"Well then, why don't you come by later? I can reheat the pizza. It will be 40 percent worse, but it's okay."

Donna enters Harvey's condo, her shoes hanging from her fingers. She's not drunk, but she has had a few drinks and fears she can't be so careful. She knows Mike's already gone, and Harvey probably is sleeping.

The place is completely dark, except for the outside light that enters through the enormous window. She leaves her shoes on the floor and her belongings at the entrance, to head to the kitchen while making a bun with her hair.

She opens the refrigerator, hoping to find the pizza. So she considers it a victory to find the box and makes a mental note to tell him it'd be better to put it on a plate because in the future when they actually share a refrigerator, this could make her crazy.

When she opens the box, she smiles at seeing that there are 2 pizza slices, each with an exaggerated amount of yellow tomatoes. That was what had happened since the first time they shared a pizza at the DA's office. Donna loves yellow tomatoes, and he finds them an unnecessary addition, so he removes them from his slices and gives them to her. Always. She leaves the box on the counter and takes one of the slices, leans her elbows on the counter, and bites the pizza.

Harvey didn't know what to expect that night about Donna. He didn't enjoy spending a night separate from her, but they don't live together, so he had simply gone to sleep waiting to see her in the morning.

But when after midnight he hears noises in the kitchen, he can't help but smile, even with his eyes closed. He quickly uncovers himself and heads towards the kitchen, where he finds the most domestic image of Donna he has ever seen and immediately realizes that she already belongs to his place. Her sloping position, her messy bun, barefoot, eating pizza with the night town in the background... He could get used to that.

"Reheat this!"

Donna turns her head with a smile to find him. "And you could put on some clothes!" she says, seeing him completely naked.

"There's nothing you haven't seen before." He says nonchalantly, walking towards her. "Seriously, reheat it."

"I like it like this, Harvey. I just wanna eat something before bed. I've drunk more than I ate, so I need it."

Harvey catches up with her and hugs her by her back. "I didn't know you would come." He murmurs and kisses her shoulder.

"I couldn't resist the pizza with yellow tomatoes."

He snorts. "That I sleep in the same bed that you will sleep in hasn't influenced your decision?"

"Hmm..." she pauses. "Maybe a bit." She responds and eats the last bite of the slice.

Harvey rolls her eyes and squeezes her against his naked body. "Then do you prefer to sleep in the guest room?"

She giggles and caresses his arm with her hand. "No, your bed is the most comfortable I've ever tried. You can use the guest one if you want." She responds, grabbing a tomato from the other slice to eat it.

"Oh, yes, of course." He rolls her eyes and kisses her cheek while she grabs another tomato. "I can't understand that fascination with those stupid yellow tomatoes."

"You have confessed to me that you watched Survivor. You can't say anything about my tomatoes." She says and eats another one. "Go back to bed. I'll be there as soon as I finish the tomatoes." Harvey nods, giggling. He gives her one more kiss on her neck and leaves.

Donna takes longer than she had said. It's not just finishing her tomatoes, it's removing her makeup, brushing her hair, brushing her teeth, and putting cream on her face and legs.

When she lies down, Harvey is slightly asleep again, on his stomach, but she doesn't care and climbs over him until she crushes him.

"Hey..." she mutters and kisses behind his ear. "I didn't know you slept naked when you were alone. I didn't want to wear clothes if that was the rule."

Harvey giggles. "Yeah, that's not what you're thinking about."

"Hmm..." she purrs in his ear. "Unless you can resist having me naked in your bed and doing nothing."

He supports himself on his arms, lifting his torso. "Just admit that you haven't come for the stupid tomatoes."

She chuckles. "Okay..." she murmurs and nibbles on his ear. "I've come for you, silly."

Harvey grins proudly, and he moves quickly to pull her against the mattress and climb over her naked body. "Now we're on the same page." He purrs on her lips and before Donna can respond, Harvey is kissing her.

"Finally, we are." Her smiling, swollen, moist lips gasp when they pull apart to breathe and they smirk.
