"You shall not defy my strength and power. I am the one who can change into any living being, whenever it is a hero or a villain, I can have unlimited power!"
Haven and Mandalay were surprised about what the person has said. They were aware that this was going to be a difficult battle.
"You know, that sentence is giving the chills; maybe that guy is going to tear us apart."
"Don't say that! Heroes never do say that! We can do it, no matter what!"
"You're right."
With no patience at hand, the trio began to fight, and already, the identity was doing some critical damage. He whammed Haven with a hammer; he created an human-sized tsunami at Mandalay; he even made them dizzy by increasing his speed to create a powerful tornado, in which it whisked them away, back to the Pussycats.
"Where were you guys?"
"Long story short; there was shapeshifting identity who wasn't very friendly, so he told us to leave him alone, but then all of a sudden, he got really mad, and then starting fighting us! Man, he was really strong."
"Do you have any more information about it?"
"Hmm. I think he also has quirks that are from other heroes and villains, but he's using them evil. Another thing is that he's doing something religious with the Giga Cat Bell we saw yesterday."
"What was he doing?"
"He got so addicted to the bell, that he wants it so badly, but we can't let him take for himself!"
"You're right. In that case, you'll need our help to defeat him."
Haven and Mandalay agreed, and brought the team along with them. After some time, they finally found the identity they were looking for. He wasn't praising the Giga Cat Bell at the moment.
"What's he doing?"
"Well, he was supposed to have the Giga Cat Bell for himself, but since we disturbed him earlier, he's trying to kill us."
"Maybe the Cat Bell wasn't supposed to be here in the first place."
"Why not? It's here perfectly where it is."
"It doesn't have enough privacy, so it's free to the public."
"I understand. We'll figure something out, but for now, we have to defeat this guy."
"Good luck, because this might be difficult."
"Thanks, we're gonna need it."
Haven and Mandalay headed back to the identity for round two; only this time they have the other Pussycats on their side. Haven wanted to start out with a surprise attack. He went a few steps back from the identity, twelve feet away to be at least. Then, he ran towards him and with enough momentum, he jumped and bumped the identity on his head.
"Nice hit, Haven! Now all we need to do is get that Cat Bell and take it to a place where the person can't find it, but how are we going to do that?"
Mandalay thought quietly to herself about the situation.
"I have an idea. You, Pixie Bob and Tiger go deal with this identity and distract him, while Ragdoll and I take it to somewhere that's not public."
"But will you be safe though? He's going to get really mad if he sees the Cat Bell gone?"
"Don't worry. You guys are the only ones dealing with him, so he won't notice."
"All right then. I'll see you guys back in the city. Good luck."
"Thanks, Haven."
Mandalay and Ragdoll both smiled and left the area, leaving Haven, Pixie Bob and Tiger dealing with this mysterious shapeshifter.
"Well, this just leaves the four of us."
The identity said deviously, with two sharp swords as hands.
"Don't step back now, you guys. I'll deal with him first."
Haven began his attack by surrounding the shapeshifter with his incredible speed, summoning a tornado within him. However, the difficulty of this fight picked up as the identity created wings to escape Haven's tornado. He laughed mischievously.
"You thought that was going to be easy for you. I have escaped with to my unlimited power. I am the one who changes. There is nothing in this place that can ever stop me."
"Oh, yeah? Well, think again!"
Pixie Bob, with her powerful quirk, created a rock giant that she can control.
"What are you playing at?"
"I created this rock giant, made specifically to crush down into pieces!"
"Try me."
The rock giant, with Pixie Bob's command, smashed its foot at the identity, but it wasn't powerful. Therefore, some of its pieces were cracked and broken. Pixie Bob wasn't glad about this, but she wasn't the only one that was in the fight.
Tiger was next to attack, and since he had the quirk of Soft Body, he can stretch, flatten, and bend his body in ways that would normally be impossible.
"All of your power cannot stop me with just a single hit. I am immortal. I am unstoppable!"
"Try me."
Tiger went ahead and tangled his arms to the identity. Afterwards, he twirled around as quickly as he can to launch him into a far, unknown distance. However, this doesn't mean the trio defeated him entirely. The shapeshifter also had the quirk to fly. He then went as fast as he could to punch Tiger in the face. Thankfully, Pixie Bob was there to save him, as she created a giant wall, which was cracked by the identity.
"No, no! This is impossible! You are still no match for me, for I am, the master of quirks!"
"The master of quirks? What does that mean?"
"That means he has the power of several quirks combined. I don't know how he got them through. Maybe he assassinated some other heroes for their quirks, or maybe he just took them away from them to make them powerless."
"Enough talk!"
The identity yelled as Pixie Bob and Haven were being interrupted. Haven was up next to attack. He started by getting serious, and then he ran as fast as he could to get a good hit at the shapeshifter. He would jump afterwards, hitting the head of the person several times. That's what he gets for doing a serious crime, not only to the Giga Cat Bell, but also to humanity.
"You have pushed me to my limit!"
The shapeshifter got so mad, that he spun around as fast as possible, sending out fireballs across the area. Haven, Pixie Bob, and Tiger were not safe with this condition, making them surrender.
"Are you three going to leave me alone, or refuse to?"
Haven stood up with bravery and courage and spoke to the identity.
"You know what? You win, for now. You sir, are very powerful, I mean it, really. You are way more stronger than all of us, I got to admit."
"Haven, what are you doing?"
"Don't worry about it. We're surrendering to him. It's all plan of the plan. Anyways, we should be going, okay? Good fight, good fight. Come on, guys. Let's get out of here, quick!"
All three heroes immediately left the area. The shapeshifter was relived, but his madness wasn't done yet. As he went to praise the Giga Cat Bell again, it was nowhere to be found. That's because earlier, Mandalay and Ragdoll took and locked it up in the museum with the government's permission. Little did he knew that he would not only take the heroes, he would take them all down.
