Post-Canon

It's the first day working at the Seattle firm, and Donna enters Harvey's office because she needs his signature on some documents.

"Harvey... Can you sign this?" Donna asks by leaving the document on his desk.

Harvey looks up from the computer and smiles at his wife. "Yes, I can."

"Thank you." She smiles back.

"No problem." He replies. "How do you take the first day here?" He asks and signs the documents.

"Fine, adjusting. What about you?"

"Yes, me too..." Harvey responds, but Donna is no longer looking at him, she has just found a framed photo of the day of their wedding on a shelf and is smiling like a fool. Harvey realizes but says nothing. "Let's have lunch together?" Donna nods but keeps looking at the photo. "Roast meat?" Donna nods again and Harvey laughs. "You hate roast beef, Donna. Are you listening to me?"

Donna covers her face with embarrassment. "Sorry, it's that..." She smiles and looks at him. "You put our photo there."

"Yes, I did." He grins at her.

"I really like that you did it, but I thought you didn't want everyone to know."

"Yes, but I've stopped being so dumb. In fact, I want everyone to know that I love my wife."

Donna smirks. "Yes, I would want the same if I were married to myself. Do you know?"
"You're impossible!" Harvey laughs.

She frowns her face. "I know… But, jokes aside, I also have this same picture ready in a drawer in my office, but I didn't know if I could put it."

Harvey smirks. "Really?"

"Yes, I didn't want to make you uncomfortable." She shrugs.

"There is no way in the world that makes me uncomfortable being your husband."

Donna smiles like a fool again. "Okay, now I'll put it on, then." She pauses and gives two steps to the shelf where the photo is and accommodates it, although she only moves it an inch and Harvey giggles at that craving that everything has to be perfect for her. "We won't eat roast meat," Donna claims.

"I know." He says spinning in his chair so he can look at her. "We can go eat pasta that we both like, and it's our first working lunch as husband and wife, a little celebration." He says, moving his hand as he speaks.

Donna smiles and rests her fingers on his, not holding his hand, just leaning them there. "You're right." She pauses and looks at the door. "Do you know what I like about these new offices?" Donna asks, looking at him again, raising her eyebrow.

"What?"

"That they aren't of freaking glass, come here." She says putting her hand on his shoulder, Harvey smiles, immediately stands up, and poses his hands on her waist, bringing her closer to him.

"Yes, I think I like this too." He smiles at her, bumping his forehead against hers. Donna's hands rest on his biceps now.

Donna smiles and cuts the distance between them until they give each other a soft kiss, the walls are no longer glass, but it is still their job. "Stop by my office when you can go out."

"I'll do."

"Good." Donna gives him one last kiss and goes back around his desk, takes the documents, and heads towards the door as Harvey sits again.

"Donna," Harvey calls her. Donna turns to look at him with a smile. "I love you," Harvey murmurs, just moving his lips.

Donna smiles even more and Harvey is looking at her smiling too. "I love you too." She responds the same way and keeps walking, but before she closes the door, peeks again with her hand in the door handle. Harvey devotes her to one last smile, to which she responds with another even bigger smile, and finally leaves her husband's office.

Donna returns to her office smiling to herself and the first thing she does is put the photo in her office. She also wants everyone to know how much she loves her husband.
