Chapter 11

Garp sits aboard his ship looking over the sea. He lets out a long sigh. "Why do our grandchildren hate me so bad?" He questions his wife who is standing right next to him. As she rested her head on his forearm.

She looks up at him. Her dark brown eyes focused on his sad black eyes. "My love I think we will have to have a little sit down with them and find out what is going on with them." She told him with a smile on her face. Hoping this will help settle his soul a little.

A grunt escapes his lips as they spot the floating restaurant. As he frowns as he spots a last bit of a sinking ship. He arches an eyebrow at the sight. "My dear…..it appears we had missed something as well it appears that damn sword wielding swordsman was where." He tells her.

"It does appear so." Said Tsuru as they watched the last bit of the ship…well the last pieces of the ship sink below the waves of the peaceful sea around them.

They dock at the edge of the fish-shaped boat. Garp scoping up his wife into his large strong arms. A soft giggle escaping her lip. "I will never get tired of this." She tells him as he looks down at her with a large loving grin on his face. "I will never get tired of sweeping you off your feet each and every day of our lives." He tells her.

Standing on the deck of his restaurant Zeff watches the two old Marines walking towards him….well one is walking as the other is being carried. "It has been a while." He tells them as he smirks at them.

"Yes, it has been. It is rare for us to have free time to sail to the East Blue." Said Tsuru as Garp places her down onto the deck. His hands on her waist making sure she is sturdy on her own feet. Her hands resting on his own as he knows to move them up to her shoulders.

"I am glad to be back in our home seas. It brings an internal peace to my old soul." Said Garp looking off towards the sea once more. A foreboding feeling nagging at him….making him feel something huge is going to happen soon. Whatever it will be…it will have his Grandchildren in the middle of it. "So, Zeff mind telling us about that sink that was once over there." He motions with his chin.

A chuckle escaped his lips as a twinkle was seen in his eyes. "Dracule Mihawk and one Roronoa Zoro. As well as that trashcan Krieg." He tells the two. He arches one of his brows at the look of shock and fear in the eyes of the two old Marines standing before him. "What?" He questions them.

"Did you just say Roronoa Zoro?" Questions Tsuru with worry lacing her voice.

"Who one the duel?" Demands Garp losing any light hearted playfulness he once held in his voice.

"Umm…well Roronoa won." Said Zeff with confusion lacing his own voice.

The two standing before him jaws drop hitting the deck with shock written all over their faces. "What?" They said as one.

"Yeah, the girl had won the duel against the World Greatest Swordsman. She used skills I had never seen. Also she used a fighting style close to Mihawks. That is what shocked me the most. It was like she had studied under him for several years. I had even noticed this had shocked the swordsman as his eyes widened slightly as he fought her. I think I mumbled something. I didn't catch it. The only one that seemed to catch what he was saying was the girl's Captain. What was his name." Zeff mumbled to himself as he appeared to be thinking.

"Was it Monkey D. Lucifer or Luffy." Said Tsuru as she had forgotten her grandson goes by Luffy.

Zeff looks at the two standing before him. "Well yeah I believe that is the name he had given me." He tells them to just blink at them.

"That is our Grandson." Said Garp with a grin on his face.

Zeff blinks at the two Marines standing before him. "Your Grandson is a Pirate? While you two are Marines?" He questions as he is trying to wrap his mind around what they just told him. "Next you are going to say that your son is the head of the Revolution Army." He said with a snort.

Garp pulls the collar of his dress shirt. "Well…yeah." He said looking away not wanting to make eye contact.

Zeff blinks looking at him. "Well damn." He said just thinking the whole Monkey family is insane.

"Our three Grandsons are Pirates. Well one is Pirate as well as working for the Revolutionary Army." Said Tsuru as she is proud of them no matter what path in life they choose to walk.

Zeff just nodded his head. "Well damn." He said. "Well come on in. Dinner is on me. For your Grandson Luffy had left me a nice tip as well as paid me $10,000 berries for your meals for the foreseeable future." He said as he turned around heading back to the front door of the restaurant.

Marine Base 16

The Marines standing Guards of the docks of the base are hidden behind crates sleeping. Luffy smirks as he is able to feel the foolish Guards at rest hidden away. "Well people…we are going to be entering here very easily. For it appears all those bastards are sleeping or just fucking around." He tells his crew as dangerous grains grace their lips. As they knew it was going to be fun.

Their prisoner has a ball gag in his mouth with duct tape over it. Nami had just stuck him with her metal bo staff with lightning going through it. Knocking him out once more. "We are good to go, Captain." She calls out as Sanji walks over to her, picking up the rat bastard from the deck of the ship. "I've got the trash." He tells Luffy with a smirk on his face.

"Alright people. Let's go." Said Zoro as she giggles with her right hand on her swords and her bandana covering the top of her hair.

With that said they jumped off the ship. Landing on the dock soundlessly. Moving down the weathered dock. Taking out any Marines they had found on their way. The ones that are sleeping Nami zapped them. Making sure they wouldn't be waking up for a while. As others they swiftly and quietly knocked them out to make sure no one hears them. Surprising to the Pirates. Marine Base 16 was truly low on staff. Something they hadn't expected from what they believed to be a fully running base. It appears that the little rat they have with them. Made sure to keep his staff pretty small so word wouldn't get out about his dirty deeds and it appeared the men and women working here really didn't care about the actions of the little bastard. As they didn't even seem to bat an eye to the newcomers. Never even noticing who they had with them either. They just kept up with their own business. They believed these people were dealing with the Captain of the Marine Base and knew where they were going.

"This is a poorly run base." Said Ace as he looks at Sabo who just nods his head in agreement to his eldest brother's statement.

"Pretty much and Gramps isn't going to be too happy with them once he gets our call." Said Sabo as he looked over to Luffy and his crew. "We need to get to work quickly before someone catches on to what we are truly doing here." He told Luffy.

"I know. Let's go." Said Luffy as they walked up some steps as the little troll had told them where to go once they arrived at the base. Luffy had threatened him with a swift death by becoming a hellhound chow. Something that frightens the man as Luffy's hell house comes out of his shadows.

Well they have made it to Marine Base 16. With what Zeff has learnt about the crew that took his son with them. He seems to be wondering who Monkey D. Lucifer truly is.
