Making the Best of It

Chapter 28

Bruce and Diana managed to get away for a week in mid-August. More League work had kept Diana busy, while Bruce had Gotham to attend to. With many of his known rogues deceased in the last year and a half the crime rates had dropped dramatically. For the first time in a long time Gotham had a chance.

Unfortunately, Gotham City's nature was beginning to fall back into old habits. Organized Crime was starting to take root within multiple institutions. Batman had done his best and the freaks managed to push the mob out but with many that were known to cause chaos in the city now gone they were returning in full force to carve up their territory.

It took painstaking work to push them back with the help of his family or what was left of it, Batman was holding back the tide. For now.

Bruce had invited Alfred to come along but the man declined citing he thought it best the man not to use him as a crutch. He needed to stay with the 'new' him so to speak instead of falling back into old habits.

Damian…

Well, the two weren't on the best of terms at the moment. Whenever he popped back into the manor it was usually when Bruce wasn't home. From what he had heard, Damian seemed interested in bonding with Elissa rather than anything else. Which was good, Bruce was glad his children were getting along. He was glad it was Damian that was making the effort to be with his sister. It spoke volumes of how much the young man had grown.

But now was not the time to think about Gotham. Right now, it was their first family vacation together. The family could take care of Gotham for a week. He kept telling himself that as he enjoyed the beach with his girlfriend and child.

They decided to vacation at a beach in the Caribbean. Bruce had a beach house with a small private area for himself. Therefore, they had some privacy from residents or paparazzi that had gotten wind of their plans.

Diana sat in the sand; an umbrella parted to the side to offer minimal shade from the sun. Her daughter seated right next to her playing in the sand.

Elissa's legs spread further into the coarse sand; her brow furrowed as she determined what it was. Her little fingers pulling the sand, utterly fascinated as it slipped through her little fingers.

She was dressed in a white shirt and cargo shorts and as usual slathered in sunscreen. Diana didn't think she was ready to take a dip in the sea. Maybe in a year or two.

The Amazon was sitting on her legs as she watched her daughter play, her hand sometimes running through her little one's hair.

She missed this. The salty smell of the sea, the sand between her toes, the sound of the waves crashing along the land. It reminded her of home—of Themyscira.

She picked up some of the toys they brought for Elissa to play in the sand. A green plastic shovel dug up some sand which she deposited in the matching pail.

Seeing her mother do this, Elissa reached for the shovel, mimicking her. Unfortunately, her little arm was not strong enough to lift the amount of sand she picked up.

"Good job," her mother praised as she saw her dump the sand into the pail. She turned the pail over and pulled it away to reveal a simplistic sandcastle. "See?"

Elissa gazed up at her mother with those big innocent blue eyes. Cooing, she touched the sandcastle, her hand going right through it.

Pulling her hand away, she stared at it before attempting to put her sand covered fingers into her mouth.

"No," Diana lightly chastised, taking her fingers away from her mouth. "You can't eat sand, silly." She said it so sweetly, but Elissa had the combined stubbornness of both her parents.

She stuck her other hand into her mouth sampling the coarse material. Instantly, she started spitting and then crying.

"I told you, you can't eat it," Diana reasoned. She took a napkin from their lunch basket as well as her bottle. She started wiping her daughter's mouth, wiping her tongue, while Elissa was throwing a fit. "Here," she offered a bottle, which she took, downing the milk.

The wind suddenly blew in her face, causing her to turn her head towards the sea, her hand pulling her hair away from her eyes. In that moment, she saw Bruce coming out of the water. He had decided to go for a swim when they made it to the beach. To be honest, she hadn't seen him for a while now.

He came out of the water dripping, the sun highlighting his wet frame. His scars an ugly blemish on his form as he walked up to his family.

She saw him wipe the water from his face, clearing his eyes.

As he approached, he soaked in Diana in her black bikini. The way she wore it made him desperately fight the urge to take her right there on the beach. When Elissa looked up at him with adoration in her innocent eyes, his wants vanished.

"What are you making, princess?" He kneeled next to her. He noticed tearstains on her chubby cheeks. "What happened here?"

"Someone wanted to know what sand tasted like," the mother said knowingly. She reached over wiping some of Bruce's wet hair away from his eyes.

He flashed her a smile before he looked down at their daughter. "What are you making, princess? Are you making a sandcastle?"

Elissa merely looked at him cooing. A plastic shovel in her hand, showing her father the sand that she collected.

"I see," he replied to her unasked question.

Diana reached in and grabbed another shovel and the three started playing in the sand. The couple helped their daughter make a sandcastle.

Unfortunately, Elissa knocked it over when they finished. She giggled at her parents' gawking faces.

In revenge, Diana tickled the little girl.

Her daughter tightened up trying to resist her mother's fingers. She turned her little body to escaped, only to lose her balance and fall on her side.

"Oh!" the mother exclaimed at the scene. Her heart ached as she saw her daughter start to cry. Sand, most likely got in her face.

Luckily, her father was there to pick her up. "Shh," he utterly lowly as he sat her in his lap. He rocked her slowly, wiping her face with his hand.

Diana watched, feeling terrible at getting carried away in their amusement.

"You're okay," he assured Elissa. He set her back down, plucking some sand from her hair. With the attention span of a child, Elissa went back to playing with the sand.

They broke for lunch under the shade of the umbrella, watching the surf crash against the sand. The heat burning under the sun, the wind a gentle and cool breeze.

Bruce had decided to wash Elissa and put her down for a nap. Oh, she fought him on it. She squirmed and kicked, and he put her down in the portable crib. Her distaste for sleeping in places that were not her home nor her bed made her unbearable to deal with when it came time to put her to bed.

"Damn," the man muttered under his breath at the sounds of his daughter's screams of protest. Girl had a healthy set of lungs.

He froze at the patio as he saw Diana coming in from taking a dip in the ocean. He watched as she was walking back to the beach house. Her head tilted to the side as she wrangled the water from her hair.

The way her body glistened in the light highlighting her figure made his blood boil. He swallowed suddenly finding his throat dry.

When she approached him, she knew what was happening to him. She grinned smugly in response. Silently pleased over the affect she had over him.

"Did she go down okay?" Diana inquired, her hands finding purchase on Bruce's broad shoulders.

He turned his head to the house hearing silence. He turned back to her, "Apparently," he shrugged. He found himself lost in her azure eyes.

"Well, since we have some time to ourselves, why don't you help me shower," she asked him huskily. She leaned in, whispering in his ear, "Help me make sure I get all the sand out."

He audibly gulped, which provoke the raven-haired woman's pride swell. It broadened when she felt something poke at her bare thigh.

"Don't think too hard, Bruce."

She left him standing there, coyly looking over her shoulder. She padded for the bathroom, knowing Bruce was frozen solid still processing. Choosing to get him going, she untied her bikini top and flung it over her shoulder. Her sharp hearing picked up that the garment landed on Bruce's head.

He jolted to life when he felt the black material hit him. He curiously examined it before he took off after her, the top forgotten on the floor.

They ended up in the shower. With Bruce behind the Amazon, the hot water spraying them. His hands wandered, as the soap and water washed down her body.

He witnessed her gasping and moaning as his hands went to work on her body. When her head tilted revealing more of her neck, his lips pressed against her flesh, before he nipped at her leaving a red mark.

From behind she grabbed the back of his neck to keep his lips close to her.

"Yes," she panted, her eyes fluttering as his hands did wonders to her sensitive flesh.

His calloused left hand squeezed the underside of her left breast, his thumb and index finger pinching her sensitive nipple. His right hand slithered down her body. His palm sliding down her flat abdomen, past her mound, his index and middle stroking her love button. He caressed the flesh, her moans and cooing goaded him into bringing her more pleasure.

Her body tensed at his ministrations. She bit her bottom lip to silence her moans, vaguely recalling their child was sleeping. However, the sensations her lover brought her was too good to resist.

Her head rocked back and forth as the pleasure washed over her in waves. Back and forth, Bruce hands did wonders to her. He knew what she liked after being together so many times. When his middle finger was welcomed by her warmth she gasped. "Oh!"

Her head bent backwards resting on his shoulder, her inky locks hanging downward dripping.

Wanting to see more of her in such a state, he leaned in, his mouth lapping at the water droplets that accumulated on her neck and shoulder.

She cooed in response, which evolved into unrestrained moans as his finger thrusted within her velvety depths. Her eyes rolled in the back of her head, her right foot rose, her knee bending, the sole planted against his shin before it crashed back onto the floor, splashing water everywhere.

The hand caressing her breast squeezed the supple flesh before giving the other ample attention.

The Amazon's body tensed as Bruce's hand between her legs started rubbing the heel against her sensitive nerves. Her pupils dilated as extasy flooded her veins, her head pushed off his shoulder leaning forward.

As his hands went to work on his lover, Bruce's own excitement made itself known as it ached fiercely standing tall and throbbing for relief that Diana herself could only bring.

His movements were quick and precise, the sound of the running water obscured the embarrassing squelching made from the woman's loins.

His left hand eased up on her chest and clutched her hip while his other hand went to work.

Through struggling senses, Diana bent backwards, her hands grabbing the back of the man's neck and pulled him down for a kiss. Her back was bent like a bow as her lips passionately met Bruce's in a heated kiss. Her fingers went through the hairs on the back of his head. A moan rumbled in her throat as their tongues clashed with one another.

Eventually, the need for air forced them apart.

Breathlessly, the woman stared at him. A smirk on her red lips which he returned.

"Having fun?" she asked him with a pleasant smile.

"I know you are," he replied knowingly.

His hand resumed stroking her into a frenzy. One that made her quite vocal. She was forced to lean forward, her hands against the shower wall to steady herself. The running water cascading down her wet form sprinkling the man behind her.

Her eyes rolled as his hand took her to the edge and threw her off it as her climax overcame her. Her body quivered; her breathing shuddered as she struggled to keep herself standing. She barely acknowledged Bruce's hands leaving her body.

She panted, taking greedy gulps of air as she recovered. Languidly, she looked over her shoulder. "You seem to have enjoyed yourself?" she said with a hint of haughty pride.

"Well, I wanted to make sure all the sand was gone," he shrugged. His voice laced with glib.

His response made her smile more. "Well, I think you should thoroughly make sure the sand is all gone," she responded coyly. She bumped her firm rear into him, his manhood stabbing her flesh red hot.

"I like the way you think," he grinned. His hands found purchase on her hips. His member grinding on her womanhood before he thrusted himself inside her. He did not hear her gasp as he entered her.

She panted as he built up a comfortable pace. Her hands struggled to hold herself up as she was bent over for better access.

Every thrust made her nerve endings tingle. His grunts of pleasure were muffled by the spraying water. He reached so deep inside her tickling her sensitive depths.

Her passionate moaning made his pride swell as he wanted to hear her scream in ecstasy that he could provide to her.

Diana could not recall how long they were going at it. All she understood was that it felt incredible.

She could scarcely recall the number of times that she had climaxed, but she certainly felt them wash over her like a wave in succession.

Eventually, their fun came to an end. His climax was building up to the point of an explosion. Luckily, Diana sensed it. "We're being careless!" she nearly shouted as the pleasure was too much.

They had been quite careless the last few times they've made love. They both had agreed that Elissa was enough of a surprise, and another could not be risked any time soon.

On the verge of erupting, the man pulled out just in time to explode.

Copious amounts of white decorated her shapely rear before vanishing, washed away by the shower. He released his hold on her and took a step back, panting.

Diana kept her bent over position as she desperately caught her breath. Her body hummed a tingly hum that made her hum in pleasure. Eventually, she stood up straight and faced him. She flashed him a dazzling smile that almost made his knees buckle. "We certainly enjoy ourselves, don't we?" she said teasingly.

He chuckled slightly. "We do," he concurred, wrapping his arms around her and pulled her flush against him.

"Oh!" she let out a surprised squeal.

A fond smile formed on their faces as they stared at one another, the afterglow bringing them closer.

"We should get out," she suggested. Her arms wrapped around his shoulders.

"We should," he returned. Yet, they made no move to leave. The water falling on them had yet to bother them.

She kissed him softly, not out of passion or hunger for carnal pleasure. She kissed him gently as a sign of love.

She nuzzled her head into his shoulder enjoying their closeness.

"Why don't we continue in the bedroom?" she suggested against his flesh.

"Sure," he shut the water off and stepped out. Gentlemanly holding his hand out to help her out and was 'kind' enough to towel her off. He found no pleasure in drying her. Honest. He was just trying to help move her along. Really.

Her blue eyes slowly opened, her body still feeling that languid stiffness that came from sleep. She noted the bedroom was nearly pitch black just before she shut her eyes again and went back to sleep.

Instantly, her eyes shot open her body soon followed pushing the bedsheet of her body. She grabbed the alarm clock and saw that it was nearly eight at night. Putting the clock down, she stared at the baby monitor and saw her daughter wide awake.

She was calm, merely staring at the ceiling of her bedroom. Her pacifier in her mouth, her pink and white blanket covered the lower portion of her face, inhaling the calming scent of her blanket. She wasn't crying, she didn't seem distraught at all.

Her mother had no idea how long Elissa had been awake, but she was grateful she wasn't screaming. She was supposed to eat hours ago.

In a panic, Diana shook Bruce awake. "Bruce! Wake up!" her panic clear in her voice.

"Hmm?" the man grunted as she roughly woke him up.

"We overslept." She hurriedly grabbed some clothes to put on. "It's eight at night," she informed him.

She barely noticed him sitting up and stretching as she stepped into some shorts.

She almost raced out the door still putting her t-shirt on making a beeline for Elissa's room.

She entered turning the light on as she made for the crib.

Elissa instinctively turned to her mother alerted to the movement in the room. "I am so sorry, my love!" her mother exclaimed in remorse. She picked her up readily. "I'm sorry. Mommy and Daddy fell asleep," she explained, kissing her child's head. "I thank you for being very quiet, but you should have called for us," she continued.

"We'll get you changed, and you'll be fed," she promised, setting her down and swiftly changed her diaper.

"There we go," Diana uttered softly, spooning food into a freshly changed Elissa's mouth.

She heard Bruce coming into the dining room, dressed in a pair of shorts and a tank top. His hair disheveled from sleep, rubbing the sleep from his eye.

He saw the apologetic expression on the woman's face as she fed their daughter. He sighed, coming up behind the woman. He placed his hands on her shoulders gently. "Stop that," he chided softly.

"Stop what?" she innocently responded.

"Blaming yourself. We overslept. We didn't forget her at the park," he tried to soothe her worries.

"Still," she continued to feed Elissa.

He pressed a kiss to the top of her head, that brought a warm feeling to well up inside her. "She's fine," he reminded her once more. He never raised his voice. His voice was calm as he was trying to make the woman feel better. "Okay?"

"Okay," she sounded more resigned than accepting but the dark-haired man would take what he could get.

"Are you hungry?"

"Famished," she answered, sounding ravenous.

After a late dinner the family congregated in the living room. Seeing as how Elissa was wide awake, the parents decided to allow her to stay up a little longer.

The parents sat on the couch watching her play with her treasured blocks and other musical toys. Her blanket sitting in her lap as she played.

Diana had her legs crossed, her right elbow resting on the armrest. She stared at her daughter with a discouraged expression on her face. She felt awful for ignoring her child. She was surprised that she didn't hear Elissa cry for several hours. Unless she never cried in the first place.

"We've been running ourselves ragged. We're exhausted—You're exhausted," Bruce reasoned. Although Diana was still upset by her alleged neglect.

He reached over, caressing her cheek, making her face him, he stared into her eyes, lost in the blue. "You're a good mother, Diana. You're an Amazon but you're just like any other mother," he assured her. He gestured to their daughter captivated at play. "She's fine."

Slowly, Bruce's words managed to reach her, and her guilt began to fade.

"You are right," she admitted. A sigh on her lips as leaned forward, hands in her lap as she watched her daughter play. Slowly, she began to smile as she watched her innocent child seemingly unaffected by having a late dinner.

Soon, it was time for bed. Diana sat Elissa down and read a few stories to her child, not wanting to let her go yet. She spoke with gentleness in her voice that soothed Elissa as her eyes grew heavy.

Soon it was time to set her down for bed. Gently, the woman placed her child in her crib, keeping her blanket close. She observed as her daughter was fast asleep. Her heart fluttered as such a beautiful little girl was her own child. She was already getting so big. She was glad that her daughter was having a good childhood.

She found herself outside on the beach. The moonlight giving off an ethereal glow to the night air. She walked closer to the sea reflecting on her life the last couple of years.

Her time in Gehenna with Bruce. The revelation that she was pregnant. The breakup with Steve. Her moving in with Bruce and their eventual relationship. The birth of their daughter and every other day since. She didn't know where this was coming from. Why she was feeling this way. But… she was worried that something might happen. Something that would change everything.

She was good at loving people. It was so natural to her. But as she had told Steve, she was weak when it came to relationships. She feared that she might ruin things with Bruce. She loved him dearly. She would die for that man, and she knew he would do so for her without hesitation.

She didn't like feeling this way, truly. But she was afraid that this would not work out.

She stared at the sea for an indeterminate amount of time. She felt the cool breeze of the wind tickle her as she was reminded of Themyscira once more. Silently, she wished to speak with her mother for advice.

Shaking the uncharacteristic gloom that plagued her, she returned to the beach house. She dusted the sand off her feet before she made it back to the bedroom where Bruce was asleep.

She silently crawled back into bed. Her motions woke the slumbering man. "What's going on?" he tiredly asked, he looked over his shoulder.

"Nothing. I was just stretching my legs," she responded. Her answer seemed to satisfy the man as he laid his head back onto his pillow. "Back to bed," she beckoned as she scooted closer to him, wrapping an arm around his waist. She snuggled against his back and tried to let sleep take her. However, her fears were resilient to being dismissed.

The days of their vacation began to blur as they cherished their respite and the family time that they desperately desired.

Diana and Elissa were by the shore, the woman in a swimsuit while Elissa was still in regular clothes. They began their trek from the beach house with Diana walking holding her daughter's hands with her child in front of her coaxing her to walk.

They waddled forth as Elissa's little legs got some exercise and hopefully coax her into start walking.

Elissa's giggles warmed her mother's heart as they walked to the water. The little girl kept staring at her mother instead of looking forward. Her little feet mashing into the hot sand sticking between her toes, laughing at how much fun she was having.

They stopped at the shore just before the wet sand. The woman beckoned her daughter forward, but the child was hesitant. She looked to her mother as the water was getting closer to them.

"It's okay," she assured her child. She moved forward, forcing Elissa to walk. Their feet stepping into the moist sand approaching the water.

Elissa inquisitively stared at the wet sand on her feet finding it incredibly fascinating. Until she reached the water. She pulled her legs to herself to avoid the tide.

"It's okay," Diana soothed her. "It's water. We're just going to get our feet wet," she assured. She got closer to the sea until the tide crashed into her feet coming up to her ankles. Elissa, however, kept her legs up while her mother kept her hold on her.

Slowly, Elissa began to trust her mother, or her legs grew tired. She began to lower her legs until her toes dipped into the coming water. The coolness stunned her, turning to her mother.

"It's just like bath time. You love bath time," she said sweetly.

The push and pull of the water soon made the infant trust the water and let her legs go. She got used to the cold water and started kicking her legs and water back into the sea. She squealed when some seaweed got stuck to her foot, kicked it off frantically. Diana began kicking the water as well joining her daughter in the laughter.

Diana was reminded of her own childhood when she stood at the edge of shore of Themyscira. How she spent hours in the water swimming. She recalled when her mother was with her and performed the same act with her as Diana was with her own daughter.

Their vacation was going great for the family as they neared their last day before they would return to Gotham.

It was night and a mild rainstorm was occurring outside the beach house. Nothing too serious but enough to stay indoors.

Elissa didn't seem bothered by the rain. In fact, she appeared more curious than anything as she cooed as she stared out the window watching the rain fall.

Bruce and Diana were seated on the couch, Bruce holding onto their daughter as she looked out the window. They had an adventurous vacation and were resting against one another preferring the close company.

Unfortunately, Diana had brought her Justice League communicator with her, and it went off. With a dissatisfied groan the Amazon went to retrieve it.

"Yes?" she answered.

Instantly, Martian Manhunter contacted her via telepathic communication.

Diana, your presence is needed.

Even mentally, his voice was monotoned.

J'onn, I'm on vacation.

I am aware, but you are needed. The Earth faces invasion by invaders. The League would prefer an attempt at diplomacy before fists are thrown.

The Martian could feel her reluctance and irritation.

I am sorry for interrupting your vacation, but time is of the essence.

She sighed inwardly as she rubbed her forehead attempting to calm herself.

No, I understand. I'm on my way.

Her voice was hollow as she grudgingly answered the call to arms. She ended to the connection with the Martian and turned to Bruce, whom was tickling Elissa, joining her in laughter.

Her heart was torn but an invasion would put her child at risk. The choice was obvious.

The man's eyes met his lover's. Her dilemma was reflected in her eyes as she nervously bit her lip.

"Everything okay?"

She ran her hand through her inky tresses, "No. I am being called in. There's an invasion and they need me for a diplomatic mission," she explained tersely. She found it difficult to go because she assured the League that she needed a break.

Regrettably, you can't always get what you want.

"Go," he told her. She was surprised by his reply. "We're fine here." He picked Elissa up from his lap and sat her down to see her mother. "We only have one day left anyway. If you're delayed, Elissa and I will head home," he reasoned.

"You don't have to do that," she argued, feeling terrible about ending their vacation on a sour note.

"We had our fun. We're recharged and you should be able to knock this out in no time at all," he seemed oddly calm with the whole matter.

"Are you sure?" she still acted indecisive.

He nodded, "Go, Diana. This is the job."

She nodded her head and stood and with a little magic spinning she was in her red and blue regalia. "I'll be back as soon as I can," she promised. She leaned down and kissed Bruce and pressed a kiss to her daughter's chubby cheek. "I love you, my love. Be good for daddy, okay?"

Elissa cooed and reached up for her mother to take her with her, but she could not.

She kissed Elissa once more.

"I will see you soon," she said softly and took off via the patio door.

As she flew through the rain, she grumbled to herself. "One week… I just wanted one week off," she said bitterly as she was out of sight and soon gone.

"It's just you and me now, princess," he shared a look with his little girl. She seemed on the verge of tears as she did not want her mother to leave her. "It's okay," he soothed her with a gentle whisper. He kissed her forehead. "She'll be back."

Something was wrong.

He felt it.

Bruce awoke and leapt out of bed as he wandered out into the house. He felt something wrong in the house. And with it just being him and Elissa he chose to be extra cautious. It was dark in the living room; the rain had stopped. His movements were cautious as he knew something was amiss.

As he scanned the living room, he found a trace of sand leading into the house from the patio. Seeing the trail led to the kitchen he pursued. Reaching the threshold to the kitchen the lights turned on.

He was greeted to the sight of Talia al Ghul seated at the kitchen table, sipping a cup of tea.

"Talia," his eyes narrowed in suspicion.

"Beloved," she greeted with a faint smile.

Instantly, the man's concerns for his daughter welled up and he started to race out of the room before the woman could utter another word.

He barged into Elissa's bedroom and found her fast asleep, dreaming peacefully. Not a hair on her head was out of place and no sign that Talia had been in here. His anxiety faded as he took a few relaxing breaths before shutting the door.

He returned to the kitchen to see her still there, sipping her tea. She arched an eyebrow, "How unusual to see you so frantic," she commented. She was amused by how frightened he had become upon finding her here.

"What do you want?" he demanded. Seeing her again brought all kinds of sour memories to the forefront of his mind.

"I had to see it for myself. My son's sister. Another illegitimate child under your name," she answered haughtily.

The man scowled, his fists tightening. "If you even think about- "

"I assure you that I will not harm your daughter," she swore. He was skeptical of her promise knowing what she had done in the past.

"But I must say, I'm surprised things did not work out with the cat burglar," she voiced with teasing mockery. "After all, you and she went to the trouble of telling me about your engagement, she even fought me for you and yet, you managed to lose her."

Her green eyes were cutting him down with her words.

"I wasn't ready for it," he admitted.

"And this new woman, you are ready for it—with her?"

"I…" he swallowed as he hesitated. For he was uncertain if he was. But he was getting there. He was trying. "I'm working on it."

She stared at him for a hard minute before she broke contact and blinked. "I see." She rose from her seat and started to walk towards him. "Good luck then," she wished him, passing him by.

Bruce followed her with his eyes before he soon followed her to the door.

"By the way, I've seen our son," she remembered.

"And?" the man grew curious on what Damian was up to.

"He is working on becoming a great fighter," she said cryptically. "Fighting some of the greatest of assassins," she explained. "I am very proud of him. You should be as well."

And with that she left without a word as she left him to sit with the news that Damian was fighting assassins alone. Should he intervene? Or should he let Damian fend for himself, respecting his son's wishes as to strike out on his own?

For once, Bruce didn't know what to do.

NEXT: Double Date

I wanted to make Talia try and tempt Bruce into getting back together but then I recalled what happened in Grant Morrison's Batman Inc series and went against it. If you like DC Comics read Joshus Williamson's Robin series. It's probably one of the very few good books going out on right now. Thanks for the reviews, favs and follows and please continue to do so!
