Biollante is a plant kaiju girl that was created through the use of splicing a rose with the cells of a dead human named Erika Shiragami, and Godzilla's cells. Originally after being created Biollante was a violent kaiju as the side of Godzilla was mostly in control of the body while it actively suppressed Erika's consciousness.

Later on, Erika's consciousnesses would resurface and she would be able to take control of Biollante's body and manage to suppress the violent nature of the Godzilla side. Biollante then made it her mission to attempt to try and restore the world's greenery and beauty which was known as Earth back then to its former glory.

Despite Godzilla attempting to kill her back then, Biollante would help the King of the Monsters with defeating Destroyah. However, she would be in a comatose state after almost being destroyed by the micro beams of the kaiju.

Biollante would reawaken in our world and though the greenery and beauty are restored she decided to try and safeguard it to make sure it isn't destroyed by the kaijus, humans, and mamanos.

Biollante would sometimes be aggressive both in combat (and also in sex). Though her main personality is her benevolence which is directed toward any plants, that also includes mamano plant girls. She also has good intelligence due to her inheriting the genes from her father, Genshiro Siragami, and just like him wants to try to make it so plants can thrive in all environments including arid deserts. Due to this Biollante gets particularly well with Alexia Ashford, who is just as bright as the kaiju, and she wants her help with combining the T-Veronica virus with some of her own cells, which would help make all plants more durable and strong to thrive in many environments including radiation as well.

Biollante's benevolent nature also made it so she was able to become allies with Mothra, who also wanted to safeguard the greenery from the kaiju as well. Her kind nature also had her be able to befriend the infamous monster girl, Yuuka Kazami, due to treating the flower youkai's sunflowers and plants with delicacy.

Biollante has the power to create tendrils and mouthed ones, each of these are able to shoot acidic sap to blind opponents, from her back to use as weapons to grapple and entangle her enemies. She is able to spit large amounts of acidic sap from her mouth as well. The plant kaiju girl is able to turn herself into energy spores to allow herself to enter the atmosphere, and return completely healed.

Biollante has the ability of rapid regeneration meaning she is able to regenerate from all forms of damage done to her. This effectively makes her immortal combined with the ability to turn into energy spores as well. She can also use her regenerative powers to regenerate plants as well.

Biollante has the ability to have her tendrils be able to submerge themselves underground and cause a surprise attack. She can even have her whole body be able to tunnel herself underground as well.

Like all of the other kaiju, she can also assume her original gigantic form as well.

Biollante has dark green hair, yellow eyes, and six small tusk-like growths, three each on the sides of her mouth. She wears a plant-like bikini around her breasts, a vine-like loincloth as well, and a red rose that rests on her head. Biollante has a voluptuous bosom, and a very curvy body as well.
