Chapter 5: Winx Vs Students Part 2

We'll cut to the point of the students regrouping at base. With those who are still running around the training ground.

"Okay. Does anyone have a plan?" asked Sato, as he took a seat. While Toru grabbed Aoyama by the cape of his costume and proceeded to beat him up a bit. For nearly hitting her in the butt with his Naval Laser. "Because our previous plan failed." As he punched the ground. While Toru knocked Aoyama over his head and into a tree. Which fell on him after he hit the tree. "What happened to you?" Surprised to see Aoyama looking cartoonishly beaten up and flattened against the tree.

"Let's just say that Toru was voicing her opinion. After Stella reflected my Navel Laser with a mirror, which almost hit her in the butt." He said, before a rock hit him on the head knocking him out. While Toru started apologizing for hitting him.

"Ok, then?" Said Sato, with a sweat drop.

"Ok from what we've been able to gather." Said Momo, having everyone focus their attention on her. "We know that Bloom's abilities revolve around fire. Stella's involves light. While Flora's is plants and Aisha's is a pink goo-like substance, that is very flexible…"

"It's called Morphix." Said Kirishima, as he and Tetsutetsu started to regain consciousness.

"Right? Morphix." Said Momo, continuing where she left off. "So that leaves the question. What are Musa and Tecna's abilities?" Causing many to shrug their shoulders at the question.

"Not to mention. Bloom used a transformation called Sirenix to help her escape from us." Said Jirou, narrowing her eyes. "So, it's safe to assume. That at some point they may start using their other transformations to level the playing field a bit." Causing everyone to start thinking on ways to win the match.

(Meanwhile with the Winx.)

We currently find them having regrouped and coming up with a plan. They agreed to use their Believix for the rest of the match to at least level the playing field a little. And got ready to continue the match.

"Looks like things are going to begin heating up." Said Present Mic, from the observation deck. He got a nod from Aizawa.

'I wonder. How the battle between Izumi and Bakugou is going to begin." Thought Aizawa, as he continued to look at the monitors. "Because this fight may be one of the more interesting ones." As he narrowed his eyes.

(With Bakugou)

Bakugou had finally lost his patient. "Come out, Izumi! You useless Deku!" He yelled, causing everyone listening or watching to sweat drop. While Inko began to cry on the way, Izumi's childhood friend called her. "Because I'm going to show you just how powerless you are! Even if you have new powers!"

"Will you just shut up already? You're embarrassing yourself at this point." Said Izumi, as she landed right behind him. Before transforming out of her Enchantix. "Because I've been following you the whole time" Causing Bakugou to grin. While Izumi locked and loaded Fire Dragon Slayer Magic and a Fire Bending Quirk. Before getting ready for Bakugou's first move.

Then Bakugou charged at her and brought his arm forward, getting his quirk ready. While Izumi did the same with her left. But as a fist. As the 2 collided, they created an even bigger explosion. Which sent out shockwaves from their collision and began a small fire in process.

Which caused all of the students and the Winx to jump at the sound. While in the observation deck to gasp as Izumi's and Bakugou's fight began.

From where the Winx are. "I guess. Izumi has begun her battle with Bakugou." Said Aisha, from where the Winx were. "And she's certainly starting it off with a bang."

Only for Flora to gain a look of concern, as if she felt that the fight between Izumi and Bakugou were going to start a fire. Which made the rest of Winx gain a look of concern from the look on Flora's face. Because Izumi and Bakugou's fight may go overboard. So, they agreed to keep an eye on the fire in case it got out of control.

"Are we under another villain attack?" yelled Mineta, panicking and running around in circles. Only to have a random crate dropped on him from out of nowhere. Causing the students sweat to drop at what happened to Mineta.

"It's most likely Bakugou losing, finally losing it. Or he and Izumi have begun their fight." Said Momo, calculating who Bakugou might be fighting. "Though it may be safe to assume. That he found Izumi." Getting a nod from everyone else.

Back with Izumi and Bakugou.

Bakugou was charging at Izumi and readying another explosion. Only for Izumi using her left leg to rotate 90 degrees clockwise and sliding her right leg along the ground to avoid the explosion. Followed by her grabbing his arm, and letting his momentum continue carrying. Which caused him to stumble, followed by him suddenly finding being flipped over her shoulder and onto the ground. Causing him groan in a bit of pain, from having his right arm grabbed and then judo flipped over her shoulder.

As he was getting up. Izumi appeared right in front of him and proceeded to thrust her arm into his chest. Causing him to lose his breath for a bit.

When he recovered, he was about to launch another at her. Only for her to charge at him, do a front flip, grab his shoulders and launch him into a tree. Causing him to struggle to get up for a bit and glare at her. Which she returns, with a hand motion, that tells him to bring it.

While everyone in the observation deck were watching the match. Aizawa was currently thinking, (is this really the same student? That got last in the Quirk Apprehension Test and constantly broke her limbs trying to use her Quirk."

"HAHAHAHA. She's doing a better job than you did, when I first started training you." Said Gran Torino, mocking Toshi. Causing Toshi to go to a corner and mope.

"Gran Torino. was it? I don't think she's actively using Quirk. I think she's only Quirks and Magic. That actively gives her a boost in fire defense." Said Riven, causing Gran Torino to take a second look. "What she's doing is humiliating him. By playing on his ego and forcing him to get even more worked up over the fact. That she's able to hit him but he can't hit her in the process." When Gran Torino heard this, it effectively made him very quiet. While impressing the rest of the U.A. staff at the same time.

"That's a very good observation, Riven." Said Prof Saladin, from his chair. Who was very impressed with the way Izumi was fighting Bakugou. As she just delivered a palm thrust. Before back flipping out of the range of his explosions, in case he set one off.

"Thank you, Prof Saladin. Not to mention this fight between her and Bakugou. Is about her facing the last of her demons from the past." Said Riven, from where he was leaning on the wall.

"You're right, Riven. Alfea was a much more positive environment and a positive influence on her." Said Helia, walking up to him. "In fact, when Flora told me her backstory. I was appalled to learn about the abuse her elementary and middle school put her through. Along with allowing Bakugou, the students and the teachers to get away with what they did." Making the Heroes and Teachers almost gain the feeling of wanting to hurl at what they just heard. Along with causing Inko to pass out in her chair from hearing this. Which caused the pixies to try and wake her up. While Aizawa gave Nezu a look, that said they have an investigation to do after this. Who got a nod in return.

"I can fairly say that U.A. had a real diamond in the rough this year. And they didn't even realize it." Said Brandon, walking up to his 2 teammates. "Unfortunately, why did they think it was a good idea? To stick a girl who had been bullied, with an extremely strict teacher. I'll never understand at all." Causing the teachers to look at each other, with sheepish looks. For not realizing this information sooner. And Recovery Girl gave them the death glare for sticking a bullied student with a super strict and intimidating teacher.

"I still have to thank her for sitting down with me. And just listening to me vent, during their second year at Alfea." Said Riven, remembering to thank her for just being there to listen and try to give advice. "She once told me that the greatest way to be a hero. Is to just sit down, listen and help them through their problems.

"Not to mention. She defended Gardenia by herself, 2 times. While the Winx went to stop 2 major fairies. Diana and Aurora." Said Sky, from his seat. Watching the match. "Also, she was able to get my parents to finally get Diaspro off my back. By providing enough evidence to find her guilty of a number of crimes against my family and other things. And I'm still wondering how to thank her."

"That and All Might here. Gave her enough work as this world's guardian fairy. To keep her busy running damage control for the next few decades. Maybe even for the next century." Said Zing, floating by on an inflatable floating raft with Izumi's fairy pet lounging on it as well. While Toshi began thinking on how he screwed up in the first place. "That or her fight with Bakugou is what's needed to set the gears into motion for the next set of events." Then said that it might also involve the fact that Izumi was called to the Pixie Village by the Tree of Life. To tell her about the role she is going to play in saving her own home world from a very dark fate. Before saying that she and the Winx were also there to begin prepping the world for the arrival of magic. Which caused the U.A. staff and the Pro Heroes to shudder at the thought of having the fate of the world placed on the shoulders of one person. Nezu was beginning to twitch up a storm at the info that was just dropped on them. And began to become pale with the information that was given to them.

Then Recovery Girl asked, what is a Guardian Fairy? Miss Faragonda proceeded to answer her. By explaining that a guardian fairy is a fairy that protects her home world from evil and destruction. Which ended up with the Pro Heroes becoming pale and gulping at the info. Since Izumi has to watch the entire world and might have the power to expose a lot of people to crimes that they have committed. While Toshi and Gran Torino began thinking about whether or not Izumi was ready to face him. Before they decide to turn their attention back to the match.

Where we currently find Bakugou currently breathing heavily and with a look of clear irritation on his face. While Izumi doesn't even look barely winded from the way she was fighting.

Bakugou got up and placed his hand on the trigger for one of his gauntlets. "Let's see if you can dodge this." He yelled, and pulled the trigger. Letting a massive explosion be launched from his gauntlet.

"I'm not impressed." Said Izumi, as the explosion enveloped her. Causing everyone to start panicking at what happened to Izumi. Inko, who had finally just regained consciousness, only to faint again at the scene in front of her.

Only to then gain a look of surprise. As Izumi proceeded to split the flames of the explosion, using her hands and arms. Before making the fire form a ring of fire around her. Before bringing it down in front of her. Causing it to extend like a whip and causing the flames to super heat the ground. Leaving a 2-foot wide and a foot deep, that extended to where it was 2 feet from where Bakugou was with his arms extended.

This move from Izumi had left everyone gaping at the beauty and power that she had. Even Aizawa was awake and gaping at the move. Bakugou was in shock, not only was his move countered again. But this time it was done in a way that no one had expected.

While Izumi waited for Bakugou to recover from her last move. She decided to poke a little fun at him and pretend to not take him seriously. By busting out a sandwich and eating it in front of him. Just to show that she wasn't taking him seriously. While she did this, Miss Griffin started cracking up at what Izumi was doing. While everyone else gained a look of (you have got to be kidding me.). While Nezu was one of the few, who got the joke.

When Bakugou recovered he was greeted by the sight of Izumi eating a sandwich right in front of him. Which ended up irritating him even more. That he launched an explosion at her. Which she used to cook her sandwich. Then proceeded to continue eating it. While evading his attempts to attack her.

"Come on, Deku. Take this seriously, you loser!" Yelled Bakugou, at her. Who just raised an eyebrow at him.

"Why should I take you seriously? Hm?" asked Izumi, with an unimpressed tone, as she landed on a branch. "This entire fight. Is that I've been playing you." Hearing this, Bakugou almost lost it. "It's a fighting style I saw on a TV show. It's where you let the opponent waste their energy fighting. While I do not throw a punch. And strike when the person has an opening." She added with a smile. Which just irritated Bakugou even more. Now that he realized that he was being used. "(That's it Bakugou. Keep getting worked up. Then we'll clash and set the next round of events needed to start changing the future into motion.)" Thought Izumi, seeing him getting more and more worked up.

In the observation deck, you can swear that the floor was going to be needing repair work. After the revelation of the fighting Style that Izumi had been using was revealed. After the shock had left many people with their jaws leave dents in the floor. Ms. Griffin was laughing at the show Izumi was putting on. While Gran Torino was eyeing the fighting style Izumi had been using against Bakugou. Sir Nighteye was downright impressed with the fighting style she was using. Perhaps she could help him learn it, since he wondered if it'll work with his Quirk.

Bakugou charged at Izumi, clearly irritated that Izumi hadn't been taking seriously. While Izumi continued evading, dodging and weaving around his attacks. Occasional getting in hits, while avoiding any attacks. She was hit a few times, but either she bended the fire from the explosion away from her or walked right through it. One time she even used her arm to divert and push away Bakugou's arm and the explosion. While bracing for herself for the explosion at the same time. Which irritated him even more.

(Half an hour later)

And After tossing Bakugou around for like the 25th time. "What do you say we will finish this?" asked Izumi, as she prepared an attack. Hoping Bakugou would take the bait. Because while they were clashing, she took note of the fire that was growing around the 2.

"Couldn't have said it better myself." Said Bakugou, getting up and started charging at Izumi. Preparing to pull the trigger on his other gauntlet hoping to get her with a point-blank explosion.

Just as the 2 got close enough to where they were only a foot apart. Bakugou pulled the trigger on his gauntlet. As the 2 attacks collided, they caused a magically charged shockwave. That spread throughout the entire training ground, save for the observation room. While launching the 2 into trees, knocking them unconscious. Along with igniting the whole area around the 2.

Sorry for the shorter than normal Chapter. I thought I should end it on a cliffhanger. So that I can make the next part way better to wrap up the Winx vs Students Arc.
