't. This openness in our relationship has made our marriage stronger. We love each other. But we each have needs that neither of us could fulfill with each other."

Jordan looked at the three of us. His eyes lingered on Helena then back to me. "Are you really cool with it?"

I knew what I could say to ease his mind a bit. My baby was afraid that I was caving just to please his dad. "She was my girlfriend first." I stated. his eyes went back to Helena and she was nodding. Then he laughed. "We just wanted to let you know before the media got a hold of it."

He nodded and came to us. He hugged his father and I and I could feel his demeanor change. He was so much nicer to Beck now. As we walked out of the guest house Beck kissed Helena goodbye and then came to me and held me tight. "Thank you, his distance was killing me"

"I love you," I said to him for the first time in a very long time. Then we walked together to our bedroom and spent the afternoon there.

I woke up just before dinner. It was my turn to cook. But I could smell the meal being cooked. I stretched, my naked body pressed to Becks front. He stirred and pulled me close he kissed my neck and whispered. "We're never doing this again, are we?" he whispered to me.

My heart sank. I didn't really want to let him go. But his heart was Helena's and Mine was Tori's Our hearts weren't in it today. "Maybe, it was just a bad time."

He nodded, "maybe."

We lingered for a moment and then I slid out of bed.I pulled on my yoga pants and long shirt "I'm gonna check on dinner."

"Yeah. I'm gonna shower."

I nodded and headed down the stairs where the whole of our family was beginning to congregate. I glanced at Helena and signaled with my head. She nodded and just kind of sat there. "Sorry about dinner, I was a lot more tired than I thought."

"You've been working non stop since we've been in quarantine." Holly said and I smiled. I like Tori's mom. Tori didn't say anything, just dropped into her seat at the table. She looked at the chair next to her then back at me. I smiled and sat next to the woman I loved.

"How was the visit with Andre?" I asked so only she could hear.

"Oh… we had some words," she said with a soft smile. "I think it did the girls some good. Miri told me and Andre some news… It was a very good visit."

I looked at her, "Miri gave you some news?"

"Only because we were with Andre." Tori said, looking down the table toward our snoodling children. "Otherwise I wouldn't have noticed."

"Tori…" I said my heart picking up speed.

"She looked back at me. "Did you tell him?"

I nodded. "Tell me…"

"I'm not sure I should." She answered… "I just realized you have a granddaughter that is older than my children."

That came out of nowhere, but it made me laugh out loud. She looked at me and I knew what she didnt want to tell me and I looked at our kids "fuck Tori, it's us all over again."

"Uh… Miri is my oldest" she said.

"You were twenty three. Not much older than they are."

"Still older." she said then turned to me. "Are you staying with me tonight?" I nodded "Good cause I need your help with something."

"What is it?" I asked.

"I need to get to know my best friend, for real this time."

I smiled at that then nodded. "okay."
