Chapter 2: A new mission
Phineas landed first in a chair, and a small one at that. He began exploring the mysterious room he fell in and saw lots of weird gadgets and a monitor bigger than any of the screens in the Flynn-Fletcher household. Isabella landed in the same chair that Phineas landed in just seconds after Phineas got up.
Isabella-Where are we?
Phineas-I'm not sure. There's all these gadgets and vehicles, but they're all very small, so I don't know who is using them.
Isabella-These tools look like they were made for babies.
Phineas-Is anyone else coming?
Isabella-I thought so, but they should have landed by now
-Hello, is anybody there?
Phineas-Hello
-Oh hello, you must be either Phineas or Ferb, and who is this with you.
Phineas-I'm Phineas, and this is my friend Isabella who lives across the street.
-My name is Major Monogram. Phineas, Isabella, I'm afraid that I have some terrible news.
Phineas-What do you mean?
Major Monogram-You see Phineas, I am the head of the O.W.C.A., the Organization Without a Cool Acronym. We are a group of secret agents, animal agents specifically, who fight Evil right here in Danville. And your pet platypus is one of our finest.
Phineas-Perry is a secret agent? How cool is that?
Major Monogram-I'm afraid it isn't going to be cool right now Phineas. I regret to inform you that Perry has been captured by his nemesis, Dr. Doofenshmirtz.
Phineas-Did you say Doofenshmirtz, as in, Roger Doofenshmirtz?
Major Monogram-Yes, Roger's older brother. It's a long story but essentially his parents largely favored Roger and Dr. Doofenshmirtz has been trying to take over the Tri-State area from Roger for years. Doofenshmirtz has been busy making robots that he is assembling to make an army large enough to conquer the Tri-State Area. Perry, or Agent P, as we like to call him is one of our best so we sent him to stop Doofenshmirtz. He sent us this picture exactly 18 minutes ago.

Phineas-Where's Perry captured?

Major Monogram-All of our other agents are out fighting their own battles, I am so sorry Phineas, we have no way of getting him help, he's all on his own.
Phineas-You're just going to leave him out there all alone? Leave him to die? What are the robots or Dr. Doofenshmirtz going to do to him?
Phineas began to shout at the image of the man. He didn't mean it but the uncertainty of Perry's situation was getting to him.
Phineas-You said he's one of your best agents, right? I'm sure he can get out of there.
Major Monogram-It doesn't look likely.
Phineas-We can go rescue him. Right, Isabella?
Isabella-Of course we can!
Isabella was still processing the thought of Perry being a secret agent but she felt for her friend. She knows how much Perry means to Phineas and she would never want him to lose Perry
Major Monogram-I'm sorry kids, but that would almost certainly end badly for you. It's far too risky
An image displays one of the robots used to guard Perry. The robot flies, has heavy armor protecting itself, has what appears to be some-sort of cannon for one arm, and an iron fist on the other.
Major Monogram-Son, I know what great work you and your friends do, I know if anyone was to be able to save Agent P; it would be you kids. But Doofenshmirtz reportedly has hundreds of these robots at his disposal. Phineas, please trust me here, if there was anything we could do, we would be doing it. Carl over here is doing his research trying to find some sign of a weakness in these robots but we have nothing on Doofenshmirtz.
Phineas-Well, thank you sir. How do we get out of here?
Major Monogram-Of course son, if you look over to your right, you'll see a tube. It works like an elevator, push the button inside of it and you will go up. And Phineas, I'm sorry once again
Before Phineas could say a final goodbye, the screen blanked and Major Monogram was gone.
Phineas-I can't believe there's nothing we can do. There's gotta be something
Isabella-I'm sorry Phineas, but I'm sure we'll come up with something
He and Isabella went over to the elevator tube, which was near a garage-looking space of some sort with a handle they could use to open the space.
Phineas-What do you think is in here?
Isabella-Let's find out
The kids lift the door open and are left speechless.
Phineas-It's everything we've made this summer!
The duo explored the newly-found space to find everything they made! Tree-house robots, the Beak costume, even models of things like the rollercoaster and Chez Platypus..
Phineas-Woah
Isabella-Phineas, do you think we could rescue Perry if the robots don't see us?
Phineas' eyes lit up
Phineas-You're a genius Isabella! We have to find those ninja suits!
Candace-Ferb, Buford, Baljeet. Where is Phineas?
Baljeet-Phineas and Isabella went down a slide in your yard, and then the slide we don't know where they are Candace
Candace-Why is the yard glowing?
The boys turn back towards the spot of grass that was glowing earlier. It was glowing again!
Buford-I got it
Buford lifts the grass piece and surely enough the slide is back! Except this time instead of a slide it appeared to be a tube.
Thirty seconds later Phineas and Isabella jump out of the tube.
Baljeet-Where have you guys been?!
Phineas-I wish I had time to explain, but Perry is in trouble!
Ferb-What?
Phineas-Apparently, Perry is a secret agent who fights crime throughout Danville. One of the evildoers, Dr. Doofenshmirtz has Perry captured in a cage surrounded by robots!
Buford-Robots?
Phineas-Yeah, they're big and bulky, with an iron fist on one arm and a cannon for the other. They fly too. We talked to the leader of the secret agency and he said it's far too dangerous to go rescue Perry because Doofenshmirtz has hundreds of these robots.
Candace-Phineas, I'm confused. Why does the mayor have Perry and an army of robots?
Phineas-Dr. Doofenshmirtz is Roger's older brother who wants to take over the Tri-State area. Isabella came up with using the ninja suits we made earlier this summer to sneak past the robots and save Perry! All we need is something to break through Perry's cage and something to get his cuffs off. I was thinking we could use wire-cutters to open the cage, but I couldn't come up with anything to get the cuffs off.
Isabella began to hand out everyone's ninja outfits.
Baljeet-There should be a key to the cuffs, so we will just need to find that!
Phineas-Alright gang. Suit up; we've got a platypus to save.
The gang got quickly changed into their suits
Buford-So where exactly are we going, anyway?
Isabella-To that weird-shaped building downtown.
Phineas-Is everybody ready to go?
Isabella-You bet!
Candace-Time to bust us out a platypus!
Buford-Yeah!
Baljeet-Ready as I'll ever be
Ferb gave a thumbs up to round it out.
Phineas-Alright everybody, we've got no time to lose. Perry, here we come!

And our heroes' journey begins! Remember this is second-dimension Danville. I know it's confusing now but I promise it's for a reason!
