"Welcome back, dear viewers, your very humble host Heiji Homura welcomes you to a new episode of the Assassination Show" the show's host Heiji Homura welcomed the viewers back.
"Some competitors have decided to join forces to get to the final..." he began giving a recap from the previous episodes "...but the prize is only one! Will the alliance last or will there be only one survivor? You just have to find out"
Morning of the 25th of March 2016 - Terasaka's gang hideout yard
At the Terasaka gang's hideout, the group had just completed some reinforcement work on the facility; Itona, Sugino, and Chiba were guarding the north balcony, the roof and the entrance respectively while the rest of them were outside on the main yard.
"Finally, we managed to light a bonfire" Jiu praised himself and Okajima.
"Yeah, so Kataoka-chan can rest well and we'll not die for the cold" Okajima said.
Haruka, looked at the professor, who estranged himself from the rest of the group; he began feeling the regret for the words he said this morning and decided to talk to him.
"Ide-sensei, can we talk for a second?" Haruka asked him.
"Ok, what is it?" the professor asked him.
"Listen, about what I said this morning...uh...I'm sorry about it and I regret saying those words" Haruka lost the words.
"Ah Ah, it must be hard for someone like you to comfort a loser like me" the professor smirked at him.
"Hey, it's already hard as it is, don't turn the knife in the wound" Haruka said.
"Don't worry, I get what you wanted to say to me, and I appreciate that" the professor said.
"Uhm...you're welcome" Haruka said.
"Oh, apart the term "sorry" you know the term "you're welcome"; you are very cultured for a teenager sniper" the professor joked.
"Oh shut up haha" Haruka gave him a little friendly push.
From the other side of the room, Hinano watched with a big smile on her face.
"What a gaudy smile" Yada said to her.
"Oh Yada-san it's you, didn't hear you coming" Hinano was a little bit startled by the girl's approach.
"Oh that's strange, because I was here since you started looking at him" Yada said.
"L-looking at him, what are you talking about?" Hinano asked the girl.
"Oh, you're playing confused huh? Look, you don't need to lie..."Yada said.
Hinano looked around her, smiling.
"... you like Haruka right?" Yada said to her.
Hinano didn't answer to that question, but just looking at her was worth more than a hundred words.
"Ha, I knew it! I knew it!" Yada was euphoric.
"Stop it! Please, don't tell it to anyone" Hinano begged her classmate.
"Why? You fear that everyone will burst into a laugh after you said it?" Yada was confused.
"No it's because...you see... about what he said on womens..." Hinano feared.
"So? You can make him change his mind about it no?" Yada asked her.
"What?! Are you kid..." Hinano was cut off by Jiu.
"Everyone, gather around the bonfire, we need to discuss something" Jiu called everyone.
As the teens began to gather around the fire, one of them asked: "What is it?"
"We got a problem..." the teens began to sense danger.
"What is it now?" Okajima asked.
"Did you remember that we said that we are getting close to the farmhouse?" Jiu asked the teens.
"Yes, I said that we were very close to it" the professor confirmed Jiu's question.
"Woah woah...a farmhouse?" Yoshida asked, very confused.
"Yes a farmhouse, full of food, meds, weapons and more" Okajima explained to to the Terasaka gang.
"That's because I made us take a small detour that led us to this building" Jiu said.
"What?!" some teens gasped.
"But why did you do that?" Haruka angrily asked.
"We're being followed...since after the battle with the spider" Jiu explained the detour.
The teen's faces went completely blank.
"Hey, don't do those faces, he or she might still be around here, watching us" Jiu tried to be less conspicuous.
"Why do you speak in the singular? How do you know that one person is chasing us and not two or three?" Haruka asked Jiu.
"Well, it's either one person following us or at most there are two of them" Jiu deducted.
"How do you deduce this?" Yada was curious.
"Thanks to my training as an insider informer, I learned a lot about following people; and if there were many following us, we would have known it long ago." Jiu explained his deduction.
"Wow, I'm amazed ..." Okajima and Hinano gasped at that deduction.
"The training makes you sly as fox" Jiu said.
"How do we get to the farmhouse with an asshole following us?" Yada was becoming paranoid.
"Well we could ..." Jiu was cut by the screams of some of the group.
"OH GOD!" Yada, Hinano and Fuwa said together.
"Ah...ah...aaaaaaaah" from the bushes surrounding the building a girl came out mumbling; she looked like she got ran over by a truck at high speed; she was showered in blood and mud, missing an arm.
"Jesus Christ!" Jiu gasped at that sight.
"J...Jiu-san, is that "thing" the one who was following us?" Haruka asked, disgusted by that sight.
"No, at least I don't think so. This is..."Jiu was cut off again by the mutilated girl that mumbled: "S-She i..is... coming, run away!" and tumbled down on the ground.
The group was so concentrated on the girl that they didn't notice a green fog starting to rise from the ground.
"Uhm guys, there's a green fog raising from the ground" Terasaka spotted the fog.
"Oh crap, smoke grenades!" Yoshida screamed.
"Don't breathe that stuff, it'll make you feel dizzy" Jiu warned the group.
Too late, half of them were already on the ground, passed out from the gas. Others tried to limp out of the big cloud of green smoke, but one after one kept tumbling down on the ground. Haruka and Jiu were the last ones to fall on the ground, passing out.

Morning of the 25th of March 2016 - The path near Terasaka's gang hideout
After a while, Haruka began gaining conciousness again.
"Aaah...wait I am still alive? For how long was I out?" he said while trying to stand up again.
"About three minutes" a girly voice said.
"Wha...who talked?" Haruka asked, as his eyes began focusing again.
"Don't move, or you'll not see a new day dawning" the girl threatened Haruka with her Glock P19.
"Who are you?! Where are the others?" Haruka fearlessly asked.
"Your friends? They've probably been reached by the other guy" the girl supposed.
Jiu was wrong, the follwers were two and the others were in serious danger.
"Listen lady, could you please tell me who the hell are..." Haruka was cut off by the gun being cocked "...you?"
"Let's clear something out sniper-boy, I'm the one who makes questions ok? You are gonna answer them in a way that I find satisfactory and if you do not... I will plant a bullet in your head" the girl cleared thing up.
Haruka didn't respond, he just nodded.
"Wait a minute, I still have my revolver with me! I could...oh yeah...it's out of bullets" Haruka thought, the only way to get out alive was to answer the girl's questions.
"So, Haruka-kun..." she said.
"Wait how does she know my name?" Haruka thought again.
"...do you have a silver pendant with you?" the girl asked.
Haruka remembered the pendant he took from the boy on his first day on the island; who was this girl? why she wanted the pendant? Maybe she's the one who killed that poor boy.
"It's important!" she yelled.
"Really? In a place like this?" Haruka said.
"DO YOU HAVE IT YES OR NO?! ANSWER ME!" she screamed.
Haruka was now freezed, he didn't know what to do.
"Ok, you've asked for it" the girl cocked the gun again, Haruka closed his eyes and a gunshot was heard.
Morning of the 25th of March 2016 - Terasaka's gang hideout yard
The others began waking up from the gas; Hinano was the first one and a boy was standing in front of her.
"W-Who are you?" Hinano asked the boy.
Okano, Mimura, Nakamura and Chiba froze at that sight, he was the boy who killed the twins.
"Hey, I've already saw that guy" the professor thought.
"Me? I'm the one who will send you to the creator" the boy pounced to Hinano, only to be blocked by Yada.
"Stay away from her!" Yada yelled at the boy.
"Yada-san!" Hinano gasped her classmate's name.
"Hinano-chan don't worry, I've tackled him down...he's out" Yada was sure of what she said.
But the boy quickly got out of her tackle and said: "You call that tackle? HA! Now I'll break your face, happy?"
"Don't underestimate me, asshole! Bring it!" Yada provoked the boy.
"Oh would you like to beat me? In your state you wouldn't even be able to hurt a mosquito. You can't even stand up" the boy made fun of Yada.
"Crap, I've inhaled a lot of gas, I feel weak" Yada thought.
She tried to fight, but the boy was too much powerful to stop his punches from hitting her.
"Aaaaaah" Yada screamed in pain.
"Oh god! Yada-san" Hinano yelled.
"Uhuhuhuh, you're so weak!" the boy kept teasing her.
"W-weak...m-me? No...I am not..." Yada was at the verge of her strenght.
"Die! Little worm" the boy was ready for the final blow.
"Yada-san! Hinano-chan!" Okajima yelled at the poor girls, one was now on the ground bleeding, the other was about to be killed by the boy.
"What a pity, the fight finished even before starting...but I could still wake her up and bite off her head no?...hahahahahah" the boy left a laugh which reminded many of someone.
"But before I do that, let me quench my lust by killing you" the boy pounced now to hurt Hinano.
"Hinano-chan, run!" the professor yelled.
"I-I have to save her, but i've inhaled so much gas I can't move a single muscle" Jiu tried to move, but his body was like a brick.
"Come on, Jiu-san we have to save her" the professor tried to make Jiu's body move without success.
It was too late, the boy tackled Hinano to the ground and was about to hit her but he suddenly stopped.
"Huh?" the boy was now confused, he looked at the girl, now on the verge of tears.
"Who are you?" he asked.
"Aaaaaaaaaah" Hinano screamed and ran toward his friends, that were starting to wake up.
"Hey, wait" the boy tried to stop her; then he said: "Did I do something to you?"
Jiu hit him in the face, making him tumble on the ground, and said:"Do you really feel like joking, asshole?! You wanted to hit her"
"Really I...I..." before he could say something he was hit again.
"That's not the only thing you have done" Jiu looked at Yada, lying on the ground, half dead.
"Oh crap, did I really do that?!" the boy was shocked; he was hit a third time, this time the blow was from Okajima.
"Yes you did, you bastard!" Okajima yelled.
"Shit! Shit! Why did this have to happen to me ?!" the boy started mumbling to himself, as if he were talking to someone in his head.
The group was puzzled by that boy; but their thought were interrupted by from Yada's pain sighs.
"Uh..I-I'm n-not..." she mumbled.
"Yada-san!" the group rushed at the aid of the stricken girl.
"She's in bad conditions, if we don't do something about it, she could..." the professor was cut off by the boy.
"At five minutes from here" he said.
"What?" Jiu was confused.
"There's a farmhouse at five minutes from here, you can find all the medical products you need there. If you rush to it, maybe she could be saved" he explained.
"How do you know about the farmhouse?" the professor asked him.
"No time to explain, go now. And run far away from me, I don't know when he will come back" the boy urged them to leave before it was too late for the girl and before the beast inside him was unleashed again.
"Cou...could you please explain?" Hinano asked the departing boy.
"Hmm?" the boy turned around, facing the redhead.
"Well, first you try to kill us all and then you help us; how does it work?" Hinano asked the boy.
"You wouldn't understand. The only sure thing is that no one can be near me ... so if you care about your life, go" the boy turned and walked towards the forest.
"But we will need a guide, why don't you help us find the farmhouse?" Hinano suggested him.
"Hinano-chan, you must be joking right? This guy is more dangerous than the guys we just fought" Jiu scolded the girl.
"Hinano-chan, right? Listen to your friend's advice" the boy said and began walking off, only to be stopped by Hinano taking his hand.
"Wait, your eyes don't deceive me" she said, then she continued: "I don't know what happened before, but in your gaze...I can see a frightened person but also good and selfless"
The boy was stunned by those words; also were the others.
"Y-You really want me to guide you? Even knowing the risks?" the boy asked her.
"Of course!" she gave him a big smile.
"Well, it's obvious that this conversation will not subside until I make a decision and two of our companions are in bad shape so...guide us to the farmhouse, boy" Jiu ordered the boy.
"O-Ok" the boy replied.
"By the way, what's your name?" Hinano asked him.
"Nagisa, Nagisa Nakajima" the boy replied.
That name felt like bricks on the shoulders of the E-Class guys, the same name of a boy, who that unfortunate evening, was mortally wounded and still struggling between life and death in a hospital bed.
"Something's wrong?" Nagisa asked, puzzled by that unusual change of attitude.
"Well, you share the same name with one of our classmate, that is fighting between life and death after an accident he had" Hinano explained to him.
After the explaination, the group began his walk towards the farmhouse.
Morning of the 25th of March 2016 - The path near Terasaka's gang hideout
Back at the path near the hideout, Haruka, thanks to a little bit of luck, managed to avoid the bullet fired from the girl's gun and fished out the infamous pendant. At that sight, the girl's skin began to whiten.
"H-how" the girls asked.
"What do you mean HOW?" Haruka asked her.
"How did you get hold of it?!" she asked him.
"I...uh...found it" he said.
"Liar! You stole it!" the girl yelled at him.
"I didn't stole it, ok? It slipped out of a dead boy's pocket" he explained how he got the pendant.
At those words, the girls was paler and paler by the minute.
"Crap, don't tell me she's..." Haruka thought, then he described the boy at her: "Black hair, green eyes, probably the same age as me... you knew him right?"
"Did you kill him" the girl cocked her gun once more.
"What?! No! He was already dead when I found him, the one who shot him was not in sight when I reached him" Haruka explained once again.
"Tell me the truth!" she yelled.
"IT IS THE TRUTH!" he yelled back at her, looking straight in her eyes.
The girl was now sure that Haruka was not the murderer of that boy, so she lowered the gun and looked on the ground. Haruka thought that was a good moment to escape; but seeing that girl mourning in silence made him change his mind.
"Yuuki" she said, then she added: "His name was Yuuki, he was my boyfriend"
"Sumire right? I'm sorry for your loss" Haruka gave her his condolences.
"Are you really sorry? Don't make me laugh. Why are you so cute with me but you're cold as ice with your mates?" Sumire was not impressed with Haruka's attitude.
"How the hell did you know that?" Haruka asked.
"Haruka-kun, I guess by now you understand that I have been following you so far" she pointed out.
"And why did you follow us then?" he asked.
"Firstly, because of Yuuki's pendant, I supposed one of you had it. Oh and by the way, I was the one who gave Hinano-chan the gun" she said.
"Really? Wow, we owe you our lives, girl" Haruka said.
"Tsk, I did that because I knew that the professor was the key to have an edge in this game; I though that with him on my side I would have survived long enough to arrive to the final, along with Yuuki...but now everthing's changed" she explained.
Haruka listened in silence.
"Yuuki is dead, surviving is not important anymore for me, to hell with this show and the money. I'll find the bastard who killed him and make him pay for what he's done" the girl was now on a mixed feeling of sadness and anger, with her eyes starting to wet.
"Hey, I know that you're angry and in search for revenge, but what are you going to do with me?" Haruka asked her.
"You? Well you're useless to me so, you can go back with your friends, if they're still breathing of course" she said.
"What are talking about?" he asked.
"Remember the smoke grenade? That was my idea...but my intention was not to make you fall in a trap, but to make you ran away from him" Sumire explained.
"Him?" Haruka had a feeling that something was wrong.
"A thin guy, very dangerous ... he wanders in the forest with the sole purpose of killing people. I've seen what he's capable of, better not run into him, believe me" Sumire described the boy.
"Well, thanks for heads up, Sumire-san. But I think I can handle him" Haruka was confident he could beat his ass easily.
"If you say so" Sumire doubted that.
"Well, I think it's time for me to get out of here and reach the others. Sumire-san, we'll meet each other again, I'm sure of that" Haruka said and ran towards the forest.
Now that she was alone again, Sumire began crying, repeating her boyfriend's name. He broke his promise, they were destined to live together since the end of their days, but it was all fake.
Dawn of the 25th of March 2016 - Farmhouse
"There it is" Nagisa pointed towards the farmhouse.
"Finally" Jiu was relieved.
"C'mon, we don't have time to lose. Yada and Takaoka need medical aid ASAP" the professor said, as he rushed to open the house's door.
The group entered the house, it was equipped with all the gadgets for an armed battle; it had a supply of medicines and medkits just in case; an armory full of weapons of all kinds: shotguns, automatic rifles, pistols, explosives and much more; it was even equipped with a kitchen full of food and water.
25th of March 2016 - Yanagisawa's secret laboratory
Yanagisawa was standing in front of the fireplace, thinking about something. Suddenly, the door of his office opened.
"Yanagisawa-sama, did you call me? What can I do for you? "said Tatsuno Sasagawa, closing the door.
"Tell me, Sasagawa-san...do you believe in the existence of a higher entity" Yanagisawa asked her.
"Superior? Do you mean like a god?" Tatsuno was confused by those words.
"Exactly, do you believe in a god?" he asked her.
"Well, I think there is no god who can be superior to you, sir" she answered back.
"You got the world by the legs, thanks to your scientific knowledge and your exceptional bio-weapons, you could conquer the whole world" Sasagawa praised her boss.
"And if I told her that there is a god, and that she walks among people ... would you believe it?" Yanagisawa asked him.
Tatsuno was stunned at those words; she didn't know what to say.
"So?" Yanagisawa demanded an answer.
"Well, the closest person to god would be you, sir" Tatsuno kept praising him.
"Ahahah, I knew you'll say that" Yanagisawa laughed of pleasure.
"Uhuh! Anyway I think you'll be pleased that Homura's show is paying off. The subscriptions on our dark web site are earning us around 100.000.000 yen per hour, about the double of what we made with last year's show." Tatsuno explained.
"The show is great, just like me!" Yanagisawa complimented himself.
But she was worried, that smile was fake; Yanagisawa had never spoken like that; something was odd.
25th of March 2016 - Island Forest
Back at the island, a blue-haired boy found himself in front of a guy who was aiming a 44. Magnum revolver at him.
"Freeze buddy!" the guy yelled at him.
The boy looked straight in the guy's eyes.
"I'm very sorry to do this, but I don't have a choice, prepare to die!" the guy cocked the gun.
"Are you sure about the consequences?" the boy asked him.
"Of course" the guy said and aimed at the boy's head.
Suddenly, the boy's blue eyes began turning darker and darker by the minute.
"Oh well, pity for you" the boy said, as tentacles began crawling out his neck.
"What the..." the guy couldn't even react to that transformation, as he was impaled by the tentacles.
"You were really unfortunate to run into a laboratory guinea pig," the boy said as the tentacles receded and his eyes turned pale blue again.
Then, the island intercoms started to creak, signaling to the remaining players that an announcement was about to be made.
"Attention to all the players, this is Heiji Homura, I am talking through some intercoms displaced all over the island" the show's host said.
All the players stopped and listened at the announcement.
"First of all, I congratulate those who are still alive! Furthermore, I announce that of the more than ten thousand competitors, as many as one hundred have died. In conclusion, the farmhouse on the island has just been occupied! With this message I conclude the announcements, good continuation, over and out" "Homura explained the events of the last few days.
"Damn, the farmhouse has been occupied; well it doesn't matter, I don't think "my friends" will be against it if I pay them a little visit" the blue haired boy said.
25th of March 2016 - Terasaka's gang hideout
Haruka was now furious and worried at the same time, the farmhouse was occupied, maybe by his group or maybe the thin guy killed all his friends and he occupied it. A lot of things were going around his head, he didn't know how to act. In the end he decided to just find them, he ran back at the hideout, where Sumire threw the smoke grenade.
"What the hell happened here?!" he thought, there were sign of a fight and a lot of blood on the ground. He then noticed that there was a trail of it, it was really weak, but at least it was something to grab onto. So he decided to follow it; running like a hound in search of his prey.
25th of March 2016 - Island's Farmhouse
At the farmhouse, Professor Ide just finished healing Yada's wound and treating Kataoka's stomach pain; meanwhile, outside, it began to rain.
"Ide-sensei, how are they doing?" Okajima asked him.
"Yada-san is not in danger of life, but it is difficult for her to recover any time soon. As for Kataoka-san, the stomach problem is unknown; I cannot understand what it may have come from" the professor explained the conditions of the two girls.
"I'll be near Kataoka's bedside if you need me" Isogai stood up and went to check on her.
"The important is that they're safe" Hinano said, then she added: "Thank you for guiding us here, Nagisa-kun"
"Don't mention it; it was the least I could do for what I've done to you all. Coming to think about it, is better for me if I go; I don't wanna cause you anymore trouble" Nagisa said and headed for the door.
"Wait, why? Can you explain what makes you want to be alone?" Hinano asked the boy.
"Believe me, it's better for everyone" he said.
Nagisa looked like someone familiar to Hinano; he had problems opening with others, like Haruka.
"Wait a minute, Haruka!" Hinano yelled.
"Oh crap, in all the commotion from this morning, we forgot him" Jiu began having guilt feelings.
The teens were now feeling guilty for leaving him behind, they thought he could be hurt or worse.
"Sorry, who is this Haruka?" Nagisa asked the teenagers.
Then the door flew open, a guy with a sniper rifle was standing on the entrance, dripping water from his clothes.
"That would be the slightly pissed off me," Haruka said, furious as a beast.
"Haruka-kun, thank god you found us" Jiu was relieved to see that he was ok; Haruka didn't share the same feeling though.
"Uhm, you don't sound so pleased" Jiu said again.
"Really? Can't you see how much am I happy?" Haruka said sarcastically.
Jiu was confused, he couldn't catch Haruka's sarcasm.
"Oh you're confused? GOOD! That would justify the fact that you left in the middle of the fucking forest!" Haruka said
Jiu and the other teens were with their heads staring down on the floor, he was right.
"Haruka-kun, please think, we have through a lot in the past few hours, we didn't had the time to think" Nakamura stood up and tried to reason with him, but he wouldn't budge.
"Whatever..." he said, slamming the rifle on the ground.
"Hey, what happened to your bandage?" Hinano noticed that the red bandana she gave him to cover the wound on Haruka's arm was gone.
"Well, the wound was healed, I just simply threw it away" Haruka said.
"Oh, right" she sadly said.
Then he noticed Yada and Kataoka laying down on a bed and a misterious thin guy.
"Wait, this is the guy Sumire was saying?! What the hell is he doing here!?"Haruka said, as he approached the guy.
"Why are you looking me like that?" Nagisa asked Haruka.
"YOU! You're the crazy murderer!?" Haruka accused him.
"What are you even talking about?" Nagisa was puzzled.
"Let me guess, you're the one who sent Yada-san in that bed, right?" Haruka was getting more and more angry.
Nagisa looked around, saw that everyone avoided looking at him. Dejected, he admitted the guilt: "Yes, it was me"
"See! I was right! And you geniuses, thought it was a good idea to bring him along!" Haruka angrily said.
"Haruka-kun, if it wasn't for him, we would not be here now" Okajima fought back at those words.
"Oh well that's nice Okaijma-kun! But tell me, does that justify what he's..." he was then cut off by Nagisa.
"I've been injected" Nagisa admitted; the teens gasped, he was one of them.
"You're joking right?!" Chiba said.
"Unfortunately it's not" Nagisa said.
"No, he's telling the truth, he got injected with tentacles cells. They're a modified version of the original; with the difference that you'll need various injection for the tentacles to grow; the cells were tending to break, causing the subject to go on a murderous rampage if not treated with a another injection. He was one of the subjects for the test, but since it failed, he was set free, but it seems that the cells are still in you..." the professor recognized him and began explaining.
"Yes ...and within the years passing the cells began breaking one by one, and everytime I would transform into a murder machine ... There, do you believe me now?" Nagisa finished the explaination.
"Now I believe it, and all the more reason you have to get out of here" Haruka said.
"That's the idea" he said, but he was stopped again by Hinano.
"Wait, you've guided us here, we owe you one ... stay with us here" she said.
"I just can't, the cells could break at any time" he said, caring about the sake of the girl.
Hinano was looking the floor, saddened by the boy's upcoming departure; Haruka took pity of her and said: "Ok, but we're going to tie him up"
"What?" Hinano raised her head and looked at him.
"We tie him up so that if he goes bezerk, he'll not harm us" Haruk explained.
"Good idea, Haruka-kun" Jiu said and went to pick up some rope.
"So ... does this mean that you're gonna let me stay" Nagisa asked him, with his eyes litting up.
"Yeah ... sure" he coldly said.
"Thanks mate, I can't thank you more" he said, bowing down.
"Call me mate again and I might change my mind ... but anyway, I did firstly because otherwise the redhead wouldn't stop whimpering" he said.
"Ahaha, thank you Haruka-kun" Hinano said, then he got close to him and whispered "Say... what happened to the bandage again?"
"Does it matter?" he asked her back.
"No ... I guess not" she said and left for the girls room.

TOKA YADA IS BADLY INJURED, SHE IS FIGHTING BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH, AFTER THE MURDER BOY REVEALED HIMSELF: NAGISA NAKAJIMA, AN OLD TEST SUBJECT THAT WAS BROUGHT AGAIN TO KILL.
SUMIRE REVEALED WHY SHE IS ON THE ISLAND AND WHAT IS HER MAIN GOAL. WILL WE MEET HER AGAIN?

A.N.1 Hey everyone, sorry for this period of hiatus, but a very big load of things turned up (mostly coming from work and university) and I couldn't work on the chapter.
