"Woah, we're going to Terra does mommy know." Flower, Quill, Honey, Lyllie and RJ asked excited.
"Yes we're visiting uncle Peter for the Fourth of July, which should be fun, ohr first vacation." Rocket said.
"Are Auht Floor, Uncle Teefs and TJ coming with us." Honey asked Rocket seeing him unsure.
It was now the end of June and the kits had finished their first year of kindergarten and Honey and TJ their first year of pre-school so Lylla had decided they were now old enough to have their first vacation and Peter had told Rocket to come visit for the Fourth of July tellijg him to bring fireworks or buy some, if Lylla stopped him from bringing fireworks as he'd told the male-raccoon part of the Terran holiday invokved blowing things up which excited him.
"We have to wait and see kiddo, but if they don't then you'll have plenty to tell them when we come back." Rocket replied to the ottercoon female as he was putting them to bed while Lylla was packing their things plus had ordered shwarma for dinner because they didn't feel like cooking plus Floor and Teefs were hoping they'd have a good tine knowing TJ would miss Honey despite knowing she would come back along with her sibs.
"How was putting them to bed, Rockie." she asked Rocket after he cane into their room.
"Yeah they're asleep and excited about our vacation but excited." Rocket told her kissing her as they got into bed and were out like lights but the next morning, the kits were on their bed cuddling their dad making Lylla giggle at this because it was sweet knowing it was normal calming them down knowing they were goijg to Terra today seeingvKaci there sitting on the bed apart from her adopted brothers and sisters making Rocket pull her into the cuddle.
"You're part of this family Kaci, never forget that." he said.
"Yeah I know Rockie, but staying and we can call every night." she whispered seeing him nod
"Blast-offf." the kits cheered as the ship took off from Knowhere which made them excited but Quill and RJ were playing video games and getting excitable while Lyllie was listening to audiobooks on headphones while Honey and Flower were colouring which relieved Lylla and Rocket they weren't in their fur like what happened with Terran kits on long road trips plus had snuck fireworks with him, for the Fourth of July smirking which Lylla caught.
"What're you up to, not mischief right." she asked him as he hit the autopilot button so he got up getting a snack and handing a snack to Lylla who was heading to the bathroom seeing the kits having snacks which was relaxing them into naps plus had the Zune on low so the music was relaxing them realising Shocket was spending summer there with Quill which had been Itsy's idea to keep her out of mischief while she was recovering.
"Shocket might be different after her transfusion so be gentle." Rocket said to Lylla
