A/N sorry for it being so long since i posted the fist chapter been rather busy as of late. Also I plan on being more regular with putting up more chapters. there will be a a time skip in the middle of this chapter after we get through the uchiha incident.

As Naruto dashed out of the office in a red blur as he pushed as much chakra through his legs to increase his speed. Anko shortly behind him. The Anbu removing there mask and droppings there disguise revealing her identity as a black hair red eyed woman.

"Lord Hokage, the mission you gave me has been successful. All but me and my siblings have been eliminated. Sasuke 'witnessed' me removing my blade from our sisters chest then removing our parents heads. Satsuki truly witnessed me end my parents. Do not be surprised if they wish to chase after me the return the favor." The woman stated.

"Itachi, you did well, I am sure it was not easy doing this. I will do my best to keep the two of them safe. If i had to take a guess Naruto will protect Satsuki from going down the path of darkness I dont know about Sasuke though." Hiruzen stated to the young woman.

Naruto apeared at the open gate to the Uchiha head families house. He looked around as he entered the building seeing the almost pristine condition of the hallway. That was when he noticed a pair of shoes sticking out of a doorway. He ran over and opened the door seeing Sasuke, Satsuki's elder twin brother, laying face first on the floor of what looked like a dojo. As he entered the room more he checked his pulse and noted he was still alive. He then moved past Sasuke and saw the girl he came to check on as well as their parents. He ran to Satsuki and checked her pulse and let out a sigh of relife and held her close. "Thank god you're okay Satsuki. I will always protect you. Thats my promise of a life time." He stated.

Anko entered the room as she heard him state this. She was horrified at what she had seen throughout all of the district. She saw Naruto holding Satsuki a dark look in his eyes. His hands soaked in blood holding tight onto a girl he cared for more than life. It was unfortunate the girl didn't know how he truly felt.

Anko spoke up. "Naruto, you may want to losen up on her, you might hurt her worse." at this Naruto loosened his grip but didn't let her go.

"Grab the teme they both need to get to the hospital." Naruto said to her as he stood up. He then quickly ran out of the house Satsuki still in his arms as he ran to the hospital. Anko followed him with Sasuke in her arms.

Apon arrival at the hospital Naruto kicked open the door and yelled out for help. "Code Pink! Two children unconscious, unresponsive, possibly bleeding internally and externally!" He then ran to two stretches and laid Satsuki down on one as Anko laid Sasuke down on the second.

A doctor ran over. "Uzumaki-san what happened?"

"Doctor Hoshi, I was in the hokage's office when an anbu arrived stating that an attack happened at the uchiha compound and that all where dead. I quickly ran there and found these to still holding on to life, I quickly ran them here. Please help them." Naruto explained then begged.

The doctor nodded and started to give out orders. Anko placed a hand on Naruto's shoulder and whispered. "you really care for her don't you?" she asked. Naruto only nodded. He then sprinted back out the hospital.

"We need to check for more survivors!" He yelled as he ran back to the uchiha compound.

Apon arival Naruto noted 3 men in anbu atire checking boddies. He quickly flashed past them and reappeared at the main house again going inside and checking everywhere for the third child of the Uchiha family. He ran into the dojo again and looked at the Head of the clan and noticed a slight red glow coming from his eyes. He looked closer noticing the still active Sharingan and he did a jutsu sealling away the body as well as his wife. He then ran out of the house to the neighbors house. The house of Itachi's girlfriend. Apon entering he found Izumi and checked her pulse and found she still had a faint pulse.

He then checked her parents and found they had passed. He sealed them along side the Clan head and his wife. He then picked up Izumi and flashed away leaving behind the horrific scene and ran back to the hospital.

He soon arived and set Izumi down on a stretcher as another doctor took her away. Anko appeared behind him. "God gaki you're to damn fast." She stated breathlessly.

He shrugged and turned to a nurse. "Ma'am are Satsuki and Sasuke out of the OR?"

She nodded to the boy and told him the room they where in. He then walked to the room and entered. First thing he saw was that Sasuke was still out but Satsuki was sitting up with a book in her hand. He then walked to her. "Hey loser."

Satsuki's eyes widened then she smiled. "Naruto" she locked eyes with him as he walked over to her. "Oh my god are you okay?" she said as she saw his bloody clothes.

"It's not my blood. It's Izumi-chan's. She's still alive. I brought her here after I got you and the teme here." Naruto said as he sat down by her just looking into those endless black eyes of hers. Her doing the same in his deep ocean of blue.

She hugged him as tight as she could a tear running down her cheek. "Thank you Naru-kun. You have no idea how happy it makes me to know she didnt get everyone..." At this Naruto hugged her back.

"If you dont mind me asking who did this?"

"My sister..."

There you have it. Not only do we have a pair of twins surving but also a third uchiha.

Premature answer to your questions.

No Naruto doesnt have his father's technique. He has some control over his tenet. He also just has a shit ton of speed. He is chased at least once a week by ninja, he lives in the forest of death and his father was Minato theres gotta be some kind of speed in his genes.

Yes Naruto like Satsuki, yes she likes him but they are unaware of each other's feelings.

Yes I have decided for now its NaruSatsu.

This may change in the future to NaruKarin but for now I have no clue how to do so.
