Go Rush ends their first season and they didn't disappoint at all. Now we go into a chapter not based off an episode.

now let's begin the birthday chapter.

The sun rose on a new day for the school of friendship as Yuga breathed in the fresh air and felt the warmth on his jacket. The smile on his face was present as he entered the school and began his day by checking a calendar in Twilight's office; he did this as a reminder of how long he had been in Equestria. And his eyes widened at the date coming up. "Oh, is that day coming so soon?" Spike walks in as hearing Yuga say what he did and asks what's going on. "Oh, it's nothing Spike; nothing anyone here should worry about." With that Yuga walked out as Twilight entered to see a confused Spike. "What's up Spike?" "Well, Yuga looks shocked about a date two weeks from today. It hasn't been long since he arrived, right?" Spike asked as Twilight nodded, Yuga had been there for about 2 months and was growing used to his role and fixing his ship. "Since the mirror portal is a human world, I could ask Sunset if that date is a holiday for humans. But if Yuga said to not worry about it, then we probably shouldn't just yet." Meanwhile Yuga was outside the room and knew he would need to say what that day was. "I tell them to not worry and they want to know what's so special about it? Should have known, but no one here should know about it, not about my birthday." Unknown to Yuga, Gallus was around the corner and heard this claim; he ran and saw Yuga walking down a hallway to start his monitoring job. "Who doesn't want their birthday to be celebrated?"

*Intro plays, before I push the skip intro button*(wanted to do this at least once in this)

The scene shows the Student 6 hanging out outside the school of friendship while Gallus looks unsure about something. "Guys, why would someone not want to celebrate their birthday?" Smolder was confused about the question, as it had nothing to do with what they were talking about. "I don't know, why bring it up Gallus?" "Well, I overheard Yuga say that his birthday was coming up, but he wanted no one here to know for some reason." Silversteam does an overextended gasp, "But.. but everyone should be able to celebrate their birthday with friends right? And we are his friends here, so why can we do something for him?" Gallus nods, "I'll tell Headmaster Twilight about it; until then, we say nothing about this fact. It will be our little secret from him." With that the Young 6 walk into the school to locate Headmaster Twilight Sparkle.

By the time the Student 6 found Twilight, she was researching human holidays to solve the mystery of the date Yuga mentioned. "Oh what brings you six here?" Twilight asked as Gallus explained what he heard from Yuga. "He didn't know I heard him, but he wished this place would not celebrate his birthday." Twilight nods, "it's because he sees himself as a visitor or lost pony. Thinking nopony would care about someone not from Equestria. Boy will he be wrong in two weeks. Can I put you 6 in charge of his surprise party?" They nod as Spike adds something, "talk to Professor Pinkie Pie about the party; she is the best party pony in Ponyville if not all of Equestria." Sandbar adds, "maybe we can get extra credit for her class, but someone has to distract Yuga while we plan this party."

"Leave that to me, we have talks by his ship all the time and he wouldn't be suspicious of anything." Gallus said as the others looked at him confused. "Don't you have to be in Griffinstone when not at school?" Gallus looked away for a sec before answering, "Oh I let them know where I am and they don't mind." Everyone accepted this exclamation and after said bye to Twilight and went to Professor Pinkie Pie for ideas.

Pinkie was making sure her trusted party cannon was fully loaded when she saw the Student 6 come in, Gallus asked the one question that made her super excited. "Hey Professor Pinkie, we were wondering if you could assist in a surprise birthday party in the school for two weeks. We were told you are the best party pony to go to in this situation." Pinkie smiles and nods, "I would absolutely love to help, parties are my business practically; who are we celebrating this party for?" "That is Yuga Professor, his birthday is two weeks from today; Gallus wants to surprise him and so he knows he is welcomed and loved here." Sandbar said as Gallus' feathers took on a pink shade from the attention. "Surprise party for our mysterious hall monitor eh? No problem, if you guys help me with setting up and arranging this; consider it credit for my class." They all cheered as they soon circled around and planned how to make this happen without Yuga knowing.

The next two weeks were spread by Student 6 gathering the necessary supplies for the party. Pinkie said she got the cake custom made, "by that, I made it myself to look like one of his cards." *Sighs* Yes Pinkie, I was getting there, "No you won't," Okay who's writing this story here Pinkie? The cake was flat with a design of Yuga's Seven Road Magician on top with cupcakes who's icing matched his jacket's color scheme. While the school was dressed up with streamers and balloons. Twilight was having a guest join the party as she wanted to really surprise Yuga with her gift, as she went outside to symbol Gallus to come down soon with a simple flare spell into the sky near the school's entrance.

Gallus was inside Yuga's ship while the alicorn was using his magic to connect wires and remove batteries to replace or recharge. "If only I knew my magic can recharge these batteries, then I could be so much closer to getting back to my friends." Gallus nods and looks at a discarded battery in curiosity. "So these average sized batteries helped power this thing?" Gallus asks as Yuga nods and removes another battery and places it near the one Gallus was near. "Yeah, but I also need some kind of combustible fuel for the engine. Without it, there is no way I am flying in this thing." Yuga said as he straightened himself back on his hooves while Gallus picked up a small green spherical item. "Hey Yuga, is this needed for your ship?" Yuga quickly took the item in his magic and checked it for outside damage, to which it was unharmed. "No, but he is something I need to charge so he's turned off for the time being. His name is Kaizo, he was a standard drone before I modified him myself back home. Wish I had his charging port, so he could see this strange world." Gallus looked at the drone before taking it and suggesting they show Twilight. "Maybe her magic can charge him, you could have at least one friend from home here." Yuga shook his head and went back to sorting the batteries, testing to see which had charge and which were dead or needed to be discarded. "I would, but I have already done enough by living in her castle. I don't want to bother her with my problems because she is a princess and now a headmaster of a school. Her hooves are full already without my problems popping up." Gallus went for the exit of the ship as he saw the flare in the sky, they were ready. "Come on Yuga, at least try asking Twilight; she's at the school, we can ask her there." Gallus carried Kaizo out as Yuga considered the idea before following Gallus to the school. Twilight saw Gallus coming and with his nod, she walked inside as the lights cut off.

Gallus led Yuga into the darkened school, "Wait? You turned the lights off?" Yuga asked as suddenly the lights cut on as everypony shouted surprise at the pony who was shocked. "H-How? Why?" Pinkie walked up to answer his questions, "well Gallus overheard your birthday was coming up and we wanted to surprise you. His friends helped me decorate this place and design your cake. Consider this your Welcome to Equestria party too." Twilight walks up with a soft smile, "I know you are not a permanent member of Equestria, but you shouldn't have to hide anything from us." Yuga shook his surprised look off and softly smiled. "Yeah.. sorry about that, I didn't think anyone would care about a stranger like myself. Guess I was wrong, but I also didn't want to take advantage of your generosity."

"No, you wouldn't have to worry about that daring," Rarity said as she walked up. "We all would have helped if needed. And I promise if you need that jacket of yours fixed or something new. I will do my best." "And who cares that you are not from here, you helped us twice already; so if anything you have done your part here." Rainbow Dash said as she offered a hoof bump as Yuga returned it. Gallus then held Kaizo out to Twilight, "While we talk about helping Yuga, is there a way to power this up? Yuga said it's something he modified back home and called him Kaizo." Yuga looked panicked before seeing Twilight hover the drone in her magic, "I'll see what I can do and Yuga can watch while I do so to make sure I don't accidentally break him." Yuga nodded, pleased at the idea of Kazio being able to work again after the crash. "Yeah, but that can be later; we have a party and a birthday to celebrate first." Yuga said as Pinkie dragged him into some party activities while Twilight carefully moved Kaizo to her office and away from the chaos of the party.

The party was a success from all parties, until Twilight represented her gift to Yuga and it had Princess Luna walk up with her. "Yuga, with how you come from a different world; I thought it would be nice if you were able to send a message to your friends with a little help from Princess Luna here." Said princess bows her head, "she could create a joined dream for you and your friends back home. It's not much, but I hope it lets you know we care." Yuga was more than just shocking, his mind was figuring out how to accept this gift. "I hope my friends are okay with talking with a talking magical pony tonight." He smiled as when the day went to night, Yuga readied himself for the dream. Hovering four cards in front of him, his ace and his friends' aces, with a smile as Luna walked up beside him. "Your friends' I take it?" She asked as Yuga nods, "They entrusted me with their best cards; now me being here is preventing my attempts to return them. This dream will be the closest I get, I hope they understand what happened." "Well, shall we get started? We have all night to do this shared dream." With that, once Yuga got comfortable in bed as Luna sent a white stream of magic to Yuga's forehead and three more out of the realm of Equestria.

Luke, Gatuko, and Romin entered a strange shared dream that was little more than a white void. Before they could ask what was going on, to them a dark blue pony walked up to them. Having a calm smile with her mane and tail flowing in a nonexistent wind. "Romin, did you bring that here?" Luke asked as Romin shook her head but stopped when they heard the pony speak to them. "I must have found the right ones, I come with a message; well why don't the sender tell you himself." Luke watched in curiosity as a small pony walked up, looking a bit scared but when he saw the jacket he wore, his red and yellow mane, and his pure green eyes, he guessed who this pony was. "Y-Yuga?!" Gakuto stared at Luke before looking at the new pony and also seeing it as his missing friend. They saw the pony smile before running to them excited. The three circled their friend turned alicorn as he tried to explain his situation. They hear him say he crashed somewhere that gives him a different look and technology was not evolved enough to give him easy access to repair his ship. "I am doing my best to try and return, but it might take longer than expected." Yuga felt Romin rub her hand on his back, "that doesn't matter right now Yuga, you are alive and okay. We will be here when you finally get that chance to come home." Gakuto as the four friends proceed to sit around and tell tales while Yuga talks about his; mentioning Dragias' spells to Luke, being a hall monitor to Gakuto as he smiled, and talking to Romin about the many creatures in the world he was in.

What felt like an hour was several as the group recollected before Luna had to break the bad news, "I am sorry to interrupt, but it's almost daytime." Yuga frowned, but wasn't mad at the night alicorn. "Alright, guess this is farewell for now right?" Luke stood and put his hand on Yuga's shoulders, "that doesn't matter. We will see you again and cause we have a rematch to do. Your King of Duels title is only temporary for me to earn when you return." Yuga grins as the group shares a final hug as Yuga walks back to Luna. "My road led me here, and it will get me back home; I just need a light to get there." That was the last thing the friends heard from Yuga as they awoke back home and immediately called each other on what they just saw. "It would appear Yuga found a way to contact us. If he is somewhere, we need to be there for him. The light showing the road back to us." Gakuto said as the friends agreed to keep Yuga in their thoughts.

Yuga awoke frowning but not because the dream was over. Luna walked over and asked what was on his mind. "I think I have a theory behind my alicorn status here. If alicorns are royalty here, earning the title King of Duels in my world was enough for me to earn this status. Even if the title means nothing here, Equestria says it's enough for me to be an alicorn." Luna was also thinking about what was said, "it would appear that could be the case and did we enjoy that time? If needed I can try to do that again." Yuga shook his head, "it was refreshing, but I don't want to do that all the time; maybe when I update with my attempts here." Luna nods as she said she can be contacted if Yuga wanted to send a message to his home. With that the two ponies walked to the balcony as the moon was lowered by Luna and Celestia rose the sun, even with the rising sun; three stars shined bright in the distance and Yuga knew why and he claimed to hear a faint whisper in his ears. 'Happy Birthday Yuga, we're waiting for you back home.' Yuga smiled as he looked at his friends' cards, "I'm coming home guys, the road just needed to be rebuilt." With that Luna left to return to her castle as Yuga smiles before racing inside the castle to tell Twilight how the dream went.

Aww, who cares if the dream magic is not possible to that scale and I say don't care; I wanted a scene like that somewhere in this tale.

Also answer to Yuga's alicorn status is kinda there, and Kaizo will be in this too. can't let him not miss out of the chaos. I can't say when the next chapter will come out, but don't expect a ton of episode based chapters.

next one might be a Dungeons and Discords based episode so Yuga can meet Discord and get to know Big Mac and Spike better. Keep an eye out for that chapter soon.
