A/N: About the contracts. Attrix: told me that there could not be two contracts at one time for one person unless that person had multiple lines to carry on. So I heard what he had to say and agreed with a lot of it. Now, these contracts have the most influence on Daphne. Whit's will make it her problem. She doesn't know about it yet but will soon. Now in my mind, I found a solution for it that you will hear at the end of part three. So again wait for it and I will try to give it a good twist. Attrix: thank you for it.
Furthermore, there are some people say I put too much in the story. For some it is too much for others it's not enough. However, keep in mind that I'm close to the middle of my story so there is still a very long way to go. Harry is starting to fight back but I can't turn him around from a beaten boy to the next hero in one chapter, everything takes time and with Harry, it takes good friends.
A/N: Thank you all for the reviews, Harry Potter is not mine this is a story from a fan.
Isabella who saw Zanita starting to leave turned to David. "Do you know what you did?" she asked in a demanding way.
To be continued.
(BSC 3 C24) C82, Fudge is coming for BuckBeak.
David looked down as Isabella was staring a hole in the back of his head. He just didn't dare to look her in the eyes. The main reason for it was the fact that he had learned to throw off the Imperius curse. As an unspeakable he was highly trained in portions, firstly to make them and also to master them if he ever was placed under the influence of one of them. He should have known what would have happened to him but he didn't, The same thing could have been said about the Imperius curse. He had been trained to throw it off but again he didn't. All of his knowledge he had thrown aside to just drink his brandy and have fun. The more he drank the more he liked it and when he tasted the potion he ignored it and let the feeling take him over and just be happy.
It was now that he had learned that Lucius had used his stupidity and played it against him. He had to pay the price and it had been his own fault. Slowly he opened his mouth and started to speak. "I'm sorry darling" he whispered softly. "You can do whatever you want with me, I deserve it all," He told her honestly.
Isabella looked at his eyes and saw what she knew she would see. There was some sadness and a lot of guilt. There was so much she wanted to do but nothing seemed to hurt him more than the thought at what he had done.
Still, she could not let it end like this. Her own gift made her feel his feelings and knew that she was right at what she had seen in his eyes.
She placed her hand softly on his arm as she told him gently. "I know you feel terrible about what you have done. But there is one thing I just don't understand or forgive. The thing that you could do nothing about it is a lie, and you know it. You have been trained to avoid things like this to ever happen, so in this case, you just didn't care and you paid for it.
David nodded and looked up with a little hope in his eyes. It was unfortunate for him because the eyes of Isabella had no hope or sadness in them. If he had to describe them he would say they were hostile.
"You do understand that you have to stay in the second bedroom for at least a month," Isabella told him without any hesitation.
David nodded again but didn't say another word. He knew that Isabella could be much worse if she wanted to be. She had been a member of Slytherin and was, even more, a Slytherin at home.
"The worse I could do to you is the next thing. Now it won't be me who will do the punishing. No my punishment to you is that you have to tell it all to Daphne, Harry, and Bella. You have to tell the two of them that they have lost their Daphne or that they have to share them with Draco Malfoy".
David could do nothing more than swallow and swallow hard. He knew that Harry had the magical power to wipe the floor with him. If he thought about an angry Harry he knew he had to run. Still, he only had to run from Harry and let him calm down. If it would be his daughter it would be very different. She would keep on searching for him until she was done. Then there was the last person of the three. Little Bella was slowly showing more and more of the tricks old Bellatrix had. They were nasty and very hurtful so if he had to choose he had to go for his daughter. It was only that way he might see another sunrise.
No, he had messed up, his little Daphne had waited for a contract with Harry and Bella and he had taken it away from her. The contract he made with Draco was unbreakable; it was something Lucius had made sure off. So the fear for his daughter became just that little bit more.
So the best thing for him was to just tell her when the time was right and let her do to him what she wants to do. If he did not she would let Bella and Harry have their go and that would not end well. If Harry would not get him or Bella would not do it than he was sure Isabella would have a go or even Minerva because he was damn sure they would know it before the end of the day.

Albus was walking after Minerva and saw that they were walking towards her own office and not the office of the headmaster. At the door, she stopped and stepped aside so that he could go in first, as he stepped with one foot inside the office he heard one word.
"Stupefy".
Neville was walking behind them and looked at it all with an open mouth. The last thing that he ever thought would happen happened. His grandma Mini just stupefied Albus in the back and saw him going down like a sack of potatoes.
With the levitation spell, she lifted the headmaster and brought him down in a chair. The next thing she did was to go over to the cabinet behind her desk and to take the sorting hat in her hand. With a finger pointing at a chair, she told Neville to take a seat.
Slowly she placed the sorting hat on the head of Albus and spoke her first words from the moment she walked away from the gate of Hogwarts. "Neville, what we are about to do is something I never did before. It is also something I have to discuss with the sorting hat in a moment".
Neville looked up and understood what it was that his grandma Mini was about to do. So he lifted his wand and was about to do his oath.
"Stop it Neville," Minerva said. "I don't need an oath from you. I trust you just like I trust all the friends and family of my grandson".
Neville nodded again and looked over to the sorting hat.
"Yes, Neville, this is the sorting hat. He is going to do something he was not made for. He is going to read the mind of Albus and after that, he is going to tell us what he thinks he can tell us. So if he tells us anything it is of his own free will".
Neville was still looking at the sorting hat and had a little doubt in his eyes. It was only after he saw the sorting hat nodding to him, that he knew it was out of his free will. It was now that he knew that his Grandma Mini treated everyone with respect just like Harry did.
They both turned to the hat and were watching it intensely. It started to mumble but the words he said was something they could not understand. It was after ten minutes that Neville started to get impatient and asked what was happening.
Minerva smiled a little. "The sorting hat is looking for everything Albus did to Harry from the moment he came here and before he came here. Now as he does it we hope he will find things we didn't know yet. But again the hat told us he would only tell us things he can tell us. He has been made to keep everything a secret even for the headmaster but he was created for the school and his first and most important duty is the students of the school. Now he has the permission of Lady Hogwarts but it will still be his decision.
It would take another ten minutes for the sorting hat to complete his task. Minerva took it from the head of Albus and placed it softly on her desk.
The hat waited for a second before he spoke. "Deputy Headmistress McGonagall, what you and King Hogwarts thought were right. Headmaster Dumbledore has manipulated everything from the start just to get to his final goal.
I cannot say that I agree with the goal but I do understand it. The abuse Harry has gotten as a kid was part of his plans. But He Did Not Know How Much It Was. Now He Really Is Regretting That Bit Of His Youth. However, he doesn't know how to say sorry. He is also Sorry that he never really listened to Arabella".
Neville looked at Minerva while Minerva just raised an eyebrow. It was clear to her that the Sorting hat was telling his findings in a particular way. It was obvious to her that there was more to the story than what they were hearing.
While Neville and Minerva were in thought, the sorting hat went on. "He thought that if Harry had a childhood that was far from nice, he would be able to stand on his own two feet but that his childhood was like this Was Something He Did Not Expects. He is of opinion that his biggest mistake was that he never went to look at him. He Just Could Not Believe A Family Could Be Like That. So It Always Shocked Him When He Heard The Horrible Stories From Arabella".
Neville Heard the way the Sorting hat was talking but he just could not understand what it was that was so different about it.
Minerva, on the other hand, knew that every time the Sorting hat began snapping the words at them that it meant something important.
"Now as for you Minerva" the hat went on "The moment he took Lily away from you He Was Sure He Had to Do It in another Way. The Evens had been old friends of his for a long time. But Again He Told Them It Was Only Temporary And That You Would Be Back On Your Feet In No Time. So He Was Really Happy When Lily Had Found Out That You Were Her Mother. So He Would Do Everything To Get The Both Of You Together Again".
Neville snapped his head over to Minerva but didn't say a thing.
It was after those words from the Sorting hat that Minerva knew there was a pattern in the way he talked. Especially when he told something she knew to be wrong.
It was again that the Sorting hat kept on talking. "Here at Hogwarts, it all went another way. He Wanted To Do Everything Right BY Harry. He knew that Professor Quirrell was possessed by Voldemort. It was the thing the wards of the school had told him. He had heard your warnings and the things the kids had told you. But he had his own agenda and he would stick to it. He didn't count on the fact that Bella would be a permanent part of Harry and that they would fight off Voldemort together in a classroom and not in his creation".
Minerva placed her hand on her mouth as she understood what the hat was telling them. But then again she had to wait until the hat was finished to hear if her conclusion was right.
"Last year from the first petrification he knew that it was a basilisk. It was this conclusion that made him order Professor Sprout to grow the Mandragoras. This would be his year and He would put everything back the way it was supposed to be. Now he didn't count on the fact that the friends of Harry could also be petrified. But He Did See It As A Way To Get Harry To Again Stand On His Own Two Feet. As the year went on things were finally going his way, when he got the chance to save you from Azkaban, He Did Every Thing He Could to Keep You Out Of It. He also thought Lord Potter would turn to him now that he had no one left to help him. He was, however, oblivious to the rest of his adopted family. That Lord Potter killed the Basilisk was even more of a surprise to him".
It was at this point that Minerva knew she was right in what she thought but Neville still didn't have a clue.
"Before this year even started all his plans went out of the window. Lord Potter and his friends had built a bridge between the Wizarding World and the Goblins. It had been the one thing he wanted to do when the time was right. That the friends had done it made him furious and jealous. I think that was the night he knew he had lost his plans and he has been hanging on by a hair for the last couple of months. It had been also today that he realized what he had done by giving Fudge permission for keeping Dementors around the school.
Now at the ministry, he heard that a boy from the Hufflepuff house and a girl from the Ravenclaw house had been the ones to open the gate. He Had Heard That It Was To Put Harry In A Bad Daylight. He does know that Delores and Lucius know more about it, But He Does Not Know How to Tell It All To You. What he does know is that the two students are somewhere on the fourth floor in a broom cupboard. He had heard that they would be there checking out each other's tonsils" This was the end of the reading the hat had done. "Please, Minerva put me back on top of the cupboard I had just about enough of this mind.
Neville let out a breath he didn't realize he was holding and was looking really anxious of what was about to come. "Grandma" Neville blurted out. "Sorry" he mumbled and was oblivious to the big but rare smile Minerva gave him.
"It's okay Neville just say what is on your mind".
"Well, Sorry but you did find those too in that closet didn't you," Neville asked.
Yes, I did Neville I also know that the both of them had been placed under an Imperius curse. Now it is still a question of who is responsible for that, but I can honestly say that I only have to look at some students. Mostly them with death eater parents" It was now that Minerva turned back to the hat. "Do you think you can tell us what you have learned?"
The hat turned his rim to Minerva and gave a long HHHMMM. "Deputy Headmistress, You know I can't tell you anything. I have swarmed to secrecy and I will always do it. Now what I did do today was to let you hear the way I sort the Students. I read their minds and see what they are good at. Mr. Potter was a true Slytherin just like his mother was. Both of them wanted to be in Gryffindor because a true Slytherin would take the best advances of the situation they got.
When I was created I was spelled in a way to never tell what the persons truly thinks or what their intentions are. One founder how ever has thought me how to lie a little. Now today I told you what Albus wanted you to know, some things I told you were the things he thought but the opposite of the truth. So it is to you to figure out what is the truth or not" and the hat became quiet again.
Neville raised his head and saw his grandma Mini nodding at him. "Yes Neville, some things he said we have to turn around and it tells us that Albus knew of everything and isn't about to change it. Harry, according to him has to suffer, but we won't let him". As Minerva turned her head to the window she knew that there was a lot she had to tell her Grandson. But it had to be something that would be done later, first, they had to find Astoria and Ginny. She didn't know when Harry would come to help them but she was sure that he wouldn't want them to wait for him if they could do a lot by themselves.
^That fucking piece of Hippogriff dung. Can't they even wait a moment until I'm ready^?
^Harry James Potter, watch your thoughts young man^ Minerva screamed in her mind.
^Sorry Grandma, I forgot that you could hear my thoughts when I think^.
Minerva could hear the cheekiness in his thoughts. "It's alright Harry but please think before you think, Okay^.
^Yes, Grandma^.
With a wave of her wand, she enervated Dumbledore. "That was a nasty fall you took their Albus. But I'm glad you are back with us. It did remind me that I have to really take care of that rug. But enough of that, we are here to talk about your position as headmaster of Hogwarts. Now I don't know what you have done to deserve this but my grandson the king of Hogwarts wants to give you a final chance. (Of course, Harry had never told her that, he had only said that they couldn't fire him before they had their court case in the Wizengamot and that would only happen when they had learned everything they had to know). My Grandson wants to give everybody a second chance and you just got one. The only thing that you have to do is behave and take care of the one thing you were hired to do. That is to take care of the students of Hogwarts".
Albus looked on and was very relieved that he still had his chance to get Harry back at his side. "Thank you, I will not let you down".
"You will not let Harry down, you mean".
Yes, yes, I meant Harry".
Neville snorted a little but kept his cool as Susan would say.
"Now Albus please get to your office and start on your paper work, you have a lot of work to do and I would start right away".
Albus didn't say a thing as he rushed out of the office of Minerva.
Minerva saw him, leave and knew that everything she had said was kind of true. Albus knew he still had his job. But not even one of them trusted him as far as they could physically throw him.

Harry looked over his shoulder and watched how Susan was running back to the castle. With a deep but silent sigh, he turned around and brought his attention back to Minister Fudge. As he gave Fudge a calculated look he knew that it was his task to get it all to a satisfying outcome. The only problem he had was that he had to take care of the welfare of both the animal and the student. He had heard all about the incident between Draco and BuckBeak. If it was his choice he had given Draco four months of detention. But at that time it was Albus who was dealing with it all and he allowed Lucius to take it to the Wizengamot and it had been the same Wizengamot that ordered the beheading of the Hippogriff.
Now he knew that it had all been a lot of bull, that Draco had been saying but he still had to deal with the decision the Wizengamot had made. As he looked around his eyes landed on the little cabin that was the house of Hagrid. Hagrid was standing in front of the cabin but his eyes were fixated at the back side of the cabin. It was there that he saw the Hippogriff they had to behead. So without a second thought, he turned around and started to walk the other way.
Fudge and Umbridge didn't know what was happening and started to follow him.
Harry who still didn't know what he would do was only hoping that the two behind him hadn't seen BuckBeak behind the cabin. What he did hear were the very big thumbs he heard as Hagrid was walking their way. The moment that Hagrid was beside him he hissed at him. "Keep your mouth shut, whatever happens, keep your mouth shut".
Hagrid was a little startled and slammed his mouth shut with an audible slap.
Harry, who was still searching in his mind for a solution to all this mess, looked sideways at Hagrid and saw the hurt look in his eyes. "Sorry Hagrid I didn't mean it that way but I have to deal with this now. As you probably heard I became King Hogwarts and it is there for my job to deal with it all". Harry gave a sigh and saw Hagrid giving him a nod. "Hagrid, can you tell me where the other hippogriffs are.
Hagrid who was still a little afraid to open his mouth just looked at Harry as he pointed a little down the path. "Over there in the field" he stammered.
Harry turned around and told the two behind him that they were going to the field at the end of the path. But before he could go on he heard Umbridge telling Fudge that he didn't even have the respect to wait for Mr. Malfoy.
Harry stopped walking and turned at the spot. Umbridge who didn't see it walk straight against him and fell backward on the ground. The eyes of Harry had turned deathly green and his magic was swirling around him. "Let me tell you one thing Miss Umbridge" as he spat out her name. "How dear you talk about respect while you yourself have none, as for Mr. Malfoy. He is just a lying piece of shit".
"You".
"Don't you dare to interrupt me" Harry snapped. "We will wait for Mr. Malfoy. But it will be over there. Now before we go on I have given the minister here multiple opportunities to discipline you, he didn't. Now if you do something I don't like I will put you down myself. This is Hogwarts, and here, I'm the law. So remember it well". He turned around and walked on. Internally Harry was hoping that Susan and Draco would stay away for a little while longer because he still didn't know what to do.
As the doors of the castle opened Harry let out a deep groan, as he saw Draco appear from behind the door ^That fucking piece of Hippogriff dung. Can't they even wait a moment until I'm ready^?
^Harry James Potter, watch your thoughts young man^ Minerva screamed in her mind.
^Sorry Grandma, I forgot that you could hear my thought when I think^.
Minerva could hear the cheekiness in his thoughts. "It's alright Harry but please think before you think, Okay^.
^Yes, Grandma^.
^It's because I love her so much or I would hate this^ Harry thought fast.
^I heard that young man^ Minerva thought hotly. ^and Yes I love you too^ she went on more softly.
Harry chuckled and heard his grandmother doing the same thing in his mind. It was only a minute or so before Draco and Susan came to the spot they were standing. Harry saw them and immediately walked over to the fence that was standing around the field.
As Harry walked over to the fence Draco took his chance and sneered, "Hee scar head, what are you doing here, isn't the old goat suppose to do this sort of thing. Are you sure you can do it scar head, do you have the stomach for it"?
Harry stopped walking and turned around to face the minister while he ignored Draco completely. "Minister Fudge, you have just witnessed the way Mr. Malfoy was calling me, is it not".
Fudge nodded but said nothing.
Umbridge saw her own opportunity and took it. "I'm sorry Potter but I heard nothing wrong here. I even think Mr. Malfoy is right when he asks why the headmaster isn't here for this".
Harry turned around and brought his hands to his hair in frustration.
Susan saw it and laid a hand on his arm, slowly she bent a little towards him and kissed him on his cheek.
Harry had slowly learned the difference between feelings of love and friendship. Now he still wasn't a master at it but he was sure that his feelings for Susan were the same as for Astoria, a sister. He smiled a little as he felt the kiss and he calmed down. He turned back to Fudge and started. "Minister, from the first moment this morning your undersecretary has treated my friends my family and me very rudely. That had been in the ministry, a place where you should handle your employees. A couple of minutes ago she did it here where I gave her a last warning. Now I'm going to give it to you. If you can't control your personal then I will".
"Now listen here" Delores Umbridge started.
Harry, however, had none of it. He turned his fury at Umbridge as he pulled his wand. Just before he could do something it was Susan who hit her with a silencer and brought his hand down with her hand. "Let me handle it for now" she whispered in his ear.
Susan pushed him back to the fence and turned to Umbridge "Miss. Umbridge".
Umbridge started to yell but the silencing spell kept her from it.
Susan smiled and stood a little straighter. "Let me introduce myself. I'm heir Bones and Princes Hufflepuff of Hogwarts. It means that I have just as much say in this as the other prince and princess. Harry has the main vote but compared to the minister he will listen to us. Now for you Miss. Umbridge" Susan snapped at the end. "You better behave or I will call my Hogwarts mother Lady Hogwarts/ Potter and have you thrown out of here. And let me tell you she would love nothing ells to do".
It was now that she turned to Draco and looked him straight in the eye "Now as for you, MR. MALFOY. What you don't know yet but what your father does is, that Lord Potter hear has become King Hogwarts earlier this year. This means MR. MALFOY that Harry here is the owner of Hogwarts and the old goat as you called him is nothing more than his employ. So he decides who goes here and who doesn't. So if I were you MR. MALFOY I would shut up and for ones pay a little attention".
Draco looked at Susan for a moment and was really thinking that it wasn't right. Was she telling him the truth or was it just a thing to make him look bad. Then again he had the minister here and he seemed to look like he was scared of Harry and he was also following his orders.
"Draco, Draco snap out of it" Susan almost screamed. "Like I said we are here today for this despicable deed you and your father want us to do. So either be respectable to us or we can forget it completely".
Harry looked on and saw that the wheels in the head of Draco started to turn. He saw a doubt in his eyes and maybe, just maybe he could turn Draco around before Voldemort was among them. It would mean so much for Narcissa to have her son back.
"If my father hears of this" Draco started.
Then again if he keeps on going to rely on his father like that it might never happen. "Your father will do nothing at all, that I can assure you. But even if the thought sickens me, I have to say that we are here for the Hippogriff so let's get to it" Harry snapped as he walked back to the fence.
Draco just stood there with his mouth hanging open while Umbridge was next to him screaming without a sound. The silencing spell of Susan was still in effect and Umbridge couldn't lift it on her own.
Harry and Susan weren't really sure but as they looked at Fudge they could almost see the pleased look on his face as he couldn't hear Umbridge shouting.
Hanging on the gate of the field Harry saw that there were at least thirty Hippogriffs standing in the field. He wasn't sure if these were all the hippogriffs that had their home here at Hogwarts but he wanted to make sure they keep it. With his lower arms hanging on the fence he looked over at the Hippogriffs that were standing in front of him.
"Lord Potter" Fudge started. "Could you bring the Hippogriff BuckBeak over here so we could carry out the sentence?". Fudge gestured to the person that was still waiting at the gate of Hogwarts. "That is our executioner who will take care of the sentence".
Harry turned back to the fence and shook his head.
"What" Fudge spluttered? "But the law says that every wild animal has to be killed for the good of every witch and wizard" Fudge shouted.
Harry held up his hand and Fudge became quiet. "Minister," he said slowly. "I do intend to obey the law, but I also have to consider the responsibilities I have as King Hogwarts. It, are these responsibilities that I can't condemn a Hippogriff just like that. The Hogwarts law requires Mr. Malfoy to point out the Hippogriff in question" Harry told him with a little smile as he again turned back to the fence.
Hagrid wanted to say something but Susan kicked him so he shut his mouth.
Harry saw it and was glad that his grandmother made the choice to bring Susan the moment he asked her to bring his friends. While he gave Susan a smile he could see that she was pulling Hagrid away from the group.
Umbridge who was finally released from her spell looked at Potter and started to scream. "Potter, What the hell does it matter what Hippogriff we kill. We are talking about a hippogriff that attacked a son of one of our esteemed citizens. That is why this has to be carried out now".
Harry narrowed his eyes as he looked at Umbridge. He noticed that the minister was looking the other way like he hadn't heard a word Umbridge had said, so it was again that he wondered why Fudge was the minister.
It was now that Fudge saw his eyes going green and stuttered. "Well, Delores, I think Lord Potter can explain why he said it".
Delores Umbridge turned to Fudge and huffed loudly but kept her mouth shut as she gave him an angry look.
Harry nodded to Fudge. ^You piece of Flobberworm puss^.
^Harry, language^.
^Sorry grandmother^.
^It's alright Harry but who is the Flobberworm puss^.
^Fudge^.
^Oh that piece of Flobberworm puss^.
^Grandmother language^ and Harry laughed loudly. He gazed over at Susan and saw her looking strangely at him, so he gestured her to come closer.
Susan saw it and immediately stepped beside him.
Harry looked at the Hippogriffs as he started to speak. "Draco as you can see all of the Hippogriffs we have at Hogwarts are standing in this field". The moment he said it he whipped out his wand and threw a silencing Spell at Hagrid because he was about to speak. "It is on you to point out BuckBeak so we can get him here to fulfill the verdict.
Draco looked up and at all the Hippogriffs that were standing in the field. He lifted his hand and pointed at the first Hippogriff he saw. "That one, That is the one who attacked me". He told Harry in a way that it didn't really matter if it was the one or not.
So it was now up to Harry to carry out his plan even if he had only a little bit to go on. The only hope he had was that Susan would follow him and that they could get out of this together. "Well, now that we know the Hippogriff I will get Hagrid to get him so we could behead him right here and right now".
It was after those words that the eyes of Draco lighted up like the lamps on a Christmas tree.
Harry shook his head as he realized that he could never help Draco and that he had to disappoint Narcissa at some point in her life. No, Draco was just like his father a hopeless case. ^Well, that saddles it, he is just like his father a real ferret^.
^If you are talking about Draco than I will let it go for this time young man^.
Harry had to chuckle as he heard the words from his grandmother in his mind. The joy in her voice gave him that little push he needed.
Hagrid who was still under silencing spell walked into the field and took the Hippogriff that Draco had pointed out, at first he bowed to the Hippogriff and took it to the gate.
Have way there Harry held up his hand to indicate Hagrid to stop.
As he did that the others were watching him with confusion. Which Harry ignored.
Harry turned back to the fence and laid his lower arms on the fence and just looked straight ahead.
"What are you doing Harry" Susan hissed.
"I don't know Susan" Harry hissed back. "I'm just going with it and hoping something comes to me".
Susan stepped a little closer and kissed his cheek. At least that was what it looked like to the others. "Harry just go with your thoughts and think about the book you made me bring, think about breeding programs".
The eyes from Harry became big and a small smile grazed his face. He took her hand and squeezed it a little. "Thank you, he whispered". His eyes found Draco as he said. "Draco, before we behead this Hippogriff, I want to know if this is BuckBeak you know the one that attacked you".
Draco widened his eyes a little. "What in Merlin's name does it matter if this is the right Hippogriff or not" he shouted. "It is just a Hippogriff; one more or Less means nothing".
Harry narrowed his eyes and almost screamed at Draco. "It Matters a lot you little shit".
Draco stepped back in fear and gazed over at fudge for help but he was getting none.
"Mr. Malfoy" Harry sneered a little as he tried to get his frustration back under control. "We here at Hogwarts have something that is called a breeding program with different magical animals. These Hippogriffs are from one of these breeding programs. Now after we have beheaded the Hippogriff we can see if it is".
The eyes from Harry snapped to Susan for less than a second and he saw a little smile that told him that she understood what he was thinking.
Susan who had paid close attention to what Harry was saying knew that he took her breeding programs and that he went whit it. His quick gaze told her that he needed her and she knew what she had to do. "BuckBeak," she told him.
"Ah, yes BuckBeak, that was his name" And Harry gave her a bow as a thank you just before he turned his attention back to Draco. "Now Mr. Malfoy, Only if we are sure that the Hippogriff is the one named BuckBeak. If the Hippogriff is not BuckBeak than I'm afraid I have a very bad announcement to make to your father".
Draco gazed at the Hippogriff that was held by Hagrid before he turned back to Harry. "What if it is the wrong Hippogriff? Just chop his head off and be done with it" Draco told Harry as if it was again the most normal thing to do.
Before Harry could answer Draco he could hear Umbridge laughing and Fudge telling him something. "Lord Potter, It wouldn't be a big deal if we did kill the wrong Hippogriff now would it" Fudge squeaked, to immediately duck into a little ball when he saw the eyes of Harry turning green as they started to light up.
"Won't be a big deal, are you even listening to yourself you bumbling fool" Harry bit at him. "I know that your ministry has sent people to Azkaban without a trial. Here at Hogwarts, we do things a little differently, every being, beast or human will get a fair chance".
The eyes of Fudge turned to the ground as he realized what Harry was talking about. "Lord Potter," he said without looking at him. "Sirius Black has nothing to do with this".
"He has everything to do with this Minister" Harry snapped at Fudge. "This afternoon those beings you sent here for our protection came into the great hall while all the students were there, even Mr. Malfoy here. They are here to protect us from Sirius Black, according to the ministry, a hardened criminal without an honest trial. Yes, Minister, I have done the homework so I do know what is happening here. So again tell me, minister, what would you have done if one of those monsters kissed a student. Would you say sorry and we will kill one of them to make it right. Sorry, I could do nothing about it they are wild animals you know. Or even Sorry but I think that they thought that Miss Clearwater was Sirius black, a mistake anyone of us could have made".
Fudge started to splutter as he was about to jump in and give Harry a piece of his mind.
Harry, on the other hand, was beyond mad and didn't let him. "No, Minister don't you even dare to interrupt me now. Here at Hogwarts, we do things a whole lot different than you would do at the ministry. If Mr. Malfoy here has pointed at the wrong Hippogriff we have to kill another one just to get to the one who attacked him. That will mean we have to kill two hippogriffs and that would mean less profit for Hogwarts. Less profit means higher tuitions for the students and not only the ones who are Muggle born. I have seen the papers and next year every student will have to pay the same. No, if we kill a wrong Hippogriff Mr. Malfoy has to pay for it or the ministry. Now I can tell you this if I kill one Hippogriff then I will keep on killing them until I got the one named BuckBeak. So every loss of profit will be reimbursed by either Mr. Malfoy or the ministry" Harry bit as he looked straight in the eyes of Draco.
Draco who had heard every word gazed over at the field. He knew that his father would not like it if he had to pay for the wrong Hippogriff. So he thought about it and had to ask the one question he had to ask. "What if it is the wrong one, how much would it cost me".
Harry hid a small smile and asked "Susan could you check the book on that bit".
Susan nodded and took out the book Harry had asked her to bring. As she flipped through the empty pages she was looking for something. When she found the empty page she needed "Ha here it is, it will be hundred thousand galleons for a male Hippogriff and a million for a female".
Draco turned as white as a ghost while Fudge started to splutter a gain "What, why so much and why a million for a female".
Well, a female could bring us a lot of calf's and a calf could bring us, even more, money if they are female, But if you kill one you kill all the possible calf's we could have bred" Susan told the as she snapped the book shut.
Fudge looked like he was smacked at the back of the head when he heard Susan telling him the amounts. He knew for sure that Lucius would never pay that amount for the wrong Hippogriff. As he thought a little longer about it he was also sure that he could not pay for it himself not even with the gifts he got for the special degrees he had to push through. Most of those gifts were in his own vault at Gringotts so that was the last place he wanted to get the money from. "Lord Potter" He started. "Is it possible to get us the right Hippogriff? If you could do that, then it wouldn't cost us any money".
Draco shot him a thankful look and he turned his eyes to Harry.
"I'm really sorry, minister, the only one who can tell them apart is Hagrid. But because he was the teacher of that class he cannot help us in this case. He was a suspect and I will have none of it. No Draco has to point us the right Hippogriff or not point at one at all. If he does I hope it will be the right one or it will cost his daddy a lot of money".
Draco was starting to get mad as Fudge started to get a little frustrated with it all.
"My King" Susan said.
Harry heard Susan and knew she wanted to say something. "Yes, Susan Princes of Hufflepuff".
Susan gave him a shy smile and said. "What if we tell them we carried out the verdict and that the Hippogriff is dead? We give BuckBeak a new name and Draco could go back saying he saw the whole thing. Draco only has to keep his mouth shut about the real reason".
"Well, I like that Idea. What do you say about it Mr. Malfoy, are you okay with this solution" Harry asked him.
Susan saw the thought running through the mind of Draco. It would be another thing he owed Potter. And if he told this to his friends, he would lose his face and it would be something house Malfoy could not survive. They would be seen as a family of losers. If he did agree and he would tell them he saw it all, he would get the attention and his friends would have even more respect for him that they already had. He could even become the leader of Slytherin.
Draco gazed at the field for one more time before he turned deep red and started to walk back to the castle.
Fudge didn't wait on Harry and hurried back to the gate with Umbridge walking behind him. He wasn't happy with the idea to keep this from Lucius but it was better than losing a big part of his money.
"WE DID IT HARRY WE ACTUALLY DID IT" Susan screamed as she jumped into his arms and hugged him close.
"Yes, we did it, Susan. But we have to get back to the castle we still have to find Ginny and Astoria".

At the edge of the forbidden forest stood two centaurs that were looking at their new king, their eyes followed everything to Fudge walking away and a furies Draco storming off "and bane, tell me did I do right".
"Yes, Firenze, you did right in the first year of our new King. He handled it like he should".
