Chapter 9 Strongest Man vs King of Underworld

The gods were having a meeting and Zeus said: "Well we'll have to find someone to replace Buddha since he joined humanity's side."

"I shall go next." Hades told the gods.

"Well you better fix what Poseidon did, because that coward was a disgrace." Odin said.

"To be honest, it's about time someone break that perfect bravado of his, even though it cost him his death." said Hades.

"Well that's a interesting view on that Hades." Shiva got surprised.

"Don't misunderstand my words... I care for my brothers despite their own egos. I always warned Poseidon not to keep on acting that perfect persona of his since it will lead to his downfall but alas it happened to him." said Hades shaking his head, "Now time for me to prepare for my fight, as it is a big brother's job to assist his younger siblings."

With Henry

He checks the cards again and saw that Hades was next. "Hmmm, Hades, well it's time to send the one that knows about siblings too."

Henry looka his fighters and noticed Minato's name making him frown.

"I want to help you sister, but some people are just too greedy even when they want to help humanity." He said.

At the arena

The place was changed for the fight with many coming to see it.

"I never thought I would see Uncle fighting in this tournament." Ares said, taking a seat in a smaller chair. "But what a relief, though I was hoping to meet your expectations, Hermes."

"Hm? Ahh, yes!" Hermes said, laughing. "You surely don't mean you were actually thinking of fighting, were you?" He asked.

"HUH!? I really hate you when you do things like that!?" Ares said annoyed by his brother.

"Ah, good grief… but now it is clear who will win the next round, just take a look at this glorious arena!" The arena looked more hellish and made more for Helheim than Valhalla. "Isn't it just the perfect sight for Hades's victory?"

Hermes wonders who humanity will send to fight.

"Now fighting for the gods, coming all the way from helheim in a time of need… Is this god! When this god walks the whole world trembles! when he scowls all bow before him!" Heimdall shouted. "Cerberus, the watchdog of hell, Dopes his heads to him! typhon, the most fearsome monster, purrs like a feline! The eldest of all three brothers of greece, and strongest greek god! king of the netherworld… Hades!" Hades came out and took his jacket off.

"And now representing humanity, he's the future King of Eternia, the Prince that fought the forces of evil without a second thought to protect his people. He is known as The Most Powerful Man in the Universe! Prince Adam or as he prefers to be called... He-Man!" Heimdall said.

Hades saw the entrance opened as He-Man rides foward on Battlecat holding his sword.

He stops at the arena and raises his sword. "I have the power!"

His people cheered for him.

The gods are overwhelmed by the sheer power coming out of He-Man.

"He's interesting." said Aphrodite.

"So they got a barbarian to fight, huh?" asked Ares.

"That does not look like a common barbarian." said Hermes.

"Indeed, his power seems comparable to Heracles or that Superman fellow, maybe even beyond." said Zeus, and for some reason He-Man reminded him of Heracles.

"I think it's gay." Loki said.

"Gay! Then you would say Heracles was Gay?!" Ares looks at him.

"What are you kidding me, he was totally gay." Loki said.

"Since when he was gay! Is it because of his clothing?!" said the God of War in rage.

Zeus sighs since Ares gets too easily teased by Loki.

He-Man faces off against Hades while Battlecat leaves.

"Well Hades, I hope your ready to fight because I will not fall in this battle." He-Man said.

"So am I." said Hades, with his weapon ready.

Henry watches with Brunhilde and Goll.

"He-Man is the right hero to face Hades with his determination he will win this match." Henry said.

"He does seem strong, what happened to sister Alvitr to let her make the pack?" Goll asked.

Henry thinks about it.

Flashback

Alvitr was having a meeting with Henry.

"So who's my partner?" She asked.

"Right behind you." Henry said.

Alvitr looks back and blushes, she saw Adam behind her.

"Hello young woman." He smiles.

She was compelty red before fainting.

Flashback ends.

"That's what happened, she fell in love." Henry chuckles.

The two got surprised and Goll said: "I guess Alvitr likes muscular men."

"Adam will win this battle for all of us." The King said.

"Come get that God." Man at arms said.

The two stared at each other before Hades does multiple powerful jabs at He-Man, the prince dodges many and he gets a cut on his cheek.

He looks at it and kept going before Hades jumps up and jabs foward doing the attack called Persephone: Kallichoron; Hammer of the Netherworld, He-Man sees it coming and swings his sword to block it as they clashed.

He-Man then pushes him back surprising the crowd before Hades landed on his feet and did Persephone: Roa; Breaker of Storms to make another powerful jab.

He-Man powers up his sword and meets the attack head on making another clash before they got pushed back.

"Unbelievable, this human is able to match Hades' attacks!" Ares said.

"It seems his title is worthy to tell his power." Hermes said.

"It seems we are closer in strenght Hades." He-Man said.

"It seems so future King, let me ask you something, what do you think makes a King?" Hades asked.

He-Man thinks about it. "A King is someone that many looked up to, a true King is that who would be there to protect his people from evil no matter what."

The gods were surprised to hear such an answer, coming from a human.

"A human king who preferred to protect his own kind, instead of himself?!"

"Such speech to define himself..."

"Are humans really that bad? Or not?"

Hades got surprised. "Well that's a interesting answer."

The God of the Underworld stares at He-Man and can see similar aura to himself.

"Let us test that resolve then." He got ready.

Hades jabs his bident at He-Man who counters the strikes with his sword as he kept going, Hades Persephone: Kallichoron; Hammer of the Netherworld again to make He-Man dodge, then he takes out bolas and throws them at Hades making it grab his legs.

"What?" He falls down before rolling to the sides to avoid a stab from He-Man's sword.

"It seems he carries other weapons." Hermes said.

"Where did he pull those out, he's basically nu..." Loki Saw He-Man pull another underneath his belt. "Haaaaaaaa!"

"He carries it there!" Shiva was shocked.

"Of all the places, why there?!" Loki said.

Aphrodite looks. "I wonder what else he's hidding there."

"Don't put that image in my head!" Loki glared at her.

Hades backs away to avoid another bolas, he then takes a unusual stance as he grips his bident by the polearm near the spearhead and raises it above his own head.

"Now human this will crush you." Hades said.

Persephone Titan: Smasher of Earth, the attacks comes down at He-Man who then got pushed back but he managed to stop most of it.

The gods and humans were surprised at Hades power and He-Man stands back up.

"It seems your more durable than what I expected." Hades said.

He-Man smiles. "It will take more than that to defeat me." He then splits the sword into two.

"You split your sword?!" Hades said.

"That's right!" He-Man charges foward.

He clashes with Hades as the two traded blows with Hades using Persephone Titan: Smasher of Earth many times as He-Man fights back.

Henry watches. Hades merged with Poseidon's trident with his weapon. So it gives him a stronger weapon, but thanks to Alvitr He-Man can use his full power much longer than usual.

He-Man slashes at Hades who leans back using Cornucopia: Horn of Fertility, he strikes at He-Man with the bident but He-Man blocked it before Hades kneed him in the face.

He-Man then uses his super breath to blow Hades away surprising him.

"A super breath!" Hades stabs the ground to stop himself.

Hades got up before He-Man threw his sword at him making Hades dodge.

"Foolish, you lost your sword." Hades said.

"You think so." He-Man smirks before it back hitting Hades while returning to He-Man.

"Did he seriously threw his sword like a boomerang." Loki said.

"Well that's skilled of him." Hermes said.

He-Man then shoots energy binds at Hades who dodges and moves around to avoid the attacks.

Hades then uses his Persephone Titan: Smasher of Earth again and He-Man deflects it to the ground making water come out.

"So that's where all the water from Poseidon's match went." He-Man said.

Hades got surprised at that and wonders what his plan is.

He-Man then runs around Hades making a vacuum from the water.

"The fuck!" Loki got shocked.

"How did he do that?!" Goll said.

"I have no idea." Brunhilde was confused.

It then sent Hades away as He-Man comes from above hitting Hades down.

Hades got up and sees he was bleeding.

"I must say, you are truly are one of the strongest I have ever faced, possibly the strongest of all, so i'll show my trump card." He said.

"Your trump card?" He-Man said.

Hades merged his weapon with his own blood formingIchor: Desmos the Four-Blooded Spear of Destiny.

"W-What happened to Hades's weapon!?" Ares said in shock.

"Ah right, his blood is simply blood but a special substance, called Pluto Inchor." Zeus explained. "Any divine weapon covered in it will harbor his life-force and become even more powerful."

"Amazing Uncle Hades! He can't be beat now, can he!?" Ares said.

"One thing though, if his life-force is drained completely then… he'll die." Zeus said.

"H-Huh? He'll… die?" Ares said in shock.

Hades used Blood Led Dawn Ichor: Eos, it was a powerful strike that sent He-Man away.

"He-Man!" His friends were worried.

He-Man was bleeding as he stands back up slowly.

"I can not lose… as their elder brother. I shan't be defeated." Hades said.

Hades strikes at He-Man many times as he blocks the attacks as much as possible.

"With my brother's weapon with mine, I can fight with him at my side once more, and we will achieve victory." Hades told him.

Many of his friends and family got scared but one still had hope.

A blonde woman wearing a white dress gets up. "Adam will win, he has my power at his side."

With the gods

"That's right, in the Gigantomachy… Uncle Hades stopped the Titans' invasion all by himself and saved Heaven from danger." Ares said in confidence. "Yes! Hades is the King of the Netherworld and would never betray our trust!"

"I'll watch over my brother's back, huh? Hmph… show off." Zeus said.

"Why does Hades fret so much over his brother?" Hermes asked curiously.

"I'm not certain I understand myself."

"Wh-Wh-Wh-What does that mean!?" Ares asked, not liking what he was hearing.

"I'll tell you why." Adamantine said, revealing himself to his family.

Ares got scared but Hermes bows to him.

"Welcome Adamantine." Hermes said.

"Oh your here Adamas." Zeus smiles.

"Yep. Hades is such a freaking busybody." Adamas said.

"Wait he survived." Ares said.

"If Poseidon wanted he would have destroyed his body, but Hades has Beelzebub save him." Hermes explained.

"Hey Hermes, you were wondering why Hades frets so much over his brothers? He doesn't need a reason, the only thing he needs is love for us… his love for his brother." Adamas said.

He-Man grunts as he blocks Hades strikes, he was getting pushed back while taking damage.

I must push foward for my people. He thinks.

"Adam." He heard his sister.

Hades stops when he saw a glow appear from He-Man's sword and it changed being a mix of his with She-Ra's.

"What's this?" asked Hades in surprise, "His sword fused with another source of power! Just like with my brother's trident."

"You merged with your brother's weapon, well my sword combined with my sister's, now like how you fight with your brother, I fight with my sister on my side." He-Man said and a image of She-Ra was at his side.

"Interesting, then let us duel to the fullest to see how strong our bond with our siblings!" said Hades with a smirk, charging forward.

He-Man smirks back and does the same, they clashed weapons together as He-Man's sword changed shape becoming a three prong weapon trapping the Hades weapon.

Hades was surprised to see that, he tried to break free but no avail.

He-Man then punches him back before charging at Hades making the God block the attack.

"That sword, it changed forms." Ares said.

Adamas looks at it. "So that's what his sister's sword does, it's a sword meant to change forms compared to his that's more about power. It's seems the two polar opposites are now one."

"Yes, it seems like Hades, He-Man has a strong bond with his sister." Zeus said.

She-Ra smiles from her seat. "Adam, show them why your the strongest."

He-Man turns his weapon into a hammer to swing it at Hades who blocked it with his bident while getting pushed back.

He-Man turned his weapon into a axe as he swings it making Hades block it again, Hades does a jab but the sword turned into a shield to block the attack.

The two kept going as He-Man's Kingdom cheered for him as they saw they're prince pushing the God back.

"I won't lose here." He-Man throws his sword again as it turns into a bladed saw coming back towards Hades.

The God got cut on the sides making him grunt as the sword back to He-Man in it's base.

"Not bad, but you should know as the older brother I cannot lose." Hades said.

Hades powers up his weapon with more of his blood as He-Man got ready, he jabs at him while using more of his own life force.

He-Man protected himself while he grunted from many cuts coming from his body.

Alvitr came. "Adam, can you still keep going?"

He smiles. "Of course I can, with you and my sister along with all my people, I will never fall."

She smiles at his words.

"I must say, it was a honor fighting you." Hades said.

"Me too." He-Man said.

The two charged up they're weapons and did one final attack as they clashed together.

Everyone were worried, before He-Man gathers all of his strenght. "I call upon the power of Grayskull!"

He uses all of his powers to extend the blade foward as it pierces through the bident piercing Hades through his heart.

Hades got shocked as he falls down. I'm sorry my brothers...

His two brothers looked at the scene in shock.

"It seems his bond with his sister was stronger than mine." Hades said.

Hades was on the ground and he looks at He-Man who changed back to his prince adam form.

"If we met another time, we could have gotten along, my friend, protect your sister for me." Hades smiles.

Adam smiles and holds his hand. "Of course."

Hades vanishes in particles of light as he stares up, Adamas was mad seeing his brother die before he saw She-Ra run towards the arena.

"Adam!" She holds him.

"I did it sister." He smiles.

Adamas looks at the two and it reminded of him and Hades.

"The winner is He-Man of humanity!" Heimdall announced making many cheer.

She-Ra helped her brother up as they're swords seperated, they walked together with Alvitar coming out too.

"This is our battle. All thanks to our bonds." He-Man said.

"Yes." She nodded.

Note: Heres the battle with Hades and it's He-Man, his bond with She-Ra helped him out as the two swords formed a new one that helped to fight against him, Guest I like Aang, and Wolf no I wasn't going for angry characters instead more of shinning examples of humanity type of deals.

Also I must say something, once I do Beelzebub, this story would be on hold since the manga didn't do the rest of Leonidas vs Apollo, so I don't have the right info do the match, I have ideas who to fight him but unless I get the full abilities of Apollo once Beelzebub loses we would have to wait.

Hey Austin, are you nuts, asking for the gods to win a match, if they win just once they win the whole thing did you not pay attention to the story at all, do you want humanity to die, I don't care if they are losing since who cares, I'm tired of the same results in other stories so I decided to do my own thing.
