As Greenly walked down the hall, she couldn't help but think about Bentley and his strong yet unrequited feelings for Cupid. She feels like she has to show him that the young cherub is just not that interested in him. But knowing how stubborn Bentley is when it comes to a cute girl, he wouldn't budge like a pig's brick house.

Greenly sighed. "There's just got to be a way to help Bentley-OOF!" The princess suddenly bumped into someone. She looked up and unfortunately, it was Briar Beauty. Standing next to her was Cupid.

Briar frowned. "Oh, it's you." she sneered.

"Well, thanks. I'm happy to see you too." Greenly replied with her own frown. She noticed Cupid and decided to talk to her about Bentley. "Um, Cupid, can I talk to you for a moment?"

Cupid approached Greenly. "Sure, what's up?" But Briar grabbed Cupid's arm and pulled her away from the red-haired princess.

"Sorry, but Cupid doesn't have time to talk, Greenly." Briar said. "We...have to work on an art project."

Cupid looked confused. "No, Briar, we're geting things ready for the-"

Briar quickly covered Cupid's mouth. "Well, Greenly, it's been nice but we've really gotta run. Byeee!" she explained quickly before dashing off with Cupid.

Greenly heaved a huge sigh and walked toward the entrance. "I need some fresh air." Nauseated by Brair's attitude, Greenly decided to walk it off in the Enchanted Forest where no prissy princesses can bother her.

Briar went around a hallway corner and looked back to see Greenly leaving the school. "Good. She's not following us."

Cupid finally pulled Briar's hand off of her mouth. "Briar! What was all that about?!"

"Cupid! If we want this True Hearts dance to be a success, we cannot let Greenly or her little buddies know about it! If they do, they're going to ruin everything!"

But Cupid was not happy with Briar's answer. "Briar, if this is about your beef with Greenly about wrecking your party last year, you have got to let it go! Besides, most people, including me, all agreed that the whole thing was just a freak event! A total fluke!"

Briar defiantly put her hands on her hips. "And why should I believe that too?"

"Because everyone should experience the magic of True Hearts Day, to follow their hearts' desires. And I don't think you're being fairest to Greenly. She and her 'little buddies' happen to be very nice. Greenly helps me with my Crownculus homework, Amber always lets me borrow her pencil if I forgot to bring one. And Ian keeps me up to date on any romantic gossip going on at school." She looked at Briar squarely in the eye. "They're good people. And if you don't invite them to the party, then I'm blowing the whistle on everything to Headmaster Grimm."

Briar gasped. "You wouldn't!"

"I would. Your epic chance to throw an epic party that hasn't been spellebrated in forever after with be over!"

Caught off guard by Cupid's threat, but also realizing that she had no leg to stand on, Briar had no choice but to admit defeat. "Alright, fine." she huffed. "You're good."

Cupid smiled. "Thanks. Now, let's get to work!"

As the two girls rushed off to get everything for the big party, someone had been eavesdropping on them from behind the muse-ic room door. The door slowly opened and it was Bentley. He was practicing his trumpet playing until he heard Cupid's angelic voice. However, his joy lasted for only a moment when he heard what the girls had said. Especially what Cupid had said. She mentioned how nice Greenly was, Amber was, even Ian.

But never once did she mention Bentley.

As the weight of reality began to sink in, Bentley slowly dropped to the floor. "Why didn't she say anything about me...? After all I've done for her..." Bentley's voice was weak and cracked as Humpty Dumpty's shell after the great fall. Bentley worked and slaved for Cupid all in the name of love. Helping her with her Mirrorcast show, making her gifts and always at her beck and call.

It was all for nothing...

As he stood up, a few tears fell from Bentley's blue eyes. He wiped his eyes and went back inside the muse-ic room to put his trumpet away. Once he put his instrument in it's case, he didn't leave, he just stayed in the room and sat in silence.

In the Enchanted Forest, Greenly was walking down the trail trying to forget about Briar. Every time Briar gets all royally rotten with Greenly, it always takes Greenly back to the day she broke her arm at Briar's birthday party all those years ago and no one was willing to help her but her own mother. Just once she would love to get back at Briar, but that would just feed all those rumors about her being a party trashing princess. But still, Briar's animosity towards Greenly really dampened her place in the royal ranks.

Sure, Greenly acted like she didn't care. But somewhere deep within her inner core, Greenly wanted to fit in with her fellow princesses. But she knew that wasn't possible.

Greenly kicked a rock down the dirt path. "It's not easy being an outcast." As she heaved another sigh of depression, she heard giggling not too far from where she stood. Curiosity getting the best of her, she carefully treaded through the trees and bushes and spotted something unimaginable.

It was a romantic candlelit picnic for two. But it was the couple wrapped in each others' arms and deeply kissing each other that really stunned Greenly. It was Ashlynn Ella and Hunter Huntsman! Greenly could not believe her own two eyes! Reacting fast, she pulled put her phone and started recording.

'No one is gonna believe this!' Greenly thought as she kept filming. As she watched the princess and huntsman shamelessly make out, Greenly was trying to make sense out of all this. Royal Ashlynn, the future Cinderella and lover of all things shoes and outdoors, is dating rebel Hunter Huntsman?! The future huntsman who traps animals and acts like a bombastic hero?!

"Oh, Hunter! This is just beautiful!" Ashlynn sighed with eyes like a lovesick puppy.

"Not as beautiful as you, my pretty pixie." Hunter said. As Ashlynn took her seat below the garland of beautiful wildflowers, Hunter took out his bow and arrow and fired at the garland, causing a flower crown to fall out of it and land perfectly on Ashlynn's head.

Greenly had to keep recording. This was all too surreal. Was Hunter blackmailing her to be his girlfriend?! No, Greenly could tell that Ashlynn was actually enjoying this date! And just when this day couldn't get any more shocking,

"Say cheese!" said an all too familiar snobby voice. It was Duchess Swan! And she was recording Ashlynn and Hunter too!

"Ah, curses." Hunter groaned.

"Oh, hey, Duchess! Sparrow! We didn't see you! What's going on?" Ashlynn said in a panicky voice as Hunter chuckled nervously.

Sparrow strummed blaring notes on his guitar. "You two are totally busted!" he wailed annoyingly as Duchess flinched. Nonetheless, Duchess advanced towards the couple. And Greenly saw that wicked glint in her eye. Which only means one thing; Duchess was in her black swan mode and Ashlynn and Hunter were in her crosshairs.

"Ashlynn, Hunter, I think the real question is what are you two doing here? Having a secret romantic rendezvous?" Duchess mused as she danced around them menacingly.

"We gotta find a better place to picnic..." said Hunter.

'Gee, ya think?!' Greenly said in her mind.

Ashlynn looked like she was about to cry. "Please...you two can't tell anyone Hunter and I are secretly dating!" Greenly could feel the sting in her words.

"Um, yeah! Wow, well, I'm gonna!" Duchess snapped as she points to her phone. "Ash, this is gonna knock you down the Royal rankings." She makes a sarcastic pouty face. "But don't worry, I'll take your place! And your Happily Ever After."

As Sparrow started to play another irritating song, Greenly carefully snuck out of the bushes and dashed down the dirt path, unable to comprehend everything she had just witnessed.
