Ilias is the creator of mankind, at least in our universe. She was birthed from the light of the universe alongside her counterpart, Alice I from the darkness of the universe.

Ilias then ended up creating the true angels and true heaven out of loneliness. Alice I then made the monsters, but she was able to make more monsters than there were true angels. Despite this, Ilias and Alice I maintained peace between each other, but unfortunately, that peace was shattered when the original Chief God came in and overthrown Illias. The original Chief God did that because she believed that humanity would populate the world and destroy it taking down everyone with them.

Ilias along with her true angels were cut off from the rest of the universe as True Heaven was sealed off by the original Chief God and her own followers. Meanwhile, Alice I and the Six Ancestors were sealed with the creation of the most powerful seal in existence, the Six Ancestors' Great Seal. That same seal was used to seal the gates to True Heaven, preventing Illias and her followers from exiting True Heaven to come and help humanity.

Ilias' existence along with anything affiliated was erased by the original Chief God. And the original Chief God made the monsters, Alice I's creations become the grotesque and scary monsters who would brutally slaughter people if the chance came.

Ilias and her true angels would later be freed, millions of years later, from their home turned prison by none other than Tamamo no Mae, one of the Six Ancestors, but she didn't come alone to help with breaking the Six Ancestors' Great Seal as she brought the new Demon Lord and her husband, Hecatia Lapislazuli, the current Dark Lord, the Sages of Zipangu, and other powerful beings affiliated/allies with the New Demon Lord's faction and mamanos in general. This caused Ilias to be free at last along with her true angels, and they immediately joined along with waging a war against the new Chief God (the original one died a long time ago), her forces, and her allies.

After being released from the seal, Ilias has been taking a liking to one of her followers, Luka. Though she originally had a rivalry with Alice I's descendant, Alice XVI as she too loved the boy. Fortunately, both ended up sharing Luka in the end, and are more than happy to share with other girls who are in love with Luka.

Ilias is known to be very benevolent to both the true angels, humanity, and the mamanos. Despite being a manifestation of light and holiness, she along with her true angels can't turn into fallen angels, meaning they are immune to demonic energy. Though she and the true angels are still able to feel things such as lust just like most of the other monster girls. Despite her benevolent nature, the goddess is known to be very cunning as she was able to know all of the names of the people of our world even after so long.

Ilias possess many abilities at her disposal, she can manipulate her holy powers, energy, and mighty all at once. She can manipulate souls, meaning she can bring back people from the dead, alter her biological body to have things such as tentacles, summon holy lightning to attack her opponents, and many more other abilities at her disposal.

Ilias wears a white dress and has six white Angel wings. She has blue eyes and long blonde hair.
