A/N: Fun Fact: Luz is inspired by Heimdall from God of War at least in terms of design hence her glowing purple eyes. Luckily she's not an asshole like him LoL.

It's a major reason why her wand is designed like a horn. The old design with a lantern was mostly because I couldn't come up with anything at the time hehe.

Anyways on with the chapter

Luz Butterfly has always been aware that she was seen as...different from her family.

Or as some of the more foul mouthed people prefer to call her when they think she couldn't hear them.

Weirdo...

Freak...

Idiot...

Disappointment...

Creepy ass Doll maker...

She never really let their words bother her. She was used to it.

All that really mattered to her were her dolls. At least they don't push her around or hurt her feelings.

She glances at the dozens of dolls and puppets in her room. To most they were just creepy things that were nothing more than toys meant to entertain an equally creepy child. But to Luz? They were her dear friends, whom she carefully crafted with their own individual traits that no two of her creations are ever the same that she even gave them names.

Luz lets out a hum as she put the finishing touches on her latest doll who was still missing a name.

She never gets to think of one as a knock from the door interrupted her thoughts.

With a sigh she walks towards the door and opens it to see the family servant, Manfred standing before her.

She tilts her head at him.

"Princess Luz, the queen has requested your presence in the throne room"

Luz simply gives a small nod and unfortunately the man didn't left and instead was waiting for her.

Fuck

She wanted to tell this man to go away but she never really liked talking people. She usually just leaves the talking to her best friend Zulu.

Speaking of Zulu...

Her number 1 doll was currently in her glass case, unmoving.

She moves to pick her up but was interrupted when Manfred spoke up.

"The queen also said that you are not to bring any of your...toys."

The man was uneasy at the mention of her "toys"

Luz narrowed her eyes at him before letting out a sigh

"Ok" She muttered. Might as well get it over with.

Manfred gestures for her to follow and she did.

She wonders why her mother wants to see her.

"What. Occasion?" She asked

Manfred seemed to be surprised by her question for a brief moment "Princess, have you forgotten? Today is your wand receiving ceremony"

"Oh"

Well that explains a lot. No wonder there were a lot of people running around earlier. They were preparing the ceremony.

To be perfectly honest she doesn't even want the wand. Mostly the responsibilities that came with it. Though she can't help but imagine all the cool things she could do with it.

Like actually make her puppets alive...

The responsibilities though? She didn't want it. Hell people didn't even think she deserve it when mother had announced

all those years that she would inherit it.

But it's not like she could do anything to convince mother not to pass it to her. Her older siblings already gave it up and with her as the fourth and youngest she doesn't have a say.

She could only let out a defeated sigh as she and Manfred made their way to the throne room.

Luz could only stand in silent embarrassment as she watched the chaos before her.

The guests at her wand receiving ceremony were all screaming in terror as the snakes that she had accidentally summoned attacked them.

Oh how could it have ended up like this? She just wanted to show everyone that she wasn't a screw up. That she wasn't just some weird doll maker. That she could live up to the family legacy.

But of course she had to screw it up once again.

A resentful part of her was angry. This wouldn't have happened if the wand was instead inherited by one of her older siblings but of course none of them wanted it and now the responsibility was passed down to her while they're left free to do whatever they want

She has heard how some nobles and even members of her own family like Aunt Etheria have whispered how she wasn't worthy of inheriting the wand but she didn't even want it in the first place!

She wished that Zulu was here but alas she wasn't allowed to bring her to the ceremony. Her best friend could have prevented this. Any of her dolls could have prevented this...

She raised the wand in an attempt to fix her mistake but before she could do anything there was a snap and the snakes disappeared.

She looked for the source and saw that it came from her mother who had a disappointed look on her face...

She would be hurt by it if she wasn't so used to it already.

Her mother orders everyone to leave the room.

She didn't need to use her foresight to know where this was going so she didn't even move as the others left the room leaving her and her mother alone in the throne room.

This was just another normal day for her.

If Willow had to describe the beginning of their walk, it would be surprisingly normal. She spoke almost like a salesmen, and Luz and Zulu listened with avid attention. She talked about the popular places such as the non boiling beach, the library, the bazaar and many more things she thought Luz would need to know.

As they continued the tour there was a moment where Luz brushed her hair and revealed that she had round ears much to Willow's surprise.

When asked if she was actually a human Luz, well more like Zulu, started to talk about their home and about themselves.

Apparently, Luz is the Crown Princess to the dimension of Mewni and that she was actually a Mewman rather than a human. A few days ago, she had inherited her family's heirloom, the Royal Magic Wand. Anyone using it could perform unheard feats of magical skill which was the horn that Luz had bruised her arm for earlier. Willow had forgiven her for that mostly because Luz actually seemed regretful of it.

Zulu then explained that the reason they were in the Demon Realm was due to how its species was known to use magic. Her mother thought that made it an ideal place for Luz to practice with her wand without destroying everything and hopefully get to learn some tips and tricks from the locals.

"Wait wait wait. So you accidentally summoned a bunch of snakes after you got the wand?" Willow asked Zulu and Luz. On the outside she was taking it all in stride but inside Willow was mind-blown by all this new information. Luz is a princess!?

"Yeah, but it was a complete accident on Luz's part but it still got us in trouble enough to be sent away" Zulu answers amused while Luz had embarrassed look on her face. "Well, The Demon realm is still a lot better than St. Olga's," Zulu said as Luz quickly shuddered at the mention of that name.

"St Olga's?" Willow repeated in a questioning tone.

"Well St. Olg-" Zulu began to explain but was interrupted when a cloaked figure suddenly bumped into Luz who stumbled back at the contact before falling on her butt.

"Hey watch it you dumbass!" Zulu exclaimed at the figure who didn't even look back and just kept walking away "Fucking bastard" the doll muttered

"Luz! Are you ok?" Willow said worriedly as she helped Luz back on her feet.

Zulu looked over Luz for a moment "Yeah I think she's fine. I swear when I get my hands on that idiot that bumped into her..." the doll growled which made Willow take a step back from the two.

"You know what how about I show you guys where I live? We've already seen enough of town for today" Willow laughed nervously, trying to calm down Zulu

All of a sudden Luz who for some reason seemed like she lost all color from her face, lets out a gasp as she frantically reached for something behind her back.

"Wand. Gone!" Luz whisper shouted just barely enough for both Zulu and Willow to hear who both got a look of disbelief.

Willow herself noticed that Luz's voice sounded like she wasn't used to talking due to how non fluid it was.

"What?! Wasn't it on your belt just a few seconds ago?" Zulu questioned in disbelief before she and Luz began to look around frantically for said wand.

Willow also did the same before spotting in the distance the very same cloaked figure that bumped into Luz earlier seemingly holding what appeared to be the wand in their hand

"Over there!" Willow pointed immediately to inform her companions

Luz and Zulu immediately turned to the direction Willow pointed to at and saw the figure holding her wand.

"You!!!" Zulu upon noticing also pointed at the cloaked figure who seemed to have now noticed them jumped at her angry voice "Give us back that fucking wand!"

Some of the bystanders also seemed to notice this judging by the surprised look on their faces. At this point a crowd was beginning to form around them and the cloaked figure who seemed to be looking around nervously.

Before anyone could do anything though the cloaked figure immediately booked it through the crowd.

"Hey!" Zulu shouted at the figure as they began running away at surprisingly fast pace. "Get back here with that- After them you two" the doll said to Luz and Willow who nodded before running after the thief.

Much to Willow's surprise though, Luz was a lot more athletic than she expected having expected her to be more frail due to how shy she was but regardless she couldn't help but be impressed with how agile the girl was as they easily side step and dodged people who were in the away and even started to catch up to the thief.

'Woah. I need to get her workout plan' Willow whistles impressed having just seen Luz casually leaped over two demons carrying a mirror through the road.

"Watch it!"

"Sorry!" Willow apologized to them as she immediately increased her pace to catch up to Luz and Zulu but found it very difficult to do so.

Unfortunately it didn't take long for Willow to lose sight of Luz and Zulu

"Oh no..."

Meanwhile...

Number five slithered away as fast her tail can take her.

When a random witch pointed at her she had been surprise but did not run as she didn't want to come off as suspicious.

But when the girl holding a doll suddenly yelled at her before giving chase, she had no choice but to run away immediately.

She looked back for a moment and much to her horror that girl was still chasing her with an angry look on their face.

Oh Titan why were they chasing her? She didn't even do any-

She looked down at the horn in her hand. Was this what they were after?

Without wasting anytime as soon as she turned a corner she threw the horn at a garbage can. Hoping that it would finally make the girl and her weird doll to stop running after her.

She was not going back. Never again

Unknown to them. A tiny brown owl who was carrying a sack filled with items noticed the horn she threw and promptly added it into the sack.

"Damn it we lost them" Zulu cursed out loud as she and Luz looked around for the thief. When the thief turned a corner they had immediately followed but the moment they turned as well they realized that they had lost them much to Zulu's annoyance.

Luz seemed to look around for moment before she had a look of realization on her face "Willow. Gone" she said quietly

Zulu just gave a shrug "Huh? Eh she'll catch up. It's more important that we get the wand first cause you know mother will not be happy if she finds out we lost that stupid thing on our first day here"

Luz couldn't help but shudder at the image of her mother being angry with her before sending her off to St. Olga. She had to resist the urge to scream in terror.

As much as she felt bad about leaving Willow behind, the horn was wand too important to lose.

The two of them then continued their search but it didn't take long for them to spot what they were looking for.

It was the wand...except it was in a sack being carried away by...an owl?

"Hey!" Zulu exclaimed as the owl suddenly started hopping away "After that owl, Luz!"

Luz gave a nod before immediately chasing after said Owl who then crawled through the covers of a tent.

Luz and Zulu also followed by climbing underneath the tenth to follow the owl but immediately stopped when they noticed the area they were around in was filled to the brim with all sorts of weird things. "Whoa, where the heck did we wind up now?" Zulu asked while Luz gave a shrug

"So many. Toys" Luz muttered before picking up a weird looking doll. She looked over the doll with a look of sympathy due to how damaged it was.

"You gonna add that guy to our little family?" Zulu asked Luz who in response just gave a nod before putting the doll away in her bottomless pouch on her belt.

The two then suddenly heard a voice from outside and quietly moved towards it, peaking past the tent cover to see a woman with a red scarf with white polka dots wrapped around her head standing in front of a table.

Finally, you're back!" the woman said to the little owl as it took flight and landed on top of the woman's staff, standing still as the woman started twisting it around until the owl suddenly became a wooden statue.

Zulu let out a gasp, but Luz immediately covers her mouth with her hand to avoid getting caught by the mystery woman who was now going through the sack that the owl brought her.

"Now let's see what you brought me today." she said as she pulled out an magazine, a diamond ring and a shining golden chalice. "Garbage, garbage, garbage."

Luz and Zulu went slack-jawed as she watched the woman throw those items away like their were nothing before they pulled out what appeared springy eye glasses. The woman gasped at the sight of them before putting them on and seeing the eye spring pop out "Now, this is a treasure worth selling" the woman said victoriously

Zulu couldn't help but snicker at how silly the woman looked. However, they immediately stopped laughing when the woman took their wand out of the bag.

Luz's eyes widened when the woman began to inspect the wand.

"Luz there's our wand!" Zulu yelled to her in a whisper.

Without wasting any time, Luz ran out of the tent and grabbed her wand back while Zulu quickly said "We'll be taking that back. Eat shit you thief!"

The two then quickly jumped over the table and ran to the street. At least that was the plan as they didn't get a few steps in when they were suddenly frozen in place a golden aura surrounding them.

"What the..." Zulu managed to let out before she and Luz were levitated back to the weird woman's stand. They then found themselves face to face with said woman who was now glaring at them

"And where the hell do you think you're going? You have a lot of nerve stealing from the most powerful witch on the boiling isles" The woman said the last part proudly.

Luz was now terrified of the situation at this point but Zulu though was unfazed "Thief?! I'll have you know your little pet was the one who stole from us first! We're just taking back what's ours you old hag!" the doll then gave a look of defiance at the woman who was visibly ticked off by the old hag comment.

The two continued their stare down until the woman suddenly let out a snort which turned to full blown laughter.

Luz and Zulu could only look on with confusion at the woman.

The woman eventually calmed down before they snapped their fingers and Luz and Zulu was unfrozen.

"You two got a lot of balls, I'll give you that. Tell you what because of that alone I'll let this whole matter slide. But call me old hag again and I'll rip off your head you puppet" The woman said the last part in a serious tone.

"Whatever...old hag" Zulu said cheekily while Luz's eyes widened in horror at her friend's comment.

The woman's eye twitched at the comment but took a deep breath as if to calm herself "You two rascals got a name?"

"I'm Zulu and this is Luz" Zulu answered "And before you ask, I speak for the both of us and no I won't answer if I'm actually alive"

"Fair enough. I'm Eda Clawthorne. I'm telling you my name just so you won't call me Old Hag anymore" Eda said rather calmly but Luz can see that she was annoyed by the comment.

"Whatever. Let's go Luz" Zulu said and Luz turned to leave but was stopped when Eda spoke up.

"Wait before you go" Eda said before all of a sudden pulled out a bunch of boxes with items "Can I interest in some human treasures?"

"Human treasures?" Zulu said puzzled while Luz's eyes briefly widened for a moment. It was then that the two noticed that Eda's tent had a sign with the words "Human Collectibles" on it

The two were dumbfounded when Eda suddenly became like an old time sales person before they began pulling out even more human items that were definitely not treasures. A yellow croc shoe she said was a foot full of holes, a bar of men's gel deodorant she thought was green candy, and eventually a small portable TV that she called "a black shadow box the reflects only sadness."

"Are you for real Lady?" Zulu said unimpressed while Luz couldn't help but go through some of the boxes before her eyes landed on a box filled with all manners of dolls and toys.

"How. much" Luz whispered enough for Eda to hear.

Eda in turn had a look of glee that Luz wanted to buy something

"Ah! So you're interested in this box of human toys huh? Well it's yours for the low low price of 500 snails" Eda said with a grin

"500 snails?! That's a rip off!" Zulu exclaimed while Luz simply pulled out her wallet and got the money(provided by their mom) and gave it to the Owl Lady "Pleasure doing business with you brats"

Zulu couldn't help but growl "You're lucky that's pretty much spare change for us. Come on Luz lets get out of here"

Luz gave a small nod before picking up the box of toys she just bought. She couldn't help but let out a pleased hum at the purchase just as she and Zulu left Eda's stand.

When they were a good distance away they suddenly heard yelling from Eda's stand. They looked back for a moment and saw Eda arguing with what looked like a guard. The two yelled at each other before eventually Eda simply pulled out her staff and smacked the guard's face with it to knock them out. The old hag then casted a spell to turn her tent into a small sack and flew off on her staff with a laugh.

"I tell you Luz that old hag probably have a few screws lose. Good thing we already left otherwise she probably would have dragged us into some crazy adventure like breaking into a prison" Zulu ranted while Luz simply gave a shrug as the two of them watched Eda fly off before they themselves decided to leave.

Unknown to the two, what appeared to be a humanoid frog was watching them through a pair of binoculars. The frog man laughs to himself before pulling out a scissor and opening a portal with before entering through said portal.

Somewhere on Mewni

The same portal from before opened from which the frog man stepped out. He was now in what appeared to be the main hall of a dark, menacing-looking Castle deep within the territory of one of Mewni's other inhabitants, the Monsters. The frog-man then stepped forward towards the large throne in the center of the hall, raising both his fists in salute to his master.

"Ludo, Master, I have news," The Frog-Monsters stated in a thick Russian accent. "I have located youngest Princess of Mewni. They are hiding her in The Demon Realm... unguarded."

From the throne, a dark cackle could be heard from his master before he finally turned around to reveal himself. Instead of Ludo being a large fearsome monster he was in fact a pretty short kappa monster wearing a skull hat.

"Excellent work, Buff Frog. I knew that they couldn't hide that little brat from me forever. Without his mother or her sibling's protection, the Wand is ours for the taking! Soon, the Wand will be mine, then Mewni, and then the universe" Ludo screamed, cackling up a storm before jumping down from the mountain of pillows he lay upon.

"Prepare our soldiers. Tonight we go to Demon Realm and take the Wand for ourselves!" All the Monsters yelled and roared in support before leaving to get their weapons and supplies, leaving Ludo alone by himself.

"I'm coming for you, Luz Butterfly."

A few hours later...

Willow was doomed...

It had been a few hours and there was still no signs of Luz.

She had spent the better part of the day looking for her but to no avail.

"Principal Bump's gonna kill me" Willow said, seeing how dark it was already.

So much for being able to switch tracks now. She might as well brace herself for the inevitable expulsion for losing Luz.

With a sigh she began to makes her way home but before she could do so she noticed a crowd who cheering for someone.

"Huh? I wonder what's going on over there" She said, as she made her way over to the crowd to see what the commotion was all about

She gasps in surprise to see that it was none other than Luz and Zulu who was putting on a performance using a dancing puppet.

She couldn't help but watch in awe as she saw how fluid the puppet moved. Almost as if it was alive.

It didn't take long for the performance to end with the dancing puppet doing an adorable little bow.

The crowd applauded at the display while some threw in some snails.

"Thank you, thank you! You're applause is greatly appreciated everyone!" Zulu said out loud at the crowd who had begun to dispersed while Luz simply collected the snails using the dancing puppet she was using.

"Luz! Over here. I've been looking all over for you!" Willow said as she immediately walked up to Luz and Zulu who seemed surprised to see her.

"Oh hey you-- I'll be honest I kinda forgot your name" Zulu said

Willow frowned at that. Was this doll being serious?

"It's. Willow" Luz whispered

"That's the one! Willow. Yeah that is your name right? So what brings you over here? We thought for sure that you went home already" Zulu said.

"Wha? I've been looking for you two all day! I was really worried something happened to you!" Willow, yelled having enough of the puppet's attitude

"You...were worried?" Zulu said as if not believing what they were hearing. Luz also looked surprised.

"I...Yes of course I was worried. I'm supposed to be your host" Willow took a deep breath to calm down. She may have been forced to take these two in but it doesn't mean she wouldn't care about their wellbeing because of it.

Willow opened her mouth to say something further but before she could say anything she gasped at something behind Luz and Zulu.

Luz and Zulu turned around to see what Willow was worried about only to see that standing before the them was an assortment of very fierce, very intimidating, Monsters. And at the head was a short, bird-beaked Monster with a green robe, skull hat, and a bat-winged staff.

"Hello, Luz Butterfly!"

Willow was unnerved by the group and couldn't help but take a step back "L-Luz, who are those people?" she tried to ask but was ignored as Luz took a defensive stance while Zulu growled.

"Ludo, how the heck did you find us?" Zulu questioned in a hostile tone

The tiny bird-man just chuckled. "Oh, wouldn't you like to know?" He said in a smug tone.

"Yes. That's why I asked, dumbass." Zulu snapped back

Ludo fumed at the doll's word as he clenched his fist "You little brat. You will rue the day you insulted Ludo Avarius. With this army your precious family wand will finally be mine!"

Hearing this, Luz held her wand tightly in her hands, unwilling to let it go.

"Get the wand!" Ludo ordered before his monster army quickly descended onto them.

Luz panicked, she wanted to protect Willow and without thinking she acted.

Luz quickly got in front of Willow as she wielded her wand. Words popped into her head, "Puppeteering: Caretaker!"

There was a flash and soon the incoming monsters were strike down.

"Hah! Take that you bastards!" Zulu said arrogant while Luz couldn't help but smile at what was in front of her.

It had the appearance of an unnaturally tall, humanoid with short orange hair. It was adorned in a long dark brown kimono. It's face was perpetually covered by a white porcelain mask,through which two lifeless black eyes stare out.

It was none other than her second most favored puppet, Caretaker who was now moving on it's own thanks to the spell she had casted which summoned not only Caretaker from her bag but also a magic clownesque doll above which had strings attached to Caretaker in order to make her move.

Another monster had attempted to jump Luz and Zulu from behind but before it could even do anything, Caretaker had swiftly materialized a dark claw from it's left hand which it used to grab the monster in mid air before slamming them against the wall and knocking them out.

Caretaker didn't waste time before it then proceeded to engage the remaining monster in combat.

Meanwhile Willow could only watch in awe as Luz and Zulu evaded the monsters who would try to attack them while their puppet fought back.

She almost didn't noticed a bear monster sneaking up behind her if not for the shadow it casted over her.

Willow immediately turned around and tried to summon an abomination but alas all it summoned was a small one which immediately collapsed on itself.

"Of course" She couldn't help but say as she braces herself for the bear monster's attack but before it could even do so a flying sword suddenly intercepted the attack followed by it striking down the bear monster.

"What the?" Willow said taken back when the sword suddenly placed itself in her hands. She looked it over and saw that it was long, flat and yellow and it has an edgeless, forked tip similar of atuning fork. What more she could feel some sort of magical essence from the sword if the aura around wasn't an indication. She quickly realized that it was Luz's sword.

She was pulled from her musings when Zulu suddenly spoke up

"Hey! You know how to use a sword right?!"

"Well...my grandpa gave me a few lessons but" Willow said

"That's good enough! Why don't you help out by using that sword to beat up some monsters!" Zulu shouted as Luz directed Caretaker to take down a two headed monster.

Willow wanted to retort but another monster, this time a boar headed one, jumped in front of her. Without thinking she used the sword to unleash an energy blast that sent the monster flying "Woah! Did I do that?"

"See? You're a natural" Zulu compliments her before a frog monster tries to attack but Luz simply jumps on top of him. "Jellybean hallucination mist!" The next thing the Frog-Man knew, everything was all trippy and psychedelic.

The Mewman and the Witch then proceeded to beat any monster that got near them with Luz using her puppet and Willow using the sword. They were really bringing the pain on them.

"JUST RUSH THEM!" Ludo yelled at them. "Attack them all at once! Why are you all fighting them one on one?!"

The monsters surrounded the pair and moved to attack.

"Uh-Oh. Time for some serious magic, Luz!" Zulu said, seeing the situation

"Right" Luz said before turning to Willow "Stand. Beside Me"

Willow didn't question it and quickly stood next to Luz who had begun to prepare a spell judging by how her was beginning to emit a purple glow while Caretaker took a protective stance behind her, seemingly glaring at the monsters.

Luz clutched her wand tight "Midnight Scream"

A black butterfly materializes in front of them which then unleashed an ear piercing scream followed by multiple blast of purple energy that strikes every monster in the vicinity.

Willow had to cover her ears at the powerful scream from the attack as well as any unfortunate bystanders who were watching the fight from a distant. She saw that all the monsters were now on the ground groaning in pain, indicating that they were still alive.

"So, want to try again?" Zulu asked with a smirk as everyone tried getting back up from the solid thrashing they just received.

Ludo could only growl in frustration as he pulled out his dimensional scissors. "No, I think that's enough for tonight," he groaned as he made a new portal. "All right, everyone back in the portal!"

The Monsters picked themselves up and limped their way back to the portal, with the frog monster needing to be escorted due to the effects of the hallucination still not wearing off.

"This is why you guys need to train more so we don't have to deal with this mess! You're even retreating pathetically!" Once the last of his minions had left, Ludo stepped in, though not before taking one last look at Luz. "And as for you, you brat. This isn't over. I'll get that Wand if its the last thing I d-" The portal cut him off before he could finish his threat.

"Oh my Titan! That was amazing! I was amazing! You were amazing!" Willow was smiling as Luz and Zulu began to smile as well. She had never been in a fight like that before much less win but one thing for sure was that it felt really good.

"Yeah. I guess we were...Well... see ya" Zulu said before she and Luz turns around but was stopped by Willow

"Wait where are you going?" Willow asked

"Hopefully an Inn. Luz and I need a place to stay in this dreadful realm"

"What why? I'm your host! You two can stay at my place!" Willow said

"Are you sure? You've seen those monsters. They're gonna keep coming back and won't stop until they get our wand" Zulu explained

"I don't care. As your host it's my job to take you two in. Plus Bump will probably expel me if he finds out I left you two" Willow let out a nervous laugh "Plus I actually had fun fighting them"

"Well you turned out to be much more...better than we first thought" Zulu commented while Luz gave a grateful smile "Very well. Lead us to your home"

"I should probably introduce you to my dads first when we get there"

Willow then took Luz by her other hand that wasn't holding Zulu and began to lead them to her home.

Meanwhile Luz couldn't help but be touched by Willow's kindness. Silently she promised she would make sure she wouldn't let her new friend get hurt because of her.

"By the way if you don't mind me asking. Can you tell me more about this Mewni?" Willow asked curious

"Sure! What do you want to know?" Zulu said much more eager to answer

The stars above the two shined as Luz and Zulu talked to their new friend about part of their life and home.

It was the beginning of a beautiful and grand friendship.

Later that Night...

"Good night Luz" Willow said to Luz as she walked inside her room.

When she lied down on her bed she heard a notification ping from her scroll.

Without wasting anymore time she summoned the scroll and saw that she received a message from an anonymous sender.

'Is everything ok? I haven't heard from you all day. Did you get expelled?'

"Amity" Willow couldn't help but smile. She knew exactly who the message was from and so she made sure to also switch to her secret account before responding

' I'm doing alright. But you would believe what just happened'

Willow briefly considered hiding a few details but she trusted Amity enough to be able to keep a secret and thus when she received a reply she immediately began typing away.

A/N: So another fun fact. In addition to being based on Heimdall Design Wise, in terms of personality and theme, Luz in this au is also inspired heavily on Donna Beneviento from Resident Evil: Village. Hence her whole doll maker gimmick going on.

For those wondering about the basilisk AU. Don't worry its not discontinued. The burn out I got from it was worse than I expected so I'm following some friend's advice to walk away from it for a while to cool off and clear my head.

But because I still want to improve I thought of working on a different AU for now that combines two of my favorite shows...even if one of them ended on a particularly sour note that made people hate it...Plus I get to try out some ideas I weren't able to use in the Basilisk AU for this one.

Also yeah Luz doesn't get involved with Eda...at least not yet hehehe. Don't worry despite this the two of them will eventually meet again and become mentor and apprentice.
