The screen began to illuminate the movie cinema as the title 'The Belladonna Cycle' appeared in the center of the screen in dark purple and white font, dark purple curtains parting to the sides as all was quiet and peaceful in the theater.
Well...until the silhouette of Blake Belladonna took notice of...
ZAP!
WIISH!
A small metallic white and black Atlasian Knight-200 toy with a white rifle in its left arm, actually FIRING A LASER in between her ears, hitting the nearby wall and creating a tiny hole in the process.
All the while her five chibi versions of herself stood next to the toy, the head chibi holding a square remote control in her left hand.
"What the!? Why did that toy fire a LASER at me!?"
"..."
"..."
"..."
"..."
"..."
"WHY!?"
"...it came with it?" the second chibi said sheepishly before Blake grabbed the remote and robot with both hands. "Nooooo! Not the AK-200 Mini!"
"I'm confiscating this, permanently." Blake frowned while taking the Electric Dust powered batteries from the robot's left foot and throwing them behind her back.
"NOOOOOO!" the chibis cried out as a black and silver book sporting a purple flower emblem along the spine appeared on the projector screen behind them. "NOT THE TOY!"
The faunus sighed while sitting back on her seat, the book on screen quickly opened and revealed its contents to the world itself, as she took a deep sigh of frustration. 'Was this how mom felt when I was younger? If so...I sympathize with you now.'
The Belladonna Cycle: Chapter Three, Testing the Limit!
Xxxxxxx
-Remnant, Sanus, Vale, Beacon Academy, Team RWBY's Room-
"Wait..." Weiss said in disbelief as she, Yang and Ruby, looked at Blake, who was currently sitting on her bed and looking at her ring, with mixed feelings. "You want us to do what now!?"
"You heard me, I want you to help test the capabilities of the ring."
"I get that Blake, but...you want us to damage the ring?" Ruby said with a worried look in her eyes. "Isn't that a little unsafe?"
"Yes, but I want to know more about it and given this ring is apparently older than actual Dust...I want to test its durability factor." the faunus said while looking at her team. "And given you three have varied weaponry and 'power levels', I feel like asking you might be safer than asking someone else."
"Why not one of the professors?" Weiss suggested with a sigh.
"It's a personal request, for...the team's eyes only." 'And I really don't want to be poked and prodded! I'm not good under interrogation! I might slip up and accidentally reveal my past...which wouldn't be good at all!'
"Aw, you like us." Yang teased with a smirk, making Blake deadpan at her. "Oh relax, we'll help you. After all, we're a team. We stick together in stormy weather or blistering heat."
"Says the one that would scream if their hair is even touched with room temperature water." Weiss said with a snarky tone, making the blonde brawler glare at the Schnee.
"I told you before, my hair is sacred! And you were the one that spilled on MY hair!"
"On accident!"
"It is still sacrilege!" Yang growled while the two teammates glared at each other in anger.
"Your hair isn't even sacred! It's just unruly hair that's dyed blonde!"
"No, it isn't and you know it!"
"Guys!" Ruby yelled while getting in between the two older girls. "Stop fighting, it's not the time to squabble. Blake asked us to help her and as team leader, we will help her in her time of curiosity! So let's do this!"
"..."
"...fine, but it's for Blake's sake, not yours." Weiss said with a light blush on her cheeks.
'Ship alert!' Yang thought with a smirk. 'Oh, I'm going to tease Weiss Cream later.'
Blake rolled her eyes a little before standing up. "So, any suggestions for the tests?"
"Mmmmm. Oh, I know!" Ruby said with a smirk, making the faunus raise an eyebrow.
(A few minutes later)
-Main Avenue-
"Um...I don't think this is a good idea." Blake said while standing near a white pillar as her team leader was currently turning her scythe into its rifle form right in front of her. "At all."
"Oh relax, I'm a good marksman, woman, whatever!" she chuckled while aiming the muzzle right at the ring, point blank. "Plus this is to see if that ring can withstand a bullet."
"Maybe we should try another test?" 'And NOT cause me to lose a finger!'
"Mmmm, what do you think guys?" Ruby said to Yang and Weiss, who were a few feet away from her and standing right behind a red maple tree.
"This is stupid, the ring's just going to be destroyed along with her finger." Weiss said while Yang shrugged.
"We don't know that. And go ahead Ruby! Show her what Uncle Qrow's training can do!"
"Um, the training when he was sober or when he was drunk?"
"The drunk training!"
"Wait what!?" Both Weiss and Blake cried out in horror as Ruby took aim.
BAM!
And fired point blank at the ring...only to discover that not only was the finger and hand still attached, with NO visible damage at all, but…
"EH!?"
The ring was still intact, shining gloriously in the afternoon sun as Blake's ears were poofed up like a ball of fuzz and exposed from behind her bow, while her entire body sans her left hand were covered in purple, black and red soot.
"How!? That was a customized titanium laced, Fire and Gravity Dust infused bullet! IT SHOULD'VE EXPLODED!" The Silver Eyed girl screamed in disbelief as Blake coughed out some soot and Dust fragments from her mouth.
"Ow..." 'I think I swallowed some Dust.'
"Let me try again! With." Ruby smirked while pulling out a light blue and yellow lined bullet from her pouch. "MY CUSTOM TITANIUM LACED ELECTRIC ICE DUST BULLET! MUHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
'Oh shit!' Blake thought in terror before Yang quickly grabbed the bullet out of the shorter girl's hands.
"Hey!"
"I think that's enough Dust bullets for one day." Yang said while moving her arm above her tiny sister's reach, feeling a little annoyed as the silver eyed girl kept on jumping up and down like a tiny child. "Especially after making my partner have a near heart attack."
"Give that back!"
"No!"
Blake sighed while her ears returned to normal, only to notice that Weiss was walking towards her with a smile. "Weiss? Why are you smiling at me?"
"Oh, you'll find out soon." Weiss said while grabbing Blake's right hand and dragged her away.
'I feel like this is going to put me into the line of fire...or worse, cause another 'Dust Explosion'.'
(Later)
-Beacon Academy, Upper Floor Kitchen-
Squit, squit.
WOOOSH!
"Um, are you sure this...is safe?" Blake asked while Weiss turned the kitchen faucet on, the large steam cloud oozing out of the sink like a small hot spring.
"Relax Blake, it's only water." she said while Blake's ears drooped behind her bow. "And it will be for a second."
"After Ruby's attempt...I don't trust you. And it's not because you're a Schnee."
"Don't be a baby." Weiss huffed before moving Blake's left hand towards the water, the hot liquid and steam making her hair stand on end. "You will be fine, after all, aura heals the body from burns."
'But the pain will still be there!' Blake thought in fear before feeling the searing heat against her skin, making her body stiffen like a stature. 'Just hold in the pain! Just hold in the pain!'
WIIIIISSSHHH!
'Just hold in...' she thought before feeling her entire hand burning up like a piece of lumber, her eyes twitching wildly before quickly pulling her hand away in pain. "AAAAAAHHHHH! FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK!"
Weiss quickly looked at the left ring finger with anticipation and touched it...only to realize it was cold to the touch. "Darn. I thought that would work."
"FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK!" the faunus screamed in pain as she held her left hand in pain, the 'W' of Team RWBY looking a little guilty of her actions and pulled out her rapier along with some Ice Dust cartridges.
"Don't worry! I'll help!"
Clank.
"Wait-oh gods wait no!" she said in disbelief as she saw a glyph form near her hand.
SIINSK!
And caused ice to form all over her hand.
"WEISS!?"
"Sorry!"
(A little later)
Blake glared at Weiss while currently slamming her left arm against a nearby wall, the Schnee scratching the back of her head in embarrassment. "Why? Just WHY did you FREEZE my hand!?"
"I...I kinda thought it would help stop the pain. And ice does help with burns so...what's the big deal?" she asked sheepishly.
"Ice works in small amounts, NOT when it's used to turn my hand into a popsicle! And for all we know, you gave me frost burn!"
"The team attack or-"
"The actual affliction."
"Right...sorry." she said while looking away, making the faunus sigh a little in frustration.
"I'm not mad, just...annoyed. Mostly in pain, but you were trying to help me so I don't hold any hostility to you." Blake said while finally shattering the ice from her hand, which was seemingly devoid of frost burns or even the sensation of cold. "But try to use common sense next time."
"Hey, Schnees have a lot of common sense!"
"..."
"Ok, some do." Weiss huffed while shaking her head. "And I'll try not to do anything rash next time."
The cat faunus nodded before noticing Weiss turning on the water again, her ears drooping downwards in anger.
"And this time I'll use cold tap water as a life-line. That ring didn't seem to get any warmer so I need to double check it, just in case." she said before turning around, only to see Blake perched right above her in the left most corner of the room, glaring at her with widened pupils and a snarling 'grin' on her face. "Blake?"
"HISSSSSSS!"
"Hey! Get do-"
"GRRRRRRRRRRR!" the faunus growled, making the heiress' eyes dilate inwards and stepped backwards in fear.
"Um...I...I think I heard Ruby calling...um...LATER!" she said before running off, leaving a very pissed off Blake growling in the now empty room. 'NEVER AGAIN!'
'...note to self, apologize for acting like my father. Ugh, sometimes I feel like I'm more panther faunus than cat faunus, especially the temper part.' Blake thought before jumping down onto the fuzzy red rug below.
Only to be captured by Ruby and Yang with...a gray fishing net.
"HEY!"
"We got her Yang!"
"Hell yeah! Now...TIME FOR MORE TESTS!" Yang yelled with a grin as she dragged her partner away, net and all, out of the room.
"Wait WHAT!?"
"I get to see if the ring can survive Nora's hammer!" Ruby grinned with joy.
"And I get to see if P-Money can let us borrow her shield." Yang chuckled as Blake tried to untangle herself from within the net itself. "Although knowing our luck, she and Vomit Boy might be on another date in Vale. Maybe even heading to a love hotel~"
"Ew! Yang!"
'NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!' Blake screamed in her mind as she was dragged away into the 'unknown'.
(Much later)
-Team RWBY's Room-
"No. More. Tests." the faunus growled while currently using her weapons to hang above her team like a bat, her eyes glaring at the three girls in frustration, anger and tiredness while her entire body was covered in soot, torn in a few places and exposed her black bra, drenched with water and had a single black eye on her left eye. "NO MORE!"
"Oh come on Blakey! We just have a few more tests!"
"NO MORE!"
"Why!?" Ruby called out while Blake hissed at her direction. "You told us you wanted to test the ring!"
"Yes, test the RING. NOT ME!" Blake snapped while pointing to her face with her right hand. "You stepped on my hand, nearly drowned me, set my hand ablaze, shot me with Gravity Dust bullets, slammed a frying pan on my hand, FIVE TIMES-"
"Sorry!" Ruby yelled in embarrassment.
"Bit my hand-"
"Again, SORRY!"
"Tried to cut my finger off, nearly crushed it with a door, bashed it with a textbook, one all about SDC HISTORY-"
"I apologized for that one ten times!" Weiss yelled with a huff.
"Buried me to my head, subjected my EARS to that HORRIBLE DOG WHISTLE NOISE-"
"How was I supposed to know you hated that!?" Yang yelled in disbelief. "I thought cats used their whiskers, not their ears, to sense stuff!"
"CATS AREN'T DEAF!" Blake screamed in pure rage. "AND DON'T FORGET THE LAST TEST...YOU PUNCHING MY EYE!"
"I was aiming for the ring, not you! And I said I was sorry!"
"Sorry doesn't cut it when I'm STILL being used like a lab rat!" she growled while snarling like an enraged predator. "I will NOT be used for another test, not now, NOT EVER!"
The three girls looked at each other with guilt in their eyes before looking back at the enraged faunus.
"Blake." Ruby said with a hint of humility in her tone. "Please come down, we...we won't do any tests on you."
"..."
"She means it." Weiss said with a heavy sigh. "We won't do it again so please come down so we can clean you up."
"..." Blake narrowed her eyes before looking at the faces of her team and...sensed their good intentions, making her guard lessen a little. "..." 'These girls, ugh. I can't stay mad at them too much.'
"Please?" Ruby asked while pouting a little, just as Blake jumped down onto the ground and pulled Gambol Shroud out of the ceiling.
"Fine, but-"
"Sneak attack!" Yang yelled before thrusting her right fist right at Blake's left hand, her sister and her partner's eyes widening in horror as her fist collided with the cold metal. 'Sorry Blake, but I have to do one last test!'
"YANG!?"
Siiisiiisiiisis-ZZZIIIZZZZZIIZ!
Blake looked down at her hand as the ring started to glow a dark purple color, the ruby gemstone turning pure tar-like black. 'Wait? What!?'
ZAP!
KABOOOOM!
"AH!" Yang cried out as a massive bolt of lightning shot out from the ring and sent her flying into a wall, a thick black cloud rising up from the ground as everyone's eyes stared at the spot with wide eyes. "Ow..."
'What did it just do!?' All four of them thought in unison as a figure coughed within the fading smoke cloud.
"Cough! Cough! What in the!? Smoke pellets, for an arsonist!?" the figure said while coughing up a storm. "Why-COUGH! Why did they have to be arsons!?"
"Um...what did Yang do?" Ruby whispered to Weiss, who was trying to shake off the surprise from her mind.
"I...I don't know, but I think it was a terrible choice on her part."
Blake quickly looked at her ring and checked the now red touch screen with confusion, only to notice that there was only one symbol on the entire 'screen' that was flashing on and off at two second intervals, in her mind that is.
That being a snarling panther head-like symbol with a single curved staff head-like right ear and a dark purple shutter-like right eye.
'Did...the ring summon something? Wait, how? It's a ring, it shouldn't be able...to do that! I understand it might be magic...or something like that but still! This isn't possible!' she thought as the smoke cloud dissipated into nothingness.
Revealing, to the surprise of the four girls, a tall fair skinned young woman with long wavy black hair that went down to her hips and was tied into two ponytails by pale white ribbons, an amber left eye, a light blue glass-like right eye with a light green shutter-like iris and small purple dots around the sides, a single black cat ear, a metallic dark black triangular cat-like 'ear' with three thick light blue lines that went through the inside of the 'ear' and seemed to blink every few seconds, a D cup chest and wide ass, long metallic onyx arms with light blue lines running down them and a semi flat diamond shaped spike attached on the wrists that pointed inward towards the shoulders, wearing a sleeveless light blue leather and silk infused coat with silver buttons, a black handkerchief with a white spear-like emblem in the left breast pocket, a black dress shirt, a dark blue tie, a light blue and white vest, light blue dress pants with silver lining and white high heeled steel-toed boots, standing right in front of them with a small speck of soot on her left cheek and seemed to smell of burnt rubber and charcoal.
In short...a version of Blake that looked like a cyborg from one of Jaune's X-Ray and Vav comics.
"Ok...that I didn't expect." Yang said while pulling herself out of the wall, her team staring blankly at the other 'Blake's' ear and arms. "Ow." 'That one smarts...and I think it broke my aura.'
"Looks like Atlas tech." Weiss muttered as her partner started to drool over the sight of the other faunus' arms. "Ruby no!"
"Ruby yes!" she said before appearing next to 'Blake's' left side and started rubbing the arm with both hands. "Titanium silver outer coating with a small hint of copper, Hard Light Dust stored cable generators, and OH MY GODS! A mini shield generator!? AWESOME!"
"Eh? What are you-HEY!" the woman yelled while Ruby started to lick her left shoulder blade like a lunatic.
"Oh! And it has a little...ew, grease." she said before seeing the 'Blake's' right hand stretch outwards and split into five massive claw-like fingers with glowing light blue energy on the undersides. "It's a transformable weapon too-"
CRUNCH!
"AYI!" Ruby cried out while getting grabbed by the claw and pulled off the woman's left arm, who gave her a very annoyed but confused look. 'That actually hurt! How much strength do these arms have!?'
"Stop, just stop." she frowned while Ruby's team reached to grab their weapons to defend their leader. "Assaulting a Specialist is punishable by twenty to fifty years imprisonment...although licking my arms was rather...gross."
"S-Sorry! I kinda do that when I see cool weapons!"
"...you are disgusting." she deadpanned before turning around and narrowed her eye at the Schnee. "YOU!"
"Eh?"
"Weiss Schnee! You are under arrest for instigating millions of arson attacks across the world, treason against the Kingdom of Atlas and the deaths of the Schnee family!" the woman yelled while throwing Ruby at Yang, sending both flying into a wall as she turned her left hand into a claw. "I, Specialist Blake Belladonna, will deliver you to the General, alive or dead! Prepare yourself, madwoman!"
'Well, this...is both funny and terrifying.' Blake thought as her counterpart's arms extended outwards like yo-yo's, 'fingers' wide open to catch the Schnee right next to her. 'But no time to think of the irony of a version of me that serves Atlas, Weiss needs to be protected!'
As the claws reached out towards the intended target.
SOOSH!
CLANK!
They were blocked by Blake's blade, having quickly jumped in the way of the attack as a shadow clone grabbed Weiss and carried her out of the room.
"Eh?….what trickery is this!?" she yelled in shock, as if she just saw a ghost. 'How...how is there a me with BOTH ARMS in front of me!?'
"I have no idea what Weiss did, this time, but I will not let you attack her without provocation." Blake frowned while pushing the claws back and pulled out her second blade. "So either desist or we will protect our teammate."
The woman frowned before the claws on her right hand reconnected and flattened back into its spike form before expelling a large light blue energy that enveloped her entire arm in a semi domed shield. "You, copycat, are under arrest for assisting the leader of a terrorist organization!"
"Shield arms! COOL!" Ruby cried out before pulling out Crescent Rose. "But that doesn't stop me from saving Weiss from you, Blake! I mean the other Blake, owie, my head."
"Yeah, no one's arresting OUR teammate, pussy act!" Yang grinned while jumping towards the alternative 'Blake', only for her right fist to be blocked by the energy shield and pushed backwards by the yo-yo like momentum of the arm itself. "WOAH!"
CRASH!
BAM!
Crashing through a wall as a result.
"You are all under arrest for assisting a terrorist!" 'Blake' frowned while using both her claws and shields to defend herself from the three students, each strike from her bladed claws ripping the floor or breaking the nearby walls and-
SMASH!
Breaking the 'bunk beds' as well.
CLANK!
BAM!
SMASH!
Claw and blade collided with each other as the Specialist slowly, and with some difficulty due to the small area, began to overpower her younger opponents, causing Team R_BY to be backed into a corner.
'Shit, this other me is tougher than I expected.' Blake thought as one of the shield arms blocked Ruby's weapon and then 'punched' the cloaked girl into a wall, breaking it in the process. 'If we don't find a way to stop her, we'll be in serious trouble. Especially when Weiss is her intended target...still, why did she think Weiss was a terrorist?'
"Desist. Now!"
"Not a chance!" Yang yelled as she jumped towards the faunus, 'guns' blazing and getting rather pissed off at being thrown across the room like a ragdoll.
BAM!
CRUNCH!
"GAH!"
"I'm tired of this game." 'Blake' frowned while holding Yang tightly in her right hand, followed by Ruby in her left after catching her in midair, her claws slowly and unintentionally breaking their aura. "You are going into separate cells, in solitary confinement for the rest of your lives!"
"AH!" both cried out as Blake quickly took aim at her counterpart's head.
'This...is going to give me a lot of therapy afterwards.' she thought before-
ZOOOOP!
SWIZZZZ!
A white glyph appeared in front of the alternative 'Blake', ice shards slowly forming from within as Weiss ran in front of her teammate.
"Wait Weiss!? Why-"
"Your shadow copy faded after a few seconds." the Schnee said while pointing her rapier at the stunned Specialist's direction. "That and I'm not going to run away like a coward. If she's trying to attack me then I will face her with the entity of a properly trained Schnee."
SLISSH!
"Now, have at-"
"Wait, how is this possible!?" 'Blake' yelled while dropping the two sisters onto the ground. "You don't have aura!"
The four girls blinked in confusion as Blake's counterpart transformed her arms back into their 'inert' state.
"Of course she has aura, she'd be out of place here in Beacon if that happened." Yang said while crossing her arms.
"Wait, this is...Beacon." she muttered before looking at Weiss. "Do you have a pension for starting small fires?"
"No. I'm not a firebug, only the cake butler was allowed to handle such tasks like starting a fire."
"...fuck."
"You might want to explain, right now." Blake said before noticing the destroyed room and felt a chill go down her spine. "Before Professor Goodwitch shows up." 'And expel us for property damage.'
"Wait, the General's wife is here!?"
"Wait wha-"
"WHAT IN HELL HAPPENED HERE!?"
'Oh no.' All five women thought at once as the sound of the Combat Instructor's scream of disbelief and rage echoed from behind the now destroyed front door, the rubble around them beginning to glow a dark purple color as they realized one tiny little thing.
They were seriously screwed.
(A little while later)
-Headmaster's Office-
Tick, tock, tick tock.
"..."
"..."
"..."
"..."
"...my apologies." the Specialist said with a humiliated look on her face as she, along with the four Beacon students, were sitting in some chairs in the currently unoccupied room, the headmaster currently discussing things with his second 'majordomo'. "I didn't mean to cause this much damage or...get into such a misunderstanding."
"It's fine." Ruby said with a light sigh. "It's not like you tried to be bad."
"Although those arms did pack a punch, literally." Yang said with a light groan. "Didn't expect them to break aura."
"Atlas science." 'Blake' said while looking at her arms with a hint of sadness. "It was a lifesaver. Even if I look like a faunus and robot's love child."
"EW!" Weiss screeched in disgust.
"Just saying." she huffed while looking at her younger counterpart, feeling...nostalgic for some reason. "So, is Adam still alive?"
"Adam?" Ruby asked while Blake shook her head in confusion.
"Yes, he's still alive and he's a bull faunus Ruby, one I knew for...a long while." she said with a heavy sigh. "Let's just leave it at that."
"Must be her boyfriend." Yang whispered to Weiss before getting elbowed in the stomach by her partner. "OW! I was kidding!"
"He and I never dated, we were...student and mentor, to an extent. And he hated humans, a lot."
"Mmmm. Well to make it blunt." 'Blake' said with a frown. "Adam is dead in my version of Remnant."
"Wait how?"
"We fought, one of us ignited a lot of Fire Dust and then boom." she said while pointing to her ear. "Big time explosion. He died instantly while I was turned into a cyborg. But I don't hate the event that took my arms away, it was...almost liberating, especially when I now use my talents to protect Atlas."
"Like a superhero?" Ruby asked innocently.
"More like a bodyguard for the 'king' of Atlas." the faunus said while her younger counterpart stared at her in bewilderment. "Yes, it would be odd of a faunus to help a Kingdom of anti faunus sentiments, but it is fulfilling to do some good in the world after what we did beforehand."
"..."
"What bad guys did you beat?" Yang asked with curiosity.
"Mmmm. There was Weiss Schnee." she said while Weiss gave her the stink eye. "No not you, I see that now. The one I'm referring to was an arsonist leader of TORCHWICK, an organization of arsonists that want to see the world burn."
"Wait? Is it named after Roman Torchwick?" Ruby asked with interest. "Because he could fit right into a bad guy organization like that."
"...who?" 'Blake' said while raising her eyebrow.
"You know, Roman Torchwick. Criminal mastermind." Yang said as she crossed her hands. "The guy that stopped the Xiongs and Vanilles."
"No, never heard of him and wait? The Vanilles were stopped?"
"Yeah, a while back."
"They are still active in Vale, the one I came from, and were led by Trivia Vanille before I imprisoned her for trying to start a crime family war with every single organization on the planet. Even the Happy Hunters."
"Happy Huntresses you mean." Weiss said with a frown. "And they aren't criminals."
"Well, they are, after the traitor Bram Thornmane decided to 'rebrand' them into a corrupt police force." 'Blake' frowned. "I had a great time ripping his throat out before he escaped."
Weiss' eyes widened in disbelief as Blake whispered into her counterpart's good ear.
"She liked Robyn Hill, a lot."
"Ah." she said before hearing the elevator doors open behind her as Ozpin stepped out with a calm smile on his face. "Headmaster Ozpin, still around even here?"
"Oh? So you know me?" he said with a teasing smirk. "And here I thought I wasn't important in Jame's world."
"The General asked you to be the best man." she said while the headmaster sat down at his desk. "But that's not why we're here after all. Is it?"
"Unfortunately, that is correct. You five really did a number on the west hall's infrastructure. Almost a few million lien down the drain." he said while the five girls groaned. "And there will be consequences for your actions, even if they were in self defense."
"Again, I apologize." 'Blake' said in embarrassment.
"I know, but apologies alone won't make the matter go away." Ozpin said while taking a sip of his hot chocolate. "So as punishment."
'Don't take away the cookies! Don't take away the cookies!'
'Don't remove Bumblebee from the school grounds! Please! I need it to drive around in style!'
'Don't tell Winter and force her to teach here! Please! I don't want her to see me as a delinquent! Wait...that might-NO! She'd punish me even more if she stayed!'
'Don't expel me! Don't send me back home! They won't be able to handle the ring's weird powers or even the idea of more 'daughters'!'
'Don't tell the General...wait, I don't go to Beacon! I don't even go to Atlas Academy anymore! Why am I getting scared-oh...right, I started the fight. Nearly forgot.'
"You will be doing missions."
"...eh?" All five girls said at once in confusion.
"What I mean is, besides our visiting Miss Belladonna, you girls will be taking missions to repay the damages to the school. You will be provided with temporary Huntsman licenses and Beacon aligned accounts for the endeavor. Any lien made during these missions will be sent to the accounts until the payment is met." Ozpin said with a calm tone. "But if you do have extra lien left over, it will be yours...just don't try to spend it all in one go."
"Wait, I thought only second years and above can do missions?" Ruby said in confusion. "Isn't that...kinda bad."
"Ruby, that was the most intelligent thing you said in weeks." Weiss said in shock as her partner pouted at her.
"I have good ideas too Weiss! I'm not a dummy!"
"Ahem." Ozpin coughed while getting the two's attention. "To answer your question Miss Rose, yes, normally that is the case, but in this instance, that little rule can be bent slightly to 'help' with your punishments. But the missions will be hand picked by me and the other staff members, we don't need you accidentally getting a mission to oh I don't know...stopping The Crown from trafficking people with powerful semblances."
"Wait WHAT?!" Team RWBY yelled in horror as Ozpin looked away to his right.
"Anyway, you are dismissed for now. And Miss Blake Belladonna the Second-"
"It's Specialist Belladonna." The faunus deadpanned as she tried to keep the chatter from her counterpart's team, who were trying to question the headmaster about the nature of The Crown and 'how to stop these motherfuckers', from overloading her senses, and failing as her single organic ear drooped to the side. 'Keep it together Blake. Don't yell at them...and don't tell them about how you defeated The Crown in your reality. We don't need them accidentally getting themselves killed, especially at their level of training. Gillian is REALLY dangerous and so is Jax, the self destructing asshole.'
"Right, Specialist Belladonna, I understand that you will be here for a short while, so give this message to your version of James for me."
"And that would be?"
Ozpin smirked while ignoring the yelling of Team RWBY in his ears, despite the fact it was rising in decibels. "Black Knight to Queen AU."
"...and the AU part?" she asked while understanding the meaning behind the words, unlike her counterpart who was still trying to grill the headmaster for answers.
"Alternative Universe."
"Ah."
"OZPIN!" the four students yelled while the headmaster turned to them.
"Sorry, but I'm afraid I can not divulge that information yet." he said with a worried smile. "It's a matter of your safety and my duty as a headmaster not to let you locate The Crown."
"Bullshit!" Yang frowned. "You don't just drop a bombshell on us and THEN attempt to hide information about it FROM us! We kinda deserve to know this!"
"She's not wrong." Blake said with a nod.
"You will learn once you're ready." Ozpin said while Specialist Blake leaned in closer to Yang's ear.
"I agree with the headmaster but if you must know, they are located in Vauco. But wait a while until you're stronger." she whispered. "They have spies everywhere. So don't mention them, talk about them or try to do anything involving them until much later."
"...fine, but if they try anything then it's on."
"Spoken like a team mom." she said before adding. "Wait, do you like me, you know, the other me?"
"How so?"
"Well, in my reality, a woman known as Yang had a crush on me after I saved her from a truck. But...she was only eight at the time." she said while Yang blinked in surprise. "And I've noticed in the battle you were eager to do most of the fighting and kept my counterpart safe. So...are you just partners or?"
"Ah, sorry. I like Blakey as a friend, not as a romantic partner. Heck, not even interested in romance yet, I want to be free and wild. The Huntress life, baby." Yang said with a smirk. "So if you were disappointed, oh well, that's just how the Yang-a-train rolls."
"...that was a terrible pun." Specialist Blake deadpanned as Yang felt her right eye twitch a little. 'Even worse than Harriet's burns. Ugh, that woman has a tongue of fire.'
"You can go now." the headmaster said while sipping his hot chocolate. 'Needs a little more whipped cream.'
The five women stood up, the two humans still looking annoyed about the headmaster's words but understanding the idea of keeping them safe, and turned towards the elevator.
However as Yang was about to press the nearby buttons, she saw Specialist Blake reaching her right clawed hand towards the down button.
"Are you sure those claws are safe to use?" Weiss asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Relax Weiss, those are titanium silver claws. She can handle a door with her dexterity and-"
SMASH!
CRUNCH!
"...grace." Ruby said in shock as the right index claw became embedded within the wall, wires and cables slowly pulled outwards like spaghetti as the cybernetic faunus turned around sheepishly.
"...I kinda forgot to mention this...but I have no control over my...prosthetic arm's strength. So...I kinda needed someone to help me do 'normal' things like using an elevator and changing clothes." she chuckled nervously while seeing her counterpart facepalming at her. 'Damn phantom muscle memory!'
"You gotta be kidding me!" Weiss screamed in frustration. "You just locked us up here!"
"...hehe~" Specialist Blake giggled 'cutely' while sticking her tongue out.
"You absolute airheaded MORON!"
"I must remind you that any damages, either from you or anyone summoned by Miss Belladonna, will be added to the overall bill you need to pay." Ozpin said flatly as Team RWBY groaned in frustration.
"I can fix it!" The alternative Blake yelled before accidentally slicing the elevator doors into five pieces, sending them falling to the ground below.
CRASH!
BOOOOOOOM!
And causing the elevator cable to be sliced, resulting in a very loud collision in the process.
"STOP DESTROYING STUFF!" the Schnee screamed in rage.
"Sorry!"
'I should tell them about the stairs.' the headmaster thought while watching Team RWBY's 'little' 'spat', the Silver Eyes trying to prevent an all out brawl between the Schnee heiress and the alternative Belladonna. 'Then again, this is good entertainment...yeah, I'll wait until after the 'show'.'
(Sometime later)
-East Wing, Spare Room 451, Temporary Team RWBY 'HQ'-
"Wait...why aren't you vanishing yet!?" Blake yelled at her counterpart as she helped, with some restraint and patience, place the last of her team's stuff, placed into cardboard boxes for their own safety, on the ground.
"Eh?"
"She means that you were supposed to fade away like mist after an hour." Yang said while helping her sister place the final bunk bed on Weiss' bed, who was currently trying to separate her stuff from Ruby's. "But it's been ten hours now."
"Huh, I have no idea myself. But this wouldn't be the weirdest day of my life nor the craziest either." 'Blake' said with a shrug.
"And what was the weirdest?" Ruby asked while pulling out her fairy tale books from a box and quickly placing them in the adjacent bookshelf.
"Taking out an entire gang of weapon smugglers, called the Sleg Lugh Gang, while intoxicated with Silver Vine laced beer." she said with a light blush as her counterpart was staring with shock at her ring, realizing very quickly the ring was overtaken with an onyx hue. "It was a success but to this day I have no idea HOW I defeated them. Well...except for one detail, but that's way above your age range."
"I'm fifteen! I can handle it!"
'I didn't truly realize it but...the ring isn't changing back to normal. Yet it's been eleven hours now.' she thought while Specialist Blake walked over to the young team leader and whispered something into her ear, causing her eyes to widen and her face to turn even brighter than her own cloak. 'Usually I have at least one red side to use...mmm, maybe it has something to do with Yang's sudden attack on me?'
"FILTH! SUPER DUPER MEGA LEVEL FILTHY!" Ruby screamed in disgust while backing away from the cyber-faunus.
"I told you it wasn't safe to learn."
"FILTH!"
"Yang. Weiss." Blake said while pulling her and Weiss towards a corner of the room. "I think the reason why she's not going back is because of Yang's sudden attack earlier."
"What does that mean?" the 'Y' of Team RWBY asked with a raised eyebrow. "I wasn't going to hurt you."
The faunus deadpanned at her while pointing to her still healing black eye. "Did you forget the tests?"
"Oh...right, but still it wouldn't be THAT bad. I was really holding back that time."
"Yet look what happened." she deadpanned. "We nearly got killed by a version of me with Hard Light Dust powered prosthetic arms."
"Which I must admit, it was a good way to use Hard Light Dust." Weiss admitted with a smile. "Kinda makes me want to try using that Dust myself. Maybe make Glyph platforms that last longer."
"If you ignore the 'aura shattering' claws and the whole 'Weiss is an arsonist' part."
"Not helping Xiao Long."
"Anyway." Blake said while Specialist Blake was busy trying to calm down Ruby, with some issues as the girl kept on throwing books at her while screaming 'FILTHY' at the top of her lungs. "I think the ring...can sense when the user is truly in danger."
"It's a ring. How-"
"It can summon other versions of me, if it can do that then it's possible for it to sense someone's intentions." Blake interrupted the Schnee, feeling slightly satisfied at the girl's inability to retort. "And when Yang punched the ring, it decided to summon a version of me that can deal with the threat for a certain amount of time."
"But what about the other times we...um...tested dangerous stuff on you?" Yang asked sheepishly, knowing that the team kinda went overboard on testing the ring's durability.
"I think that didn't count because I knew it wasn't life threatening or, at the very least, knew you wouldn't try and hurt me and/or kill me." Blake said while rubbing her chin. "Like it doesn't react to friends or allies doing dangerous but not life threatening stuff...yet it knew to react to Yang's unexpected and unprovoked attack."
"...that ring is really confusing." Yang said while turning towards her sister's direction, seeing the Specialist trying to calm the teenager down a little. "Like really brain fucking."
"You have no idea."
"FILTH! FILTH!" Ruby yelled while throwing Weiss' clothes at the cyber-faunus, who looked more annoyed than anything at the ridiculousness. "FILTH!"
"Can you stop overreacting? Please?"
"I'M NOT OVERREACTING YOU FILTHY DOO-DOO HEAD!" Ruby yelled before throwing some of Weiss' high heels at the woman, making the Schnee cry out in anger.
"HEY! Knock it off and HANDS OFF MY HUNDRED LIEN HEELS!" she yelled while running towards Ruby, only to get hit by a heel to the head. "OW!"
"Ha, would've been funnier with a boot." Yang snickered while Blake facepalmed.
'This...this is giving me a headache.' Blake thought to herself as her counterpart walked away and towards the door. 'And I doubt this will be the end of my headaches going forward.'
"I'm going to get some fresh air...and away from the firebug and overreactor." Specialist Blake said before Yang opened the door for her. "Thanks."
"Any time." the blonde said before-
CLANK!
CLUNK!
The faunus got herself stuck in between the door frame via her...cybernetic arms, making Yang and her partner groan in frustration in the process.
"Um...a little help?"
CLUNK!
CLUNK!
CRACK!
"More like a lot of help?" 'Blake' said sheepishly while trying to struggle out of her 'prison', the two partners taking a deep heavy sigh of anger and frustration as the screen faded to black around them.
'Gods damn it Blake/Me!'

Bio: In this timeline, in a reality where Roman Torhwick was never born, during Blake Belladonna's time in the White Fang, Sienna Khan would grant both Blake and Adam Taurus a mission that would alter the timeline in an unexpected way. The mission? To raid a Schnee Dust Company storage unit outside Mantle's borders to obtain the large and uncut Dust Crystals for the White Fang's goals. However, Sienna explicitly told the duo NOT to kill anyone in the facility and just leave them tied up and unharmed...yet when the two arrived in the area, Adam chose to ignore those orders to slaughter every SDC employees, both humans and faunus, wanting to use the carnage to turn the victims into a martyr for his cause and to force his 'vision' of a 'peaceful world' for the faunus only...aka a world where the faunus were the rulers of a subjugated humanity. Horrified and disgusted by Adam's actions, Blake confronted the bull faunus and, during the battle, both would accidentally ignite an entire warehouse full of Fire Dust, about a few 'metric fucktons' to be exact, and leveled the entire area as Adam was turned into a chunk of carbon from the explosion, ending his plans before they could manifest. But...unfortunately for Blake, while she did survive the initial explosion, she had her aura shattered and...had both of her arms and half of her right side carbonized, leaving her on the cusps of death had Piedro Polindina, having heard the explosion during a walk in Mantle and went to see what happened, didn't find her and brought her back to his shop, using his skills to attempt a prosthesis surgery on the spot. The only problem was that he couldn't grant the faunus any synthetic skin to mask the prosthetics due to having none at the time and couldn't acquire any before General Ironwood appeared and, realizing Blake was a member of the White Fang, attempted to arrest the girl on the spot, only to learn of her part in trying to prevent Adam's massacre from escalating and gave her an ultimatum, either be sentenced to the maximum 60 to 100 years in an Atlasian prison for her affiliation with a terrorist movement or join the Atlasian Military as his personal guard. Feeling as if this opportunity would help atone for her past actions and could help the faunus gain a better future through cooperation, Blake accepted and, after gaining a reinforced cybernetic right eye capable of seeing infrared and sonar waves, a cybernetic right ear that can pick up radio waves from different frequencies, and powerful prosthetic arms fitted with oversized razor sharp claws that can transform into giant shields and extend its claws outwards like yo-yos over long distances, defected completely from the White Fang as she was trained in the Specialist branch of the Atlasian Military, slowly becoming the most dangerous foe to Atlas' many enemies. However, despite this new occupation, Blake would still have trouble adjusting to her new life as, due to the prosthetic arms, she is unable to use weapons, activate machinery or even touch others without hurting them, ripping them off their foundations or breaking them with her newly imbued strength, which she is still unable to control, forcing her to refrain from touching and having to use the help of a fellow Specialist or secretary assigned to her to even do basic tasks like opening doors. Still, she is a valuable ally to Atlas and, in time, would help prevent several organizations and catastrophes from overtaking the world, such as fending off the actions of TORCHWICK, an organization of arsonists led by Weiss Schnee, who became obsessed with fire after accidentally lighting the Schnee Manor with a candle as a child and killing everyone inside as a result, that strives to burn the world for the 'crimes' of existing, preventing Trivia Vanille, head of the Vanille crime family after she killed her parents during a mental breakdown, from igniting a crime family war between them, the Spider, The Crown and the Happy Huntresses/Hunters, a notorious Mantleian terrorist organization that was once dedicated to helping Mantle before it was taken over by former Ace-Ops candidate Bram Thornmane and rebranded into a corrupt 'police' force, arresting the Branwen Tribe and preventing an international incident at the Vytal Festival by killing Emerald Fall, a version of Emerald that took Amber's Fall Maiden powers instead of Cinder due to said woman never existing in the first place, before she could blow up Amity Colosseum...however, looming in the future of this timeline, one that may or may not happen due to Blake's actions, is the start of a Faunus War that will decide the fate of all and will be the final battleground for both humans and faunus alike...not if Blake Belladonna as anything to say about it.
