Chapter 5:
February 12:
Kim and Will are in A car chase while at the same time having a conversation. "The boys, Kimmy. they've been asking me to talk to you. Thought maybe I could get A word in, knowing how tight we are. They're worried about you." Agent Will Du said. Driving the car. "I'm touched, Detective. But right now I'm worried … about A homicide. Turn left." Kim said. "You never make it in this business if you don't learn to relax, Kimmy. I mean, we've got our own way of doing things, here in the tri-state area. This job can get to you, Kimmy. That's why we got to stick together. The boys need to know they can count on you. We can count on you, right? I mean, you came down pretty hard on Morgan." Agent Will Du said. Bumping his car into the getaway car and forcing it to flip over. Both Kim and Will get out of the car guns drawn.

Looking over his bank account Ron sees that thirty percent of his income is generated thanks to the investments his parents were making on his behalf and his inheritance. Thanks to them he own forty percent of Martin Smarty's company, thirty eight percent of Mr. Porter's frozen food company and twenty one percent in Bueno Nacho restaurant company.
Using search engine looking up penthouses for sale. Ron found one at 550 Triton Park west tower. The triplex penthouse and another full-floor apartment below it is for sale for $45 million American dollars. It also included A butler with his own one-bedroom apartment on the lower floor.
"What do you think Rufus?" Ron asked. Rufus was setting at the table looking over what Ron was searching for. "Looks good let's take a look." Rufus said. Getting ready to leave the subway station Rufus went into Ron's pocket and going up to the surface.
Getting A cab and going to the tower. Billionaire's Row is A ultra-luxury residential skyscrapers between Upperton and Middleton. When the cab stopped in front of the tower Ron got out and went inside.
Walking into the main lobby and went to ask the receptionist. "Excuse me miss I am interested in purchasing the penthouse that is for sale." Ron said. "Of course sir just have A seat and I will have someone show you the apartment." The receptionist said.
Going to the waiting area Ron went to one of the chairs and sat down. A few minutes later a man wearing A very expensive suit went up to Ron. "Excuse me sir are you the one that is interested in the apartment?" He asked. "Yes I am my name is Ron Stoppable." Ron said.
"Of force Mr. Stoppable please follow me." He said. They both started to walk towards the elevators and went to one of them. "First of all this is A private elevator that goes directly to the apartment and it needs A six digit code to use it you can change it if you liked." He said. Entering the code into the keypad and waiting for the elevator to arrive.
Getting into the elevator and pressing the bottom for the penthouse. When they arrived they were greeted by A short dark hair man with A full beard. Wearing black tie, white wing collar dress shirt, grey vest, black morning coat, cufflinks, pocket watch, white gloves, and grey striped trousers.
"Good morning sir my name is Bates." Bates said. Introducing himself to Ron. When Ron noticed him he recognize him immediately. "Mr. Bates as in the one that used to work for Lord Monty Fiske?" Ron asked. "Yes sir I did but I left after Miss Possible and her friend defeated him and sent him to jail so I left him and came to America." Bates said.
"Then allow me to introduce myself my name is Ron Stoppable Kim Possible former sidekick." Ron said. Extending his hand to shake Bates hand. When Bates herds that his eyes went wide. "It's A pleasure to see you again Mr. Stoppable I'm guessing that you and Miss Possible are buying this apartment together?" Bates asked. "I'm afraid that I have not seen Kim in seven years and that I am only buying this apartment for myself." Ron said.
Understanding what Ron was saying and nodding Bates went on with the tour. "Well then I believe that you were told that this penthouse comes with A butler and that butler would be me." Bates said. "Well it's A pleasure to see you again Mr. Bates and I hope that I don't make life harder for you." Ron said.
Both Bates and the building manager continued the tore telling Ron about the underground parking garage, the limo drop-off area for his guests, seven bedrooms including the master bedroom, six bathrooms, marble flown in from Italian rock yards, two ballrooms, and panoramic city views.
After the tore both Ron and the building manager left the penthouse and went to his office to fill out forms for the bill of sale and the manager told Ron that it would take around 60 days for the bank to approve the sale. So with everything out of the way Ron went to get something to eat.
Ron went to the one place that he called his second home. Finding Bueno Nacho Ron went inside and made his order and went to his booth and started eating.

After he is done with lunch Ron starts to think on what to do next. "Ok so I got my bank account up and running, driver's license, and A place to live. So what's next?" Ron thought. Thinking about what he needs to do next Ron just starts to walk without A destination. As he was thinking he noticed that he has arrived at his old neighborhood. Afraid that someone might see him Ron uses his ninja skill to run all the way to the old tree house to hide in. Checking to see if someone noticed him Ron sees that the close was clear. Letting go of his breath that he did not noticed that he was holding Ron sees the Possible house.
Thinking about all the happy memories he has with Kim, Andrea, Jim and Tim. That's when Ron had an idea to look for some old clothes that were lying around to disguise him with and get familiar with the neighborhood again. Army jacket, A black watch cap, and black work boots.
With his new outfit complete Ron came down from the tree house and started walking around. Back when he was in pre-k with Kim the hole neighborhood was full of kids running around playing tag, hide and seek, and bike riding. Heck Kim and Ron have been walking to school for years.
However with all the crime rate over the last few years everyone is afraid to go outside. Everyone has bars on their windows. Security cameras. Looking at how things have gotten so bad gave Ron more incentive to continue with his plan.
Finding himself in front of the high school he saw the building was just as clean and in perfect condition. "I guess Mr. Barkin must be keeping everyone in line that's good to know." Ron thought. Continuing walking Ron went around and found himself back to the tree house.
Deciding to go back to the subway station Ron decided to keep his disguise it could come in handy. Arriving to the Bueno Nacho.
