UA's Saiyan Heroes
"Alright, so this victim lost his Quirk to." Hawks said, analyzing the site of the villain attack. "Difference is, this guy isn't a hero like the others. On top of that, anything that could identify him has been taken. So maybe the suspect doesn't want people to know what Quirk he stole. Why does he feel the need to hide it?" He questioned, unaware that Shigaraki was watching him closely from afar.
~Nabu Island Agency~
"Hello there, you've reached the U.A Hero Agency." Mina said, answering the phone. "Oh you've lost your luggage? Sure, sure. We'll send someone right away." She stated, before hanging up the phone. "We've got a tourist who's lost her luggage down at the shopping center you guys."
"I'm free I'll go." Toru said, raising her hand. "Yang, you should come with me."
"Sure, I don't have any other jobs going on at the moment." Yang smiled, getting up from her chair.
"Shoji wants to know if anybody's available to back him up at the beach." Momo said, putting her hand over the bottom end of the phone.
"No problem I can do that." Ojiro said, getting up.
"I'll see to the regular patrol." Tokoyami said, heading for the door.
"I'll head to the Niijima's to help out with the fields." Izumi said.
"Just be careful on your way there." Kaen said.
"See you later."
Heading out of the agency, Izumi hummed a happy tune, before she stopped when she spotted Katsuma, just before he ducked back around the corner of the stone wall. After what had happened the other night, Izumi thought it best to warn Katsuma to steer clear of Katsumi for a while.
"Hey uh, what's up?" Izumi asked, looking around the corner, surprising Katsuma, letting him know that she'd seen him. "Is something the matter? If not, I'd recommend staying clear of the agency for a while, until Kacchan cools down."
"It's just… well, I wanted to say sorry about yesterday." Katsuma said, turning around to look Izumi in the eye, or he tried to, but just looked down at the ground instead.
"That's so sweet, and really thoughtful of you Katsuma." Izumi smiled, bending down and putting her hands on her knees. This pose made Katsuma blush a bit as he could see just how big her chest was. "It's okay, I'm not mad or anything, and Kaen told me about how your sister put you up to it, so it's not your fault." She said, combing a lock of hair behind her ear.
"An' the other hero who was there, will you tell her I'm sorry too?" Katsuma asked.
"Sure, I'll let her know." Izumi said.
"Thank you." Katsuma said.
"But I'm curious." Izumi stated, taking a knee. "Why did you pretend a villain had shown up?"
"The thing is, my sister, she hates heroes." Katsuma said. "She told me that even if I said there was a villain, the heroes around here would be too chicken to do anything about it. So that's why I had to."
Izumi just looked at Katsuma, before she smiled warmly.
"You believed in us, huh?" She asked, surprising Katsuma that she was taking it so well. "Even after what your sister said, you still believed we'd help you, an' that's why you came to get us, isn't it?"
Katsuma just looked at her in shock, before he smiled and looked back to the ground with a nod.
"Hey cool pin." Izumi said, noticing what was on Katsuma's bag strap. "That's the Ninja Hero Edgeshot, right?"
"Yep." Katsuma said with a smile.
"Do you wanna be a hero someday too?" Izumi asked, causing Katsuma's smile to falter.
"Not with my Quirk, it's no good for hero stuff." Katsuma stated. "Besides, Mahoro says it's too dangerous."
Katsuma' words caused a spark of realization to ignite within Izumi's mind.
'I get it, Mahoro doesn't hate heroes, not really.' Izumi thought. 'She's just worried about her little brother.' She continued, before thinking back on how worried her mom was for her, before the Training Camp Incident.
"Hey, can I ask you something?" Izumi asked, after switching to a sitting position. "If you could choose, what kind of hero would you want to be?"
"I'd want to be a super strong one, who could beat up villains." Katsuma said with a light blush on his cheeks.
"Oh yeah?" Izumi smiled with a chuckle. "You know, what I want more then anything is to keep people safe." She said, surprising Katsuma.
"But don't you have to beat up villains to do that?" Katsuma asked.
"Defeating an enemy is one way, but I'm more worried, about helping people out." Izumi smiled softly. "If that means beating up a bad guy, then so be it. We might be looking at it differently, but we both want the same thing. We both want to be the best hero we can be." She said, getting to her feet, and holding her hand out to Katsuma. "Which means, that we'll have to give it our all."
"Right." Katsuma said, shaking her hand.
"Oh, but let's try and not worry our families too much while we're at it." Izumi stated quickly.
"Of course." Katsuma said, before he ran off while waving back to Izumi.
"Little Katsuma's such a sweet boy, and he really loves heroes, doesn't he?" Mrs. Suzumura asked, stepping up to Izumi. "I brought you this dear."
"Thanks so much Mrs. Suzumura." Izumi smiled, accepting the produce.
"Tell me, what did that young man need Mr. Shimano's number for the other day?" Mrs. Suzumura inquired.
"Katsuma's sister filed a false report, and Super Saiyan left her punishment up to her father. But when he asked her to write it down, she wrote down the number to a takeout restaurant in Kyoto instead." Izumi explained.
"Oh dear." Mrs. Suzumura sighed. "You will be kind to him won't you?"
"Huh?"
"It can't be easy." Mrs. Suzumura said. "Poor dear lost his mother at such a young age. An' his father's away for work so often. So he and his older sister Mahoro are on their own a lot. Of course, those of us in the neighborhood look after them, as best we can. But it must be so lonely, not having parents around at that age."
~Park~
Mahoro looked around the park, getting rather worried about Katsuma as she hasn't seen him since breakfast. She had been concerned about him last night when he hadn't shown up with the two heroes who came to the ruins on the connected island, but her worries had been squashed when she managed to get away, and found him in bed at home. But now she wasn't sure where he was.
"Mahoro." Katsuma called out, as he ran to her.
"Where have you been Katsuma?" Mahoro asked, looking and sounding relieved.
"I went to see Ms. Deku." Katsuma stated. "To say sorry for what happened yesterday."
"But why? Those useless students don't deserve our respect, so why bother?" Mahoro asked.
"Listen, I love daddy." Katsuma began, ignoring Mahoro's question. "An' I wanna be as cool as he is someday, I really do. But also, I wanna be…"
Katsuma was unable to finish his statement, as the sound of a loud explosion echoed through the air like thunder.
"Whoa, what was that?" Mahoro questioned, stepping closer to Katsuma.
~Kaen~
"The hell? Is the captain drunk or something? The ferry just slammed through the barrier into the break water." Kaen questioned, putting down the crates he was helping load into the truck. "Sorry, but I gotta take care of this."
"Don't apologize, just go." The man he was helping said.
Kaen spread his wings, and took to the air, before slamming his hands against the bow of the ship, pushing against it and slowing the sea vessel down, before it could slam into the port.
"Come on, slow down for me girl. Slow it down." Kaen grunted.
Pushing harder, Kaen dented the metal as he managed to slow the ship down, before stopping it completely, just before it could crash or fall over.
"There we go." Kaen sighed, before his eyes widened and he looked up after feeling two familiar Ki signatures aboard the ship.
Flying higher to the deck, Kaen landed with a thud, before he looked up and growled as he saw Nine and his group.
"Well, if it isn't the little Saiyan who bested me at the concert." Chimera growled. "Hold on, you look different."
"I should, I've gotten a lot stronger since that night we fought Chimera." Kaen growled.
"As much as I'd love a rematch, I'm just gonna leave you to be dealt with by our stronger teammate." Chimera said.
"I'm assuming that's you?" Kaen questioned loudly, as he lunged at Nine, his arm pulled back to strike.
Throwing his arm, Kaen's attack was blocked, and his eyes widened when he saw who it was, protecting Nine.
"No, it can't be." Kaen gasped, as Fasha used both her hands to catch Kaen's fist.
"Good seeing you again Kaen." Fasha smirked, before she pulled him forward and slammed her knee into his chest.
The force of the strike was strong enough to send Kaen flying through the air, making him vanish from their sight.
"Fasha, you go and finish off the half breed." Nine stated. "Chimera, Mummy, you're in charge of diversions. I don't wanna be interrupted."
"So how should we do it?" Chimera asked.
"However you want."
"We're on it." Mummy said.
"Slice." Nine simply said.
"I'm ready." She smiled, before they all jumped off the ship.
Slice's job was evidently clear, as she used her Quirk to destroy all the ships in the harbor.
~Mahoro and Katsuma~
"Villains, real ones this time." Mahoro gasped.
"Mahoro we need to tell the heroes that they're here." Katsuma stated.
"What you mean those useless students?" Mahoro asked.
"Mr. Super Saiyan and Ms. Deku won't be scared. They'll come and help us." Katsuma said. "I know they will."
~Temp Agency~
"The Niijima' are all set." Izumi said, returning to the agency.
"I'm sure they appreciated the help." Iida said.
"Good work Deku." Uraraka smiled.
Inside, Katsumi groaned as she woke up from a nap, and answered the phone while it was ringing.
"Yeah what? If it's something lame I'm hanging…"
"There are villains at the fishing harbor." Mahoro's voice interrupted her.
"I know that voice." Katsumi said. "You're that kid from yesterday. Well nice try, but we're not falling for it this time brat."
"I'm not lying, we're in trouble right now." Mahoro said as Izumi took the phone from Katsumi.
"Yes, hello, hello? This is Deku."
"The hell?" Katsumi questioned with a growl.
"The fishing harbor is under attack. The villains have already taken down Su…"
The phone lines cut off as Mahoro tried to explain what was going on.
"What did she tell you Kacchan?" Izumi asked.
~Power Plant~
"Communications are down." Chimera smiled, flexing his hands. "Ha, that was fun. Now what's next? I wonder how Fasha's doing with that Saiyan brat."
~Izumi~
'I hope it turns out to be nothing, but I still have to check.' Izumi exclaimed, as she ran at top speed.
~Shopping District~
"Thank you so much for your help." The couple Toru and Yang were helping, said as they got close to one another.
"Just doing our jobs." Toru smiled.
"Well sweetheart, we got it back." The young woman said.
"We did, my darling." The young man smiled, both of them laughing before the sound of a large impact echoed from outside.
"The hell was that?" Yang questioned.
Out in the shopping district, people were running scared as they ran from Mummy, the villain using his Quirk to terrify the civilians.
"Heroes, do something. It's a villain." One of the civilians pleaded, running past Yang and Toru as they came to investigate what was going on.
"Whoa, they weren't joking." Yang said, taking a fighting stance while extending Ember Celica.
"What are villains doing here?" Toru questioned.
"I don't know, but we can't let them harm any civilians." Yang stated. "I could use one of Ruby's tools about now, heck of a time for her and her Team to be focusing work on something important." The blonde growled, her eyes turning a crimson red as she prepared herself for a fight with the villain terrorizing the civilians.
"What are we gonna do?" Toru asked.
"We're gonna hold the front lines, until back up arrives." Yang stated, using the recoil from firing Ember Celica, to send herself flying at Mummy. Before she landed in front of him, Yang sent herself flying into the air, and with flame covered fists, destroyed each of the dolls wrapped in bandages.
Once all the dolls were destroyed, Yang slammed onto the ground, and began throwing punches at the villain who'd been controlling them.
"Oh my." Mummy said, moving side to side, easily evading Yangs punches. "A couple heroes out here in the middle of nowhere. Guess that monkey tailed brat wasn't the only one here on the island after all." He chuckled, before sending his bandages out to wrap around several inorganic objects.
"Yang back away now." Toru called out.
Yang looked up, before jumping back as Mummy had thrown several of his dolls at Yang, only for them to be destroyed as they hit the ground.
"How many of these things can he make?" Yang questioned.
~Kaen~
"Why Aunt Fasha." Kaen shouted, slamming his face into her face, sending her flying back.
Kaen and Fasha were flying through the air, trading blows like they were enemies, over the empty field the Saiyan boy had landed in.
"Why what kid?" Fasha questioned, correcting her flight and rushing Kaen.
"Why did you lie to me? To Athena? To Dad? To Mom?" The Saiyan teen questioned, moving to the side, evading a double punch from Fasha. "You lied and told us you weren't a villain."
"I'm not." Fasha stated, twisting around, before she held up her hand and caught Kaen' fist, before repeating with the other hand, crossing her arms over her chest.
"Then what do you call this?" Kaen questioned. "What do you call being with Nine, invading Nabu, and causing chaos?"
"I call it…" Fasha began, before she brought her knee up and slammed Kaen on the underside of the chin, knocking him back. "Being a conqueror." She exclaimed, spinning to the side and slamming her foot in his shoulder, sending him to the ground bellow, building up a cloud of dust and debri.
"Conqueror?" Kaen questioned, picking himself up, before flinching in pain as he clutched his side. "You're acting as a conqueror? Why?"
"Because that's what we are." Fasha stated, landing on the ground with a heavy slam. "We're of the proud and noble Saiyan race. Yet you debase yourself to being a protector, like all those weak heroes our group has taken out before."
"It beats being the puppet of some half pint Emperor, with anger issues." Kaen hissed. "At least the Safety Commission never tried to kill me when I grew stronger."
Fasha grit her teeth as her eyes shrank in anger, and threw a fist down on Kaen, causing a wave of power to wash over the area, as the ground cracked beneath Kaen' feet, from the pressure that rushed through the Saiyan when he caught the strike.
'Something's not right. She's far stronger then she should be.' Kaen thought. 'Did she get a Zenkai Boost? If so, it had to have been a powerful one, and it had to be quite recently.'
"You think you're superior to me, just because you actually gained a Quirk after coming to this world?" Fasha questioned. "I've relied solely on my own strength, and Saiyan abilities. What is it, you think makes you superior to me?"
Kaen just looked at Fasha, gripping tighter on her arm, before he used two of his tails to pull out two of his feather blades, and swung them at her, forcing the Saiyan woman to back up, her eyes widened in shock.
"Surprised?" Kaen asked, all three of his tails waving behind him. "I keep my three tails twisted into one to fool my enemies." He stated, showing how he wrapped his tails around one another, making it seamlessly look like one, while taking the feather blades into his hands.
"How?" Fasha questioned.
"The Shie Hassaikai." Kaen said. "I doped myself up with their steroid, infused with my DNA, and this happened when it mixed with the Primal Rage in my system."
"Doesn't matter." Fasha stated. "I'm stronger then you. My strength far surpasses All Mights."
"Let me guess." Kaen sighed. "That boss of yours has the All-for-One Quirk?"
"Not really any of your business." Fasha said. "But no matter how many Quirks he obtains, he'll never be stronger then me."
"Then why serve him? Why be a villain?"
"I am no villain." Fasha declared, running at Kaen, and throwing a punch at him, with her fist making contact with the flat sides of the feather blades. "I told you, I'm a conqueror. An' Nine and his group are nothing but a means to an end. Once I have control over this world, I'll be sure to put them in their places, in Other World!"
"So you're using them to get your way until you find the right opportunity to take over this planet?" Kaen asked.
"If I must." Fasha said, bringing her foot up and kicking the flat sides of Kaen' swords, sending the teen sliding back.
~Beach~
"Froppy, Tentacole, hurry let's get these people out of here." Ojiro shouted as he charged at Chimera, keeping the attacking villain busy while his fellow heroes were evacuating the civilians from the beach.
"On it." Shoji said, bringing three children to the base of the hill, allowing for Tsu to grab them.
"Stay calm, but move quickly." Tsu said.
"Twirling Tail Dance!" Ojiro called out, leaping through the air and spinning to gain momentum before swinging his tail at Chimera, before he was pushed back. "What are you after? Why are you doing this?" He questioned, landing on his feet.
"You look a little young to be a hero kid." Chimera said, pulling a couple of giant boulders from the ground.
Throwing the boulders, Chimera's intent to end Ojiro's life by crushing the hero in training, kept falling short as the martial artist kept jumping away, evading the flying rock mounds, before the third one blocked his path. Looking up, Ojiro's eyes widened as the fourth boulder came straight for him, his career as a hero ending before it could actually begin, until Tokoyami came swooping in, and pulled him out of the way.
"Tokoyami." Ojiro gasped.
"I've got this." The brooding hero said, dropping Ojiro to the ground. "Dark Shadow!"
"Right." Dark Shadow acknowledged while unwrapping his arms from Tokoyami, before heading straight at Chimera for an attack.
This straight forward attack proved ineffective, as Chimera slammed his fist into Dark Shadows face, and sent the shadow bird flying back, scrunched up like an accordion, while the wind pressure behind the attack knocked Tokoyami off his feet.
"Our phones have stopped working." Ojiro said, as the wind pressure died down. "Head back to the office and get the others. See if you can't get the Support Team to create some sort of communications device."
"You sure?" Tokoyami questioned.
"I'll hold him off as long as I can." Ojiro said running past Tokoyami towards Chimera.
"Silver Bullet!"
Something went zipping past Ojiro in a storm of red rose petals, and straight into Chimera, exploding on impact and knocking Chimera backwards by about twenty feet.
Ojiro and Tokoyami looked back to see Ruby dressed in a rather revealing bikini, with a near transparent leaf skirt tied around her waist. In her arms she held what looked like some sort of boxed weapon, with a smoking gun barrel sticking out of it.
"Rose?" Tokoyami questioned.
"All I wanted, as a little tan on my body, to impress Kaen with, on my day off." Ruby grumped, putting the weapon down, and tightening the bikini top strings around her back. "I even went to the section of the beach that allowed for nude sunbathing. But I barely got my back done when this clown showed up, and now I look like a piece of bread with only one side toasted to perfection." She exclaimed, pulling up her weapon, as silver light poured from. "Say hello to my latest creation, Crescent Rose."
"Cute." Chimera said, cracking his neck. "But that little toy gun, won't be enough to stop me."
"It's not just a gun." Ruby said, swinging it over her shoulders, as it shifted from its compact box form, into a giant death scythe with a smaller blade on the back part on the top. "Before she was a scientist, my mother was an amazing hero, who domination the ranks of the Hero Association, traveling and doing her job, all over the world before she met my dad in Japan. You might have heard of, the White Reaper?" She asked, the head of the scythe piercing the ground.
Chimera's expression seemed to falter a bit at that, as did Ojiro and Tokoyami's. There wasn't a soul alive, even in their generation, who hadn't heard of the infamous heroine, White Reaper. No one knew what her face really looked like, but given how confidently Ruby claimed she was her mother, it wasn't hard for the two hero course students to imagine now, as their entire class, had seen a picture of Ruby with her entire family, on one of their vacations, including their mother.
"Tokoyami, now's your chance to head back and get help from the agency." Ojiro called to his classmate.
"Right." Tokoyami said, before taking to the sky with Dark Shadow as his wings once more.
"Let's dance cigar breath." Ruby glared.
~Temp Agency~
"Hey guys, I'm not getting any signal." Uraraka said, showing her phone to the others.
"Me either." Sero said.
"Same." Kaminari added.
"Nothing." Jiro stated.
"What's going on?" Iida asked as Katsumi looked at her cell.
'Don't tell me…' She thought, realizing she might have fucked up earlier.
"Hurry." One of the civilians said, screeching to a halt on his motor bike in front of the agency, drawing everyone out. "There's a villain on the island."
"A villain?" Sato questioned.
"He's tearing apart the shopping center. Your people are trying to hold him back."
"Reporting in." Tokoyami said, flying in from above. "We've got a villain down at the beach."
"What?" Iida asked.
"Another one?"
"Ojiro and Rose are holding him off, while Shiro and Tsu evacuate the people. But they need help."
"What's the plan?" Momo asked.
"We act quickly and decisively." Iida stated, missing as Kirishima caught something that came flying at him. "Alright everyone, we're fighting on two fronts. So we'll need to split up into teams."
"Hold on, Athena's on her way out. Says she has something for us." Kirishima said, showing a letter he'd gotten from Athena. "Split us into our teams in the meantime."
"Bakugo, Kirishima, and Kaminari. Intercept the villain at the shopping center." Iida instructed. "Yaoyorozu, Jiro, and Ashido. Go with them to help with first aid, and evacuations. Todoroki, Sato, Sero, and Tokoyami. Come with me to back up Ojiro at the beach. Uraraka and Koda, you'll be our relief evacuation team."
"Hold on." Athena called out, landing in their group with a case in her hand, and Eri on her back, before Hatsume and Jenny followed suit. "We have something that can fix the communications issue."
"What do you mean?" Iida asked, before Jenny tossed him his helmet.
"I've got these." Athena said, opening the case, to reveal several pairs of black framed glasses. "These are my latest models of scouters. Sleeker, compact, and they don't require a relay tower to function, just the chips in the motherboards built into their frames."
"How am I supposed to use it?" Iida asked.
"For those of you with helmets or shades like Iida and Kaminari, we installed it into the frames, with a couple other features we thought you might appreciate." Jenny said.
"Once they're registered to you, the lenses will change to the color matching your personality." Athena explained. "It's the only way we could think of making sure you wouldn't mix them up with anyone else's in the class. There's one for each person in the class."
"Where's Rockbell?" Kirishima inquired.
"Winry is currently on her way to the evacuation center, the abandoned factory, and is intending on strengthening it to withstand anything the villains might throw at us." Hatsume said.
"Each of your groups will have to take a pair of Scouters to those of your classmates who aren't here to receive them." Jenny explained. "We'll hold onto the ones meant for Midoriya and Yagi."
"Mama, be careful." Eri said, rather fearfully.
"Don't worry baby girl, I'll be back before you know it. Safe and sound." Mina said. "I promise."
"Alright people, this is a race against time."
"We're the only heroes on this island." Momo said. "Which means we're the only ones who can save the people here, so let's do our best everyone."
"Are you ready Class-1A? We've got work to do, so let's move out." Iida said.
~Izumi~
"The harbor." Izumi gasped, looking over at the ruined harbor from the park Kaen had found Katsuma in. "I need to tell the others." She said, pulling out her phone, before finding there was no service. "No signal." She exclaimed, before she went jumping from the cliff, down to the terrain bellow, running towards the harbor.
Making her way through the island harbor, Izumi looked around at the damage done, seeing all that wasn't severely damaged, was the ship that had crashed through the breakwater. When she took a closer look at the ship, she saw the hand prints that had been left by Kaen, when he slowed the ship down to a grinding halt.
'There are villains on the island. I have to assume that my classmates know by now, and are dealing with the situation.' Izumi thought. 'So I should find Mahoro and confirm that they're safe. But where do they live?'
"Of course those of us in the neighborhood look after them as best we can." A memory flashed through Izumi's mind, when she thought back on where the two children lived.
'Somewhere near Mrs. Suzumura.' She thought as she began running to Mrs. Suzumura' neighborhood.
~Shopping Center~
"Damn it…" Yang huffed, sending another explosive round at one of Mummy's creations. "I'm almost out of rounds." She said, before sending fire at Toru.
"An' I'm nearing my limit on bending the light of your flames to create a defensive shield." Toru said, bending the flames like water to create a barrier that burned away one of Mummy's creations that was coming at her.
As they continued to fight the villain off, one of them came right at them, ready to take them out. Their saving grace came as Katsumi appeared, using her AP Shot to destroy the dolls floating in the air.
"The two of you can't even handle one villain?" Katsumi questioned, her hand still raised in the air. "You two are pathetic." She exclaimed, looking back at them over her shoulder.
"It's Bakugo." Yang and Toru cheered, unaware of the doll that was above them.
"Hands off." Kirishima shouted, destroying the doll with a Ki blast punch. "Red Riot is on the scene."
"Hey, heard you could use some help." Kaminari said, using his electricity to eviscerate the dolls near him and his grounder disks.
"Thanks." Toru said.
"Reinforcements?" Mummy questioned, the shock evident in his voice. "An' one of them's a Saiyan?" He gasped, spotting Kirishima's tail.
"You?" Momo questioned, as she came running in with Mina and Jiro.
"Great timing you guys." Toru said. "What are you wearing?" She asked, noticing each of their scouters.
"Here take these." Jiro said, giving Yang and Toru each a pair. "These are Scouters that Team Alchemist made for us. All communications services are down, but these are a workaround."
"Great, thanks." Yang said, accepting the shades, with the lenses turning fiery orange.
"Let's go, we'll get people to safety and provide first aid." Momo said, supplying Yang with a refill of ammunition.
"Right." Toru said, putting her Scouter on.
"Athena, this is one of the villains attacking the island." Kirishima said, his Scouter transmitting video footage to Athena, and where ever her central command computer.
~Evacuation Station~
"This is bad." Athena said, seeing the footage, before pulling up past footage. "That's Mummy. He's part of a violent extremist group comprised of five members. No one knows who the fifth member is, but she's rumored to be stronger then their leader."
"What do we do?" Kirishima questioned.
"Stay away from his bandages." Athena instructed. "From what data I can gather, it appears his Quirk is connected to those bandages somehow, that's why he's called Mummy, like the wrapped corpse of an Ancient Egyptian. But if he's here, then it's safe to assume Chimera and the others are as well."
"One more thing." Kirishima said. "He knows I'm a Saiyan."
"Not surprising. Chimera somehow knew Kaen was a Saiyan, at the concert he attacked." Athena said. "If you can, try to get one of my Erasure Collars around his neck."
~Shopping Center~
"Right. Easier said than done though." Kirishima stated.
"AP Shot: Auto Cannon!" Katsumi cried out, firing multiple rounds at the dolls coming at her.
Kirishima jumped in as one came up from behind her, and stomped on it with enough force to break the connection between the object and bandages.
"KIRISHIMA. BAKUGO" Yang called out. "I've been fighting him for a while, and I've noticed he's only been wrapping his bandages around inorganic material. I don't think he can use them on humans or anything with a pulse and a heartbeat."
"Thanks for the tip." Kirishima stated, destroying another doll. "But that still means some of us are in danger, because of our gear." He stated before his arm was bound in bandages. "Shit." He cursed before Katsumi destroyed the bandage connecting his arm to Mummy. "Thanks."
"Keep your eyes…" Katsumi began to scold, before she found most of her body wrapped, and bound in Mummy's bandages.
"Damn." Kaminari said, aiming to fire his electricity at another doll, before he had to jump back, as one came slamming down on him.
"Hey Dipshit." Katsumi called to Mummy. "Ain't I a little young for you to be doing this S&M bondage shit on?"
"Shut it." Mummy exclaimed, wrapping Katsumi in the bandages entirely. "Objects wrapped in my bandages move according to my will. Your bimbo classmate was right, when she said I can't affect living things. But your body is covered by quite a bit that's inanimate. Your weapons, your armor, your clothes. They're mine to control." He stated, turning Katsumi into one of his dolls.
"Bastard." Kirishima growled, before he and Kaminari had to get away as the Katsumi doll was sent after them.
"Watch as your friend, becomes your enemy." Mummy laughed.
~Beach~
"Damn it." Ojiro cursed, as he was knocked away by one of Chimera's punches.
"Do it now." Tsu called out.
"Octo-Blow!" Shoji called out, as he made multiple fists, before he was stopped as Chimera grabbed him by the face.
"You're an ugly one. Bet you get bullied a lot for being so funny looking." Chimera said mockingly, raising Shoji off the ground. "You ever blame your parents for the crappy genes?"
"Fuck… you…" Shoji grunted. "I don't care how I look. Because I learned from my friends, that it's not about what matters on the outside. It's what's on the inside that counts." He exclaimed, swinging his legs forward, and slamming them into Chimera's face, causing him to cry out as his cigar burned his cheek, right under his eye, forcing the villain to drop him. "An' I don't care how badly you taunt, or hurt me." He stated, slamming his fist into Chimera's face, knocking him back. "I saw the live broadcast of that concert you know, and I don't much appreciate…" He continued angrily, as he slammed Chimera with another punch. "…you trying to kill Kaen, or his daughter ERI." Shoji shouted, throwing multiple punches at the villain.
Unfortunately, Shoji's window of opportunity vanished, as Chimera knocked Shoji down with his tail, and then grabbed him by the face again.
"Sorry you feel that way kid." Chimera exclaimed, lighting a new cigar. "But I don't really much appreciate you burning me with my own cigar."
"Recipro: BURST!" Iida called out, hitting Chimera with a kick to the face, hitting him right in the burn, and causing the villain to drop his classmate again. "I've got you." He said, grabbing Shoji and running away.
"Just leave this guy to us." Todoroki said, sending a wave of ice at Chimera.
"Take care of Ojiro." Sero called out, binding Chimera's upper body in tape, while his feet and legs were engulfed in ice.
"NOW." Iida called out. "Tokoyami, Sato GO."
"Coming in hot." Tokoyami called out, dropping the empowered Sato towards the restrained villain.
"SUGAR RUSH!" Sato cried out.
"You think that'll hold me?" Chimera questioned, easily breaking free of the ice and tape.
Sato immediately brought his arms up on the defensive, blocking Chimera's punch, before he was sent flying back from the strike, slamming into, and shattering a large boulder that sat on the beach.
"He's down." Iida called out.
"Alright enough." Chimera growled angrily as he stepped towards them. "Kids or not, I don't feel like dealing with this many heroes."
"Shoji, is what you said true?" Todoroki questioned in a whisper. "Is this the villain who tried killing Yagi, and Eri at that concert?"
"It is." Shoji said, his eyes filled with anger, as he recalled a memory of Eri giving him a crayon colored drawing of him, after he'd showed his face to her. "An' I hate him for it."
"Where's Rose?" Iida inquired.
"She left, said she was needed at the evacuation center to help Winry strengthen it." Shoji stated. "But right now, we've got bigger things to worry about."
Chimera just glared at the heroes, before he went charging at them.
~Katsuma & Mahoro~
"The Heroes can't save us from the villains, if they don't know they're here." Katsuma said.
"Well the phone's not working, so I can't do anything about that." Mahoro said, leading Katsuma through the tall grass back to their house. "We'll go home first, and let the people of the village know…"
Mahoro was stopped in her explanation, as their house came into view, before suddenly exploding, like a powerful force had been applied and knocked them down. When the ringing in their ears subsided, the sound of footsteps could be heard, and they saw the silhouette of Nine, walking through the dust, heading straight for them, his eyes glowing with power.
"Found you." Nine said. "Cell activation of Type-B Blood. Boy, I'm going to steal your Quirk." He stated, before seeing Mahoro putting up her arms defensively. "Don't worry, I'm not going to kill him."
"Please, don't." Mahoro said. "No, stay away from him." She cried, sending an illusion at Nine, only for it to be dispersed.
"Your illusions don't frighten me." He stated, as he came closer to them.
As he grew closer to them, Mahoro and Katsuma became terribly frightened of him.
"What do we do?" Katsuma questioned, as Nine reached his hand out to them.
Before the villains could grab Katsuma however, Izumi came zooming past, grabbing both children, before speeding away with them safely in her arms through the foliage.
"Deku." Mahoro gasped.
"Ms. Deku." Katsuma said, equally shocked.
"A Quirk, that gives her Super Strength." Nine said, his eyes glowing as the All-for-One Quirk examined Izumi's power, before he followed them.
As Izumi landed on the other side of the foliage, she put Katsuma and Mahoro down, getting a good look at them.
"You two okay?" Izumi questioned. "Think you can run?"
"Yeah." Both children nodded.
"Good. Then get out of here quickly." Izumi stated.
"Come on Katsuma." Mahoro said, grabbing her little brothers wrist and leading him away from Izumi.
With both children heading for safety, Izumi turned back to the forest, where Nine was coming from, and confronted him.
"Stop." She called out. "Why are you targeting those kids?"
"Stand aside." Nine said, ignoring Izumi's question.
"That's not gonna happen." Izumi exclaimed.
"I'll have to kill you, if you're in the way." Nine said, raising his hand, with his nails beginning to glow neon pink.
Izumi didn't let him finish charging his attack, as she launched at him, with an iron soled kick, only to be hit by a barrier produced by his other hand.
'An invisible wall, like it's made of air.' Izumi thought.
The moment Nine pushed the barrier away, Izumi was forced to duck and weave through multiple shots fired at her, with some of the grazing her, before she hid behind a tree.
'Lasers from his finger tips? Those two Quirks don't seem like they're related. He almost reminds me of…' Izumi thought as a mental image of All-for-One overlapped onto Nine, before reverting back to him. 'All-for-One!'
~Shopping Center~
"Look out." Kirishima called out, as the Katsumi Doll came charging at them, and slammed into the ground, right after he and Kaminari jumped out of the way.
"That Dude's controlling her." Kaminari said. "What are we supposed to do about it?"
"If I can sever the bandage connecting her to the villain, we could free her." Kirishima hissed. "But he keeps moving her around so much, I haven't been able to pinpoint the exact moment to strike. He obviously knows how to fight against a Saiyan." He exclaimed, before Kaminari spoke up.
"He's got my leg, not good." Kaminari said, trying to destroy the bandage.
Before he could though, his forearm got wrapped and bound in Mummy's bandages, while Kirishima's upper body got wrapped up, pinning his arms to his torso.
"Damn it." Kirishima growled.
"What are we supposed to do now?" Kaminari questioned.
"Make your choice." Mummy said. "You can give up and willingly become my puppet, or I can use your friend to defeat you." He stated confidently, not even noticing how Katsumi was struggling in his bandages.
"Stop fucking around." Katsumi shouted, her voice muffled as the bandages covering her right arm began to expand, before there was an explosion that freed her, as well as Kaminari and Kirishima.
"What?" Mummy questioned, as the smoke began to clear.
"Mummy bastard. Don't underestimate me." Katsumi growled, showing she was barely harmed by that explosion.
'She sacrificed her own gear.' Mummy realized, spotting her right arm. "Prepare to die." He declared sending the remainder of his Dolls at Katsumi.
"That's my line bastard." Katsumi shouted.
Katsumi maneuvered through the air, allowing for her explosions to propel her in the direction she chose, before charging at him. As Katsumi neared Mummy, the villain pulled out the blade on his back, before lunging at her, swinging the blade down at Katsumi, only to miss as Katsumi flipped through the air, and planted her feet on a pillar. With a powerful explosion lunging her forward, Katsumi sent herself flying at Mummy, before grabbing him by the face, and slamming him into a wall, with the hand that had her remaining grenade gauntlet, aimed right at him.
"Got a lot of sweat stored up you know." She said, knocking the blade away. "An' you get a maximum blast, at point blank range. DIE!" She shouted, the explosion sending a wave of flames past the now destroyed wall, and knocking Mummy unconscious while leaving him severely injured.
"Whoa, nice one Bakugo." Kirishima called out.
"She kept collateral damage to a minimum too." Kaminari pointed out.
"There you are." Momo called out as she and Jiro came to their sides.
"You good?" Jiro asked.
"Yeah, that was too easy." Katsumi said confidently.
"Are the islanders okay?" Kirishima asked, placing a collar around Mummy's neck.
"Yes, we evacuated them to the Western District." Momo explained before the sound of explosions echoed through the air, as Katsumi began to leave.
"Wait, where are you going?" Jiro questioned.
"I'll leave the rescuing to you." Katsumi stated, another set of explosions propelling her through the air. "I'm gonna go crush the other villains."
~Beach~
Chimera charged at the heroes in training, just as Todoroki sent an attack of ice towards him. This didn't faze the villain, as he slammed his fist into the ice, and shattered it without a problem, before leaping at Todoroki.
"Not good." Sero said, using his tape to grab Todoroki, and pull him away just before Chimera's punch could make contact.
"Damn it, he's holding us back with raw power." Todoroki said.
"Iida, any ideas?" Sero questioned.
"All we should be thinking about right now, is how to keep this monster occupied, and buy time for the evacuation." Iida stated.
"Black Abyss!" Tokoyami shouted, Dark Shadow covering him like armor, as he and Chimera charged at one another.
"Recipro Burst!" Iida called out, kicking at a boulder and destroying it, with the shards flying towards Chimera from the force of his strike.
Chimera just stomped his foot on the ground, and caused a sandstorm, as well as a force of air pressure, that knocked Dark Shadow's arms and Iida's flying shards away from him.
"How did Kaen beat this guy last time?" Todoroki hissed.
"He had a boost from Brendon Urie's Quirk." Shoji explained.
"Not putting up much of a fight, HEROES!" Chimera shouted, charging at them.
Todoroki aimed his left hand at Chimera, sending a blast of fire at the villain, only for him to do the same as he shot a blast of fire from his mouth towards Todoroki. Their attacks collided, with Chimera's enveloping Todoroki's flames, before it continued straight towards him. Todoroki built an ice wall, protecting himself, and the people behind him, from his enemy's attack.
'We can't keep this up forever.' Iida thought.
~Izumi~
'Delaware Smash: Air Force!' Izumi thought, aiming her gloved hand at Nine, and sending the pressurized attacks at him, only for the villain to block all three bullets of air, with his own barriers.
"Weaponized blasts of air." Nine analyzed. "An interesting use of your Quirk."
'I can't let that guy get close to Katsuma, or Mahoro.' Izumi thought, as she began moving through the trees. 'I gotta keep him distracted.'
As she continued to run, she didn't keep an eye on her footing, and was tripped over, and sent into the air, by one of Nine's attacks. Nine aimed his fingers at Izumi, before firing more lasers at her, resulting in several more scrapes and scratches.
'This time is was a gust of wind. How many Quirks does this maniac have?' Izumi thought, landing on the ground in a three point stance as she slid back. 'I don't know what all he can do, better to attack and find out, then stay in the dark.' She analyzed, before increasing her power. 'One-for-All, Full Cowling: 20%!'
"Her strength suddenly increased." Nine said, amazed at Izumi's power, before she charged at him, leaving a groove in the dirt as she began to run.
'With all the power I can use right now, Saint Louise: SMASH!' Izumi mentally cried out, as she kicked down at him, building up a cloud of dirt and dust.
As the smokescreen faded, Izumi gasped upon seeing Nine had put up an even stronger barrier.
'20%, isn't enough?' She questioned, seeing how Nine had easily blocked her attack.
"Interesting… this Quirk…" Nine said, suddenly letting down the barrier and grabbing Izumi by the face. "I think it's worth stealing."
'He wants to steal it, is that what he said?' Izumi questioned, as she struggled in his grasp. 'So he does have the same power as All-for-One, and he's going to use it on me.'
As Nine began trying to take Izumi's Quirk, the vestiges of One-for-All made themselves known, and prevented the Quirk from being stolen, while knocking them away.
"I can't take it." Nine said, steadying himself, before raising his hands and looking at them. "No, I don't have enough space for all of them. Something is off, it seems like this kid might have more then one Quirk as well."
'Come on body! Get up and fight!' Izumi thought as she struggled to move.
"Her very existence is a miracle." Nine said. "Which means, I must eliminate her."
Raising his hand, Nine hit Izumi with a blast of air, sending her flying through the trees, and into the hill leading to a road, creating a ditch with her body.
'He pushed me with the wall of air?' Izumi questioned, as she still struggled to get up.
"Oh no look." The sound of Katsuma's voice reaching Izumi's ears caused her to gasp and quickly turn her head to the road, and spot both Shimano siblings. "It's Ms. Deku." Katsuma said, as they both ran to Izumi.
"No, get out of here." Izumi said, as she was forcing herself to move.
"But you…"
"I'm fine, just go." Izumi said, forcing herself to her feet as Nine came out of the forest. "He's after the two of you, I can't let him…"
Izumi stopped as Nine shot Izumi straight through the chest, causing the two children behind her to gasp as she began to collapse, before she caught herself.
"Hurry." Izumi struggled to say, as she forced herself to stay standing. "Run."
"He'll hurt you." Katsuma said.
"No, we need help." Mahoro said, as she stared at Nine in fear. "PLEASE." She cried out, her Quirk activating, creating a giant illusion.
~Evacuation~
"What is that?" Shoji questioned, spotting something to his right in the distance.
"Uh…" Uraraka was stumped, unsure of what she was looking at exactly. "Deku?" She questioned, looking at what looked like a giant inflatable of her classmate.
"SOMEBODY PLEASE! YOU HAVE TO PROTECT DEKU!" Mahoro's voice echoed through the air.
~Nine~
The wind howled as Nine continued to step closer, before he had to bend backwards, as Kaen came flying out of the air, all battered and bloodied, zipping right past him, and hitting the ground hard. Almost instantly after, Katsumi came speeding from the other side, forcing Nine to create a barrier that shielded him from her explosion.
"An exploding Quirk."
"Found ya." Katsumi stated, before jumping back, landing in front of Izumi, Mahoro, and Katsuma. "Damn villain."
"Kacchan." Izumi smiled.
"It's the mean one." Katsuma said.
"Bakugo?" Mahoro cried.
Nine tried to advance, but was forced to step away as Kaen came digging out of the ground, and used his chained weapons to try and restrain the villain.
"No good." Kaen tsked, putting his sickles away.
"Careful Kacchan, Kaen." Izumi said. "He's got multiple Quirk, and he can steal more."
"Well, doesn't that sound annoyingly familiar?" Katsumi questioned, preparing herself for a tougher fight. "Alright kids. Watch closely. Here's what it takes, to become the #1 Hero!" She stated with a grin, before launching herself at Nine.
"An' here's what the son, of the former #1 All Might, can do." Kaen declared, holding his arms out, and sending a multitude of feathers swarming at Nine.
"This is real strength." Katsumi shouted, as Nine put up a barrier, only for the explosive girl to fly over it, and face his back. "Gotcha."
"Watch out." Kaen said, using his feathers to move Katsumi out of the way of Nine's finger lasers. "Did you already forget he has multiple Quirks?"
"Of course not you ass hat." Katsumi said as she landed next to him. "I just wasn't expecting him to have laser fingers."
"Expect the unexpected, when it comes to someone able to steal Quirks, Katsumi." Kaen hissed.
"Yeah, yeah." Katsumi grumped, before she sent herself flying at Nine again.
Maneuvering through the lasers, Katsumi made sure to evade as many as she could, before she managed to get herself behind Nine once more, past a barrier he made. With a spinning back kick, Katsumi knocked Nine's hand away before he could generate another big enough barrier.
"You're mine now." Katsumi said, raising her hand to Nine.
Before she could let off an explosion though, a giant blue armored skull like snake came out of Nine's back, and bit down on her, and forced her into the ground.
"Dynamite." Kaen called out, before he had to step back to avoid a Ki blast.
"Did you forget about your dear old Auntie, Kaen?" Fasha questioned.
"Fasha?" Izumi gasped.
As Fasha drove Kaen away from the fight, Izumi became very confused, before her attention was drawn back to the fight with Nine.
'I think he just… broke my ribs…' Katsumi thought as she struggled to break free of this Quirks grasp.
"You just won't stop barking." Nine growled, clenching his fist tighter.
"Shut your face, and eat this." Katsumi shouted, sending a massive explosion at Nine, only for the attack to be blocked. "DO SOMETHING DEKU." She called out to Izumi.
As Izumi jumped through the dust and the smoke, she raised the power of her attack to it's maximum output.
'Detroit: SMASH…' Izumi cried out, before she and Katsumi, were struck with lightning as Nine used his original Quirk.
This sudden surge of power, traveled through the whole island, causing a power outage to happen at every corner.
"IZUMI, KATSUMI." Kaen shouted, using his wings like a shield, and blocking a punch from Fasha.
"Why do you keep diverting your attention to them, and away from me?" Fasha questioned as she sent him flying back.
Kaen just glared at Fasha, before he crouched down, his wings hiding what he was doing, before the ground around her feet broke apart, and she was skewered through the arms and legs by spears of stone, causing her to cry in pain as she couldn't move.
"Stay there. An' don't move." Kaen growled, restraining her in Darmanium wire.
Moving through the air, Kaen launched himself from the ground, and slammed his fist into Nine's face, before throwing him into the ground. Once Nine was down, Kaen jumped out of the way, and went to Izumi and Katsumi's sides.
"NINE." Kaen heard a woman's voice echo through the air.
Kaen looked over his shoulder, and saw Slice come next to Nine, before he twisted around and took a battle stance, while his wings were spread wide, like a shield, protecting Izumi and Katsumi alongside Mahoro and Katsuma.
"Get… the boy…" Nine gasped, as he struggled to move.
"Right." Slice said, standing tall and turning her hair into blades.
'My hit shouldn't have rendered him defenseless like that. Could it be a side effect of his original Quirk, and using it too much?' Kaen questioned.
"It would be wise for you to hand the boy over, and not struggle." Slice said, glaring at him. "Otherwise you'll find yourself missing a couple limbs."
"Go to hell. I'd rather die, then give either of these children to the likes of you." Kaen hissed.
"That can be arranged." Slice exclaimed, before her vision was blocked, as a multitude of birds came flying around them.
"Wait, is that…" Kaen questioned, before noticing Koda.
"Run now." Shoji said, grabbing Katsuma and Mahoro. "Don't worry, I'm a friend." He assured them.
"Shoji?"
"What did he just say?" Uraraka asked, running past Kaen with Tsu following, carrying a weightless Katsumi and Izumi.
Kaen shook himself out of his stupor, before he spread his wings, and used two of them to slice through the spears of stone keeping Fasha standing, and grabbed her by the tail, rendering her limp.
"Damn it…" She cursed, as Kaen carried her.
"Been here for how long, and still haven't trained that weakness out of yourself?" Kaen questioned. "You've got a lot of explaining to do, Auntie."
