LUMINOUS

Her eyes glued to the wall as she remained on her bed. She could not comprehend everything that happened. Sagi contemplate whether or not to reach out to the senior. Too many emotions and turmoil events complicated things, especially between them. She did not know what to do. She visited her at the hospital in secret many weeks ago, when she figured no one was looking, and when she was either distracted or asleep, but she never dared utter a word to her former nemesis. She was definitely not friends with her, the tension between them was still to high, and she still felt sour with their history. However, she never desired that horrible incident upon the senior. When the five got out of the hospital, she knew they were trying to get her alone whenever before class, or after class, but she made it impossible for them. She figured they desired to speak to her, especially the Kou girl. However, she kept herself busy. She made friends with the new Siren girl. And abhorrently foreign to her methods, Larxeen distracted her within her free days along with other underclassmen with her open creative performances she would have in a room. She acquainted herself with Xion. That blue haired senior crushed hard on the spiky blonde.

Sagi avoided the senior. She would leave as early as she woke up to go to class, arrived late at night when it was time for bed, distracting herself with the restroom, and even got in trouble once with Hotaru when it was after ten. She would arrive exactly at ten, wash up, get ready for bed, and go to sleep. She noticed Kou knew she did not want to talk, with the way she would avoid her. She felt bad, but it was too much. Kou never said a word to her, she did not have a chance to. Kou would always try to wake up in time, but somehow that sophomore would beat her to it. And around the time Hotaru would check the rooms, Sagi would arrive, rarely giving the black haired girl a chance to be alone with her since Hotaru would check on them in that moment. And once the Mistress left them, Sagi would pretend to be asleep fast, even when the senior whispered to her. She felt bad, but she was not ready…

At least, she was alive. That, she had to admit, made her feel at ease, safe inside her heart.

The blonde continued to stare at the paint on the wall, traced the patterns with her eyes as she let her mind wander off. She heard the door knob move as her eyes shut tight. Her weak heart started to pound strong, and though she was compelled to breathe, she subconsciously held her breath as the door opened. Sagi counted in her head to distract herself as the door was shut and locked. Nothing was said for a long time. She had no idea what was going on, but the closet opened up as footsteps paced to the side of her bed, getting closer to her back.

She was not sure, but she could have sworn she heard her sniffing.

Sagi blushed hard as she felt her fingers touch her skin, making her shiver on her ankle as something full was placed at her feet. She heard her roommate grab her things and walked out of the room, shutting the door behind her. She did not dare get up to see what was left.

Sagi counted a bit. She did not move for a while, she remained still until time passed her by. Slowly, she turned around and sat up. Her eyes widened as a gasp escaped her lips. She trembled all over her body as a blush rushed to her face. Her crystal blue hues sparkled as she extended her hand out, touching the beauty that senior left behind. For her to have…

Red roses, a dozen, remained at the foot of her bed, along with a blue card. This was such a big shock to her. Never has anyone given her something so beautiful. It could not have been for her… it could not have been. But she could not deny that it was placed at her feet for her. She took the bouquet in her hand, holding the roses to her chest as the lovely perfume of the petals swooshed into her body. Shutting her eyes, a smile broke out on her lips. It was too surreal. This could not be from her. It had to be mean for someone else. In disbelief, with apprehension, she pulled the card to her chest and opened it's containments.

I don't think you would have desired to talk to me, but I wanted to let you know how much of what you did meant to me. You are an incredible person, and I admit I was wrong about you. Boy, was I wrong about you! I don't know if I could ever make up for the things I put you through due to my lack of knowledge and judgement, which doesn't excuse me, any of us. I deserved and paid the consequence along with more that awaits me. I know the others feel the same. I am going to take steps to rectify my actions. Every step. Arigatou Gozaimasu, for saving me. For saving all of us. We have never seen someone showing themselves to be the better person...you shined in every aspect. I will forever be in gratitude to you. Gomen Nasai.

Sagi was stunned as she remained frozen on the card as tears escaped her eyes.

She breathed in and out as the limo drove her home. Seiya remained quiet as her chauffeur did not say a word, though he glanced a few times at her in the rear view mirror, wondering if she was okay, before he focused on the road. She looked out the window as she tried not to think of what was coming to her. Seiya wiped her tears as her eyes remained red.

She ignored her fear. The fact that she was expelled from school damaged her school record. It was unsure of what would happen to her, if she would study at home or go to a public school. After this scandal, no private school would take her. It lowered her standards, and it definitely lowered her family's respect, she was sure of it. She was not alone. Haruka, Yaten, Michiru and Taiki were equally in deep shit with their parents. No doubt, they would share stories once they were able to see each other… whenever that would be. They were all upset and scared as shit. The senior looked over to her driver, seeing he was focused on his task. She softly put up the black center up, for her thoughts were taking her to private matters.

The senior sat back and looked out the window, seeing the beautiful sky and trees. Japan was really beautiful and had a richness that was incomparable to other countries she visited. The United States had a modern flair she enjoyed when she last visited Juilliard School of the Arts for her audition. Tears stung her eyes as she cried. No way would her parents allow her to go, after they heard what happened. After a long cry, she wiped her tears and pictured the sophomore in her mind. Her breath started to lengthen as she pictured her golden blond hair and soft curves. She pictured her face, whenever she caught her, thinking that no one was watching her, looking up at the moon at night. She had an ethereal essence, in her demeanor, in her features, in everything that had to do with her… There were no regrets.

Seeing those roses and her apology would not remove any memory of the torture that sophomore went through, nor did it promise any forgiveness from her. But she surely did hope that sophomore knew and acknowledge the attempt. Seiya started to calm down as she pondered on her. Those crystal blue hues, it was hypnotic. Midnight sapphire blue hues lingered off as she remembered writing her the note, bought her red roses, and how nervous she felt. She recalled the moment she carefully moved near her, touching that soft spot on her ankle, and delicately placed the roses and card at her feet. The florist she went to showed her the yellow roses for friendship, which she meant to buy, but ended up with red roses in her hand. Friends have asked, but she did not reveal whom they were for. Despite how much of an extrovert she was, and could care less what others thought of her, she figured this to be sacred and private. She did not even sign their names. The intention was enough in writing... Subconsciously she touched her lips and her eyes closed as she pictured her laid down.

Sagi...

Her name brushed her lips with sweetness. A smile broke on the senior's lips.

Sagi walked to school and saw no signs of the five. It has been three weeks since she has seen them. Lady San walked past her, looking ahead, and continued on.

What was going on?

Sagi looked at her in confusion. She breathed as she continued to move in confusion. Seiya entered her mind as she shook her head.

Why did she care for them?

No one said a word. She had a feeling the teachers knew what went on, as well as the principal, and even the people around the school started inquiring about what went on. But none of the adults spoke. They would either avoid the question, change the subject, or snip at them not to lose focus on their work. Sagi was so confused, but figured she need to focus on her studies. She was still struggling in her subjects. Though she was no longer late to class. All that training of avoiding that senior trained her body to be alert in the morning.

What the hell happened to her? Did she move to another school? All of them?

She noticed that icy Barbie… Sarah…she believed her name to be, was not around the school either. She would not care if she disappeared from the earth. That thing was evil incarnate. But she did not find it quite odd that she, along with the other five, are no longer there. Did something happen? Too many questions was making her dizzy. But at least she no longer held anxiety.

It was actually kind of nice to have the room to herself. She felt at ease, despite a tiny subconscious part of her that felt a little empty. She was not sure why. But, it helped her focus. Her heart has been stable. There was a time, the last time she saw that senior disappear, before she found the roses at her feet, that her heart weakened. It was when she figured she heard her crying. But that senior never cried. At least not in front of her, must have been her imagination. All of those older girls... they were too cold. But seeing those roses at her feet made her warm inside. She probably will never admit it out loud, but she did appreciate the effort. Those roses were delicately placed in a vase. Her friends noticed them.

Sagi pursed her lips as she doodled on her paper. She heard her door opened and looked up, noticing Larxeen waltzing in. As of late, since Kou left, Larxeen has been constantly visiting without merit. She did not fully mind though. For some reason, she was never bothered by her. Sagi looked at her as her friend eyed the roses with a subtle emotion, though said nothing of it.

"Sagi San, I have something important to tell you. But, I am not going to tell you a single word."

The sophomore smirked at the spiky blonde who looked at her with a leer.

"Then why would you bring it up, if you don't wish to share with me, Anchorman San?"

"How many time do I have to tell you to stop using last names Sagi San, I find it rude, and I feel we are beyond familiar, don't you think?"

"Gomen Nasai, Anchor- Larxeen San, but seriously, what is going on?"

"Because, I want you to go out with Xion and I to a club."

"Are you mad? I cannot leave school grounds!"

Sagi knew the rules. Only the seniors had privileges to step out of the school grounds. It was a seniority perk the school had. This senior had an adventurous side to her. She almost got her in trouble with Lady San when she ran with her outside of the school gate. They bumped into Lady San, and all she had to do was give them those pink eyes, which happened to turn red, icy look. It was enough for the two to bow and turn around back into the school. The principal never said anything because they did not go beyond the school grounds, however, any more few steps, they would be in for it.

"Insane. Of course, if you insist, stay here behind these bland walls of boredom while the rest of us have fun."

Sagi pursed her lips with a smile and shook her head. Though Larxeen seemed to have a decent heart, there was no way she was stepping out, be caught, and possibly be expelled by Lady San. That pink haired tyrrant terrified her. She never had a scary incident since she was last forced to move in here the first time, but that woman terrified her nonetheless.

"Daijabou, I have work to do."

"So what are you doing?"

"Working."

"You work too much."

"I fail too much."

"So what?"

"Anchorman San-"

"Larxeen San!"

"Sorry Anchor-"

"LARXEEN SAN!"

"Gomen Nasai Ancho-LARXEEN San!"

"Yes."

"Larxeen San."

"Yes, that is my name."

"Nani?"

"Nani?"

"Gomen, you were asking me something?"

"Iie."

"Oh my Goddess, Anch-Larxeen San, I have to work. Not good at these subjects."

"Leave it then."

"Some people could afford to fail. I cannot, my family would kill me."

"So kill them in return. I'll do it for you."

"Don't joke like that."

"Who said I was joking?"

"I know you."

"Do you now…?"

"Anchorman San!"

"Fine, okay. Let you work."

"You should study too. Get Xion and Siren, we will work together."

"Yawn. Whatever underclassman. Be sure to count your blessings when you sleep at night with the Baaaahs." Larxeen bahed away like a sheep and as Sagi breathed and remembered something as she walked away.

"Wait, what do you have to tell me?"

"Oh, if I tell you, then you would have to go out with us."

"Iie."

"Fine, gonna head out and let you ponder…"

"Oyasuminasai Anchorman, Larxeen San."

Larxeen smirked and shut the door, leaving her alone. Sagi smiled as she finished up her work. As time passed, she prepped for bed, shut off the light, and was ready to go to sleep. She was grateful for their friendship. At first, it was too much, but after Siren and Xion mentioned it was Larxeen's sarcastic personality, she finally warmed up to her. Sometimes, yes, she went a little overboard with her crazies, but figured she should not judge anyone.

The short haired strawberry blonde woman struggled on her bad leg as she got up until hands shot out, helping her stand close to her lover's body. The black haired shoulder length woman kissed her scarred neck, murmured sweet nothings into her ear, placing the tongue into the shell a bit before it trailed on the shell and lobe of her ear, down to the sensitive spot on her neck. Trickles of nerves rushed down to her sensitive nub as the taller tanned woman pulled her waist close to her firm body, skin to skin, giving her a love bite on her soft creamy skin. A strong hand grasped the bare derriere, cupping it in her hand and soothing it as her tongue trailed up the line of her jugular, causing the strawberry blonde to tingle all over.

"Aishiteru." The taller woman whispered to her lover as the woman replied to her with equal passion in three loving words.

The vision went black, but the sensuous feelings of love and lust trailed every line and curve of her lean body, leaving sensitive trails of nerves. She soothed those nerves that burned her below. The pressure was too great. She felt strong sensations, remembering every touch. Pulling her damp hand out of her shorts, Seiya woke up in sweat as she panted in her chest. She opened her eyes, gasped several breathes as she managed to calm down. A crease formed in between her eyebrows. Her eyes narrowed as she held her breath. Slowly, she eased herself. She immediately got up to wash up in the bathroom. It was three o'clock in the morning. She went outside of her bedroom and moved downstairs on the marbled stairs.

Her parents' mansion was huge. She knew it was. Even though she grew up here her whole life, she never appreciated or took notice how big it was until she was assigned to do the staff's chores by herself the past few weeks. In addition to her chores, she had a governess. She was not use to it at all. She excelled in all of her subjects, but was unable to enjoy it to her full ability since she was not allowed to go perform anywhere. That ticked her nerve. Seiya figured it could have been worse. After several weeks of torture, she and her friends were finally allowed to call each other on the phone. None of them were allowed to go out, so it's been a while since they have seen each other. They all had governesses and were grounded. They were not use to it at all, considering they were bored out of their minds, but it could have been worse. Taiki had the same punishment as Seiya, doing chores all over the house. Michiru kind of got off a little easier. She was grounded, and was not allowed to go out, but that was it. They envied her a bit. Her parents were somewhat laid back. She still was not allowed to go out though. As for Haruka and Yaten, it was terrible, got the worst of it. They had to volunteer at a hospital, attending to elderly people, clearing out their bed pans and feeding them along sweeping the floors and cleaning the bathrooms. It was goddess awful, but their families' strict. Kind, but strict, and no way would they dishonor them, or else be sent off to boot camp. Haruka had a strong stomach, but Yaten gagged a few times. Of course Haruka was jealous of her girlfriend. She teased her whenever she could. Seiya smirked to herself, grateful that all she had to was chores at the mansion and stick to her studies.

Of course, the staff still got paid, and helped cooked dinner, but the remainder of the time, they were instructed to leave the dishes, garbage, and cleaning to Seiya while they relaxed before they went to their rooms. They felt bad for the teenager, but nothing they would honor it if the Kous required it. Seiya held no ill intention. At least her parents were kind to her. The first night she came home from school, they were not happy, and shunned her for a week, with the exception of giving her instructions. She did not hesitate to follow and honored it without complaint. After the second week, they sat her down and discussed over what she had done, why this was happening, why she was being grounded and given responsibilities, and considering she was wise enough to know it was wrong and accepted the consequence, they warmed up to her. Still did not take away her tasks, but at least they conversed as before.

Seiya drank a tall glass of water as her bangs fell away from her eyes. Her long hair was pulled up into a soft ponytail as she sat down on the couch. She practiced late at night with her music. She was not banned to practice on her own. Even without Juilliard, she would find a way to create music. This was her passion and desire. There was no way she would not do what she loved when she grew older. She would definitely find a way. Her compositions was becoming magnificent. Her parents, even though they said nothing, could tell that she was brilliant. It was a gift the Goddess gave to her. And her voice was from Heaven.

The teenager drank another glass of water as she looked up at the ceiling. She tried not to think about the school, but there could be no denial, she did think about her, more and more, each day and night. She was just another girl, and there were plenty of girls to think from. Haruka shared a magazine with her of all the females they thought looked magnificent at school. They hid it from the Mistresses' sight of course. It would have been confiscated from them. But somehow, one way or another, an image of her would break her thoughts. She was kind of glad she did not see her, at least the guilt and the pain lessened a bit, but she could not help feel a void in her soul when she remembered her. She thought of her more than she thought of girls she dated. She could not even remember girls she dated, and usually, she would remember fun encounters at school. Seiya knew she definitely was into girls. The thought of Diamond intrigued her at first when boys were able to visit their school for an event, but she noticed as of late, she was getting bored and tired of him. She remembered how sensitive she was with him when she felt used by him, but now, it did not matter. He could do whatever he wanted. Girls constantly excited her, and there was no way she would not date girls. Her parents knew she was gay. They were very open with her, though they desired her to be with a guy, they accepted her. She was so grateful to have them in her life. Seiya licked her lips as the blonde sophomore popped back into her mind as she shuddered and breathed.

Goddess, she could not stop thinking about her!

...

Sagi remained awake, unable to go back to sleep after not understanding what she saw. It was powerful. But she was not able to comprehend anything. For a long time she remained awake, feeling her heart beating at a rapid pace. She never felt her heart prowl so strong and alive before. Unable to go back to her sleep after she dreamt, she looked up at the moon, seeing it shine as she noticed the stars around it. She loved looking at the moon. As her eyes grew heavy, she focused on the stars once the moon was out of her view. She looked over at the bed on the other side of the room, seeing the empty linens folded neatly in place, untouched for a while, and remained watching the bed for the rest of the night.

Another five weeks passed. It has been almost two months since she has seen them. Siren was working on her art project as she looked at her and smiled.

"Daijabou?"

"Hai, daijabou."

"What's on your mind?"

Sagi remained quiet, wearing her usual bun in her hair as she pondered on her former roommate. She never said a word to anyone, nor did anyone ask questions, with the exception of a few seniors. Maria Chan was the only one who looked at her a few times, but said nothing in the past time. Larxeen seemed to know something, kept taunting her with secrets, though never revealed anything. Xion, due to the fact that she was all over the spiky blonde, always shrugged her shoulders. More homework piled up from her classes. With the help of Ami Chan, whenever she was free, along with Siren, she would catch up. She watched the short silver haired girl pasting her collage as she lingered on her.

"Siren Chan… I have a question to ask you."

"Sure."

"What happened to Kou San…?"

Siren dropped what she was doing and slowly looked over at her. A subtle smile broke on her friend's lips, more like a smirk, to the point that it made Sagi blushed a bit.

"You've been thinking about her, haven't you…?"

"What do you mean?"

"Oh… just curious…"

"Nani…?"

Siren smirked as Sagi blushed red, frowning, wondering what her friend was talking about.

"Common, Sagi Chan! I thought you'd be happy they were gone."

"Nani…?!"

"Well, aren't you?"

Sagi slowly sat down next to her friend and looked at her as Siren realized she had no clue.

"You don't know?"

"Iie, nani?"

"Okay. I see."

Siren placed her stuff down as she pivot her body to face her friend, she took a deep breath and softly spoke to her.

"They have been expelled."

Sagi's heart stopped as her eyes widened.

"NANI?!"

"Hai."

"Minnasan?"

"Hai…"

"Minnasan…?"

"Hai… I saw Larxeen one day eavesdropping in on the conversation between Mistresses Setsuna and Hotaru. At first, she would not tell me what she was doing, or what she heard. And she kept dropping innuendos about a huge secret regarding you. I pretended I did not care, but I noticed Sarah was gone too…"

Sagi looked at her and forgot about Sarah. She also forgot that Siren kind of had a crush on her, but noticed that as of the past few weeks, she cared less and less.

"Wow…"

"Hai…"

"Douishite...?"

Siren looked at her as she smiled.

"Kou San, along with the others, seemed to care about you."

"Nani… cared?"

"Hai. I thought you knew by now, or at least Larxeen told you, but I see she is still playing games. She told me one night about their conversation when we went out clubbing and got drunk. I never repeated what she told me, she does not remember telling me, but she kept chanting about it. Larxeen never liked them. That's just her. She's my buddy, along Xion."

"Minnasan…?"

"Hai… I cannot speak for Sarah though, being honest. I don't like her anymore. She lost my respect."

"Douishte…?" Sagi was getting anxious being beaten around the bush. Siren took a deep breath and confessed to her friend.

"Kou San, Tenouh San, Katanowe San, Takahashi San, and Kaioh San got expelled from the school. Permanently."

Sagi remained quiet as still as she turned white, not comprehending what she just heard. Her chest started to contract as she felt sick in her stomach. That girl was never coming back.

"Douishite… what did they do?"

Siren looked down as she contemplated on whether or not to tell her. But figuring that she did deserve to know, especially since it regarded her, she looked up into her eyes.

"They turned themselves in to Lady San, for what they did to you at the garden a while back."

A gasp escaped her lips as her heart seemed to stop. She swiftly pressed to her chest and Siren immediately felt her grow cold into ice, holding her arms as a horrid memory of that garden rushed back into her. A rush of anger along with disbelief came into her body. She shut her eyes, gasping as Siren started to speak to her.

"Sagi Chan. It was not your fault. It was not your fault. They did something wrong to you and chose to do what was right. I wished you would have said something earlier though, of what really happened to you, when it happened, so you wouldn't have been alone. Sarah got expelled for being the culprit, forcing it out of Maria San to testify against her. Don't be sad."

Sagi trembled, going white, remembering the roses. Those memories… She should be happy. But she still felt angry, and now she was in pain. She hoped she would be the one to confess to Lady San about them, or confront them. But at the same time, she was glad Lady San knew it from their mouths. Her emotions got overwhelming and confusing. For some inexplicable reason, she did not feel good. She pictured the senior and blushed hard.

But, she hated them being attacked by Makoto and her sisters. That terrified her even more.

"I don't know how I should feel… Siren Chan…"

"Iie, you don't need to feel anything. But I want you to know the truth, that justice was brought to you. And from what I heard, though you don't like to talk about it, you saved their lives."

"I just stopped the fight, it was nothing."

"But you saved their lives. Sagi, that is no lie. Say if you never showed up… what would have happened to them, how would they have been found… I am glad you know. I am glad you know now. And you are not alone."

"I feel so weird."

"Just continue to focus on your studies. Their families are rich. I feel they will be fine."

"Hai…"

"Sagi Chan, I meant to ask you something. I don't want you to take this the wrong way, okay?"

"Okay…"

"Do you know that Seiya likes girls?"

"Likes girls?"

"Hai, as in dating them, like a boy likes a girl, and a girl likes a boy."

"Oh."

Sagi remembered the moment she saw Kou, and her friend Tenouh, kissing once.

"Sagi San!"

"Nani?!"

She gasped and flushed red as Siren smirked into laughter.

"Nani, why are you laughing, what did I say?"

"Iie, Sagi Chan, you did not say anything."

"Anatawa, you were laughing at me!"

"Hai."

"Douishite!"

Sagi pouted as Siren giggled like crazy, hugging her friend tight.

"Yurenkasykuya San, sometimes I believe you know, but you don't know."

"You are speaking in riddles."

"Hai, I think I blame Larxeen."

They burst in laughter as the silver bobbed girl shook her head.

"Sagi Chan, you are too innocent sometimes. I think it intrigued Kou more than anything when she was here, when she got to know you better."

"Wakarimasen Siren Chan."

"In seriousness, I won't judge you. How do you feel?"

"About…?"

"How do you feel, about Kou San?"

"Kou Sama…"

"Hai." Siren delicately whispered as Sagi breathed.

"Wakarimasen."

"You know what, maybe it's not time to ask you now. But daijabou. I am starving.

"Hai."

Sagi rubbed her tummy as Siren sighed. She still wondered about her friend's question. So vague she was...

"Hey, I am planning to make Chocolate Chip Cookies. You want some, ne?"

"Ne, I'd love some."

"Hai. Let's go."

Siren got up and rushed out of her room. Sagi remained behind as she stared off into the floor. For sure, she did not know how to feel about the whole thing, or her.

Seiya was allowed to go out on the weekends. She dated a few girls here and there, but nothing or no one was still exciting her. Michiru was still grounded, so Taiki and Yaten stayed behind. Haruka went out, she needed to breathe after that filthy place. Her girlfriend groveled at her, but the sandy blonde figured it was her turn to have a little fun.

"Beautiful ladies."

"Michiru is back home."

"Hey, I am allowed to look."

"Hai."

"Kanojoutachi desu…"

Haruka bit her lips as Seiya looked over, seeing a short bob haired girl, flirting with an ash blonde one. Both of them were older and filled out a bit.

"Nice."

"Go talk to them.

"After my drink."

"Kou."

"Tenouh, I am chugging my drink."

"You have not found a single lady you are into?" Her friend looked around the club.

"Iie."

"Common…"

"I've been dating, but a bunch of them have bored the shit out of me."

"Hai."

"I've tried. Kissed them, groped them. Too boring to bed them."

"That's a shame. Though I've been lonely. I miss Michiru. Cannot wait to be with her."

"You'll see her soon, her punishment is almost over."

"I know." Seiya extended her leg across the booth as Haruka extended her arms, leaning back.

"So who was a better kisser."

"Nani…"

"Anatawa…"

"Watashi…"

"Common…"

"This girl, Daphne, was okay. But she wanted to include her boyfriend. That I was not okay with."

Haruka laughed hard as she slammed the table. Seiya giggled and shook her head.

"If she said girlfriend, maybe I would have considered."

"I know, right?"

"Goddess, I am such a flirt."

"You and me both."

"You want another drink?"

"Yeah."

"Okay, I'll have a strawberry daiquiri."

"Hai." Haruka shot up and went to grab drinks as Seiya soothed her glass,, creating patterns on her icy glass.

After having fun for a while, and finishing their third glass, they decided to hit the dance floor. Both of them danced with a few girls, but Haruka can see what Seiya was talking about. A bunch of them were so into themselves, they had no character or drive. After a while, they ended up dancing with each other, where they managed to enjoy each other's company more.

"Wanna get together?"

"So Michiru could kill us both?"

"You know I love flirting with you."

"I know, I love it when you flirt with me. I love flirting with you too."

"And we have so much history. No one should be upset at us for being close."

Haruka grinned and hugged her best friend as they danced, pretending to be together so the others could back off. Seiya held her close and enjoyed the music as she spoke to her.

"You know she kissed Taiki right?"

"I know. Yaten told me."

"She kissed her too."

"Everyone kissed everyone at some point." They laughed hard in their drunkenness. Seiya winked at her best friend, making her blush as they continued to dance the night away.

They headed back and sat down. The sandy blonde picked up her hair into a ponytail again as Seiya shook her hair lose.

"I love your hair."

"I love yours too."

"I am having so much fun with you."

"Me too."

They blow air kisses at each other.

"Goddess, this is sad that you are my date tonight, and you are already taken."

"We will get you someone."

"Please. I want to enjoy my last year."

"I know. We will, I promise you."

They both sighed, realizing that they would be home until they graduate. Rolling their eyes, they heard girls speaking behind them in another booth.

"What the hell kid, acting stupid!"

"Hey… it's true."

"You don't have a single person."

"Stop harassing us. We too can pick up people, we already have some."

They recognized Xion's voice as their eyes went wide at each other, but remained quiet. Larxeen was heard, screaming in laughter at their acquaintances.

"Listen. You girls are fugly as hell. We already have some at home."

"Please. You are just kids."

"Iie!"

Xion sneered at them as Larxeen grinned at them.

"We are total adults. You see, Xion and I came to have fun, but that's it. We have women back home."

"Oh yeah, I bet it's your hand."

Seiya and Haruka held their smirk in as Xion was heard cursing the older women out.

"Fuck you, we don't need you."

"You apparently don't need anyone, losers. Thanks for the free drinks though."

"Yeah, see, we do have people. Well, she has...Otamiya San. I know Yurenkasykuya. San"

Xion looked at her as Larxeen winked at her and stared back at them.

The two behind them froze as they heard the sophomore's name.

"You talk so much shit, kid."

"Nah I don't."

"Nah ah. Yurenkasykuya right? I know of her. She came here all the time with Sarah, remember her? Beautiful Goddess. But, no. She is married, or engaged to some man."

"Ah you mean Galexia. See, I don't care about her. You see, I am talking of her sister. That one. I know well"

"Galexia has a sister?"

"Uh huh." Xion hiccupped. "Name is Sagi Sama."

Seiya mouthed "what the fuck" to Haruka as she shook her head. Both of them remained looking at each other as they eavesdropped the booth behind them.

"I did not know she had sister, shit she was beautiful. Her sister should be too then, huh?"

"Oh yeah." Larxeen grinned with a smile.

"Bring her along! Tell her to come tonight."

"Iie, she can't. See I tried, she's an underclassman. They are not allowed to go out"

"Anatawa… You mean she's younger than you guys?! Great. Iie, Not interested in her."

Xion laughed. Larxeen drunk her glass and sneered at them.

"I'll get her out soon. And I don't want you fucks to be interested in her!"

"Why you like her?"

"We did not say that!" Xion copped an attitude with the older women as Larxeen pursed her lips.

"Sure you like her. Look at your friend's face. You better watch your mouth kid, or I just might be interested in her to piss you off."

"I fucking dare you. Oh shit, we gotta go." Larxeen growled as Xion slurred as they got up.

"Watch for your curfew." Their friends broke into laughter as the two left arm in arm.

Seiya and Haruka remain frozen as they looked at their former classmates. They slowly placed their bills on the table and headed out after them.

Larxeen and Xion took the buses back to the school and giggled. Seiya and Haruka remained in silence as they spied on them. The bus was a long drive. Once they approached the area of the neighborhood, the girls jumped off. The spiky blonde and the blue haired girl giggled, when they spotted them pausing to look at each other.

"You know I was just kidding, about Yurenkasykuya, right?"

"I don't care."

"I know. You shouldn't."

"You can like her. If you want."

"I like her as a friend. Like a little s… sister… I talk shit cause they love Galexica…"

Xion smirked as she blushed. Larxeen poked her ribs.

"You like Siren…"

"She is cute, but that is all."

"Sure you do…" Larxeen smirked and pulled her in, taking her lips as Xion was pushed against the wall. She returned her kiss as they remained locked in an embrace. Their bodies pressed tighter as their kiss deepened, feeling each other with unknown hunger.

Their jaws were dropped. A tap was made on her shoulder. Her midnight sapphire hues slowly looked at the sky blue ones, wide as her sandy blonde friend beckoned her clandestinely with her finger. The black haired senior nodded and slowly backed up their steps, making sure they were not heard, stepping like a cartoon as they slowly turned and moved around the corner of the block, heading back to take the bus in the other direction.

Once they got on the bus, while the driver gave them weird looks, due to their expression, they linked arm and arm as they headed to the back of the bus. Once they sat down, Seiya moaned in disbelief as Haruka was speechless.

"Oh Goddess."

"My eyes…" Haruka whispered as they broke into laughter.

"I mean, it's like I knew, but I didn't know…"

"I wonder what else happened while we were away."

"Seriously, well, I guess I am happy for them?"

"Sure, yeah, definitely a pair with each other."

They leaned back, linked arm and arm as they yawned and spoke the rest of the bus ride.

"Tenouh San, call your parents, it's too late to go back at night. I'll call mine after."

"Hai."

They followed up with their parents, and though the Tenouhs were hesitant, she was allowed. The Kous were more than happy to accommodate.

At the mansion, Seiya and Haruka went upstairs, showered, spoke a bit before they were told to go to bed. As they shut of the lights, they slipped under the covers and looked at each other, snuggling their feet to each other to keep warm.

"So they have you cleaned the mansion this whole time."

"Yeah."

"Bummer."

"It's okay though."

They whispered as they softly conversed at night.

"So, Seiya… I have a question to ask you."

"Hai."

"How are you feeling about… her?"

Seiya looked down as her best friend watched her in silence.

"I don't know."

"I see."

"I mean, I don't regret, what I did. I was happy to do it. Even if I have to take the longer path to get to my singing career. But, I feel right about it."

"I know that."

"Yeah."

"But you did not answer my question."

"Oh. Nani?"

"How do you feel about her?"

Seiya looked up into her eyes as Haruka held her hand.

"I won't judge you. I just want to be there for you."

"It hurts me."

"Go on."

She swallowed as her best friend soothed her hair. Seiya snuggled her hand to her face as Haruka soothed her cheek.

"I understand, where she stands, in all of this. I get it. If I were in her shoes, you know about the two of us, all of us, I'd be so much worse than her, and possibly kill us."

"I know. We almost mutilated the others."

"They deserved it."

"Hai."

Their hands held tighter as Haruka nudged her. Seiya continued to speak.

"I just… it hurts me, that I did not understand her in time. It hurts me that she was hurt by me, for no reason at all, even if it was a misunderstanding, because I listened to that stupid bitch I used to call friend, she will always remember it. It hurts me that I saw who she really was too late. Do you remember when the two of us, me and her, had that private fight?"

"Hai."

"I never seen her so vulnerable before. The moment she started to cry, kind of reminded me of the moment I felt when we were attacked. I saw who I used to be. And I felt like a monster in that moment."

"Seiya, you need to forgive yourself."

"Not now Haruka."

"Gomen Nasai." Haruka kissed her lips and urged her to continue. Seiya breathed and shut her eyes. She opened her eyes as her voice cracked.

"I of course, was too focused on my life with graduating and my career and Carnegie and Juilliard. I still did not fully trust her, but I knew she did not lie. I could tell by looking in her eyes. She allowed me to go near her and do her make-up. I am surprised she did not turn us in. That still baffled me. I tried to approach her about it, but she always managed to make herself scarce with my presence. And when we confronted Maria, another little twat, that was it. I never doubted her again."

"That is good we found out though."

"Hai."

"Should count for something."

"I know."

"Go on."

"I just, this sounds so selfish of me, I wish she could see how sorry, so sorry, I am of hurting her. I just wish she would give me a chance, to not only explain, but…"

"You want her to forgive you."

"Yes." Seiya teared up as she was held close in a kiss. Her friend hugged her as she cried hard into her chest.

"Seiya…"

"Gomen Nasai."

"You did everything you could do for her. Which is more than what we would have done to others."

"Hai."

"Makoto is dead for sure. Along with her sisters. If I ever catch them."

"They are dead, I will kill them with you."

"We all will."

They snickered in a whisper, but Seiya grew sadder as Haruka held her close.

"There now, picture her naked."

Her friend softly smiled as Haruka chuckled at her blush.

"I did…" She whispered.

"Nani…"

"I actually did…see her..."

Seiya barely whispered her words as Haruka forced her to look in her eyes.

"The fuck did this happen?!"

"Nani…"

"What've you been hiding from me Bitch."

Haruka whispered as Seiya stuck out her tongue.

"I saw her naked."

"Start over."

"Okay, I was naked."

"What the fuck?!"

Haruka almost shouted in disbelief as Seiya clamped a hand over her mouth.

"Shut the fuck up Tenouh."

The black haired teenager whispered as she chuckled as her best friend.

"Tew me da fucin stowy." Haruka muffled into her hand as Seiya laughed in silence at her red face.

"Fine. Shut the fuck up, I'll tell you Bitch."

Haruka pursed her lips, wide eyed as Seiya moved softly off her mouth. She looked at her lips and leaned back.

"I was naked for a bath, and it was the day Maria San was confronted. I needed to be on my own."

"Oh yeah, I remember. Continue."

"And, I cried a lot."

"That I knew. I remembered too."

"So after I cried myself out, I got out of my clothes."

"Fucking hot." They chuckled in a whisper as she continued.

"I drew myself a bubble bath, and went in."

"Wet, I like it."

"Hai, I am sure you do."

"Hai."

"Let me finish my fucking story."

"Okay."

Haruka leaned on her stomach as Seiya blushed.

"I remained in the bathtub for a long while. Lost my train of thought."

"Hai."

"Next thing I know, the door was opened, and…"

"She saw you."

"Hai…" She blushed hard at the memory. Haruka grinned as she nudged her.

"And…"

"She was completely bare."

"Holy fuck…." Haruka blushed and buried her head into her stomach. Seiya giggled at her in silence as Haruka looked at her. They blushed for a long time.

"What happened next."

"I gasped."

"Hai…"

"She saw me."

"What did she say…?"

"Nothing at first, I think she was in shock."

"She looks innocent."

"Hai, she is."

"You know…"

"I can tell."

"Continue."

"She felt, shy, so shy, to the point of being scared, immediately apologizing to me."

"Wow."

"I jumped out to console her."

"Seiya, in the nude?"

"I did not think."

"Continue, you jumped out to go to her while you were nude."

"She backed up, swiftly turned around and tripped on the floor."

"That girl always trips on herself!"

"Hai, I know."

"Continue."

"I try to tell her it was okay as I went to her."

"In the nude while she is nude."

"Hai, I didn't think, I just thought about helping her but, she immediately got up and ran to grab her clothes. I, sorry it was so surreal, I never had a girl run from me in the bedroom before."

"Not the ones you fooled around with, of course, but oh my Goddess. This one took the cake."

"Seriously. She is something. Well… She grabbed her clothes, turned around, saw I was behind her." Haruka covered her mouth as Seiya continued and smiled, now realizing why that sophomore was so shy. "Saw me, blushed, apologized, turned to put her clothes on."

"Then what happened. That's such a shame, continue."

"She said Gomen Nasai. Over and over. I said Daijabou, told her I was done and she shook her head, turning the bathtub down. I told her Daijabou, and she screamed at me "Iie!" and ran out the room and slammed the door."

"Damn. Then what happened."

"I felt so humiliated I went back to the bathtub, shut the door, went in the tub, and drowned myself in the water."

"Figured. Ego deflated."

"Hai."

They looked at each other and they giggled in silence for a long time.

"Well, at least you have that beautiful memory."

"Hai."

"Tell me… curious, always been curious, how does she look… you know…"

Seiya blushed as she pictured the sophomore's body. Oh yes, she remembered her body. Every detail of it. It planted in her memory since she saw her that afternoon.

"The way her skin flushed. The creaminess of her skin. The roundness of her curves. The fullness of her breasts, she kept that hidden well under that nunnery clothes she wears."

"Wow."

"She's beautiful."

"I agree… continue."

"The way she looked at me… I never seen someone blush so hard before. It was odd because, well you know how we are, and we know she's not… honestly…"

"Wait… do you think…?"

"Honestly, Haruka, I do not know." Seiya said in wonder. It was too good to be true. "She always confused me. Since the first time I saw her. She still does." Seiya whispered.

She looked at her best friend as she stared back at her. Now that was something new to think about.
