Assaultrons are humanoid machines built for the purposes of killing. Their original purpose was to serve the country of another world, a country known as the United States. They were created by a company known as RobCo Industries to be the frontline troops in a war against another country known as China.
The sentry bots were in a building known as the RobCo Factory when it was summoned into our world by a group of xenophobic humans who wanted to use their summons to try and wipe out monsterkind. Unfortunately for them, the factory appeared right on them, essentially telefraging the entire group of humans.
The factory and its robots were later affected by demonic energy, turning them into more of the very monsters the summoners hated, including the sentry bots. In short, all their efforts were for nothing.
Assaultrons, like other robots, have a cold disposition, and display a sadistic disposition when in battle. There was one documented case of their sadistic nature when an Assaultron brutally disemboweled a particularly sociopathic Order Soldier with her bare hands and felt nothing but pure bliss. Despite this sadistic nature, Assaultrons are well known for their loyalty towards their husbands.
The Assaultrons love to get up close and personal with their enemies, using their claw-like hands to cut open their foes and destroy their innards. Their strong legs are good for both closing-in on their foes and evading attacks. They also possess a devastating frontal laser that the gremlins are still trying to implement with a non-lethal function. When they engage a foe, they will not stop fighting until that foe has been terminated, even if it costs them their lives. All attempts to reforge their claws into Demonic Silver have been met with failure.
Though the Assaultrons still kept their original built, the exposure to demonic energy has given them many human-like traits such as dark grayish metallic skin and a human-like face with red eyes and varying hair colors. On their forehead is a their signature laser-firing red lens, appearing like a third eye. Their joints are visibly mechanical and they only possess three fingers per hand. For reproduction purposes, they possess artificial reproductive organs. Only a few of them have taken up a habit of wearing clothes, of which none of them have any shared fashion tastes.
Currently the Assaultrons serve as strong frontline troops for Liberty Prime, the one currently running the RobCo Factory, serving as strong guards but also as good infiltration units.
There are also two other types of Assaultrons:
The Assaultron Invader. They look like a regular Assaultron but come equipped with electrified claws.
The Assaultron Dominator. They look mostly the same, but have pitch black skin and, instead of claw-like hands, come equipped with swords for hands. They possess a built-in stealth field that makes them invisible, as they were created for infiltration purposes.
