True witches are a majin type of monster girl that inhabits a labyrinth. These labyrinths can be found almost anywhere in oceans, demon realms, desert regions, the Zipangu region, and even human settlements.

True witches themselves didn't originate in our realm but came from an entirely different one. It is unknown to even them on how they arrived but is known they have existed in the age of the former demon lord. They originally spread curses and fed off the misery of both men and women.

However, when the current demon lord took charge, the demonic energy restored their original personalities in their previous lives when they were humans. They even can revert back to their original human forms as well.

The only way according to the true witches themselves, for more true witches to form is if a magical girl's soul gem to become and tainted and become a grief seed, and then a witch can be born. However, since there are no magical girls forming in our world, the only way for new true witches to be born is if they give birth normally or their own familiar become witches themselves if they devour enough spirit energy from men.

When true witches find a male human they usually try to get him to become their husband they usually try to sway him to become their husband through normal means. Though this can be a little difficult due to their loli looking human forms. However, they have their powerful magic to help charm the man to become their husband. Once they obtain a husband a marking appears anywhere on his body which is called a witch's kiss. Any other mamano that tries to rape their husband familiars would summon and if the situation was worst the true witches would teleport in to punish the monster girl who would try and have sex with their husband.

True witches are powerful beings and even the lesser ones as well. They can manipulate the surrounding area to fit their style and preference very easily such as making a broken down alleyway to a beautiful garden. Some of the more powerful witches might even be powerful enough to outright challenge the gods of our world but it is unconfirmed as of now. True witches are also able to create/summon familiars that can be used to protect themselves, and their husbands.

True witches' appearance varies wildly depending on what the magical girls' wish was about. Their human appearance is that of a loli's though their hair, and eye color vary.

There are two well-known true witches in our world: Charlotte and Walpurgisnacht.

Charlotte is a witch that inhabits a labyrinth located inside the demon realm, Wonderland. She is actually in contact with the Queen of Hearts and is actually her friend. The witch herself is playful and really likes cheese. Her labyrinth is also primarily made out of deserts and food.

Walpurgisnacht is not a witch but an amalgamation of different witches fused into one. They don't have a labyrinth for they simply roam around the world to try and put on a show with either herself and her familiars doing it to both humans and mamanos alike. They are also the most powerful witch as of now and it is rumored that she can easily stand up and possibly beat the other gods in our world.
