Finally Security Breach is out...and it's pretty weird. I mean I enjoyed it, I got all the endings and everything, but still. It's pretty weird, there's also a few things I'm gonna have to retcon, mainly in terms of Roxy's occupation and even Monty's personality. The retcons might even be reflected a bit here. One thing's for sure, Vanny will appear in this story much more than she did in the game. Anyways, it's time to finally return to this story! Let's continue...
Chapter 2: Despair Dog
The party seemed to be in full swing down the auditorium. The Glamrocks were getting their instruments prepared, pleased that none of their belongings had been taken by Vanny or someone else. Everyone else was talking, eating or walking around on the floor awaiting the big event. Harper and Orville helped Cassy with the food, pretty much becoming her waiters.
"Thanks guys for helping me out!" Cassy said.
"Of course Cass, we just want to make sure everyone is happy and give out some hope!" Harper said.
"Well said Harper!" Orville nodded.
"Hehe thanks!"
Horace noticed Felix was chowing down happily on a plate of pizza!
"Well at least he's feeling much better." Horace said out loud.
Patch was getting a little impatient while waiting for the concert to stop. Harper walked over to him after giving Horace some food.
"Patch, what's up?"
"Oh I'm just waiting on those 4 to hurry up and get this show started. The longer we wait, the less time we got before Vanny decides to shut everything down and start attacking us."
Harper could definitely understand Patch's concern, they were dealing with such a strange threat. It was hard for any of them to crack a genuine smile, to laugh, to walk around the ship freely without worrying what's up ahead, or coming up behind them. She nodded before patting his shoulder.
"We're gonna be working together to get out of here, this party will solidify our partnership and we'll all make it out of here alive."
Patch wasn't so sure, he crossed his arms and looked away.
"You say that, but Vanny could probably manipulate one of us into joining her side. And then what? Or she could just slaughter one of us in our sleep!"
"I don't think she'd do that considering she doesn't even want to confront us directly right now. We do need to try and find her room."
"I just don't see anything working out, I'm sorry." Patch shook his head.
Harper sighed, she knew Patch was pretty stubborn sometimes. And it also didn't help that Felix was overhearing everything, his big floppy ears twitched.
"No...Patch don't make me panic again! I really want to try and enjoy this!" Felix said.
"Yeah, he's getting better already Patch, look, try and keep Felix calm, I'm gonna go use the bathroom before the show starts."
Patch sighed.
"Okay fine, whatever!"
Meanwhile backstage, the Glamrocks were almost done preparing. Roxy growled as she watched Monty tune his bass.
"Would you hurry up already!" Roxy snapped.
"Chill out, you know I got to be in my best shape!" Monty argued.
Phillip rolled his eyes and turned to see Carla looking down at her guitar. He proceeded to tune out Monty and Roxy's arguing and focus on the chicken.
"You okay?" Phillip asked.
Carla tensed up as she looked up at him.
"I'm just...scared I guess."
"Of performing here?"
"No, just everything that's happened so far. We were supposed to have a nice relaxing ride on this ship, and now it's life or death. I'm worried about us, I'm worried about Cassy, I'm worried about my other cousins. They don't know we're far out at sea, we're stuck here, I'm sure not everyone knows how to swim!"
"Carla..." Phillip sighed.
Carla whimpered as a tear fell down her cheek. Phillip gently grabbed her shoulder.
"We're all getting out of her alive. No one is gonna die on our watch, I promise."
"You really think so?"
"Absolutely, we need to make sure the others know this. We'll fight back against Vanny and anyone else that stands in our way."
Carla couldn't help but show a small smile.
"You're the leader of this band for a reason, you always know the right things to say." Carla said.
Phillip chuckled.
"Besides Carla, we got a little Superstar waiting for us back in town, remember?"
"Oh! Yeah, his name was...Greggory right?
"Yep, we promised to perform for him for his birthday when we got back! We WILL make it back."
"You're right...yeah...we can do this!" Carla said.
"That's the spirit!"
The two nod and proceed and try and calm Monty and Roxy down. With Harper, she had exited the auditorium and proceeded over by the bathroom a few doors down. Harper had a lot of hope that everything would be okay, she had her friends and hopefully new friends to calm her nerves. But as she got close to the bathroom door, she could hear someone speaking around the corner up ahead. It sounded very familiar, unfortunately, it the was familiar voice of someone she didn't want to hear.
"Oh shit." Harper gulped.
She rested a hand on the handle of the bathroom door as she listened in.
"Those poor fools are throwing a little party to celebrate their union. Heh, too bad it'll be their last!"
"Why don't you just end them here and now?"
"Because we're not in a rush remember? We got plenty of time, the Fazbear Crew have no idea where the ship is, we're safe."
"What makes you think we can all take them on?"
"Please, they'll all fall one by one, if not by us, then by each other. Relax, you worry too much."
"Look, I just want my pay, and my revenge already!"
"You'll get it! Just calm down!"
"Don't tell me to calm down!"
"Ugh...Lizards. Look, don't you got a gator friend to talk to eventually?"
"...Yes..."
"Then make sure nothing happens to him...unless he tries to fight me, then you can kiss him goodbye."
"I will deal with him, not you."
"Look I got things to do right now, plan our first wave of enemies that my little game will unleash! But first, I need to use the restroom."
Harper gasped as her hand slipped on the handle forcing the door open. She realized they might've just heard that and raced to hide in one of the stalls. The frog sat on the chosen toilet and remained quiet, covering her hand to her mouth.
"SHIT! THEY PROBABLY HEARD THAT! FUCK I'M DEAD! SHE'S GONNA COME IN AND-"
CREAK...
Harper remained quiet and still as the bathroom door opened, Vanny came walking into the bathroom rather quietly, as if looking for something. Harper began to scream internally and tried to stay still. There were small slits under the door for someone to peek under, she always hated those. She closed her eyes thinking Vanny may try to poke her head creepily under it. There were three stalls in the bathroom, Harper had chosen the middle, and Vanny headed into the one on Harper's left.
"No no no no NO!"
She listened as Vanny sat down on the toilet. Harper knew she was a human in the suit, but was she going to take the suit off? The sound of pissing made Harper confused. Did Vanny had a little hatch in the suit so she didn't have to take the suit off? Apparently! Harper continued to remain silent as Vanny finished and grabbed some toilet paper. Afterwards, Vanny didn't leave the stall yet. Instead, there was more silence...before...
"I know you in there...frog girl. Harper was it?"
Harper felt her heart skip a beat and she nearly fell off the toilet.
"..."
"You don't need to speak. I know you're scared...as you should be. Such a delicate and puny frog like you should be scared of their pending death. You just better hope it's not by me."
Harper was confused. She...wasn't going to kill her?
"..."
Vanny then proceeded out of the stall and stood by the sinks.
"If you don't want me to kill you here and now, then come out of that stall to I can see your green face."
Harper gulped before finding herself slowly opening the door, and there was Vanny standing there with her hands on her hips.
"Well...you're a cute little thing."
Harper couldn't tell Vanny's true face because of the mask, but she'd rather not know.
"I..."
Vanny chuckled.
"It's crazy right? I have ways to kill you right where you stand. I could kill you right now, no matter how much you attempt to fight back."
Harper was about to lose her mind, tears streamed down her face as she clenched her fists.
"Why...WHY?" Harper finally spoke.
"Why what dear?" Vanny asked.
"WHAT DID WE DO? WHAT DID I DO? DID WE DO SOMETHING WRONG? I...I'VE NEVER SEEN YOU BEFORE! I DON'T KNOW WHAT I DID TO GET YOU TO HATE US! JUST TELL ME! WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?" Harper screamed.
Vanny chuckled some more before walking a little closer to the frog.
"Dear Harper, you didn't have to do anything to me! I don't honestly have issues with you, unless you make an issue. However, you came onto this ship, so you will be apart of my little game."
"PLEASE! VANNY PLEASE! SPARE US! CAN'T YOU KILL OTHER PEOPLE?"
Vanny's fist clenched tightly.
"You wouldn't understand, I'll leave it at that."
"But-"
Vanny raised a fist making Harper wince and look away.
"Such a loudmouth you are eh? And a bit of lurker too!"
Harper blushed.
"Who were you talking to?"
"Like I'd tell you, you'll meet him soon enough...if you survive tomorrow that is."
"Tomorrow?"
"You fools enjoy your party, but I do got plans!"
Vanny took another step towards Harper who was frozen in place.
"Unless...you wanna try and stop me right now." Vanny challenged.
"What?"
"Come on! Feel like being a hero? Fight me!"
Vanny shoved Harper finally unfreezing the frog from her spot.
"No...I'm not...I can't..."
"I know you can't Harper, because your weak! YOU'RE WEAK! You'll never amount to anything in your current state, it's pathetic."
Harper felt so offended, and was getting a little annoyed.
"Don't...don't say that."
"What are you gonna do about it?" Vanny asked.
She shoved Harper again a little harder almost making the frog lose her balance.
"Stop it."
"Aww, is the froggy getting mad?"
"Shut up!"
"You are! Hah!"
Harper found herself raising her fist and Vanny did the same.
"Make...my...night...sweetie." Vanny said.
Harper...stood down.
"That's a good froggy, now hop off to the others before I hurt you. I will remember this by the way, and you better not tell ANYONE that you saw me."
Harper slowly nodded before walking off back to the auditorium. Vanny laughed before turning around and heading around the corner. As Harper got towards the auditorium door, she could hear that the concert had already started. Everyone was cheering on the Glamrocks as they sung, played and danced their hearts out. Harper quickly found Cassy who was dancing.
"Hey Harper, just in time!"
"Yeah, sorry!"
"You okay?"
Harper knew Vanny was most likely watching, so she had to lie.
"Y-Yeah, I'm fine. Just trying to guess what songs they were going to play!"
Harper saw Patch and Felix dancing together, Felix looked very happy and even Patch seemed to be happy again. Orville and Horace were also dancing together.
"These guys really know how to sing!" Orville said.
"Oh yes, I feel like my old self again." Horace said.
On the stage, Monty was jumping around playing the bass and head-banging to the music. Carla was rocking out on the guitar and constantly looked at Cassy who gave her a thumbs up. Roxy was jumping up and down and constantly making teasing looks at the crowd. And finally Phillip was singing his heart out!
"Come make new friends tonight!
Then you can grab a bite!
With Phillip, Carla, Monty, last but not least Roxy!
That party was over, but you're gonna throw it again!

The concert continued to be a big success, eventually towards the end of the song, Monty pointed towards Harper who looked surprised. Monty then motioned her over with a claw and Cassy encouraged her to go up there. Harper could not believe she was about to join the Glamrocks on the stage, one of her biggest dreams. The others cheered her on and as she danced with the crew!
"Come make new friends tonight!

With Phillip, Carla, Monty, last but not least Roxy!

When the song ended, everyone erupted into applause! Of course the party didn't stop there as there were more songs to play. Later on when the party began to wind down, it was a little past midnight. The Glamrocks had stopped performing and were now chatting and eating with the others. They had indeed begun to slowly grow a little closer after the party. There was still a little bitterness within, such as Roxy and Cassy keeping their distance from each other, or Patch trying to stay away from the jaws of Monty. But still, they knew working together was the only way they were going to get off the ship.
After they all agreed to meet up in the main dining room in the morning, they all proceeded back to their rooms. As Felix and Patch walked together back to their rooms, they passed by the large map of the ship on the wall. Felix stopped to look at it and Patch was confused.
"What's up?"
"Well...I just realized that there was a lack of lifeboats present on the ship!"
"I'm sure Vanny got rid of them so we couldn't escape! They're lost to the ocean by now."
"We don't know that! Also, I'm sure dispatching a bunch of lifeboats would cause a lot of ruckus! Someone would've noticed that right?"
Patch wanted to retort, but he found himself remaining silent, and he nodded.
"Exactly, come on! Foxy kept a few ship controls down on the bottom floor in this little room. Maybe they're sealed in the ship so no one can take them! I bet Vanny doesn't even know that. I'm pretty sure the puppet guy made some careful decisions when designing this ship so it doesn't go down like the last one!"
Patch was surprised with how excited Felix was getting. He always knew Felix as an easily afraid dog who would never want to explore an enemy-covered ship. But...he was happy Felix was finally becoming braver. They all wanted to get off the ship, and perhaps they could help the process go faster.
"Okay...let's give it a shot. I don't think Vanny is releasing any crazy shit tonight!" Patch shrugged.
"ALRIGHT LET'S GO!"
The two ventured down to the bottom floor while looking out for Vanny or anyone else that could be lurking around the ship. Everything was quiet except for their footsteps and the occasional hiss of steam, the whir of the engine, and the creak of the metal. The two made it to the bottom floor without any issues and found another map on a wall and Felix made sure they were going the right way. Finally...they entered the small control room and Felix gasped.
"I KNEW IT!"
"Dude!"
"Sorry, but I told you!"
There was a small thin console in the middle of the room and Felix looked at the names of the controls.
"Yes! Enable Lifeboats!"
"Great, but we'd have to tell everyone!" Patch said.
Felix looked down in thought, his ears drooped.
"Um...actually."
"Huh?"
"I was planning on racing off on my own!"
"WHAT?"
"To get help of course! Look!"
Felix showed Patch another map showing the route the ship was supposed to take.
"How does that help?"
"We couldn't have been out that long! I've been listening a lot to the sounds of the ship, while we were knocked out the ship was stopped. Then she started it when we gathered in the dining room. Then before the concert started it stopped again. It seems she stops the ship at night! We can't be that far from the docks!"
"Huh..."
"Whoa! Foxy has motorboats too! They could work better, I've driven one before!"
"Yeah you almost crashed into another ship."
"Well the lifeboats would take longer to lower, so I'll use the motorboats! Look there!"
Patch saw a hatch in a corner of the room that he opened revealing a tunnel that led to the motorboats. Another hatch on the front and back of the ship would open to release one of the several motorboats.
"This..."
"Patch...trust me, I can do this! I'll get back to Striker City, get the Fazbear Crew, and they'll take down Vanny before she unleashes anything. I can do this."
Patch felt a tear slip from his eye, he grabbed Felix's shoulder.
"Just...be careful!"
Felix nodded.
"You should head back up, I'm sure this will cause a lot of noise and you'll get caught."
"Felix...you're awesome!"
"Hey, you'll see me again I'm sure."
"Heh...I know..."
"Later dude."
"Later."
Patch wiped away more tears before racing out of the room and back up the stairs, suddenly.
"WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Patch raced up to the main deck as fast as his hooved feet would let him. He could hear commotion coming from below, then Vanny spoke over the speaker.
"WHO THE FUCK IS DOWN THERE? Looks like you guys want to start the game early eh?"
"FUCK!" Patch snarled.
The noise awoke all the others who came out into the hallway looking at each other.
"What's going on?" Phillip asked.
"Ugh, I was actually sleeping good." Roxy groaned.
"What did Vanny say?" Harper worried.
Just then Patch came racing down the hall.
"EVERYONE! GET TO THE DECK! FELIX ESCAPED AND GETTING HELP! GET TO THE FUCKING DECK!"
The others, confused and surprised, followed him out to the deck. All of them managed to get to the back of the main deck just in time as a large hatch on the back of the ship opened. Out came Felix on a motorboat looking excited and even had his tongue out.
"FELIX!" Patch yelled.
Felix looked back and up at the others before waving.
"WOOOOOO FELIX!" Cassy yelled.
"YOU GOT THIS DUDE!" Monty yelled.
"PLEASE COME BACK SOON!" Orville yelled.
"FUCK YEAH FELIX!" Roxy yelled.
Felix laughed, he had never felt this good in so long, he was ready to become a hero, to face his fears, to see land once again. As the others cheered, Vanny's voice boomed through the speakers.
"Oh? The brave little puppy managed to escape eh? HAH! NOT!"
The others were confused before looking down, a small door above the motorboat door opened...and out came...a torpedo.
"WHAT THE FUCK!" Carla yelled.
"WAIT NO!" Harper yelled.
"Wait is she?" Horace gulped.
The torpedo raced towards Felix who hadn't noticed it. He was too far away now to hear the horrid screams of the others telling him to look out!
"FEEEEEEEEELLLIIIIIXXXXXXXX!" Harper screamed.
It happened so quickly...Felix turned around...just as the torpedo struck the motorboat...and a massive explosion erupts. Water...blood...and body pieces were tossed into the air like confetti. Blue and red liquid began to rain down back to the water. The group stood at the edge of the desk in complete silence as the sound of the explosion and liquid falling back to the water finally ceased. The motorboat was completely destroyed, and Felix's remains were scattered all over the ocean, bits of red were sprinkled around the area where the explosion was. And then, after several more silent minutes...Harper screamed.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
