Chapter Seven

Shadow appeared a little in front of Sonic who was sitting on a chair, back to the desk, waiting for Shadow to come. He stood up and walked over to Shadow who was frowning with his arms crossed.

"So did you tell him?" Sonic purred as he moved very closely to Shadow.

"Yes and I have given him until morning to give me his answer." Shadow replied with his frown turning into a grin.

"Good, very good. Now on the bed babe so you can get your special prise." Sonic chuckled as he ordered Shadow with a lustful, yet very confident, voice.

"I am not getting on that bed with you besides you are not even gay let alone interested in me." Shadow raised a slightly shocked brow at Sonics sudden different behaviour towards him.

"True that I don't show interest in you Shads but you are wrong when you say I'm not gay. I enjoy the company of both sexes and right now I want your company tonight." Sonic whispered as he moved his mouth to Shadows ear and grabbed a hold of Shadows upper arms tightly.

"You think you are so irresistible don't you?" Shadow sighs as he was being made to move towards the bed by Sonic.

"Are you saying you wouldn't dream of being with me for a whole night alone?" Sonic seductively said as he lightly pushed Shadow onto the bed.

"I am not saying that, I am saying I do not have one-night stands especially with the likes of you." Shadow smirked as he watched Sonic approach him and crawl on top of him.

"Oh really now, I do not see you pushing me away or leaving my room." Sonic replied as he was hovering above Shadow and looking down into red eyes.

"No you don't do you but that doesn't mean I suddenly want you." Shadow dryly said with a small frown, not thinking Sonic was being all that serious and simply joking about by teasing him.

"Relax Shads, it's just a bit of fun." Sonic assures the other as he witnessed Shadow frowned deeply up at him with a serious look in his red eyes.

"Just a bit of fun? I have you know Captain Faker when they all find out about our bit of fun, your friends will be pissed at us both, especially Amy." Shadow firmly said as he watched Sonic lower his head a little towards him.

"They aren't going to find out." Sonic whispered then lowered his lips onto Shadows.

Shadow pushed Sonic off his lips and he glared up at Sonic with seriousness while holding onto Sonic shoulders.

"What the hell? Are you actually being serious here?" Shadow said with a now slightly nervous look in his eyes.

"Well yeah Shads I am." Sonic purred down at Shadow sexually with a look that made Shadow gulp and suddenly really wanted the hedgehog above him.

"Alright fine we will have our fun but on one condition. It is only a bit of fun and nothing else." Shadow half seriously said as he locked eyes with Sonics green orbs.

"So what you are saying is we can be rivals with benefits so long as we don't get in too deep with our feelings. Yeah I can agree to that now shut up and let me kiss you." Sonic replied with a wide grin down at Shadow.

"Oh and one more thing before we start, no treating me any differently or they will find out about this." Shadow said as he smirked up at Sonic.

"Fine, fine whatever you say." Sonic rolled his eyes then was pulled down by Shadow and their lips finally met once more.

The next morning…

Everyone was still fast asleep as the ship sailed on auto pilot in a random direction, the friends were in a shared sleeping quarters in hammocks while Shadow and Sonic were entwined within the messed up sheets after their 'fun' last night. The prisoners were slouched against a wall with closed eyes. In fact the only ones still up were Omega and Metal Sonic, who were just staring at one another while standing very close to each other with only a set of metal bars separating them.

Sonic was the first to open his eyes as the rising sun came through his porthole and shone on his face. He opened his eyes and turned his head away to avoid the sun then grinned as he saw Shadow still peacefully sleeping.

"I have to tread very carefully here, if Shadow finds out I want more than just fun he will be pissed I tricked him into this rival with benefits thing. So long as I don't hint out then he wont find out." Sonic thought as he kept eyes on Shadow for a little longer.

Sonic, after that extra few minutes, sat up with a stretch. His movements disturbed the other sharing the bed. Shadow groaned as he began to open his eyes then glanced up at Sonic stretching.

"Fuck, it wasn't a damn dream." Shadow thought as he was transfixed on Sonics form beside him.

"Hey Shads, last night was great. I do hope I wasn't too rough with ya." Sonic grinned wider as he looked down at Shadow and winked at him.

"Humph, just you remember our deal and don't bother complicating things either." Shadow grumbled as he rolled his eyes and sat up himself.

"Ahhh!" Shadow cried out when Sonic suddenly pounced on him and he fell back down onto the bed with Sonic now pinning him down roughly.

"And where do you think you are going? We still have over an hour before everyone else gets up." Sonic sexually growls down at Shadow with a lustful expression.

"I'm chef remember, they are going to want breakfast and I need to ask Mephiles of his answer or have you forgotten?" Shadow smirked up at Sonic with amusement, completely fine with the others actions on him for now.

"Yeah I know." Sonic chuckled then lowered his mouth to Shadows and connected their lips.

"If he makes me late cooking breakfast then I'm so going to punch his lights out later, fuck buddy or not he will be taught a lesson." Shadow thought as he excepted the action and kissed back.
