Chapter 33 YOU'ER WHAT!

~ In medi room~ Elliott's pov

When Liz came out to where; Jeff, Nan, Puck, Blam, Burt, Britt and of course nana; all I could think of was the worst. Thank goodness that his mom and nick were with him.

I walked in to the room to see Kurt on the exam bed with his belly exposed. Nick got up from where they had been sitting beside my love, and left the room with Liz. "I will leave you two to talk things over." Tana said as she left the room.

I took the seat beside Kurt and he took my hands in his.

"Elli I have to tell you something, it's not anything bad, its great news. Do you remember the night of my birthday?"

"Yes I do how I could forget."

"Well that was the night that a life started to grow inside of me, what I am trying to tell you is that I am with child."

"You're what?" I grinned. "Does that mean you're going to have my baby? I can't be any happier now. "I kiss his lips.

"If you would like I can get Tana to show you our baby?" he asked.

"I would love that."

That's when Liz came back to the room. And told us that tana was checking Nick out in another room, because he was having false labor pains.

"Mom can you show Elli our baby?" Kurt asks.

"Sure I can do that." she said as she started up the sonogram machine. She moved the gelled wand over Kurt's belly.

"Elli, do you see what looks like a bean or peanut? And that sound you hear is a strong heart beat." She asked.

"Yes I do." I tell her.

"Well that is your baby." she said as Tana walked in.

"I wish my mom and dad could see this, I miss them so much." a tear fell from my eye.

"I will let you give everyone your news. Just take your time. Come out when you're ready." before her and Tana left, Liz kissed us on the forehead.

"How are we going to tell them, that I am having a baby? "Kurt asked.

"Well how about I sing that song called ' you're having my baby sung by Paul Anka. But I will change 'woman with one' because you are by no means a woman." I cleaned off his belly and helped him to his feet, then headed out to see everyone.

"Kurt and I have something to tell you all, but I would like to sing it."

I found the music on me cell pressed play; took Kurt's hands in mine and started to sing.

By the time I stopped singing' both Kurt and I had tears in our eyes.

Britt was the first to speak. "Does this mean that my kurtie dolphin is going to have a baby dolphin? She asked.

"Yes Britt it does. Kurt is having my baby." I tell the group that was in the room

~ Kurt's pov~

Mom and dad hugged us both and congratulated us. That's when dad got a call on his cell.

Jeff and nick came over to us. "Congrates guys we are happy for you, we would stay but nick has been put on bed rest tell this little one is born."

"Thanks..." I say as I make a run for the bathroom to be sick. Elli had followed me in and was now rubbing my back; When Jeff came in the room. "Tana needs to talk to you Elli about setting things that Kurt may need to have at school so he can teach for a bit longer. I will help Kurt. Your mom helped Nick to the sitting room. Then would be back down; Nan is making you her tummy tea she gave nick when he had morning sickness." Elli leaves to find Tana.

When I came back to the sitting room, to see nick sitting on the couch. He looked down at my belly. "What is it Nick?" I ask,

"Look at your belly." Nick replied. So I look down to see a small baby bump and then I felt Elli's hand on it.

"Wow I didn't think that I would a bump for a while yet, I am just a month now."

"Kurt, our babies grow faster than human babies. I mean look at me, I look like I could pop at any time now and I still have a month to go." He smiled and as Elli and I sat on the other couch. Nana handed me the tea she had mad to help settle my stomach.

"Kurt, with you being preggy, for you to continue teaching till your 5th month then you will have to drink Nan's tea so take a thermos with you. And you will have to feed from Elli more often. I have talked to Sue and in the next few days we are going to set up the teacher's lounge that's between Elli and your classes, as a place where you can have some privacy. So till it's been set up I want you to stay here. oh and I would like for you to try and not get to stressed, if you get stressed then I want u to go to the private room and let Elli know." Tana told me. I agreed to what she said.

~ Supper ~

I could not make it halfway through supper without running to the nearest bathroom to be mom had gone with me and was rubbing my back. When there was nothing left in my belly, Jeff stood at the door.

"Elli asked me to help your mom get you up to your suite. He will meet us there; Nan is making you more tea.

Once mom and Jeff got me to our suite; mom got me in to bed, Jeff had left to be with Nick.

"Sweetie, if there is anything you need just call for me. I am going to stay here till dad gets back from Washington." She left and Elli came in.

And of course I had to run for the bathroom to be sick once more. Elli was there with me, it seemed like it was never going end.

After I was done, Elli carried me back to the bed. And gave me some tea, he would send my mom into be with me till he got back.

Mom came in and sat down on the bed with me.

"I know what you're going through; I was the same way when I was carrying you. I would like you to try and feed from Elli when he gets back, and feed before you eat human food, it helped me." She smiled.

When Elli came back; I fed from him and started to feel better. I soon fell asleep in Elli's arms.

Two days later

Elli and I decided that we would tell our classes about the baby. Elli had made a statement to press.

My class had taken the news well, so I decided that we would go through the different stages of the baby, besides teaching them the regular subjects. Jesse liked that idea. I was going to have him teach math class.

Elli told me that if I got the least little bit stressed I would have to stop teaching till after the baby is born.

Elli's pov

The day had gone by fast the kids in the classes I taught were happy for us, and thankfully Kurt was feeling better. We discovered that if he drank blood with his human food he was able to keep it down.

I had asked Blaine to take over the warblers, until our baby was born and he agreed. I had placed Kurt under Pucks' protection till further notice.

After we got home, Kurt headed up stairs to have a nap before supper. Liz said she would have supper with us. I was going over tomorrow's lesson plan when there was a knock on the door, I opened up. Liz had come up with our supper. Liz took the meal over to the table while I went to wake my sweet angel up.

We were about half way through supper when Jeff burst through the door.

"What's wrong Jeff?" I ask.

"It's…. Nick … his… water just broke, he is in a lot of pain; doc Lopez and Tana are on their way. He is calling for you Kurt. Liz can you help till Tana gets here?" Jeff sobbed.

"Who is with him now? You go and get him to the medi room. Have nana help you and we will meet you there. "Liz asked.

'Nan is with him."

"Kurt you go with Jeff. Elli and I will be the in a minute." She said, as Kurt left with Jeff.

It has been about 4 hours since; Kurt, Liz, tana and her dad had gone into the birthing room of the medi room. I was out in the waiting area with Jeff trying to keep him calm. Nana was supplying us with calming tea and cookies that Kurt and she had made a few days ago. I had called Sue to say that Kurt and I would not be at school the next day and to have our TA's to teach the class.

It was about another half hour before we heard the wailing cry of a baby. That's when Liz and Kurt came out and sent Jeff in to see Nick and their baby boy. Kurt told us that he weighed. 7lbs on the dot, he had Nick's hair and Jeff's eyes. Kurt and I headed back to our suite for some well needed rest.
