Casa Walsh

Brandon watched his sister put on makeup in the bathroom. It had always been like this. The shared bathroom was a place for sharing. She put on makeup and he chatted, he put some gel on his hair and she told him about her day.

A normality that Brandon realized how much he had missed.

Brandon watched her and smiled. That part, that little moment of happiness, had been missed and not only since Brenda had left for London but probably much earlier and surely it had been only his fault.

"How did you know Dylan had an accident?"

Brenda didn't look away from herself reflected in the mirror "if I tell you you would never believe me"

"Try it," he replied.

"I saw it"

"Did you see that?"

"I dreamed of the accident. I dreamed of Dylan flying down with the car."

Brandon didn't say anything. He was generally a skeptic but his sister, without listening to a single message she had packed her suitcase and taken a plane, and these were facts.

"How long will you be here?" Brandon asked.

"I anticipated the Christmas holidays" Brenda grimaced with her face "I told Roy that Dad was sick..."

"What? You are kidding," Brandon laughed.

Brenda shrugged her shoulders and started putting on makeup again.

"I needed an excuse and I needed it quickly."

"Then are you going back to London?"

Brenda didn't answer that question. She shifted her gaze down, took the lipstick and ran it over her lips, closing them to distribute it better.

"Brenda..." Brandon solicited her.

Brenda closed the lipstick "I don't know, for now I just want to make sure he's okay."

Brandon nodded.

"What about you?" Brenda asked.

'What?'

"You're with Kelly now, how's it going?"

"It's great"

Brenda gave a strange look.

"Is that a problem for you?"

Brenda shook her head.

"It's strange to me to see you two together as a couple. I mean, I knew it, but seeing you is something else."

Brandon was surprised "is this a problem for you?"

Brenda shrugged her shoulders "I don't want her to hurt you, that's all."

Brandon got up, kissed his sister on the forehead "it won't happen".

Brandon walked out of the room and Brenda kept staring at herself in the mirror "I hope so" she whispered.

Peach Pit

Steve was busy throwing a mega party for KEG in a rented villa. She was drawing the flyer to be distributed on campus.

He wanted something that would hit the public and increase ticket sales.

Valerie came in at that moment.

"Hey Steve," she said shyly.

Seeing Valerie hurt Steve, he really liked that girl, he really liked her, he thought that finally his love life could have found a balance and instead it turned out to be the exact opposite, a disaster.

"Hey," he replied coldly.

Valerie always got what she wanted and what she wanted was to be forgiven by Steve and recover a relationship with him, she likes Steve, not enough to start a love relation or a sex relation, but she liked him and after all they had a lot of fun together.

"Steve" she said softly "I know you're mad at me, and I get that, but I'd really like to try to catch up on a relationship with you, the two of us are a nice team"

"Yes," replied Steve sarcastically "as long as you don't have other hidden players"

Valerie laughed "I can help you with the party if you want"

"Mmmhh... I don't know Valerie"

"C'on go, somewhere we have to start again, give me a chance, if I fail you're allowed to never speak to me again, we can be friends, maybe it's the thing we do best."

One of Steve's qualities is that he couldn't hold a grudge for long, not with a pretty girl at least.

Valerie physically approached him and made him very sweet eyes.

Steve couldn't resist.

"Okay," he said, "let's see what you're capable of doing, I'm trying to organize this event, this party, I have to go see the house and draw the flyer, come with me?"

Valerie smiled, putting her arms around his neck "I'll be as punctual as a Swiss watch."

Rodeo Drive

" What do you think of this dress?" Donna held a short black dress in her hand and leaned it against her body to see if it could fit as a dress for a first date.

Kelly was distracted and didn't immediately answer the question, in fact she wasn't even looking at her.

"Kelly?"

Kelly looked away and noticed that Donna was staring at her with a curious look.

"Sorry" Kelly shook her head and gave a forced smile "beautiful, but the cream-colored one isn't bad either."

Donna made an unconvinced look "what's wrong?" She asked her, sitting next to her, "is it Brenda's coming back?"

"No" Kelly shook her head. "I'm glad Brenda is back, that Dylan went to rehab, that things are settling down, it's just that.."

"Is it just that.."

"I feel like she doesn't approve of me being with Brandon"

Donna laughed slightly "why wouldn't she approve you two?"

Kelly was sometimes surprised by Donna's naivety. She really looked like a convinced child in the peace of the world.

"Not even a year ago I got Dylan and I wasn't really the ultimate in honesty. I caused her a lot of pain. When she wasn't here it was simpler, I admit, but now that she's here and I'm under her eyes, I feel like there's something wrong..."

Donna got up with the black dress in her hands, also taking the lighter one indicated by Kelly "maybe you should talk to her".

"Maybe..." she replied with a sad look.

Donna tried not to go any further in that speech, others believed her naive but in fact she wasn't, it's just that sometimes she preferred to see things in a better corner, she tried to see things in a better way.

"So? we have to make a choice"

Kelly focused on the clothes Donna was holding.

"You're fine with both of them, but I don't know anything about this Ray"

"He's a carpenter"

"Is he what?"

"Kelly not being a snob.. Jake was a carpenter too," Donna replied with half a smile.

"I'm not a snob, it's just that until yesterday you were crying for David and now this Ray comes out of nowhere, you don't know anything about him, you already had a fight with him, he didn't show up when you invited him to the party"

"He apologized," replied Donna, "and he invited me on a date, he's nice, he's very nice and I don't want to think about David anymore. I remind you that he fucks Valerie as he pleases while I was there suffering for him" Donna looked in the mirror "I just want the chance to be happy".

Kelly nodded, Donna was right.

"Excuse me" a woman caught the attention of Kelly and Donna.

"Hello, I'm Dorothy Miller, from Photo2000, an advertising agency" Dorothy was turning to Kelly and handing her a business card.

"I think you have a wonderful face, would you be interested in modeling?"

Kelly took the business card in her hands.

'Model?'

"Yes, we work for magazines like Seventeen and Vogue, your face is interesting, if you want to call we could try to take some shots and see what comes out of it"

"Okay, thank you," replied Kelly who still didn't realize what was going on.

"I hope you call in the next few days," Dorothy said hopefully.

When Miller walked away Kelly and Donna looked at each other smiling.

"it's amazing!" Donna smiled enthusiastically and hugged her friend.

Kelly let Donna hug her but she didn't feel confident about that proposal, she no longer wanted to be tied to the idea of beauty that had enslaved her in her high school years.

Rehabilitation center

Dylan and Brenda walked hand in hand in the garden of the rehab. They weren't together, it wasn't a detail they had talked about. Dylan had to solve his problems first, his hidden anger, everything there was to solve however he was happy that Brenda had come back for him.

"How long can you stay?"

"Until after Christmas, for sure"

"And then ?"

Brenda didn't answer "and then I'll have to go back to London. My life is there now."

"Brenda..." Dylan sighed.

"No, Dylan, listen, I don't want to talk about this now, I'm back for you, to be with you, because the day I kicked you out of the house a part of me died, I was horrible, I didn't even let you talk, I didn't know about Suzanne and Kevin."

"No one knew"

"Is there nothing we can do?"

"I don't know where they are," he replied.

They kept walking hand in hand.

"This place is wonderful"

"He's frequented by bad people," Dylan laughed ironically, "addicts, alcohol addicts, all troubled people," Brenda laughed.

"I know a wonderful one who lives here"

'Really?' Dylan laughed "what's his name?"

Brenda didn't answer and kept holding Dylan's hand.

She would have liked to kiss him, this was the truth, she kept with all of herself, lately they had worked very well as friends, Brenda had been forced to do it, forced by him, and that scared her.

"What about Daniel?" Asked Dylan.

Brenda sighed "Daniel is a wonderful guy" she replied "it's no use hiding it from you, he took me by the hand at a very difficult time"

"Are you together?"

Brenda nodded "yes, we're together."

Dylan was sad.

"i'm glad if you are happy" he said.

Brenda and Dylan arrived at a bench and sat down.

"It's not easy for me," Dylan told her, "knowing about you and Daniel, but being here and everything that happened made me realize how bad I am capable of doing. At psychology sessions they say that recognizing one's mistakes and fears is the first step in solving problems."

Brenda listened to him carefully.

"I never apologized to you Brenda, for what I did to you, I never asked you for forgiveness"

Dylan had tears in his eyes and pulled them away with a thumb.

"The truth is, my life has started to get worse since I lost you."

Brenda was looking at him. She took his face with her hands and turned it towards her. She gave him a quick kiss on the lips and then hugged him tightly "I forgive you, I had already forgiven you Dylan" she whispered.

When he heard those words Dylan closed his eyes even louder and those tears he had tried to extinguish by passing a finger over them, came down for the first time. He felt better.

He knew he couldn't win back Brenda if he didn't win back himself first.

Without the Dylan who took her to dance in Baja, without the Dylan who knew how to smile, without that Dylan, Brenda would have been unhappy, and this Dylan, this one who drank alcohol, who took drugs, this Dylan was too weak to compete with Daniel.

But he took his first steps, he had to.

Dylan sank his face into Brenda's neck. He smelled it, he touch her shoulders.

He turned her back. Brenda was going back for him

He felt that something was completed when she was with him.

The hug was broken and Dylan and Brenda looked into each other's eyes for moments that seemed to never end.

He wanted to kiss her.

He feared her rejection. There was Daniel, there was rehabilitation, there was pain. There was love.

Their lips touched each other.

And they kept looking into each other's eyes.

Party House

Steve, Griffin and Valerie took a tour of the rented villa.

They began to think about where to place the DJ's instruments and how to set up the house. Steve watched Valerie twirl in the rooms and put forward effective ideas for the success of the party, maybe Valerie was right, they could really be a working team.

It wasn't easy for Steve, he didn't ask anything about her and David, he didn't know if they had seen each other again.

Clare showed up at the door shortly after.

"Who invited her?" Steve asked, looking at her from the window."

"Me" replied Valerie "Clare is a phenomenon with communication, it can use the internet to advertise and sell tickets, as well as make invitations to whoever we want to be at the party"

Steve nodded. He didn't know Clare at all, he knew she lived with Donna and Kelly and that she had handcuffed herself to Brandon's bed. He didn't know anything else.

Steve and Clare shook hands "welcome" he told her.

Clare looked around.

"I can do some shots of the house from the outside, and send the position to everyone," she began to propose.

Steve didn't even know it could be done.

Steve followed Clare as she chose the points in the house where to shoot.

Valerie, Steve and Griffin offered themselves as actors to do some marketing tests. A few sentences to say.

Steve looked at Clare better, the girl was sexy and as far as he could see she was kind of a genius.

They had a nice morning together, laughing several times. Clare wasn't bad at all, Steve thought.

"I have to go" said Valerie looking at the clock quickly "I have an appointment with Brenda at the Pit"

"Yes me too" said Griffin right after "we're done here for today"

"Eh no, Carlos is coming for the catering"

"I can stay," Clare replied with nonchalance, "I don't have class this afternoon and I'll gladly help you."

Steve smiled "it's okay, thank you."

The two were left alone, sitting on the steps of the house. They began chatting while waiting for Carlos to arrive.

Steve had the opportunity to see her even more closely, Clare was bubbly and edgy and he liked that. He liked her a lot.

Pit.

Valerie walked in and looked around to find Brenda. She framed her sitting at a table with Nat as she told him all about London and the class at the Rada.

"How did it go?" Valerie asked Brenda as soon as Nat got up to go get the milk shake Valerie had ordered.

Brenda gave her a huge smile. "Good. We talked a little bit. I am happy to be back. You never know how much a place you miss until you get back"

"Or you never know how much you miss a person until you see them again," Valeire corrected her.

Brenda looked down "it's true"

"And what do you want to do with Daniel?"

"What do you mean?"

"Do you want to stay with Daniel?"

"I don't want to be in a hurry in anything, Valerie, I can't come back here and throw myself into Dylan's arms just because he's available now, he's not right towards myself, and Daniel is a wonderful guy ... Dylan is fragile By now"

"I'm sure he is, but Brenda, Dylan loves you"

"And I love him, but there's a lot of history behind us, and a lot of pain"

"I know that, and I'm glad you're here," Valerie looked at Brenda and the two hugged.

At that moment Kelly walked into the Pit and seeing the scene of Valerie and Brenda hugging and smiling somehow hurt her terribly.

Valerie noticed her and opened her eyes with a sharp smile while Brenda was still hugging her.

"Kelly!" Valerie exclaimed as soon as she saw her "come sit with us" she smiled sarcastically at her.

Kelly wasn't sure, she didn't feel safe since Brenda came back. She took courage and approached the table. She didn't order anything to eat.

Brenda looked at her and felt that with Valerie nearby she had a new ally, a little over the top but still an ally, and she no longer felt alone.

"How is Dylan?" Kelly asked timidly.

"He's better, he's trying to get out of his mess," Brenda said, "you can visit him too if you want, so you can see him for yourself"

Kelly didn't understand if that question was a trap or Brenda really wanted her to visit him.

"I don't know, maybe when he'll be even better" Kelly didn't know how to move. Valerie enjoyed that scene of which she was a conscious spectator.

"How come around here?" Valerie asked.

Kelly smiled "I have a date with Brandon, he gives me a ride to college."

"Are you okay with him?" Brenda asked.

Kelly opened up in a much wider smile "yes, a lot"

"I knew sooner or later it would happen between the two of you," Brenda said honestly.

'Really?'

"Yes," she replied convinced, "he always had a crush on you, and you had a crush on him, you just hid and engaged in something else, you pretended nothing happened, you then took Dylan," Brenda said.

Valerie was shocked and amused.

"Brenda..." Kelly was trying to stop her somehow, uncomfortable with Valerie's presence.

"Valerie knows everything," Brenda said.

Brenda approached Kelly "are you glad I'm back?"

"Why are you asking me this?" Asked Kelly.

Brenda walked away from Kelly's face "you took my boyfriend, you ruined my life, now you took my brother, you sleep in his bed, you sit at the table at my house in my place, it may be that my return ruined your plans to take possession of my life, which is what you always wanted".

Brenda was surprised at what she was saying, that she was such a bitch, and so direct with Kelly but after being at Dylan's that morning she realized how her life could be different and all the repressed anger, which she had had to hide and close somewhere, had freed itself and got back up quickly.

"It's not like that" Kelly said in an attempt to defend herself "I love your brother"

"You love everyone, Kelly, we know" laughed Valerie "leave Dylan and run to Brandon probably when you leave Brandon, you'll run to Dylan's a circle, you don't even know what you want"

Kelly had tears in her eyes. Her intuition was not wrong. The Brenda who had returned was not the Brenda who had left Los Angeles.

"I love your brother," she repeated, getting up, trying to stop with her fingers the tears she couldn't hold back.

Brenda and Valerie watched her get out of the Peach.

Brenda didn't feel particularly guilty, that little bit of nastiness had actually been a balm for all the times she had to bend her head, take a step back.

What had happened was not only Kelly's fault, this she knew well, but she had never even dared to oppose it, she could not rethink the fact that those two had had the gall to eat sitting at her house, a few months after what had happened.

No one from the group had come to her to say a word to her, no one had come to show a friendly face, they had accepted Dylan and Kelly as if it were normal. Brandon included but this was a topic she would have to deal with directly with him. She had to do it.

Brandon walked in soon after, looked around looking for Kelly he couldn't see, but found Brenda and Valerie sitting at the table "did you see Kelly?"

"She left a little while ago," Valerie said, sucking her milk shake out of the straw.

"Is she gone?" Brandon asked "We had an appointment here"

"She didn't feel well maybe, I don't know, she left" Valerie maintained a calm attitude.

Brandon sat next to them "I have to tell you something"

"UUhh gossip" laughed Valeire.

Brandon stared at her with disapproval.

"Mmh sorry," Valerie said.

"I got a call this morning, a person I haven't heard from in a long time, more than a year to be precise."

'Who?' Brenda asked.

"Emily," Brandon replied.

"Emily Valentine?" Brenda pointed out to be sure.

Brandon nodded.

"In a few days she will make a stopover in Los Angeles heading to San Diego to work there and she asked me if I could say hallo to her at the airport"

"Greeting her at the airport..." Valerie repeated maliciously and earned another crooked look from Brandon.

"Sorry"

"And you want to go?" Brenda asked.

"Would that be wrong?" Brandon asked.

"It would be if I didn't tell Kelly.."

"Thing gets interesting," Valerie said.

"There's nothing wrong with going to say hello to someone at the airport," Brandon said.

Brenda shrugged "you should talk to Kelly about it," she repeated.

"She should have been here," Brandon replied, looking toward the door.

Beach House

Kelly tried to hide all day. Brenda's words had hurt her, that was for sure, perhaps the worst thing was that she had spoken in front of Valerie.

They were no longer best friends or maybe they had never been, and the guilt, the initial guilt, Kelly admitted that it had been hers

Maybe Brenda was right, she had taken everything that belonged to her and had done it without too many scruples but not Brandon. Not Brandon.

She heard a knock on the door. She saw the shape of Brandon behind the stained glass window.

They had an appointment and she was gone. She decided she wouldn't say anything about what Brenda had thrown straight in her face. She didn't want him to argue with Brenda, she was strong enough to be able to settle the matter with Brenda and without intermediaries, as long as there was no Valerie involved.

Kelly opened the door.

"Hei" he said kissing her on the lips "I waited for you at the Peach Pit, Brenda and Valerie told me you were gone"

"Yes" Kelly shrugged "I didn't feel good"

Brandon nodded "are you okay Kelly?"

"Yes," she replied, pulling out her best smile.

"I missed you," he said, taking her in his arms.

Kelly felt the pain, that fear she had been carrying for months now, always the same, what if she had lost everything? What if she had lost Brandon?

"I missed you too," she replied.

"Do you feel better?" He asked, starting to kiss her on the neck.

Kelly smiled at the tickle "much better". Brandon always managed to calm the fires in her heart, to cut the threads of worry.

"Do you want to go to college?" Brandon asked "your driver is here for you."

Kelly shook her head, looked at his blue eyes, his non-awareness.

"I love you," she said.

"I love you too"

"Can we stay here this afternoon, we're together. Me and you"

"You don't even have to pray to me"

Kelly wanted to make love to him, not sex, not a quick fuck, she really wanted to make love to him, because beyond all the words that had passed in front of her that day, he was what was left of the day.

"Who's in the house?"

"Nobody" smiled Kelly "Donna will be back around 7pm and Clare is out with Steve"

The pairing between Steve and Clare surprised Brandon "Steve and Clare?"

"They organize the party," she said, kissing him again.

Brandon let her back off to Kelly's room. They locked the door, unplugged the phone.

Brandon watched Kelly undress in front of him as she stared at him. Take off her skirt, top, bra, briefs, and have the courage and confidence in herself to stand in front of him nacked ... He didn't want to tell her about the airport and Emily anymore. He didn't really want to go there. Emily belonged to a past that he and Kelly had overcome together. He knew that someone could believe little in the two of them, for Kelly's past, for his, but he loved Kelly, he felt that something was moving inside him as soon as she was with him.

He felt guilty. He no longer knew what was right and what was wrong.

He also reached the same level as Kelly, he didn't just want to have her, to possess her, he wanted to make love to her.

Kelly slowly stripped off Brandon. They kissed deeply, she let him explore her body with his mouth gradually and in every part of it.

They made love slowly, intensely, a tear moistened Kelly's eyes as he was above her and they reached orgasm together, she wanted to keep Brandon in that room forever. Crystallize that moment and make it eternal. She held her fingernails to his back so as not to let him go while he kept kissing her, stroking her naked body, loving her.

Kelly forgot to tell him about Dorothy Miller.

Let's resume the thread of the fifth season. I always try to stick around the story seen. Brenda will stay until after Christmas but Daniel, the academy and London are waiting for her. Is it right to give up your dreams and your own path for Dylan? Would Brenda do that?

And what do you think Brenda's reaction about Brandon and Kelly would have been?

What about the Valerie Brenda relationship to Kelly?

if you have any idea feel free to tell me. Thank you.
