Thank you all for sticking with me for so long. I have been trying to keep up with everything as well as being side tracked. As well as some annoying issues with kidney stones and a freaking blood clot from my iv site. So yeah. Sorry for bitching.

Chapter 12

Ace and Sabo throw Nezumi into a corner. As they grin down at the little rat bastard. "Now Nezumi-chan, tell us the combo to the safe." Luffy purrs at the man as he towers over the rat of a man.

Nezumi tries to pull himself closer to the wall. "It….it's 07-35-55." He tells the raven-hair man standing before him.

Luffy gives him a fang grin. "I hope you are right, Nezumi-chan. For Nami wouldn't be too happy with you. If you lied to her." He warns him.

Lightning flashes within Nami's eyes as she gives him a dark smirk. "He is right, Nezumi-chan." She tells him as she walks up to the safe and spins in the combo that he had given to her. A click is heralded as the safe's door slowly opens. Nami's eyes sparkled with enjoyment with what she had just found. But, freezes as she glances back at Nezumi. "Where's the other safe? For I know this isn't the only one within this base." She tells him as she turns to look at the rat.

Nezumi begins trembling at her honey brown eyes turning a seafoam green with lightning dancing around her body. "It….it's in the basement of the base." He tells her.

Nami grins looking over towards Ace. She bats her long slashes at him. "Ace-kun. Could you pick up that trash and bring him along to the basement?" She requested him.

Ace snorts at her behavior. "Sure Nami-chan. I can carry this waste of space." He tells her as he stalks over towards Nezumi grinning. "Come on trash." He tells the rat as he picks him up and places him under his right arm.

With that they leave his personal office after Nami had given Luffy everything held within the safe. So he would be able to store it within his shadows and not worry about anyone asking questions and what they are truly doing at Marine base 16.

Once within the hallways they swiftly move towards the entryway of the basement. During that time they hadn't seen a Marine within the hallways. This makes the brothers frown at this and at how things are run within this base.

"Come on. Once we are done here we'll call Gramps." Luffy tells his two brothers.

"I think that would be wise. Gramps isn't going to be happy with how this base is run." Sabo agreed with Luffy.

Ace snorts. "He will be shitting bricks once he comes face to face with Gramps." He tells the two as Nezumi looks up with fear written on his face.

"Whose….who's your grandfather?" Nezumi questions with fear sinking into his soul.

Zoro looks over her shoulder giggling. "Garp." Is the one word answer she gives him.

Nezumi goes rigget with fear and shock. For he knows damn well Garp is going to murder him. For no one crosses his belief of the Marines. They all had their careers ended or their lives. As no one ever makes it out of Impel Down. He begins crying, sniveling like the little bitch he is.

"It appears he knows how Gramps treats those who betray the Maines and his beliefs." Luffy tells them as his eyes turn crimson with excitement at this rat's suffering.

"Yup." Usopp speaks up from behind Luffy. "He isn't going to make it to Impel Down. For I think once he sees Garp he is going to have a massive heart attack." He adds as he glances at them.

"Yeah, enough about him. Here are the doors to the basement." Nami tells them as she waves them off.

Zoro snorts at the red-head's antics. She looks back at Luffy. "Maybe I should call Gramps and let him know he needs to come to Base 16 to take out the trash." She tells Luffy as she grins holding up the Nezumi's Marine issued snail.

Now Ace is in full blown laughter. "Do it." He said between his laughter and gasps of breath.

Grinning back at her brother-in-law. Zoro dials Garp's personal snail number. Grinning even more as they walked down the steps into the basement.

"Hello? Who the hell is this?" Garp answers with annoyance, lacing his voice as he was in the middle of his dinner.

Pouring down at the snail now mirroring her pout. Zoro speaks. "Hi Grandpa. It's me, Zoro. I thought you would be happy to hear from me." She told him, lacing her voice with sadness.

The snail's jaw drops open. "Oh my little Princess. I am sorry. I didn't mean to yell at you." He tells her with a sheepish smile on his face.

"It's okay Grandpa. I am just calling you to let you know. That Grandma and you might want to come to Marine Base 16. For Nezumi has been a rat and taking payments from Pirates and criminals to look the other way. As well, the men here just laugh at his actions and don't even care. For we had entered the base without anyone questioning us. This lets us know that Pirates and others are a norm here." Zoro tells him.

Garp grits his teeth at hearing this. "Well Princess. Once we are done with dinner. We will be on our way to Marine Base 16. It would be for the best that you all are not there once we arrive. Just if possible. Could you all wrangle up all those little fools and chain them up for me?" He questions her.

"Sure, Ace, Luffy, and Sabo will have fun with this little task." Zoro tells him, grinning.

"Good." He tells her with the snail mirroring his massive evil grin.

"Alright Gramps. Tell Grandma we love her. We'll see you soon." Zoro tells him, smiling softly.

"We love you too. See you later." Garp tells her as the snail clicks and it goes to sleep.

"Well boys you heard his orders." Zoro tells them, grinning.

"Yeah, we'll get on it once we are done with the safe in the basement." Sabo tells them, grinning.

Well it appears Marine Base 16 is going to fall. Long live the jackasses of the One Piece World.
