Camping Chapter 7
A/N - The next chapter in camping with the Palmers. I don't own NCIS. Please let me know what you think.
While they were enjoying their freshly barbecued dinner, Victoria asked "Why does that man keep showing up where we are?"
Her mom and dad looked at her in surprise. "What man? This is the first time we've noticed them since we've been here."
Victoria looked surprised. "You didn't see them at the pool?"
"No," Jimmy answered. "Maybe I was too preoccupied with the two wonderful ladies in my life."
Jess chuckled. "I didn't notice them either. I'd rather concentrate on my wonderful husband and daughter."
Victoria grinned. "I'm glad for our family and that we look out for each other and take care of each other."
Jimmy and Jess smiled and gave her a hug and a kiss.
"What were the men doing at the pool?" Jess asked.
"They kept looking at you, mom. Winchester was pointing at you and Paul kept trying to pull him to the gate. I think Winchester likes you."
Jess nodded in understanding. "He's an ex-boyfriend. I thought I made it clear to him about a year ago that I broke up with him about 4 years ago for a reason and that I was no longer interested in him." Jess leaned over and gave Jimmy a big kiss. "I married your dad because I love him and he has shown me what love truly is."
Jimmy beamed at his wife and kissed her back.
Victoria smiled. "Is Winchester going to be a problem for you mom?"
"No, sweetheart. He may be annoying if he doesn't give up on trying to win me back, but he'll soon realize that I belong to your father and he belongs to me and that will never change."
Victoria nodded.
The Palmers heard a loud noise coming from the RV area of the campground.
"That sounds like a motorcycle that needs it's muffler fixed." Jimmy observed.
"I hope they don't go anywhere at night." Jess said.
"The rules should prevent that." Jimmy said.
"I hope you're right." Victoria added.
"What do you want to do tomorrow?" Victoria asked.
We talked about going fishing or maybe on a boat ride. We can also take a hike."
Jess said "I'd really like to take a boat ride. Do we have to drive far to get to the boat rental?"
Jimmy looked at his wife. "It depends on where you want to go. There is a rental place up the river about five miles away and there is also a good sized lake about ten miles away."
Jess contemplated the choices. "Let's do the lake. I've never been in that part of the park before."
Victoria asked "Can you water ski?"
"I don't know. We can find out." Jimmy answered.
"Let's go there. It sounds like fun even if we can't go skiing."

Jimmy brought the firewood to the fire ring to start a bon fire. Jess help stack the wood and light the fire. Soon they had a roaring fire and Victoria brought over the marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate bars to make s'mores.
Amy and a few of her friends came by and joined in the roasting of marshmallows. While making the delicious sweet dessert they told stories and talked about the Fireside Girls, wanting Victoria to join their group.
After eating the sweets and cleaning up, Amy invited Vic to go to her campsite to play some games. Victoria decided to go with them for a little while leaving her parents with a little alone time.
Jimmy and Jess snuggled up together in front of the fire watching the flames dance over the fire pit. Jimmy leaned in and captured his wife's lips with his thoroughly enjoying the softness of her lips. Jess deepened the kiss, their tongues exploring every inch of each other's mouths. When the need for air won out, they broke the kiss while pressing their foreheads together.
"Sweetheart?" Jimmy asked.
Jess raised an eyebrow. "Yes, my love?"
"Our daughter is off with friends and we are all alone for a little while with an empty tent ready for us."
Jess grinned at Jimmy. "Are you suggesting that we leave this warm fire and take full advantage of our empty tent?"
Jimmy grinned at Jess, stood up and offered his hand. Jess took his hand while he pulled her to her feet. Jimmy kissed Jess and said "I think my gorgeous wife has the same thing in mind as I do."
Jess kissed Jimmy back and pulled him into their tent, zipping up the door flap. Jimmy turned on the light so they could get situated in their sleeping bag. Jimmy kneeled down and took off Jess' shoes and socks before removing his own shoes and socks. He helped Jess sit down on the sleeping bag and sat down next to her before they both stretched out, Jimmy pulling her on top of him.
"Do we need to worry about someone walking by our tent seeing what we are doing in here with the light on?" Jess asked her husband.
Jimmy answered with a chuckle. "I don't know. But that is easily rectified." Jess raised an eyebrow before Jimmy reached over and turned out the light.
Jess kissed Jimmy deeply while she worked on the button and zipper of Jimmy's pants. "I don't need any light to undress my husband." Jess said with a grin then slid his jeans down and off his body. Jimmy grinned back at her as he sat up so Jess could remove his sweatshirt and t-shirt. Now naked, Jimmy slid Jess' jacket off her shoulders. Jess then lifted up her arms so Jimmy could remove her white tank top then pulled her to him so their bare chests were pressed together. Jimmy pressed his lips to his wife's then pulled her down to where she was lying on top of him keeping their lips joined. Jimmy slid his hands down to Jess' bottom giving her a squeeze and then slid them inside her yoga pants to her very soft skin. Jess moaned into Jimmy's mouth as she felt his body react to their closeness. Jimmy then pushed Jess's pants down over her bottom and down as far as he could. "I think my handsome husband needs my help." Jimmy nodded and Jess reached down to slide her pants all the way off before climbing back onto her husband. Jimmy then rolled Jess over onto her back and Jess wrapped her legs around him where his length was pressed against her center. Jess reached down and guided him inside her. Relishing their intimacy, Jimmy and Jessica Palmer brought each other to bliss.
Jimmy and Jess crawled into their sleeping bag snuggling together after gathering their discarded clothes and putting them into their bags. "I love you my wonderful wife."
Jess kissed Jimmy and said "I love you my fabulous husband."
They got into their favorite position still naked, enjoying the skin on skin contact. Feeling sleepy, Jimmy and Jess closed their eyes drifting off to sleep.

A couple of hours later, Victoria returned to the campsite not seeing her parents. She went to the tent and unzipped the door. "Mom…Dad….Are you in here?"
Jess and Jimmy were startled awake by the Victoria alarm clock. "Victoria?" Jess asked sleepily as she lifted her head.
"Yes mom. It's me. Sorry to wake you up."
"No problem." Jimmy answered. "We weren't planning on falling asleep before you got back."
"May I turn the light on to get my things to go get ready for bed?"
Jimmy and Jess made sure they were covered by the sleeping bag and replied. "Sure. It's over here. I'll do it." Jess responded.
With the light on, Jimmy and Jess squinted getting used to the brightness. "Did you have fun with the Fireside Girls?"
Vic looked down at her parents and nodded. "Yes. We played games and made s'mores." Vic noticed that they were burrowed into the sleeping bag with only their heads showing. "Are you cold?"
Jess looked alarmed for a moment before remembering that it was ok if their daughter knew they were intimate. "We were for a little while, but not anymore."
Victoria nodded and smiled and picked up her bag. "I'll be back in a few minutes." Then she headed out of the tent and zipped it up.
Jess and Jimmy smiled at each other kissing deeply. "I think we better go use the restroom while we have a chance." Jess and Jimmy got out of their sleeping bag the cool evening air giving their skin a chill. Jimmy handed his wife her zip up sweatshirt to put on and sweat bottoms. Jimmy found his sweatshirt and sweat bottoms they purchased after they all fell into the river. Grabbing their toiletries and putting on their flip flops, Jimmy and Jess walked to the bathroom.
Jess found Victoria in the bathroom brushing her teeth. She looked at her mom when she entered and smiled around the toothbrush in her mouth. Jess set her kit near the adjacent sink to where Vic was and began to wash her face. "Can I borrow some of your facial soap mom?" Vic asked.
Jess passed the soap to her daughter. "Here you go, sweetheart. Do you have a good supply of products at home?"
Victoria shrugged as she washed. "Dad isn't the best person to ask for those types of things."
Jess chuckled. "I suppose not. I'm happy to share what I have with you and will take you to the store to make sure you are taken care of. We want to make sure you keep your beautiful complexion."
Vic came over to her mom and gave her a big hug. "Thank you, mom. I so glad to have you in my life."
"I'm so glad to have you in mine."
"Will Dad freak out if I start wearing makeup?"
Jess chuckled. "He's having a hard time watching his little girl grow up. He'll be fine with it. We just need to discuss it with him before hand."
Victoria nodded and both finished getting ready for bed.

The morning sun warmed the Palmer's tent along with the sounds of very loud ATV's and dirt bikes starting up from the RV section of the campground. Jess was draped over her husband with her lips next to his ear. She nibbled on his earlobe and whispered "Good morning my love."
Jimmy turning his head capturing her lips with his. "Good morning sweetheart."
Victoria sat up in her sleeping bag. "What is all that noise from?"
"Inconsiderate campers." Jess responded. She looked at her watch. It was 7am.
Jess put her head back on Jimmy's shoulder and ran her fingers over his bare chest. Jimmy had stripped down to his boxers for comfort. They kept each other plenty warm in their down sleeping bag. Jess had removed her sweatshirt and put on a tank top and took off her sweatpants leaving her in her panties. Both wished they were alone in the tent knowing that if that was the case, they would be in the middle of the throws of passion. Jimmy stroked Jess' back under the tank top and dipped his fingers inside her panties stroking her bare bottom. Jess dipped her fingers under the waistband of Jimmy's boxers.
"What time are we going to the lake?" Victoria asked.
"We'll leave after breakfast." Jimmy said.
"What's for breakfast? I'm hungry."
"How about some pancakes?"
"Yummy." Vic responded. "I need to use the bathroom."
"Do you want me to come with you?" Jess asked.
"No thank you. It's daylight. I'll be safe."
Vic got out of her sleeping bag and pulled on some shorts. She unzipped the door to the tent and stepped outside. Amy and two of her friends were walking by right then. "Hi Amy."
"Hi Victoria. What are you up to today?"
"We're going to the lake."
"That sounds like fun. We're having a big BBQ tonight. You're welcome to join us is you would like."
"Let me talk to my parents."
"They're invited too."
"Great. I'm heading to the bathroom."
"So are we. Let's go. We want to show you something at our campsite too. It's pretty cool."
Vic went back to the tent to zip up the door. "Is it ok if I go with Amy to their campsite for a few minutes?"
Jimmy and Jess said "Sure. Be back in an hour or so for breakfast."
Vic nodded. "OK." She then zipped up the tent.
Jimmy and Jess smiled at each other. Jimmy helped Jess into a sitting position before pulling her tank top off over her head. He then pushed her panties down her legs and off.
Jess then rolled Jimmy onto his back before sliding his boxers down his legs and off. Looking down at her husband she was pleased to see he was as turned on as she was. Jess climbed on top of her husband straddling his legs then slid Jimmy inside her enjoying the intimacy before they moved together to bring each other to a wonderful climax.
"We should give a generous donation to the Fireside Girls. They sure have helped make this camping trip a lot more stimulating."
Jess gently slapped her husband on the chest while laughing. "That they have."
They held each other recovering until they needed to get up.

Jimmy and Jess put on their swimsuits before heading outside. They headed up to the bathroom and washed up. Jimmy fired up the barbecue and Jess mixed the batter to the pancakes. Victoria came back when the first pancakes were cooked and taken off the griddle.
"Please get the syrup and jam out of the ice chest." Jess asked Victoria.
"Ok mom. I'll get the plates and utensils too."
A few minutes later, Jimmy had cooked a high stack of pancakes then turned off the barbecue. He placed the pancakes on the table for the entire Palmer family to enjoy. Jimmy, Jess and Victoria took several pancakes each from the stack and devoured them. Everyone had plenty then cleaned up the campsite to go boating.

An hour later, the Palmer family was cruising the lake in an outboard twenty foot long ski boat. Unfortunately they didn't have any skis to rent as the ski season wasn't until later in the spring. Still it was enjoyable and they took a picnic lunch with them for later. They heard the loud sound of engines approaching the lake as they were going by. Two ATVs roared past followed by two dirt bikes. It looked like the ATVs were carrying a large box. As they went by, one of the ATVs hit a large tree root and went flying in the air. The box flew out of the ATV and into the lake right by the boat. The driver of the ATV also went flying onto the beach at the ATV tipped over. Jimmy brought the boat to a stop and circled back to see if anyone needed help and to retrieve the box. Jess pulled the box into the boat with Jimmy's help as it was pretty heavy. They looked down at the box and discovered there wasn't just one box, but ten packages tied together with rope. The three Palmers looked over at the shore to check on the crashed ATV and driver. Much to their surprise, the other drivers stopped and picked up driver on the beach and sped off, leaving the crashed ATV behind.
"What's going on?" Victoria asked.
"We don't know." Her parents responded.
Jess and Jimmy took a closer look at the packages and found one that was torn. White pills began to spill out of the tear. Jimmy and Jess looked at each other in surprise. "What is that?" Victoria asked.
"Drugs." Jimmy and Jess responded.
"Do you have your badge with you sweetheart?" Jimmy asked.
Jess laughed. "Of course. It's in my bag with my gun. As you can see my love, I don't have any pockets on my string bikini."
Jimmy and Victoria laughed.
"It looks like Gage and Paul were right. We better call in." Jess said.
Jimmy pulled out his phone and took some pictures of the drugs and the crashed ATV. Jess called in to Parker.
"Palmer, I wasn't expecting to hear from you until Tuesday. What's up?" Parker asked.
"It looks like Gage may have been right. We rented a boat on a lake just outside of the national park. We just witnessed two ATVs and two dirt bikes racing along the edge of the lake. The first ATV hit a log and crashed near where we were and went flying. A package they were carrying flew into the water near our boat and we picked it up. It was a bundle of ten packages of drugs. It might be fentanyl. The driver of the crashed ATV was picked up by the others and they drove off. The crashed ATV was left behind."
Jimmy chimed in. "I just texted a picture of the drugs and the crashed ATV to your phone."
Parker pulled it up. "Wow. That definitely looks like fentanyl. Can you get a closer look at the ATV?"
"We can pull ashore. I'll see if there is any identifying information on it we can use." Jimmy responded.
"I'll contact the authorities." Let me know what you find out." Parker disconnected the call.
Jimmy looked at Jess. "Please put the boat closer to the shore. I'll jump out at look at the ATV."
"Be careful. I'll turn the boat for a fast getaway in case the drug runners come back." She also took her gun out of her bag and put her badge on top. She had Victoria sit on the floor of the boat as far forward as possible.
Jimmy jumped out of the boat from the bow into shallow water and raced to the ATV. Jess backed up the boat and put it parallel to the shore in slightly deeper water. Jess watched carefully for the possible return of the drug runners, her gun in her right hand.
Jimmy reached the ATV and looked for any identifying information. He opened the storage compartment underneath the seat and found the registration. He took a picture of it and the ID plate and license plate. He also took close up pictures of the ATV and surrounding area. He spotted a glove on the ground and picked it up along with a shoe. Gathering the items he headed back to the boat.
Jess, glad to see her husband getting back in the boat, revved the throttle. When he was safely in, she sped off across the lake.

"What do you mean you lost part of the shipment?" Morgan Hernandez roared into the phone.
Pedro recoiled at the rage in his boss' voice. "We think it went in the lake when the ATV crashed. We're not sure. The retrievers had another block of product on the other ATV and didn't want to risk losing that. There was a boat going by on the lake at the time. Don't know what they saw, if anything."
"This could expose our entire operation. What if the police find out?" Morgan yelled at Pedro.
"What do you want us to do? Look for the product in the lake? Or focus on the other packages?"
There was a long pause before an answer came. "Make sure you get the rest of the product out of there. I'll send someone else to the lake to have a look. Maria I think will be less conspicuous swimming in the water."
Pedro nodded, thinking how nice it would be to help a bikini clad Maria look for the drugs. Maybe another time. The boss's daughter is not someone to mess with.

Jess circled the lake and pulled up to the dock. Parker was good to his word and two DEA agents were waiting for the Palmers and were invited on board. The three Palmers sat on the bench at the stern of the boat as the DEA took inventory of what they found.
Agent Stern of the DEA turned and looked at Jimmy and Jess. "There must be $5 million worth of fentanyl here. You say there may be more?"
"Possibly," Jess replied. "Agent Winchester of the NPS thinks there is a plan to use the parks to bring in product. With this find, he may be right. Do you want us to show you where the crashed ATV is?"
"Thank you but there is no need. A park ranger found it from the description Parker gave us. We've got it from her. Go back and enjoy your holiday weekend."
Jimmy could tell Jess didn't want to leave just yet. "I know you. You don't want to leave this do you." Jimmy asked Jess quietly.
Jess shook her head and looked down at the ground. "I hate the thought of all these drugs out there ready to snag poor innocent people. I want to protect our Victoria."
Jimmy hugged Jess. "Thank you for being you. I love you."
Jess smiled at Jimmy through her watery tears. "I know we can't do this alone and it's best to get everyone involved."
Jimmy nodded. "We can let everyone know where we are camping in case they need our help."
Jess nodded and pulled Jimmy and Victoria to her in a big hug. The Palmers then stood saying goodbye to the DEA agents and giving their location in the park campground. Back in Dolly, they drove back to the campground.
