UA's Saiyan Heroes
Everything was normal at the beach, the people of Nabu Island were playing in the sand, swimming in the water, and even enjoying a nice picnic lunch in the cool shade. But there was a slight disturbance by the snack stands.
"Hey there." One of two boys said. "Do you two fine ladies wanna have a fun time?"
"Uh no thanks." One of the young ladies said.
"We're good." The other added as they began to walk off.
"Aw come on, don't be like that."
"Yeah, we just wanna have some fun." The young men went after the women, but were stopped when a line of fire crossed their paths, stopping them from advancing further.
"I believe you heard the ladies when they said no." Ojiro said, stepping up with Yang at his side, both of them in their summer hero uniforms. "Now back off, or you'll be detained for harassment."
"Tch, whatever."
"Let's get out of here man."
With that, neither of the young men wanting to test the patience of Yang or Ojiro, they left the area, leaving the girls alone.
"Thank you."
"You saved us." The girls said, running up to Yang and Ojiro.
"Uh, it was no problem." Ojiro said.
"Just doing our jobs." Yang smiled.
Over on the lifeguard lookout, Shoji was looking around, with a mass number of his eyes searching around for any drowning civilians, or any other sort of injuries.
"Asui, we've got a kid who's in trouble." He stated. "He swam out past the rocks."
"Ribbit." Tsu went jumping into the water.
Diving in, Tsu began swimming fast, heading straight for the kid who needed saving. At the same time, Sato was rowing a boat out as fast as he could, almost going as fast as a speedboat, stopping right next to the drowning kid, right as Tsu hoisted him out of the water with her tongue.
"Are you… okay kid?" Sato asked, taking the kid from Tsu' tongue, while at the same time, breathing heavily causing the kid to start crying. "Hey what's wrong?"
"Uh… I think it's your face." Tsu said.
Back at the shoreline, Tokoyami and Sero were busy doing their thing to keep the people safe.
"Please stay back, area off limits." Dark Shadow said as Sero made a sign with his tape. "Swimming is prohibited beyond the rocks."
"You heard him folks, please keep safe and obey the warning sign." Sero said.
"Whoa, how awesome." One of the kids on the beach cheered.
"Not bad." One of the adults said.
Over by the food stalls, Todoroki was busy doing his thing, while he was watching his classmates giving the warning signs.
"We didn't come to this place to put on a show." Todoroki said.
"Hey Shoto, you think maybe you could whip me up some more ice?" The shaved ice vendor asked.
"Sure." Shoto said, before he made a pillar of ice, shocking the vendor. "Is that enough?"
"Huh, you kidding me?" The vendor asked with a smile.
Up above, looking over it all from a cliffside hill, were a couple of children, a brother and sister duo wearing sun hats, who were watching as the heroes as they worked.
"Wow." The younger brother said in awe of Class-A's works. "Look at all the heroes down there."
"Hmm." The older sister didn't seem too keen on the heroes they got.
"Mahoro?" The little brother asked.
~U.A Hero Agency~
"U.A Hero Agency." Mina said cheerfully as she answered the phone. "Sure I'll send someone right away." She smiled, before hanging up. "Hey Kaminari, head to the West District, Mr. Matsuda's battery's dead."
"Geeze, again?" Kaminari questioned. "Why can't the old man buy a new one already?"
"Go get 'em Charge Bolt." Mina cheered, followed by everyone else.
"I'm on it." Kaminari cheered.
"I'll come with you." Jenny said, getting up from her seat. "If he'll allow it, I can make his hay baler solar powered, so he won't have to rely on a battery that will fail him."
"Sounds good." He smiled.
"You found the lost dog?" Toru asked, talking to Koda on the phone.
"Yeah, sure did." Koda said. "An' don't worry, it's doing just fine."
"Good work. Next up is, a missing parrot." Toru stated.
"U.A Hero Agency." Uraraka said, picking up the phone as it rang.
"Please, it's my little brother, I can't find him anywhere." A young girls voice spoke over the phone.
"Stay calm okay? We can help you." Uraraka said.
"No really, it's no trouble at all. Of course." Momo said, on her own call. "Hey do you mind?" She asked, looking up at Iida. "It sounds like poor Granny Sado threw out her back."
"Right, on it." Iida said, getting up with gusto and putting on his helmet. "Fear not granny I'm on the way."
"There he goes again." Kaen chuckled.
"Lost child in the shopping center, is there anyone available to come with me?" Uraraka asked.
"Hard pass." Katsumi said, lying on the floor reading a magazine.
"Come on." Uraraka complained.
"We've got a missing kid? Okay, sounds like I'm up." Jiro smiled, spinning one of her earphone jacks around.
"I'm free for the moment." Kaen said. "Eri and Kuro are with Kirishima and Athena at the moment, so I've got some time before they come back."
"Great." Uraraka smiled.
Grabbing a harness, Kaen, Jiro, and Uraraka went outside, before Kaen hooked the harness to his waist. Once it was secured, Uraraka used her Quirk on Jiro and herself, making them weightless, before grabbing the rings attached to the harness.
"Hero Agency." Uraraka said.
"Members of Class1-A…"
"Heading out." The three of them said at the same time.
Rushing through the streets, Kaen flew into the air a bit, making it easier to avoid hitting pedestrians. Flying through the air, Kaen stopped and landed for a bit. The search for the missing child continued, for quite a bit, before Jiro plugged her jacks into the ground, and directed their search towards the playground, to which Kaen took the lead and went on ahead.
"Mahoro." The young boy said, looking around for his sister. "Where are you, can you hear me? C'mon Mahoro?"
"Katsuma." Kaen called to the child as he approached him.
"A, a hero." Katsuma said, wide eyed and in awe.
"Hey there, you're Katsuma Shimano right?" Kaen asked. "You got separated from your big sister right? Here, come with me." He said, holding his hand to the child.
"There you are, it's about time." Mahoro said, coming down the slide. "What's your name you slow poke?"
"It's Super Saiyan." Kaen said, completely unphased by this childs antics. "You must be the girl who called in her missing brother."
"Yeah, that's me. I'm Katsuma's older sister." Mahoro said, before she held up her phone. "You explain yourself, you were looking for him for over an hour."
"Hold on a second." Kaen said, grabbing Mahoro by the back of her overalls.
"Hey, what are you doing? Put me down." Mahoro demanded, before Kaen plopped her down on the park bench, confusing the girl.
"You were timing the search… that means you never lost sight of your brother, and you intentionally called in and made a false report, doesn't it?" Kaen asked.
"Yeah, so what?"
"Mahoro, please don't do anything to anger the hero." Katsuma said.
"Listen here Mahoro Shimano." Kaen said sternly, earning a bit of fear from the girl. "Do you have any idea, how stupid, and reckless that stunt was?"
"I, I don't…"
"What if something actually dangerous happened while we were out on this little goose chase of yours, and someone could have gotten hurt, or worse, all because you called in with a fake report?" Kaen questioned, crossing his arms. "Wasting our agency's time is not acceptable. For the past week, we've worked hard to make sure this island is safe and secure. Because we put in the work, do you realize that what you did, could result in jail time for you? Calling in a false report, just to waste a heroes time, is a serious offense."
"But… but I."
"Another thing Mahoro." Kaen said. "Searches, are gonna take time. Heroes are not all powerful beings of divinity. If the search takes an hour at most, that's a best case scenario. You should have learned about this sort of thing in school. Where are your parents?"
"Uh… our dad works off the island most of the time while… our mom is… up in heaven." Mahoro said with a sniffle.
Kaen just looked at Mahoro with fierce eyes, before he closed them, and let out a sigh of annoyance.
"Mahoro, I want you to do something for me." Kaen said, pulling out a note pad. "You're not getting out of this scot-free, but your punishment will be left to someone who has more authority over you, then I."
"What are you…?" Mahoro began, before Kaen put the note pad in her hands.
"I want you to write down your fathers phone number, and E-mail address for me. He'll be the one to decide your punishment for this little stunt of wasting the time of three heroes from the U.A Agency." Kaen said. "I'm letting you off with a warning this time, but if you pull something like this again, I will show you the authority granted to me. Do you understand?"
"Yes sir." Mahoro said, writing down her fathers contact information, and handing the note pad back to him. "I'm sorry for wasting your time sir."
"Look." Kaen sighed, taking a knee to look at her. "I can understand wanting to make sure we're up to the task of protecting the island. But doing this, filing a false report, that's a good way to get yourself in trouble with the law. So don't do it again. Do you understand?"
"I do." Mahoro said.
"Good, now run on home, and take your brother with you." Kaen said.
"Right." Mahoro said, hopping down from the bench.
"Um, excuse me." Katsuma said, gaining Kaen's attention. "I do apologize for what my sister did. But, all the same, thank you for looking for me." He apologized, with a bow.
"Just be sure to keep an eye on her kid." Kaen said. "Now run along home."
"Yes sir." Katsuma nodded, before following Mahoro past Uraraka and Jiro.
"What was that all about?" Jiro asked.
"Katsuma wasn't actually lost." Kaen said. "His sister filed a false report, to see how long it would take for us to find him."
"Seriously?" Jiro asked. "Don't they know any better?"
"You'd think. But it looks as though Katsuma didn't know anything about his sisters plan, and… are you kidding me?" Kaen questioned looking at the note pad.
"What?"
"Mahoro was supposed to write her fathers phone number. Instead she wrote down the number for a sushi joint in Kyoto." Kaen said. "She didn't learn a single thing from me lecturing her. It's as if that brat has never been told no, a single day in her life."
~Mahoro and Katsuma~
"Who does that jerk think he is talking to me like that?" Mahoro questioned, walking out of a convenience store with Katsuma and a popsicle and an ice cream cone. "He's so full of himself, and where does he get off talking to me like I'm the one to blame for his lack of efficiency? Those wannabes were useless just as I thought. If they can't hack it on a little island like this, where there's basically no crime, then what good are they? U.A must have been scraping from the bottom of the barrel when they were deciding who to send out here."
"They looked for me when you told them I was missing though, that hero who found me was so nice when he approached me. Just like a hero would be." Katsuma said. "Plus, he scolded you just like daddy would, almost like he had experience dealing with a misbehaving child."
'I guess I'll just have to show you the truth of this so called hero.' Mahoro thought, before taking a big bite out of her popsicle, only to suffer from painful brain freeze.
"You okay?" Katsuma asked.
~U.A~
"I can't help but wonder how the kids are doing out there, all on their own." Toshinori said, looking out the window of the faculty prep room.
"Nabu Island has a population of only 1000. An' there've been nothing but minor crimes in the past 30 years since a powerful Yakuza family had been driven off the island." Aizawa stated. "So I wouldn't worry too much. Besides, being a hero isn't only about flashy rescues. Remember, there's more to it then helping out in disasters, and taking down super villains. The small stuff can matter just as much, like getting to know the people they're supposed to protect."
"Right. I supposed I'm more worried about Eri then anything." Toshinori said.
"She'll be fine." Aizawa stated. "After all, that son of yours is more like you then you may realize."
"Is that so?" Toshinori asked with a smile. "Glad to see he learned something from me."
~U.A Agency Nabu Island~
"Right, thank you. I appreciate your time and cooperation." Kaen said. "No need to apologize any further Mr. Shimano, yes thank you. I'll call you if anything else comes up."
With the call done, Kaen hung up the phone and relaxed.
"Dang, even you're exhausted after such a long day?" Mina asked, Eri sitting in her lap.
"I'm the Kaioh Emperor, I can handle hard core training no problem, but I'm not equipped, mentally, or emotionally, to deal with so many calls about minor stuff. It's exhausting trying to hold back on everything I do to help." Kaen said. "Then there was having to ask one of the Shimano's neighbors for Mr. Shimano' actual number so I could let him know what his daughter did."
"At least you take it seriously." Mina chuckled, leaning into his embrace.
"I'm exhausted." Sato said.
"We've gone Plus Ultra, beyond what's allowed by the labor standards act." Kaminari said.
"Hey uh, how about fewer small jobs." Sero said, looking to Momo, and Iida, who Kaen put in charge of organizing the jobs for their agency.
"No can do, all jobs are equally vital." Iida said.
"I might be annoyed with holding back, but I agree with him there." Kaen said. "No job is too small for a hero to do. It's the small stuff that really counts among the people."
"It may be true that we came here as heroes, but remember we're still just students." Momo said, getting to her feet. "We have to work hard, and prove ourselves, to earn the islanders trust."
"Does that count for all of us? Because I know a basic bitch who hasn't done anything since we got here." Yang said.
"Swear." Eri said, popping up in front of Yang with her swear jar.
"Are you serious?" Yang asked.
"House rules. So long as Eri's around, you have to add to the swear jar if you curse even once." Kaen said. "But Xiao Long's right Katsumi, you haven't done a single thing since we got here."
"Well somebody's gotta stay behind and watch the office moron. What do you think is gonna happen when a villain shows up while you're all doing stupid crap, huh?" Katsumi questioned, giving them a thumbs down.
"Katsumi, there hasn't been an actual villain on this island in over three decades." Kaen said. "You might as well go home if you're just gonna be sitting around the office doing nothing day in and day out. Or at least sleep during the day so you can take on the night patrols."
"He's right, there aren't any villains on this island." Kirishima said, before the students attention were all drawn to the front doors as they opened.
"Sorry for just barging in." The mayor said, as he was followed by a group of civilians all carrying an assortment of food.
"Mr. Mayor." Kaen said, getting up and going to greet the people visiting their agency.
"It was so sweet of you to carry Granny to the hospital earlier thank you." One woman said, bowing to Iida as he came and accepted the tray offered to him.
"An' thanks for fixing that old bike of mine."
"An' my battery."
"An' for keeping the beach safe too." The two girls from earlier said.
"Freshest fish on the island right here." The man Kirishima and Eri helped out earlier said.
"Fish?" Eri asked, her head popping up, before her stomach growled and she was drooling a bit.
Before all the students knew it, there was a massive spread all over the tables that had been placed together to hold all to food made for them.
"Just a little something to show you how grateful we are that you're helping us."
"Alright, let's dig in." They cheered.
"As grateful as we are for the food, show some restraint when cheering." Kaen said. "We greatly appreciate this, thank you for accepting us to your island."
"Don't trouble yourself over it." The mayor said. "An' as far as I'm concerned, anyone saying anything bad about you Saiyans, is just a no good bully."
"Thank you, it means so much to hear you say that."
"It's not just me. Everyone on the island knows how hard you work, our local artist has even begun adding your image next to All Mights on the wall mural." The Mayor said. "We're honored to have the son of Japans former greatest hero, protecting our people."
"I appreciate it. Truly." Kaen smiled.
~After Eating~
"That was delicious." Everyone said.
"Oh man I'm so full." Izumi smiled happily.
"You can really feel the love they put into their cooking." Shoji said.
"Moments like these reminded me why I wanted to become a hero." Tsu said.
"Yeah." Uraraka smiled.
"Kacchan of the Bakugos." Kaminari addressed Katsumi, using Izumi's nickname for her. "We're gonna go get cleaned up and hit the sack."
"Night watch is all yours." Kirishima stated.
"What? Why me?" Katsumi questioned.
"Are you serious Katsumi?" Kaen asked. "You literally sat around the office all day, and didn't take on a single job that had been called in. It's only fair you take the night watch."
"He's right. You did nothing all day, so you have to make up for it by doing this." Kirishima said.
"Shit." Katsumi cursed, knowing they were right.
"Swear." Eri said, holding her jar up to Katsumi.
"Better pay up Bakugo." Kirishima smirked, amused how stiffly Katsumi was moving to put money in Eri's swear jar. "She probably makes a killing off you alone with how much you curse."
"Enough talking Kirishima, let's hit the hot tub." Athena said, grabbing his arm, and pulling him away.
"Izumi, you still up for our nightly sparring sessions?" Kaen asked.
"Sure thing." Izumi smiled.
"I'll meet you and Eri in the bedroom Mina." Kaen said.
"Don't take too long, it's your turn to tell Eri a bedtime story." Mina said, taking Eri to go get bathed.
~Later~
"Good, keep it up." Kaen said, blocking a kick from Izumi, before bringing up his knee to block a palm strike. "Nice, you're getting better at simultaneous attacking."
"It's all thanks to you and these nightly training sessions." Izumi said, landing back on the ground.
"I see you two are still at it."
Kaen and Izumi turned their heads to see Katsumi standing in the entryway leading to the road.
"Kacchan." Izumi said. "Hey uh, how's the patrol going?"
"Looks like you're getting a little better with One-for-All." Katsumi said, heading for the door to their agency.
"We can't talk about that here, what if somebody's listening?" Izumi questioned, hushing her.
"Relax, aside from Kirishima and Athena in the hot tub, no one's awake. An' we're not talking loud enough for them to hear us anyway." Kaen stated. "Well it's actually about time we wrapped up, I have a bedtime story to read you know."
"I'm not a big fan of waiting you know." Katsumi stated, walking past them.
"Huh trust me, I think Kaen and I know that better then anybody." Izumi stated. "You haven't changed much since we were kids."
"So hurry up and make that Quirk your own, instead of his." Katsumi stated. "Then we can finally have a real fight. I prove it to you, once and for all. I'm gonna be the #1Hero, and you're gonna be in my dust."
Kaen looked at Katsumi, searching for anything immature about what she said, but only found someone being genuine, and honest about how they felt.
"Yeah, I'll work as hard as I have to, until this power is truly mine. An' then I'll be the greatest hero in the world." Izumi stated.
"Yeah whatever, I'm gonna be greater then the greatest." Katsumi stated.
'A true rivalry.' Kaen thought with a smile. 'They'll push one another to become stronger, and do better then the other.'
"Um, excuse me."
Kaen looked over his shoulder, to see Katsuma standing at the gateway nervously.
"Katsuma?" Kaen asked. "Why are you here?"
"Um… to tell you that… there's a villain." Katsuma said.
"Huh?" Izumi gasped.
"Where is it kid?" Katsumi questioned.
"Oh boy." Kaen sighed. "Katsuma, which direction is the villain?"
"That way, at the old castle ruins." Katsuma said, pointing in the direction the supposed villain was, before Kaen picked him up by the overalls.
"Dynamite, Deku, you two go investigate. Don't worry about your gear Izumi, you're not gonna need it." Kaen said. "I'll stay here, should be nothing you two can't handle."
"Right." Izumi said. "But what are you gonna do?"
"I'm gonna get a few details about this villain, out of Katsuma." Kaen said, heading back inside.
"Who cares, I can handle this villain by myself no problem." Katsumi stated, before she flew off the ground with explosions propelling her.
"Right then Katsuma." Kaen said, sitting him down on a couch before taking a seat. "Can I get you something to drink? Water, juice maybe?"
"Um, I'm okay with whatever." Katsuma said nervously.
"Right." Kaen said, sending one of his feathers towards the kitchen. "Now, I need you to tell me what this villain looked like. Any details would be helpful."
"Well, I uh…"
"I'm gonna assume the villain's some big scary bug monster with polka-dots. Am I right?" Kaen asked, as his feather came back with a juice box balanced perfectly on it.
"How did you know?" Katsuma asked grabbing the juice box.
"Because your father told me that's your sisters favorite illusion to make, and if she'd used her Quirk in her little stunt of falsifying a report earlier." Kaen said. "Your sister put you up to this report, didn't she?"
"Uh well… yes." Katsuma sighed in defeat.
"Did you approve of this?"
"No. She just told me that I had to do it so she could prove something to me." Katsuma said. "I honestly didn't wanna do it, but she gave me no choice."
"I see. You were strong armed into this rouse of hers." Kaen sighed. "Tell me something Katsuma."
"Hmm?"
"Do you like heroes, Katsuma?" Kaen asked. "That Edgeshot pin on your overalls tells me you're a fan of his."
"I do. I really like heroes." Katsuma said. "But my sister doesn't. She hates heroes."
Kaen sighed, and looked at Katsuma, about to speak before someone else spoke up.
"Papa." Eri said, coming out while riding on Kuro's back, dressed in a white tiger onsie. "When are you gonna come up and read me a bedtime story?"
Katsuma looked at Eri, shock in his eyes before he looked at Kaen.
"Eri come here a second." Kaen smiled.
Kuro came forward, close only stopping when she was close enough for Kaen to pick up Eri off her back, and sit in his lap.
"I'm sorry for making you wait Eri. But something came up that Papa had to take care of." Kaen said, Kuro resting her head on his free leg. "This is Katsuma."
"Hi Katsuma, are you here because of a villain?" Eri asked.
"Well uh…"
"He came and made a report, all by himself about a scary bug villain by the old ruins." Kaen said, shocking Katsuma. "Isn't that brave of him?"
"Mmhmm. That's really brave." Eri smiled.
"Go back up stairs, and get into bed. I'll be up as soon as I can." Kaen said.
"Kuro stay here and do as Papa says." Eri smiled, before hopping down from Kaen's lap, and heading for the stairs to the upper levels. "Bye Katsuma, nice meeting you."
"Bye." Katsuma said as she ran off.
"Listen Katsuma." Kaen said, once Eri was gone. "I don't like lying to my daughter. It hurts me to do so. I'm sure there are things your father does that hurt him to keep you two happy. Like maybe working off the island and leaving you alone most of the time to keep a roof over your heads?"
"I guess." Katsuma said.
"Katsuma I'm gonna have to call your father and let him know what you've done. I'll be sure to let him know Mahoro roped you into it, but you're still gonna be punished by him when he gets back." Kaen said.
"I know."
"Alright, since you're aware of what you've done, and know that it was wrong. Are you gonna do it again?" Kaen asked.
"No sir."
"Are you gonna try and talk some sense into your sister?"
"Yes, I will."
"Good kid." Kaen smiled. "Kuro here will take you home. Just hop on her back and direct her where to go."
"Right." Katsuma said nervously, as Kuro came to stand in front of the couch he sat on.
Hesitantly, Katsuma slid off the couch, and onto Kuro's back.
"When she drops you off at home, give her this." Kaen said, giving Katsuma a frozen meatball. "It's her favorite."
"Okay." Katsuma said, before Kuro began heading for the door.
With Katsuma gone, Kaen sighed and dialed up Mr. Shimano' number.
"Mr. Shimano? It's Super Saiyan from the temp agency."
"Ah, I'm assuming this isn't a formal call for a chitchat?" Mr. Shimano asked.
"Unfortunately not." Kaen sighed. "I regret to inform you, that your son came in a bit ago and filed his own false report."
"That doesn't sound like Katsuma at all. He idolizes heroes, and wouldn't do anything to waste their time." Mr. Shimano said.
"Well maybe that's because Mahoro had pressured him into doing it." Kaen said. "It seems she's adamant about proving to Katsuma, that we here at the temp agency, aren't as reliable as the other inhabitants of the island believe."
"Oh dear. Once again I am so sorry about my daughters behavior." Mr. Shimano said.
"Since she didn't falsify this report herself, she's not liable to get arrested, but if she pulls one more stunt like this, I will have no choice but to have the local authorities arrest her for wasting both my agency's and the officers time, because this time she did use her Quirk as Katsuma's report stated there was a villain."
"That girl is gonna send me to an early grave." Mr. Shimano groaned. "I appreciate your leniency with her Super Saiyan, I truly do. I'll be sure to have a word with her when I return."
"Thank you. Again, I'll call if I have any updates." Kaen said, before he hung up. "Better get in a quick shower before bed. Then I got a bedtime story to read. I'll make it up to Eri and read her any story she wants."
~Mainland Japan: Safety Commission HQ~
"There've been a disturbing number of assaults on heroes over the past week." The second in command of the Safety Commission stated. "Each of the victims was knocked unconscious, and worse, they all lost their Quirks."
"It's safe to say, the League of Villains is capable of something like this, as they possess both a Quirk erasing drug created by a Yakuza group, and a team mate who can steal Quirks, just like All-for-One." The Head of the Safety Commission said. "Have we learned whether or not their attempts to mass produce the drug have been successful yet?"
"No, we haven't." Hawks stated.
"We need that intel. Your secret investigation…"
"Has anyone considered the possibility, their Quirks were stolen by someone other then Akuma?" Hawks asked.
"Stolen?"
"The people targeted were all heroes right? So whatever their individual Quirks were, I assume they were pretty useful once." Hawks said. "So, what if we're looking for somebody who's like All-for-One and Akuma? Another person, who has the ability to steal other peoples powers. Given how both baddies have the same Quirk, it's not too far out there to believe that whoever's been working with AFO, has a means for manually replicating someone's Quirk."
"That would be unfortunate." The Head of the Safety Commission said.
"Well either way, we know that Shigaraki is involved." Hawks said, heading for the door. "I'll look into both possibilities and see what I can dig up."
"Before you go. Any word on that Saiyan who managed to get a copy of your Quirk?"
"Not much to tell. He's currently on Nabu Island working on the same project you sponsored both U.A and Shiketsu to do." Hawks said. "I hope you're not planning on bringing him on, the same way you brought me and Lady Nagant into this. He's already aware of the truth behind her arrest. He didn't believe the lie you published about her, for one second."
"That is troubling, and a major problem." The Safety Commission Head stated.
"It's only a problem, if you choose to confront him about this. He and his sister both know the truth, and they don't much agree with how you silence those, who tarnish your reputation." Hawks said. "But they follow our laws, human laws, because they were raised to be heroes. At least that's what I've been told by their mother."
"We'll keep our distance, for now." The second in command said. "But should they prove to be liabilities, we will silence them."
"Then you'd have to contend with an angry mourning Saiyan Mother, and one pissed off All Might." Hawks stated, opening the door, before leaving. "Remember, they're his children. So if you silence them, there's no telling how All Might will react, or retaliate."
~League of Villains~
"So, what happened to the cargo, anyway?" Toga questioned. "Ugh, those jerk faced heroes didn't get their hands on it, did they?"
"No, we've confirmed it's not in their possession." Dabi said.
"I can't help but wonder, what was it we were carrying?" Compress asked.
"According to Doctor, that's not something we need to know." Shigaraki said.
"Well that's hardly fair." Spinner said.
"Yeah, we're good enough to move it, but not know what it is?" Twice asked.
"Well, now I wanna know even more." Toga said.
"It was two villains." Celeron stated.
The villains looked to Celeron as he and Seryuu came in through the door.
"Where the hell have you two been? What have you been up to?" Compress asked.
"Oh you know, just distributing some true justice." Seryuu smirked.
"How do you know what the cargo was?" Shigaraki asked.
"As much as it pains me to say this, my brother had the upper hand on me, because he was able to naturally sense my Ki, thus making predictions on my next move." Celeron stated. "So I developed my own method of Ki sensing. An' when I dropped those three off to the truck, I sensed two lifeforms in the back. One of them was human, a powerful one at that. But the other, was a pure blooded Saiyan. Both of them, genetically modified to be something akin to High End Nomu."
"That's not concerning in the least." Dabi said sarcastically. "I thought you and your family were the only Saiyans on this planet."
"I thought as much too. But it seems there was another in hiding." Celeron stated. "An' it seems, one of them had been given All-for-One's Quirk, just like me."
"What makes you say something like that? It makes no sense." Twice said. "It makes perfect sense to me."
"I'm on Twice with this, how can you be so sure?" Toga asked.
"Because there've been a string of heroes being assaulted, before they suddenly end up Quirkless. An' I'm not the one doing the Quirk theft." Celeron groaned.
"Common denominator suggests that this person is looking for a specific Quirk. All the Quirks stolen had one thing in common, they all had minor healing attributes that affected their wielders." Seryuu stated.
"None of this really matters." Shigaraki said, getting to his feet. "Just drop the subject, and forget about all of this."
"Understood." Twice said, as Shigaraki left. "Not gonna happen."

"You'll be home in ten days right?" Mahoro' voice came from the cellphone on Mr. Shimano's dashboard as he was watching a video of his kids. "That's not too long."
"I love you daddy, I hope you're having fun at work." Katsuma said.
"An' don't worry about us, everything's just fine here. I'll take real good care of Katsuma until you get back." Mahoro said.
"Oh Mahoro, why are you causing trouble for the heroes protecting the island?" He questioned, looking ahead at the road.
Mr. Shimano looked ahead, before his eyes widened as Chimera came and rammed into his truck, throwing it further back into the road like it was nothing, while knocking Mr. Shimano out of it. Before he could pick himself up, a boot stomped on his back, forcing him to stay on the ground, as he looked up and saw Slice and Mummy standing off to the side, while Nine walked up to him.
"I finally found it." Nine said.
"What… what do you mean?" Mr. Shimano asked.
"Don't worry, I won't kill you." Nine said, crouching down and grabbing Mr. Shimano by the head. "But, I will take your Quirk." He stated, before his eyes began to glow and Mr. Shimano could feel something draining from his body, causing him to pass out.
Storm clouds began rolling in as Nine stole the Cellular activation Quirk, before the markings of his illness vanished, and he'd drained the last of the Quirk from the Mr. Shimano. Dropping the now Quirkless man, Nine used his original Quirk, with thunder rumbling through the air, lightning struck the earth, collapsing several major buildings within the vicinity, killing all within the structures. Throwing his arm to the side, Nine made a line of lightning strike the roads, coming ever closer to his location, while destroying more, and more buildings, and blanketing the area in a sheet of dust and smoke.
"At last, we have what we need." Chimera said, clenching his fist in triumph.
"Our dream, will become a reality." Mummy stated.
"The new world that we fought to build, I can almost see it." Slice smiled, seemingly enjoying the destruction Nine had caused.
While the others were enjoying the death and chaos going on around them, Fasha couldn't help but feel, uncomfortable with it all.
'What's going on with me? I've conquered dozens of planets, murdered trillions in doing so. Yet despite that, why do I feel like I should be stopping Nine, rather then helping him?' Fasha questioned, before she was taken out of her thoughts, and began coughing like a smoking asthmatic, and fell to his hands and knees. "Nine, what's wrong?" She asked, kneeling at his side.
"No!" Nine hissed. "Why?" He questioned, examining the Quirk he just absorbed. "It doesn't work on Type-B blood."
"You're kidding." Mummy gasped.
"After all this work, we're back at square one? Damn it." Chimera cursed.
"Calm down." Fasha said. "We live on a planet with 80% of the population possessing some sort of super power. We're bound to run into a few obstacles on our path to glory."
"There still might be a chance." Slice said, picking up Mr. Shimano' discarded phone, and playing the video message left on it.
"I love you daddy I hope you're having fun at work." Katsuma said.
"You're right." Nine said, as Fasha got a sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach. "Because Quirks, are hereditary."
