Furrball is seen resting in his cardboard box home. He was awoken by the sound of knocking on his box. He came out to see Buster and Babs knocking on his box.
"Congrats Furrball, this part of the series is dedicated to ya." Buster informed.
Furrball began to beam with excitement at Buster's news.
"The first story involving ya was suggested by a reader, and it involves you and Fifi." Babs added.
At Babs' words, a sweat dropped from Furrball's head.
(Fifi's Lesson)
It was lunchtime at ACME Looniversity. Furrball was sitting by himself, eating a tin of sardines. Babs went to sit next to him.
"Hey Furrball." She greeted.
Furrball had a shy look as he waved at Babs.
"Is something wrong?" Babs asked, feeling his forehead.
Furrball still had his shy look as he nodded, leaving Babs visibly suspicious.
"Have you taken a bet with Plucky to see how long you can be silent?" Babs asked. "Again?"
Furrball, while still having his shy look, shook his head. All the while, Penelope has seen the entire thing, and began to feel worried about him. Later that day, Furrball was getting his text books out of his locker. Shirley happened to be floating past.
"Like, hey Furrball." She greeted.
Furrball turned to Shirley, and had the same shy look as he waved to greet her.
"Like, are you feeling okay?" Shirley asked. "You're like, looking nervous or some junk. Oh wait, you did say before that you do talk back when we did that stream."
Furrball nodded in response while still having his shy face. Penelope watched from behind a corner.
"He's too shy to talk to girls." She said to herself. "I know just who to go to."
She went to look for Fifi to have a talk with her.
"Fifi, it's about Furrball." She explained. "Whenever a girl tries to talk to him, he becomes shy."
"And vou want me to, how you say, help him?" Fifi asked.
"It's because of two reasons." Penelope replied. "You have experience with him, plus a fan asked for a Furrball and Fifi story."
Fifi, understanding of the situation, went to talk with Furrball.
"Bonjour Furrball." She greeted.
Furrball gave his usual shy look as he waved at Fifi to greet her.
"I 'ave 'eard from Penelope that you are shy around girls, no?" Fifi asked.
Furrball was surprised at Fifi's words. He sighed and nodded.
"Furrball, zhere ees no reason to be shy." Fifi assured. "I wish to 'elp vou overcome zhis shyness."
Fifi lead Furrball to Mary Melody, who is very underrated in the series.
"Hey Fifi." She greeted.
"Mary, Furrball here ees too shy to talk to most girls." Fifi explained. "So I wish to 'elp 'im overcome eet."
"Oh, you want me to have a talk with him?" Mary asked.
"Oui." Fifi replied. "I am going to 'ave Furrball talk to a variety of girls in ACME Loo, and stand by 'im as support."
Mary got on one knee to talk to Furrball.
"I heard you're too shy to talk to girls." She said. "Well there's no need to be. I know things didn't go well when I took you in, but I hope things turn out well for you."
Furrball smiled.
"Thank you, Mary." He said.
"Zhat ees one girl down." Fifi informed. "Now Furrball, zhe next girl has some history with vou, Furrball, but things will be fine."
Furrball wondered who it was Fifi was talking about. But the moment he saw Fifi lead him to Sweetie, Furrball began to instantly panic.
"Furrball, eet ees okay." Fifi assured.
"It's that mean vicious predator!" Sweetie exclaimed, pulling out a giant mallet.
"Sweetie, stop!" Fifi exclaimed. "I ah'm trying to help Furrball overcome his shyness of talking to girls."
"If you want me to help, count me out!" Sweetie exclaimed.
Fifi went to Sweetie and whispered to her.
"If vou do not help moi, moi will tell Tweety zhat vou were zhe one who ate 'is fancy worm pie." She whispered.
A look of nervousness appeared on Sweetie's face.
"How can I help?" She asked.
"Talk to Furrball and encourage 'im not to be shy." Fifi explained.
"Fine." Sweetie groaned. "Furrball don't be shy around girls, blah blah blah."
"You just don't want to get along with me, don't you Sweetie?" Furrball asked.
"You try to eat me!" Sweetie yelled.
"You once got me kicked out because I didn't want to eat you!" Furrball yelled.
"Hey! I don't point fingers at you!" Sweetie yelled.
"Enough!" Fifi exclaimed. "Come Furrball, let us find someone else."
Fifi then lead Furrball to Shirley.
"Shirley, zhe reason Furrball was acting shy was because 'e ees to shy to talk to girls." Fifi explained.
"Like, let me talk to him." Shirley replied.
She turned to Furrball.
"Like, there's no reason to be shy when talking to girls." She said. "Don't you remember when we did that stream together, or some junk?"
Furrball smiled.
"Yeah, it was fun to do with you." He said. "And I also remember us... kissing at the end. It was my first kiss even."
"Like, wow." Shirley replied. "I just hope Plucky and Fowlmouth don't act hostile towards ya or some junk."
What Furrball didn't realise was that the two aforementioned birds Shirley mentioned were behind Furrball, both holding wooden planks, and being frozen while levitated by Shirley. Afterwards, Fifi took Furrball to Babs.
"I know the drill." Babs informed.
She turned to Furrball and held his face.
"You too shy to talk to females?" She asked, in a teasing voice. "Ya don't need to be. Us girls are your friends. More than you think."
She placed a gentle peck on his nose.
"Y-yeah." Furrball replied. "You are my friends."
To Furrball's surprise, Fifi gave him a hug without releasing her stink.
"So vou see, Furrball?" She asked. "Zhere ees no need to be shy. We really care for vou, and are your, how you say, friends."
She kissed his head while hugging him. All the while, Furrball smiled and shed a happy tear. This was one of the only times in his life he felt really cared for and loved. It irises out on the tear going down Furrball's face.
"Say Furrball, have you ever had any weird dreams?" Buster asked.
Furrball nodded in response.
"How about we let the readers know of said dream?" Babs offered.
(Not-So-Mean Dream)
It was a late evening at ACME Acres, and Furrball was digging through a dumpster for a midnight snack. He eventually discovered a hot-dog with cheese, mustard, and ketchup. Why anyone would throw away a perfectly good hot-dog was beyond Furrball's knowledge.
"Hot-diggity-dog!" He happily exclaimed.
He took the hot-dog and ate the entire thing whole in one bite. It was a very delicious hot-dog indeed. After tasting his fingers afterwards, he suddenly got very sleepy and curled into a ball in his cardboard box home. As he dozed off, his stomach was making strange noises.
Furrball began to dream he was in ACME Looniversity, doing a test on toonforce.
"Can you sit with less force?" A voice asked.
Furrball turned to investigate the sound, and much to his surprise, his chair was talking.
"Your cat butt is crushing me!" His chair yelled.
"I'm almost out of ink!" His pen yelled.
"You still have three more questions!" His paper yelled.
He glanced at Buster, who was munching a carrot.
"His teeth are too big!" The carrot yelled.
He then glanced at the bow on Shirley's head.
"How long does this duck need to wear a bow?!" It exclaimed.
Furrball started freaking out. How were all these objects talking? This is ACME Looniversity, not a Disney feature. Just when it felt like Furrball's head was about to explode, a whole bunch of other objects flew into the room, each having faces.
"I need sharpening!" A pencil yelled.
"I'm rusting!" An anvil yelled.
"I have nightmares every night!" A roll of toilet paper yelled.
Suddenly, a litterbox flew in.
"I want revenge!" It yelled.
Furrball screamed as he sprung awake. He was sweating from that crazy dream he had.
"Hey Furrball." Hamton greeted, walking to the blue cat. "Look what I brought you."
Hamton presented a hot-dog, which oddly looked like the one Furrball ate from the dumpster. The blue cat, whose stomach was growling, and with no hesitation, ate the entire hot-dog in one bite, without a thought for the dream he just had.
"I got it from over there." Hamton informed, pointing to the dumpster Furrball got the first hot-dog from.
Suddenly, Furrball's stomach started making the same strange noises it made last night, and Furrball suddenly fell asleep.
"Guess he didn't get enough sleep last night." Hamton shrugged, as it irises out on him.
Buster, Babs, and Furrball were loudly sobbing while blowing their noses into tissues.
"Get your tissues for this one, toonsters." Buster informed.
"This one will bring on the waterworks." Babs added.
Suddenly, the area flooded with their tears and carried them off.
(Feline in the Sun)
Furrball was running from Plucky and Fowlmouth, both of whom were wielding weaponry.
"You'll pay for (beep-beep) stealing Shirley from us!" Fowlmouth yelled.
As Furrball was running, he tripped on a stone slab that was sticking out of the ground. He tumbled across the ground, and crashed into a soda machine, resulting in soda coming out of the machine, and drenching Furrball until he was soaked and sticky.
"Guess that's the dangum next best thing." Fowlmouth shrugged.
He and Plucky walked off without so much as consoling Furrball. This caused the blue cat's face to turn red with seethe and rage.
"Furrball?" A voice asked.
The voice belonged to Penelope Pussycat, who has come to check up on him. Furrball placed a sign on the ground, and walked off in a rage, leaving behind a confused and concerned Penelope, who read the sign.
"I can't take it anymore! I have been mistreated for so long by my classmates and others! I am going on vacation!" It read.
Penelope was horror struck after reading. She got an idea.
"Every student report for an emergency assembly!" She called.
Meanwhile, Furrball was laying on the beach, enjoying his vacation. He placed sunscreen all over his nose and fur. As he was sunbathing, he wondered about his classmates. Meanwhile, Penelope was hosting an emergency assembly for all students.
"Everyone, Furrball has snapped." She announced. "He is fed up with his mistreatment and has gone on vacation!"
"He's probably taking a vacation from being a Shirley-stealer!" Plucky exclaimed.
"Shut it, Plucky!" Penelope scolded. "This is serious!"
"I don't get it." Buster replied. "What made him snap now?"
"When I went to talk to him, he was covered in soda and the soda machine was damaged." Penelope explained. "Shirley, can you use your psychic abilities to foresee what happened?"
"Like, I can try." Shirley replied.
Plucky and Fowlmouth began to look nervous as Shirley used her psychic ability to show everyone an image of the incident. They all saw Fowlmouth and Plucky chasing Furrball with weapons, Furrball tripping, him crashing into the soda machine, and the two birds walking away from him without a care in the world.
"Fowlmouth and Plucky!" Penelope boomed, with heat in her voice. "Front and centre!"
The two birds nervously approached Penelope.
"Start talking!" She scolded.
The two birds were stammering nervously, wondering what to tell her without making themselves sound bad.
"I can, like, explain or some junk." Shirley spoke out. "So basically, I invited Furrball to stream Craft the Blocks with me, and Dizzy came and was, like, making jokes about us being a couple or some junk, and at the end, he wanted us to kiss, so we did. And now Plucky and Fowlmouth are mad at Furrball for that, or some junk, which is mondo-negataro."
Penelope looked at Plucky and Fowlmouth like she was about to whip them with a riding crop.
"Jealousy?!" She snapped. "All this over jealous?! And not even just that, over the past years of the original show, he's been through all kinds of torment!"
Then, she looked to everyone else.
"I think it would be for the best that you all try to be nicer to him when he returns." She said. "Be as nice to him as possible. Make it up to him however you can."
All students nodded their heads to show that they agree. All but two.
"What?!" Plucky exclaimed. "We have to suck up to that Shirley-stealer?!"
"For what dangum reason?!" Fowlmouth exclaimed.
"Because of all the torment!" Penelope scolded with heat in her voice. "Now you two, either you stop with this victimising over that stream, or you two will be excluded from that school trip to Happy World Land, and the upcoming second Prom!"
Plucky and Fowlmouth froze. Penelope's words came up on them in the worst way possible. Not only is Happy World Land the greatest amusement park in the Tiny Toons world (Plucky could still remember that one trip he took with Hamton's family) and the upcoming second prom is their chance for one of, or even both of them to impress Shirley, and if they don't make nice with the cat who supposedly stole Shirley from them, their chances of experiencing those two things would be gone for good.
"So what will it be?" Penelope asked, in a serious and strict voice.
The two birds looked at each other, sighed, and nodded.
"We'll do it." Plucky sighed.
"Just don't cut us from the trip or prom." Fowlmouth begged.
"Good choice." Penelope replied.
Later on, Furrball's bus was returning to ACME Looniversity. Outside the school was all the students under a large banner that read "Welcome home, Furrball". He saw the banner through the bus window, and was pleasantly surprised. Among the students was Penelope.
"Remember what we talked about." She said.
When Furrball got off the bus, all the students rushed to him to happily greet him.
"We missed ya, buddy." Babs informed.
"You're our good friend." Hamton informed.
Calamity presented Furrball an unopened can of sardines, much to Furrball's delight. Shirley approached Furrball and wrapped her arms around his neck.
"Like, come and see me in the teacher's lounge later." She whispered. "I got the approval from the teachers or some junk."
Later, Furrball walked to the teacher's lounge to find Shirley, wearing the same blue dress she wore in "The Amazing Three". His face immediately turned red as Shriely used her psychic ability to close the door and levitate Furrball to a seat.
"Like, let me show you how much you mean to us." She said, looking at Furrball romantically.
She climbed onto him, and wrapped her arms around his neck again. Outside, Fowlmouth and Plucky were glaring at Furrball through the window. But when they saw Penelope glaring at them, their expressions changed to nervous grins. All the while, Shirley moved her face closer to Furrball's. Before she did anything else, she pulled down a black image that covered the entire screen before a loud smooch sound was heard.
Furrball was sitting between Buster and Babs.
"You see, Furrball, we care for ya." Buster informed.
"Yeah." Babs agreed. "More than that, we love ya."
The two rabbits sandwich kissed Furrball's cheeks before hugging him, causing Furrball to smile a lot and wink at the reader as it irised out.
Credit gag: Tiny Toons can have emotional moments unlike Family Guy.
Furrball roars like a lion until he nervously meows.
