We're all still in shock over Tommy being the green ranger, and this just makes the ranger's job a lot harder.
"Can't believe that Tommy's the green ranger. There has got to be a mistake." Kimberly said.
"Alpha, are you sure about this?" Jason asked.
"The computer matched his interspacial biovibrations with the green rangers'." Alpha replied.
"Yeah, but the computer has also been under repair. Maybe it made a mistake." Zack said.
"Not likely. Alpha and Ashlynn corrected the malfunction." Billy said.
"Then Tommy is the green ranger." Trini said.
"How could Tommy do this to us?" Zack asked.
"Rita must have cast a spell over Tommy and is controlling his mind, just like she did with Capri." I replied.
"You see rangers, we can't give up. We have to break Rita's spell and save Tommy and Capri." Jason said.
I gave Jason a light smile because he knew that I was still hurting over Capri. I'm so glad that I have him in my life because Lord only knows where I would be.
"Ooh, Rita will rule the world. She will enslave mankind. She'll destroy the command center again." Alpha ranted.
"Okay. Okay. Alpha, you've made your point." Zack said.
"So you'll reconsider?" Alpha asked.
This dude knew exactly what he was doing. I'm glad because these guys need to stick together.
"Alright." "Okay." "Let's do it." Kimberly, Trini, and Zack said together.
"We have to find Tommy and break Rita's spell. Let's split up and look for him." Jason said.
"What if he is at Rita's palace?" Kimberly asked.
"Then we wait him out. He'll show up sooner or later." Billy replied.
"What about Zordon, Alpha?" Trini asked.
"Green ranger thought he got rid of him for good, but there is still a chance that Ashlynn and I can bring Zordon back." Alpha replied.
"Keep working on that you two. The rest of us will find Tommy." Jason said.
"Be careful. There's no telling what Tommy's liable to do." I told Jason.
"We will and thank you for not arguing about staying behind." Jason said.
"You don't have to tell me twice because he gives me the creeps under Rita's spell." I said.
Jason gave me a smile, lightly kissed me, and headed off with the others.
"Ay yi yi yi. I've got to find a way to get Zordon back. If I can just manage to get access to his dimensional files. Let's see. Numerical sequences correct. Sector one Q nine. Search initiated. Access granted. I've done it. I'm in. Computer begin search of sector one zero Q nine, sweeping all parameters. Well, Zordon, now it is only a matter of time." Alpha said.
"Hopefully we can find Zordon soon." I said.
"Me too, Ashlynn. Why don't you go sit down and take a nap? I'll wake you when Zordon is found." Alpha said.
I gave Alpha a smile, went close to the viewing globe, sat down, and dozed off. It wasn't too long before I was woken up.
"Alpha 5, well done. You have re-established our computer link up." I heard Zordon say.
I looked up and saw Zordon's face and boy was I happy to see and hear him again.
"Zordon, it's you. You're back." Alpha said happily.
"Yes, Alpha. Get them to their zords immediately." Zordon said.
"Their zords have been taken away. The green ranger is on the rampage." I said.
"Nice to see you again, Ashlynn. By destroying the sword of darkness, they will break Rita's evil spell." Zordon said.
I watched as the gang battled the dragon zord before Jason met Tommy on the ground to finish the battle. Jason broke the spell over Tommy and I was super happy. Tommy agreed to join the others and now the team is finally complete. The gang returned to the command center. I gave Tommy a hug, and he apologized for everything he had done. I told him not to worry because that wasn't him.
"We missed you, Zordon." Billy said.
"Morale around here was pretty low without you." Zack added.
"The fact remains that even as you faced your greatest danger, with all the odds stacked against you, you carried on like true superheroes, and persevered." Zordon said.
"We really owe a lot to Alpha and Ashlynn." Trini said as she hugged Alpha and Jason hugged me.
"Alpha, you displayed exemplary leadership capabilities in my absence. I am very proud of you. I'm also proud of you, Ashlynn. You showed that even though the odds were stacked against the rangers, you never gave up and stood by Alpha." Zordon said.
"Ah, well, um, I ah, shucks." Alpha said with a little embarrassment.
"Thank you, Zordon." I said with a smile.
"And now I welcome our newest ranger. Now that you are a true power ranger, Tommy. You must follow three basic rules or lose the protection of the power. First, never use your power for personal gain. Second, never escalate a battle unless Rita forces you to, and finally keep your identity secret. No one may know you are a power ranger." Zordon said.
"You can count on me, Zordon, 100%." Tommy said.
"Here, I made you a communicator." Billy said as he showed Tommy his communicator.
"Oh, thanks, man." Tommy said.
"You're one of us now. Welcome aboard." Jason said.
"A new chapter has begun, rangers. Let the power protect you." Zordon said.
The group put their hands together, before jumping up in the air and yelling, "Power rangers!"
This group is finally complete. Maybe now with Tommy, the group can finally defeat Rita, and maybe, just maybe, break the spell over Capri and save the world all at the same time.
