Yukari Yakumo, also known as the gap youkai, is a mysterious monster girl whose habitat is the gap. The gap is akin to a pocket dimension, but with eyes everywhere staring, and at you. She is also known for being one of a kind monster girl and it is unknown if there is any more of her race, if there is at all. It unconfirmed if she has a husband, or if she feeds on men's spiritual energy at all.

Yukari is a monster girl who has lived in the previous eras of the demon lords and has survived all of them. She is at least 1,200 years old and always has her own agenda manipulating both humans and mamanos to achieve her goals.

Yukari is always known to both humans and mamanos as being very manipulative, almost never directly getting herself involved with situations, and always uses others to solve her problems for her. Despite this personality, she is somewhat lazy tending to rest in her gap and sleep all day in there.

Yukari has two shikigami that she has under her command. The first is Ran Yakumo, who is a powerful nine-tailed Youko and it is unknown how the gap youkai managed to get something akin to a god. The second is Chen Yakumo, who is a nekomata that is a shikigami of Ran and Yukari.

Despite her manipulative and mysterious personality she still managed to make some friends. One of her friends is the ghost princess of the Netherworld, Yuyuko Saigyouji. Yukari has been Yuyuko's friend even when she was still alive and was the one responsible for sealing the deadly youkai tree, the Saigyou Ayakashi. Yuyuko is also one of the few people who can truly see through Yukari's plans and schemes.

Suika Ibuki has been Yukari's friend before she and her fellow true oni went to Former Hell. It is unknown how the two mamano got acquainted with one another but it is known that she knows some of the plans Yukari has concocted.

Yukari is part of an organization known as the Sages of Zipangu, with the known members being a true oni/hermit, Kasen Ibaraki, and a goddess, Okina Matara. These three and possibly others were the ones who actively prevented any incursions by the Order of the Chief God and their god's servants to Zipangu. Because of this many of the Zipangu monster girls hold deep respect toward the sages.

Yukari is the most powerful youkai and this is thanks to her terrifying ability to manipulate boundaries. This ability has no counters, or weaknesses and can affect everything and everyone. For example, if she wanted to turn a female human into a male she can easily manipulate the border between genders to do so, or she can make a powerful mage powerless by manipulating the border of power and powerless on them.

She can create an opening known as gaps, and it uses mostly as a means of transportation. She can easily travel from a country to another country very easily, which would have taken days to travel on foot. It is also believed that these gaps can allow her to travel to other worlds besides ours, but it has not been confirmed. She also uses those gaps as combat either sucking in projectiles, hiding in them to avoid attacks, or use objects such as tombstones, signs, and a train.

Yukari is skilled in Onmyoudou meaning she is specialized in creating and manipulating borders which overlaps with her previous ability. She can command her shikigami when she instantly opens her mouth and is known for binding several other shikigami besides Ran and Chen.

Yukari possesses superhuman intellect able to come up with complex equations that would be too hard to comprehend to even the smartest of mamanos and humans. She also possesses superhuman strength able to easily overpower humans, but can easily be overpowered by more powerful youkai power-wise such as the case with Yuuka Kazami.

Yukari has golden eyes and long blonde hair. She has a mature and well stacked body as well.

She wears purple Mist-style tabard with various trigrams over a pale pink western-style dress and a mob cap. She also has a parasol to fit with her as well. Bows are also usually tied onto hair too.

Yukari has an alternate dress she wears and it is a deep purple dress.

A/n: If you thought the last chapter dealing with the magicians wasn't Touhou enough I basically made a one of a kind mamano that deals with one of the major characters, Yukari Yakumo, in the Touhou Project series. I may or may not do ANOTHER one of a kind mamano entries on more Touhou characters.
