"Are you okay big me, you've been anxious." young Rocket said to Rocket.
"B-Because a certain mad scientist escaped from his cage and scared he might hurt those I love including Lylla, Teefs and Floor along with my kits, sorry." he told him.
"Big me it's okay plus you're smarter than him, well we are so we'll figure something out plus didn't know Floor and Teefs became Ravagers, that's cool." youhg Rocket told him
Rocket guessed his youhg self was right, that they'd figure something out, or thought Teefs and Floor being Ravagers was cool seeing him holding an unseen paw makijg him grin, knowing what that was about whispering into his lik ear making him giggle.
Lylla could hear Rocket talking in his sleep while they were in bed, wondering what that was about, gently tapping his furry shoulder feeling him begin to stir, rubbing sleep from his eyes sensing she was concerned asking about what he'd been dreaming about, as she'd heard him talking in his sleep.
"Oh I was talking to lil me, he said that we'd figure something out to stoo the HE as we're smarter than him." he told her making her smile at this as she thought that was sweet.
"Yeah, but told Nebula as she is the mayor." he replied sleepily
That later morning, he noticed the kits were cranky guessing they hadn't sleot well seeing them nod exceot for Honey who'd snuck into TJ's room which Rocket had no clue about noticing Stripes in a good mood as he was getting them cereal while drinking his morning coffee as Floor, Lylla and Teefs entered only TJ saw her mom and dad whispering knowing what that was about, frowning which Honey noticed.
"It's okay Honey, no big deal let's just have breakfast and have some fun." she told her making Teefs sigh, knowing TJ knew he and Floor had another Ravagers job to do.
"We'll be back, but don't worry plus we love you." Teefs told her.
"Yes, daddy is right, we'll cone back." Floor told her nuzzling her nose against TJ's careful bot to ger poked by her baby teefs seeing Rocket grin as this was sweet and knew Honey would distract her plus he was calling an emergency meeting for the Guardians which stunned the kits, sensing there was something he wasn't telling them, knowing they didn't keep secrets.
"A threat reared it's head so daddy has to take care of it with his team." Lylla said relieving Rocket.
"Something doesn't smell right." RJ said to his sibs seeing them agreeing as their dad left.
