-A week later-
It's been a couple of days since we went to the Vatican and managed to recruit Yuuto's childhood friend, Tosca and following that, the Vatican church had sent me a formal letter that told me that we were now allies.
This is good because now I have enough political power to start making waves in the supernatural world but there are one more species I need to ally myself with and that's the Youkai.
Although, I'll wait for the others to be ten days in with their training and then I'll start my plan of alliance.
Today though is a special day for Gasper and Moka because I'm taking them to Romania to get Valerie as Rias' other Bishop Piece, which should go well since the people there don't care about her that much.
Moka will be there with Gasper 'cause she's his mentor as well as somewhat of an older sister to him so he asked me to bring her along and I couldn't say no to him.
Mostly because Rias threatened to tell Sona that I've been skipping school to laze around the house when I wasn't training the Gremory peerage.
Speaking of which, I take a look at the school I bought a couple of weeks ago and the constructions are almost done, though I suspect that they'll be finished when we're done dealing with Riser.
Seeing the look of determination on both Rias and Gasper's faces, I flash them a smile and then use [Shadow Drive] to take all four of us to Romania with one goal in mind.
Add Valerie Tepes into the Gremory Peerage by any means necessary.
-POV change-
"Hmm, this is most intriguing. Your flames are getting more powerful, Himari. That will be all for today. Thank you!" The person says as the girl leaves the training area and sits in her room.
She then pours herself a cup of water and then begins drinking it, trying to remember the events that shaped her life.
Born as the daughter of a human and Dragon, Himari Albescu wanted to become someone important but all of that changed when she learned that her father planned on killing her to gain access to her two Sacred Gears, Flame Shake and Twice Critical, which combined with her draconic lineage gave her the potential to become a Dragon King.
Her mother sacrificed herself to protect her in Himari's rage, she incinerated her father, the corpse of her mother and the home she lived in and has been living on the run ever since.
Well, until she met him.
One day while trying to steal some food from a local grocery shop, Himari ran into the man, who introduced himself as the Bridge between Dragons.
He told her that his goal was to gather all missing children with Dragon-based Sacred Gears and give them the life they deserved since in his mind, Dragons were the superior race in all of the Supernatural world.
Naturally, she listened and even agreed with him on the fact Dragons could've ruled the world if not for the Judeo-Christian faction sealing or killing most of their brethren.
However, that would soon all change, he said though, for them to grow their strength, they would need to not only recruit more of their draconic siblings but also train in the ways of a dragon.
After his explanation, Himari wanted nothing more than join him and help him bring a new age where Dragons would rule the world like the gods they were meant to be.
The facility she lived in was nice and she was respected by her peers but she wasn't the strongest out of everyone there.
No, that title belonged to the Supreme Dragons, three Sacred Gear users who possessed some of the most powerful Longinus the world has ever seen.
The first member, Izana Hyoudou was a fully-fledged human before the tragedy that happened seven years ago which was named by the population 'Hyokketsu's bloodbath'.
The name of that tragedy was pretty self-explanatory but in short, Izana witnessed her parents get killed by a Stray Devil and the emotions that came from within allowed her to not only awakened her Sacred Gear but also kill the bastard who did this.
Since then, she has focused on one goal and only one: Become the most powerful Red Dragon Empress in history.
Her rival, Valerie Lucifer, was a Devil-Dragon hybrid and the only person that was able to keep up with her.
The story for Valerie is somewhat similar to her counterpart since she witnessed the murder of her mother at the hand of a Devil in the Beelzebub family.
The hit was sanctioned by her very own Grandfather, Rizevim Lucifer, a proud Devil and leader of both the Old Satan faction and the Khaos Brigade.
She killed him by poisoning his drink with Holy Water and she was able to hold on to it thanks to Albion turning her into a half Dragon.
Sure, she couldn't hold onto it for very long and had put it in his tea before he could suspect her of anything but seeing the look of fear and agony on his face as she revealed how she did it was so worth it.
From that moment on, she has been training with one specific purpose: Defeat Great Red and earn the title of Dragon Goddess.
Finally, the last member of the trio is Inglivid Leviathan or also known as the Sea Dragon of the End.
That title was attributed to her a year after she woke up from her Deep Sleep paralysis and in her wake, killed more than 500 people without mercy.
Once the damage was done, Izana and Valerie approached her on the order of their leader and explained to her the same thing that their leader did, though they did try to keep themselves as convincing as possible so that could recruit her.
Using her guilt and other negative emotions against her, which worked and since then, she has worked with the faction in hopes of one day being able to free herself from the guilt that she felt.
"Himari! Boss got a mission for you. He's in the war room." One of her subordinates says while standing outside of her room.
"On my way." She replies before changing into her mission uniform and going out to meet the leader of her organization, Ryu, one of the most powerful Twice Critical users here.
"Ah, good. you're finally here. We can begin." Ryu as he stands up and begins pacing around the room with a twisted grin on his face.
"What's the mission?" Himari asks, wanting to finish the mission as fast as possible so she could go back to sleep.
"I've received intel that the Gremory heiress is on her way to Romania. Most likely to get a new peerage since her peerage is nothing amazing to look at." He explains to her.
"I don't get it. Why is that such a concern to us?"
"Because in that country lies the key to the salvation of our pride as dragons."
"Who is that key you're speaking of?"
"Valerie Tepes, owner of the Longinus Sacred Gear Sephiroth Graal. With its power, we can create an infinite amount of dragons or even amplify our powers. The possibilities are endless."
"You want me to recruit her, don't you?"
"Yep and make sure to kill anyone who stands your way. You are dismissed."
Taking a look at the profile of those Rias Gremory, only one name stood out to Himari.
That name was Jin Kageyami, owner of Vritra Sacred Gears.
'He will make a fine addition to our family. See you soon, little brother.' She thought before summoning her draconic wings and flying in the direction of Romania, determined to complete her mission.
-Timeskip-
We finally arrived in Romania after an hour of me constantly using [Shadow Drive] to arrive here and the place exactly like Gasper's flashback from the anime, though I suppose it is beautiful.
Unfortunately, we're not here to sight-see, we're here for Valerie and we're not leaving without her.
I'm a bit tired so we'll have to track her on foot.
"Gasper, you, me and Moka will go find Valerie's house since I need to reincarnate her and she'll need to see a face that she trusts. Jin, can you be on guard duty?" Rias asks and I give her a quick nod, seeing no flaws with her as I am the strongest out of everyone here.
With the plan made, we then from each other as the three of them head to Valerie's house to recruit her while I take a look inside the [Shop] for some things for me to buy.
The only things that are interesting here are [Mana Channeling, [Detect Mana, [Mana Strecthing] [Iron Skin, [Mana weaponry] and [Mana absorption] and they cost in total 1000$, which is not too bad since I have a lot of money left so I can buy some more stuff.
But first, I'm gonna use some of the [Gacha Tokens] I've gotten from our training sessions in the [Dungeons].

Description: This allows you to add 10 levels to an already existing Skill.
Okay, I just need a few seconds.
I grab three of those scrolls and put them into [Observation Haki, watching it go level max as I then do the same for [Conqueror's Haki] though I have to use four since it's so low-levelled.
I then put three into [Anti-Magic] while thinking of other [Skills] I could get to level max.
Hmm, I do have the orb called [Power of Six] crush it and watch as a new screen appears before me.
Soru (Active) LVL: 1/100 [0%]
Description: Soru allows the users to move at extremely high speeds to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten times in the blink of an eye.
Tekkai (Active) LVL: 1/100 [0%]
Description: Tekkai hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, allowing them to withstand and effectively nullify any damage they might have taken from can also be used to enhance the user's attacks by the increased density one gets from using it. The strength of Tekkai can vary for users with different physical conditions, as a person with a higher level of muscular strength would be able to take stronger forces and enhance their attacks more significantly.
Rankyaku (Active) LVL: 1/100 [0%]
Description: Rankyaku is a powerful projectile technique, in which the users start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, which results in a sharp compressed blade of wind or "Sickle Wind" that can slice through objects and greatly damage a human body. Depending on the strength and scale of the technique, it is capable of slashing a whole building in half.

Description: The Shigan is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound. It is a very useful technique that can connect rapidly and accurately, which works well with the Rokushiki users' impressive speed and agile techniques.

Description: Geppo allows users to push themselves off the air itself with superhumanly strong kicks, allowing them to travel through and remain in midair for an extended period. It effectively resembles flight. CP9 members can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground or to set themselves up for using swift aerial attacks.

Description: Rokushiki consists of six basic techniques and a secret seventh technique that only a true master of Rokushiki can achieve. Furthermore, most of the users have displayed their variations and derived techniques, allowing them to increase their versatility and originality.

I then use 5 on each of them while internally laughing a like maniac and doing the same for my Sacred Gears, getting another [Notification] so I decide to check it out.

Side Balance Breaker: Malebolge Vrirtra Promotion.
Description: Malebolge Vritra Promotions balance Breakerthatcreates a Jet-Black Dragon Armor that strengthens the user's powers and abilities, allowing the wielder to use all 4Vritra-type Sacred Gearabilities at once, as well as strengthening their power by several armours can unleash numerous tentacles that can absorb an opponents aura until they turn user can now inflict multiple curses onto other beings, it's noted that it will curse anyone to death if approached jet-black cursed flames are also strengthened to the point where they can counter the Holy Fire of Incinerate Anthem.

Main Balance Breaker: Vrirtra Promotion
Description: Vritra Promotion, also known as the Dragon King Transformation, is a technique that allows you to take the form of a black dragon resembling Vrirtra's original form also allows you to use all the Vritra's Sacred Gear abilities at once, there is a high possibility of you going berserk while using it, as you will only be calmed down by another wielder of a Dragon-type Sacred Gear which has a Dragon sealed in it.
Cost: 7500 SP
I'll keep the rest in case I need to use them.
That's gonna be all for the rolls for today since I need to check the city in case there's a threat headed for us.
Summoning my new wings, I fly in the direction of where Moka and the others' mana are and find Gasper having a conversation with Valerie, with the former blushing as he looks at his childhood friend.
How cute.
They deserve to be happy after all they've been through.
"I'll do it! I'll join you but... I'm kinda weak as my Sacred Gear only allows me to create monsters." Valerie explains while I raise my eyebrow at her, tuning them out while also trying to understand how could her Sacred Gear be so weak.
Does she not have Sephiroth Graal, one of the most OP Sacred Gears of all time?
A quick but thorough [Observe] of her worries me to the core and raises a problem in my plans for the future.
She doesn't have Sephiroth Graal.
She has motherfucking Annihilation Maker, one of the more diverse but basic Sacred Gears.
Could she make become one of the most devil-hybrids to ever exist?
Maybe but her endurance isn't that high so she's pretty much a damsel in distress.
What do the wrong things always do to me no matter what body I'm in?!
First I get killed by a Latina just because I think differently than the general populace and now this!

I promised Gasper he'd get her back in his life so I have to swallow my pride and accept this change I brought to the timeline.
By the time I focus on their conversation again, Rias is already taking out her Bishop piece from her pocket so I quickly grab it and use [Upgrade Artifact] on it to turn into a Mutated Bishop piece and turn Valerie into a Vampire-Devil hybrid.
"Looks like I arrived a bit too late but I will succeed by killing you all." The girl says before landing in front of us.
"We'll see about that. Rias, take the others and leave. She's stronger than you guys so I need you to go back home so I can fight without worry." I say to her.
"But we can-" She tries to protest but a quick glare from me silences her thought and she uses a magic circle to disappear with the trio of vampires.
"GO!"
"Jin... be careful," Rias says, though ends the last part in a whisper as she, Moka, Valerie and Gasper leave the country via a magic circle while I stare down my newest opponent.
"Why are you here?" I ask her.
"Though it concerns you, I'm not obligated to tell you anything. All you need to know is I'm interested in your Sacred Gears." The girl replies ominously.
"Alright then, let's do this. Malebolge Vrirtra Promotion!" I shout as I'm covered in pitch-black armour similar to Saji's Balance Breaker in the Light Novel.
"How flashy but that won't save you from your impending defeat at my hands!" The girl shouts before she activates her Sacred Gear, which is a Twice Critical, a pathetic Dragon-based Sacred Gear.
Still, I'll be on my guard just in case she has backup.
We circle each other, trying to gauge the opponent and then, we lunge at one another with the intent to either maim or kill.
Well then lady, looks like you got yourself a fight.
Game on.

Feebling: Whatever. People on this site plagiarize each other all the time. I'm not gonna justify my actions 'cause what I did was bad, which is why I edited some of my early to not resemble that of Goddragon's but if you don't like my story, just say it.

I'm gonna be taking a short break from this fic as the reviews here and on Goddraggon99's fic just destroyed my self-esteem. I'll focus on something else and when I find the love I had for this fic, I'll come back.
