A scene opens up with Atomsk waiting for TME to appear.
When he did, he had a game console in his hands and he was grinning at the game he was playing or played when he ended it.
"Hehe, nothing like the Dead Space remake to help with refreshing the mind with jumpscares." TME said while he grins at Atomsk while he carried his Steam deck in his hands.
"Hey man. I see you brought your Steam deck." Atomsk said.
"Yup, may not be the best game console around but its a good handheld computer hehe… able to play games like Elden ring, Persona 5 Royal, One piece Oddssey, and the dead space remake… granted had to play it around 40 FPS but thats the usual FPS on Steam deck use, much better than 30 from Switch and what not." TME said as he moved to sit next to Atomek in a chair.
"Speaking of Dead space, I'll need to reread things while you get ready for work soon so may as well get the intro out of the way, you remember what happened last time?... last I remembered, a gangbang happens with Azure, Cynthia, and… and… who was the last woman?... I think there was a third?" TME said while he wracked his brain and knew he would have to reread things big time before doing this chapter of DSML.
"It was Audrey and yes, Cynthia and Audrey was sent there as spies but the Dragoon Boss knew what was going on. Seems Azure was enjoying herself during the orgy." Atomsk said.
"I see… going to have to really catch up on things but last I remember Emerald and the Black Dragoon were approaching one another as they got ready to fight while Cedric was going to fight his own battle…" TME said while he wondered if he remembered 100% on that part.
"Yeah and speaking of, seems something is going on with Cedric lately with the way his eyes glowed and his voice was Different than his berserker side." Atomsk said.
"No kidding… intimidates even Necromorphs… wonder what that will end in…" TME said in a cryptic manner as he grins in an evil way in this being a mystery to have the readers wonder what he would mean.
Atomsk grins with a dark chuckle as Cedric, holding the camera, sweatdrops.
"I'm not liking the sound of that."
"Hey to be fair, that Cedric is not you… we could change that though." TME said while he pulled out a large Sliver of the Marker of all things making Cedric jump in Emerald's arms from shock like from a Scooby doo moment and even Emerald jolts.
"Dude I already have something jammed in my chest!" Emerald said while he slowly backed from an evilly grinning TME.
"I suggest running than." TME said as he chuckles darkly when he approached the duo and Emerald ran from the room with Cedric in his arms.
"Zoinks!" Emerald called leaving two camera's unmanned though thanks to them being at the proper angles, could see Atomsk as TME looks amused when he walked back on stage and bit into the marker sliver making many blink as TME looks amused.
"What?... its chocolate?... think I would risk bringing a mind warping thing into this world?... I will say this Atomsk, I may erase intros for this story since we have gone from traveling on the Ishimura to this stuff now… should make it easier for us to get readers for DSML." TME said while he finished off the chocolate sliver off and sat next to Atomsk.
"Right… definitely should do that." Atomsk said.
"Yeah, I will soon, either when this chapter is done or while we do this, either way, ready to start officially?" TME said while he cracked his knuckles.
"Yes indeed." Atomsk said as he cracked his knuckles as well.
"Good, mind giving a small recap on last chapter in case those who get here after my work on erasing past intros don't get too confused?" TME said while he looks at Atomsk curiously.
"Right… Last chap, the orgy happened, Cynthia and Audrey went as spies to get back into Lillum's good graces and stuff, Azure was seen wearing a belly dancer outfit and didn't put up a resistance. Unless she wanted… or didn't want to. Either way she enjoyed herself. Now the fight has started after Emerald and co show up as Audrey and Cynthia took Azure to safety and now something is going up with Cedric." Atomsk said.
"Yeah, though is Cedric about to fight some Necromorph generals of the Black Dragoon to get to Hugo?, honestly forgot if he was alive or not and Cedric may have some… choice words for him to put it lightly." TME said while he grins darkly at the end.
"Oh I don't think Hugo was killed… yet." Atomsk said in a foreboding way.
"Indeed, even if the Black Dragoon got away, without Hugo, definitely a hit to him again… honestly aside that Azure nab and grab, was constant losses to Emerald every time they fought." TME said when he remembered some fights.
"Oh yeah. Perhaps this time will be the ultimate fight." Atomsk said.
"Maybe… could be semi-final since I do have an end in mind to help set up the next DSML or DSML 2 since there are three games in the series so far… hopefully the 2023 remakes and further in 2024 or 2025 help bring the series back to a good level… anyway ready to start fully now that we have this info all ready and what not?" TME said when he was ready to scene shift now that the recap was over.
"Oh yeah. Let's get it done." Atomsk said.
"Right… is Dragoon busting time!" TME said while the scene shifts too…
Ishimura/ Black Dragoon Hive/ Emerald, Cedric, Emerald's Necromorph army, Maite, Izzy, various other women and men
Currently the scene showed Emerald and the Black Dragoon's fists clashing when they got close from last chapter and with a resounding bang the two were knocked back from one another, Emerald more so than the Black Dragoon but that was from a weight class difference and Emerald grins when he knew he wouldn't get launched too far and he formed his Gas arm and oddly enough made some kind of Gas like substance form near the Black Dragon who… well while not giddy or turned on, didn't feel poisoned… in fact aside an urge to sneeze, the gas didn't seem to do much… odd…
"What was that supposed to do?" The Black Dragoon said as he raised his eyebrow.
All Emerald did was grin as he reformed his arm into the Flesh grenade arm and pulled a glowing part off.
"Eh… just some substance I made similar to the effects of gunpowder… just add something explosive for an interesting result." Emerald said as he tossed the small flesh grenade as the Black Dragoon's eyes widened at what he heard.
"WHAT?!" The Black Dragoon said before trying to dodge the grenade.
While he did avoid the blast from the grenade and most of the damage from the gas pretty much blasting into a major explosion, the Brack Dragoon was rocketed back though various crate in a stunned state as Emerald grins at this.
"Hehe, man that is a good combo." Emerald said though he got hit from behind when a wrench hits the back of his head when a Necromorph trying to hit Cedric with various thrown tools caused Emerald to get a lump on his head.
"OW!" Emerald yelled while he held his head.
"Sorry Emerald, this idiot is using tools against me." Cedric said before he was able to kill the Necromorph.
"N-No problem." Emerald said as his regen kicked in from that Regenerator core he ate and his head recovers while the Black Dragoon recovered from that sudden blast that happened.
The Black Dragoon was now pissed off as he rushes against Emerald.
This time he was weary of the Gas arm since Emerald could cause an explosion again and Emerald knew this, he moved to have his arm shift to the Dragoon arm and he fired a few flesh spikes into the ground and jumped back as he shifts the arm into the tentacle arm with the retractable spikeso n the end for fingers… as the explosion went off, Emerald launched the tentacles to the Dragoon though he frowns when he saw Tentacles from the Black Dragoon's own arm counter to grip his and Emerald saw the Black Dragoon grinning darkly at him.
"Hehe… now it's a tie." The Black Dragoon said.
"Says you. "Emerald said as he moved to pull himself to the Black Dragoon while not fighting to pull the Black Dragoon in bringing the fight to him and as that happened, the scene went to Cedric as he was dealing with a few Necromorph generals that worked directly under the Black Dragoon… and boy where they tough… Granted there were many species of Necromorph but seems the top 5 Necromorph's under the Black Dragoon, some normal Dragoons, and a few brutes, were eyeing Cedric while weary of his strength when berserked and the weapons he had.
Cedric was now using his twin swords before letting out a snarl.
"Come on… who wants a piece of me?" He said as his eyes glowed. (Note from Atomsk: Cedric received those swords in the earlier chaps of the story.)
The Dragoons and Brutes all growl when they rushed Cedric, however Cedric remembered something from Izzy when he heard her voice in his head from a memory.
"Remember Cedric, you're not a monster, just an overpowered human, against a Necromorph you're still weak to some of the higher ranked ones… use this and use your head with it as well." Izzy's voice was heard and this showed when Cedric used his head and surprised the group of high rankers when he used a fully powered up Kinesis module and pretty much locked up all the high ranking fighters on the Dragoon's side and he used his berserked strength to launch forward and sliced the arms off the enemies… killing the three Brutes on the Dragoon's side and crippling the two Dragoon's before the Kenesis's freezing effect broke having the two Dragoon's scream in agony before they were frozen again and Cedric was amused at how such strong monsters were pretty much useless when a kinesis module was used on them as he sliced their legs off, killing them, was honestly a let down.
"Hehe, that's a shame… This is the best that the Dragoon's so called generals have?" Cedric said.
Though seems there was one more and this showed when a Flesh spear shot towards Cedric near his feet and Cedric had to jump back before an explosion happened… when he looks he saw one Dragoon that looked a lot like Onyx… she looked like her but with a short haircut similar to Azure's and had the usual white flesh armor that Dragoon's had and she had a stoic look on her face as she looks ready to fight much to Cedric's chagrin… male Dragoon's and enemies he could fight… a woman no matter what was a bit of an issue… hell aside the dead look in her eyes she looked rather cute.
"Fuck… another big shame. Hate to fight a cutie like you but… not going to die since I have beef with your boss… and a douchebag scientist on my list." Cedric said.
The woman was silent though as she got into a combative stance and as Cedric fired a blast of kinesis at her, he was surprised when the woman actually threw a necromorph and a human male at the blast making them take the hit and slowly move in the air, harmlessly of course but Cedric couldn't attack unless he risked the humans harm and the Dragoon woman fired between the two to Cedric before she rushed them while she grabbed a human by the head ready to throw them showing this woman would be VERY bad to deal with considering how many hostages she could use to block Cedric's slowing effects.
'Damn it! This is bad. Gotta think of a different solution.' Cedric thought as he didn't want to hurt any hostages.
This results in Cedric changing his tactics in him using a long range weapon to blast Necromorph minions as he worked closer to the woman and this results in Cedric using the blade on the woman but she blocked it with the armored part of her arm that held strong and this results in Cedric seeing how tough Onyx could be in a fight when Cedric was forced to be on the defensive when she was swiping him with her clawed hands and he could barely get an attack back edgewise since every slice he did, either she blocked a move or worked to throw hostages at Cedric and he had to kill necromorph minions or catch and get humans away carefully leaving Cedric open a couple times which he managed to keep from getting attacked by thanks to boosted speed from the berserk effect he had and that he had a lot of medpacks and ammo… but that would change soon since there was only so many attacks Cedric could get by while the woman had plenty of humans to throw around at Cedric.
'N-No… this is bad. Can't lose. Everyone needs me.' Cedric thought as he thought of his friends and allies… then Azure.
This worked to boost Cedric's anger and well… he growls as his anger got the better of him but in an odd good way when he just fucked the hostages and when the woman threw some humans… Cedric just ran by much to the woman's surprise and she had to block a double overhead strike from Cedric when he slammed his blades on her armored arms making her drop to one knee.
Cedric growls as his eyes glowed red again as he added some pressure to his attack.
As The woman growls from the effort of not falling to Cedric, the camera turned to Lillum, Maite, Onyx, and Izzy while they were bringing humans to their side and into the hole when they saw that Cedric had to avoid many and Leonel brought some humans to them.
"Here, go through the hole, should be more welcoming than this place." Leonel said when she gestured for a few humans to enter the hole while Onyx punched a few enemy Necromorphs away from the group that tried to rush them.
"Come on, I can use a work out." Onyx growls as she punches more Necromorphs.
As this happened, Lillum looks at Izzy and Maite.
"I'll be going to rip apart other enemies, keep on making sure that other humans get out of here." Lillum said before she looks at Leonel.
"Guard these two if Onyx has to leave the area." Lillum said before she moved away while using her stingers to either swing various enemies away or pierce limbs off them as she worked her way through a large crowd of enemies making them scream in agony..
Leonel looks determined as Maite and Izzy kept helping the surviving humans.
This went on for a bit and the Black Dragoon noticed making it growl as it saw its minions going down one by one though Emerald slugging its head knocking him back did make him grin.
"HAHA!... got you!" Emerald growls when he launched the Dragoon away from him and hard into a wall when the Black Dragoon recovered, Emerald was grinning as he cracked his knuckles.
"Hehe… man you are getting predictable… got anything new in that chimeric arm or is that all?" Emerald said while he gave the Black Dragoon a come get me gesture in a mocking way.
The Black Dragoon growls but wasn't gonna fall for that.
"Oh I got some tricks alright." He said.
"Well better play your cards than because I'll just reverse uno you and kick your ass harder than I did when I became a King." Emerald taunts while he reformed his arm into the Dragoon arm and fired flesh spikes at the Black Dragoon making the guy avoid the attacks.
The Black Dragoon growls before his arm form and it surprisingly shoots out… fire.
"What the!?" Emerald said when he avoids the cone of fire while surprised the Black Dragon blasts fire like he had a damn flamethrower in his arm… than again Emerald had explosive grenades and flesh spears so what did he know.
"Hehe, surprise?" The Black Dragoon said with a grin.
As Emerald jumped back more… he did frown.
"Yeah… looks like that doctor of yours is a serious pain in the ass if he got you an arm like that." Emerald said when he knew that arm would be an issue if it had more surprises.
"Hehe… and there's more in store for you." The Black Dragoon said before his arm formed and starts shooting out… spikes.
"What!?" Emerald said and he jumped from the spikes while worrying if the spikes would explode or something.
Surprisingly enough, one spike did explode.
Emerald had to block the shockwave from that since that was not a normal explosion at all and as he lands, his arm was singed by a bit as the Black dragoon laughs at the confused look on Emerald's face.
"Haha? Confused huh?" The Black Dragoon said.
"Yeah… attachment or not, pretty sure you would have no way to use your old abilities… and boosted as well… still if I can tell where you aim, not that deadly… just need to avoid a direct hit and its not that bad." Emerald said when he got a serious look on his face when he was now weary of that arm.
"Regardless… after I beat you and claim your women, I will also get back my pet that those two bitches stole." The Black Dragoon said.
Emerald narrows his eyes.
"Guess I got a second target after I rip that arm off you… that damn dick." Emerald growls while he reformed his arm into the sharp tentacle arm with the fingers at the max sharpness ready to slice and dice things.
The Black Dragoon narrows his eyes.
"Funny… was thinking of doing that to you." He said before shooting more spikes.
This made Emerald rush the Black Dragoon and while Emerald dodged the deadly spikes, Lillum moved to Cedric and when she saw him having trouble getting rid of a woman like Onyx, she smirks as she kicked the woman on the side knocking her away and Lillum smirks when she stands near Cedric.
"Need help?... pretty sure I saw that Hugo guy that way so may as well let me deal with this bitch and show her what a real Royal can do and not a pretender like that Black Dragoon fucker." Lillum said with a smirk as she had a hand on her hip as she looks at the recovering Dragoon woman and she glared at Lillum with anger from the cheap shot.
Cedric pants a bit.
"Alright… but be careful though." He said.
"Hehe… Oh I will be… who knows… may break a bitch into being mine and Emerald's pet since Onyx is your bitch." Lillum said with a smirk as she licks her lips while eyeing the Dragoon woman in a hungry lustful way.
Cedric blushes.
"R-Right. Be careful if she uses hostages for her gain." He said before running as he hunts for the doctor.
Lillum looks amused by this.
"Hehe, please… I'll be able to deal with them easily…" Lillum said when she looks at the Dragoon woman who tried to run from her to get to Cedric and Lillum moved to grip the woman's arm and forced her to he ground on her back and Lillum got on top of her with a grin.
"Hehe… what?... afraid to fight little ol me?" Lillum said when she had her hands on the Dragoon woman's wrists when she grins as she looks at the woman to get a better look at her details.
Like before, she was a bit like Onyx with the Dragoon form while having almost the same haircut as Azure.
However, her body has a nice physique with good curves, a well toned ass and C-D breasts.
As Lillum licks her lips, she jumped off the woman when she fired some small flesh spikes from her hand and while not explosive like the male varients to the same level, was still an explosive and Lillum smirks when she saw the woman get up with a fierce look on her face.
"Ohhh… a fighter… that I like." Lillum said when she would enjoy the exercise in getting her prey.
The woman growls.
"Out. My. Way."
Lillum on her end smirks.
"No. way. In. hell." Lillum said in a mocking way as she rushed to the Dragoon woman… as this happened Cedric was racing where Lillum last saw Hugo and he killed a few Necromporphs who got in his way… in no time he managed to spot the fucker when he saw him trying to leave the room with a few guards.
"Where do you think you're going?" Cedric said.
This made Hugo jolt and when he looks, he looks panicked when he saw an angered Cedric and Hugo looks at his guards.
"Stop him you fools!... if anything happens to our lord will make sure you die!" Hugo said when he ordered his guards to attack Cedric as Hugo ran off to try and get away.
Cedric got pissed.
"If you value your lives… Let me through now." He said with a growl as his glowed again.
Though given that they would most likely die if they let Cedric through the Guards just rushed Cedric anyway, dead if they do, dead if they don't, seems they would take their chances in taking Cedric down than dealing with the Black Dragoon's ire.
"Fine… Death it is." Cedric said before roaring as he uses his berserk strength and speed to attack.
As Cedric shredded many enemies, while he was slowled, he did managed to get by and quickly tracked Hugo down when he saw Hugo rushing in a panicked way into a room to try and hide… oh if he only knew he was unlucky enough to have Cedric see him enter said room.
"Gotcha." Cedric said with a dark grin as he follows Hugo to that room.
Though when he got there, seems this room was connected to a few others when he saw that Hugo ran into another room past some Necromorphs and given that they were looking at Cedric with hostile looks showing that intimidation wouldn't work when they rushed him ready to kill.
Cedric was getting annoyed.
"Alright. Time to improvise." He said before he decides to rush the enemy but uses his kinesis to stop any Necromorphs.
A couple shots made the many Necromorphs freeze in the air and Cedric quickly made a dance-like motion and worked to slice the limbs off the Necromporphs and the Necromorphs dropped dead in no time at once.
After making sure they are dead, Cedric starts rushing for the doctor.
Though little did he know, he was followed by one of those… flyers.
Thanks to this, when Cedric entered the room, he heard a flap and Cedric managed to avoid a stinger from the Necromorph but got tackled to the ground losing one of his weapons and Cedric used that to grab the singer when the Necromorph tried to pierce his skull with a strained look on his face.
"N-Not today." Cedric said as he tries to fight back.
Thankfully he didn't get a lobotamy by the Necromorph, but he did notice Hugo running past him which fueled his anger when it seems Cedric getting close but losing Hugo when he was so close… well… lets just say that Cedric's anger fully snapped since this was really pissing him off more than anything because Hugo may have gotten Azure knocked up by the Black Dragoon and was seeminly getting away while Cedric was busy.
"That's… IT!" Cedric growls as he uses his strength to break the stinger.
The Necromorph got a pained look on its face as it gave a strained cry before its head was gripped by Cedric and thrown onto the ground, Cedric quickly moved to stomp its body to kill it before he ran after Hugo… when he got out of the room, he saw Hugo… honestly fuck any kind of issue… Cedric quickly took aim with a long range weapon and pretty much destroyed Hugo's head before the guy even realized what happened and his body took a few more steps before collapsing and Cedric moved to spit on the guys corpse before he slized off Hugo's body's limbs just in case to keep him from reviving as a necromorph… if that was possible… still Cedric looked irritated he couldn't make the guy suffer but given how many times the guy was backed up… better safe than sorry.
"Fucking bastard. That's what you get for Azure." Cedric said before shooting any parts left of the corpse for good measure.
After he was finished venting, he moved to aid someone and he moved to help Izzy and Maite when a Dragoon was trying to attack them, thankfully a quick Kenesis blast made it easy to take the guy out and Maite sighs in relief when she saw this.
"Thanks Cedric." Maite said.
"Don't mention it. Was able to get that scientist fucker… and killed him." Cedric said.
"Really?... make him suffer?" Onyx said when she approached after she killed a Brute by ripping his arms off his large body and threw them at some Necromorphs.
"No… guy kept having some odd luck in getting helped or not killed so when I had the chance just gave a head shot… severed his limbs so low change of him coming back hopefully." Cedric said while he shakes his head when he wished he could have made the guy suffer.
Izzy pets Cedric's shoulder.
"Don't worry. At least the bastard is gone."
"Yeah… wonder if I should help Lillum since I did leave her with an annoyingly strong woman like Onyx." Cedric said making Onyx blink.
"What?" Onyx said though…
"Hehe, already taken care of." Lillum said when she same back with the Dragoon woman on a shoulder while she had a grin on her face while she had a hand on the Dragoon woman's ass while she passed her to Onyx to carry while the Dragoon woman was in a knocked out state.
"Nevermind then." Cedric said and wanted to question why Lillum kept her alive but didn't since he had a feeling she'll want a new pet for her and Emerald.
As Lillum grins… the group had to stable themselves when they heard a large explosion happen and look to see Emerald jumping from a large explosion while parts of his body were charred when he jumped from a laughing Black Dragoon with the guy having a fanged grin when he had Emerald on the defensive it seems.
"Oh no. We got to help Emerald." Maite said.
"No!... focus on the plan for now, trust Emerald, besides…" Lillum said when she had a serious look on her face.
"Aside cheap tricks, has Emerald ever lost a real fight to that bastard when he became a King?" Lillum said when she reminds many that aside cheap tricks, Emerald never lost a real fight with the Black Dragoon… and that right now the group were getting humans out of here still so they wouldn't be used for hostage moments just in case.
"She's right Maite. We can't interfere." Cedric said.
"Yeah, don't worry, Emerald can take care of himself, if anything once we get the humans out of here, we can help Emerald after we make sure that guy doesn't pull any cheap tricks." Izzy said to comfort Maite.
Maite was hesitant but… she knew they were right.
"Alright." She said.
As this happened with others working to get various humans out of the area, Emerald and the Black Dragoon were before one another when Emerald worked to get close and with an attack of his human arm while his other arm turned into a Brute's arm, Emerald got his fist blocked by the Dragoon's who countered with his own punch… honestly this kind of fight wasn't bad at all since any distance would cause issues for either.
"Hehehe… will admit… this is the most fun filled fight I had." The Black Dragoon said.
"What?, not so one sided for you?, shame it will end soon since I haven't seen new arm forms for you… time for me to end this." Emerald said as he ran to the Black Dragoon ready to end things.
"Will see about that!" The Black Dragoon growls.
This results in the duo charging one another again and this time as Emerald jumped in the air oddly enough making him and the Dragoon counter one another with tentacles gripping one another, the Dragoon looked to be getting a look of him winning but his eyes widen when he saw Emerald grin as he gripped something behind his back mid jump.
"You forgot… I got something you don't!... an upgradable weapon!" Emerald roars when he had pulled out the weapon handle for the energy shifting weapon and before the Black Dragoon realized it, Emerald pulled himself in and in a way that made him buzzsaw through the air and like the first fight, Emerald dismembered the Black Dragoon's new arm making the Black Dragoon scream before he held his stump while Emerald grins as he lands behind the Dragoon while his eyes glow red.
"Hehe… still think you can win now?... better look around because it seems Lillum's hive had more skill than yours given your hive seems to be losing a lot of humans." Emerald said with a smirk as he points his weapon to the side while he grins mockingly at the Black Dragoon.
The Black Dragoon blinks and he looks around to see that his necromorph were dead for the most part.
There were some survivors but mainly captured ones and many humans were escorted from the room… hell Cedric in a just in case moment before that happened, brought Hugo's corpse to the hole and held it up mockingly by the scruff of the collar showing that Hugo was dead plain and simple while Onyx on her end gave a middle finger to the Black Dragoon and Emerald could feel the anger coming from the guy in waves as Emerald pulled the arm the Black Dragoon had towards him and caught it fully.
"You bastards!" The Black Dragoon growls.
"Correction." Emerald said as he crushed the arm and when he saw an odd looking core, he smirks as he devoured it.
In no time Emerald's arm reformed into the chimeric one the Black Dragoon had and Emerald hums at this.
"So THATS what that Hugo guy did… shame… honestly he had a good idea on making an arm like a Kings but was not QUITE there… now… ready to die?" Emerald asked though the Black Dragoon growling which turns into chuckles did cause Emerald to frown.
"And whats so funny?" Emerald asked as the Black Dragon just had a mad look in his eyes.
"You think you're a king just because you say that?... You think you're a King just because of the Marker?... no… if anything you're nothing given you haven't done much to actually be a king besides intimidate and more… if not for us being stuck on this ship you would be nothing!... oh… and by the way… always have a plan B!" The Black Dragoon growls when he launched many flesh spikes around the area making Emerald jump back while looking annoyed by this as the Black Dragoon hit some hidden items in the ceilings and floor making a smoke screen making many cough while those with helmets were on guard as the Black Dragoon's voice was heard.
"Forget Hugo… I'll be back!... remember this you bastard!... I know who to focus on fully now… until you're dead I won't rest until I make you suffer!" The Black Dragoon growls as Emerald reformed his arm into the gas mixing one and blew oxygen around to clear the area… but the Black Dragoon was gone much to Emerald's ire when he had narrowed eyes.
"Fuck!" Emerald growls while his anger rises more but a hand on his shoulder courtesy of Cedric got his attention.
"Calm down Emerald. He lost. We need to regroup now." Cedric said.
Emerald growls again and sighs.
"Yeah… your right… least we got rid of Hugo and this hive for the most part." Emerald said as he looks at his new arm.
"Least I can mock the guy if I run into him again before killing him by mastering this new arm… how you feeling since you got that Hugo guy deader than dead?" Emerald asked while he looks at Cedric curiously as he and Cedric walk.
"Felt good… but to be honest… I wanted to torture him for Azure but damn necromorphs were in the way and that stupid flying thing with the stinger showed up." Cedric said.
"Stinger?... oh wait you mean the one that makes Necromorphs by…" Emerald said as Cedric nods.
"Ah… well yeah… guess its better to end the guy than let his luck let him get away… hopefully we won't have to deal with that Dragoon fucker for awhile since it maybe awhile before he gets a new arm…" Emerald said while he figured without guys like Hugo, would be impossible to get a new arm like Emerald's now so would be a LONG time before the Black Dragoon was seen again… if not for the guys tricks would be dead by now but one step at a time… the two males got to Lillum and Onyx as Lillum was smiling at the two.
"Hey you two, hopefully the fucker suffered." Lillum said.
"Not enough since knowing him, will be back, doubt he would be as bad as he is now since I'm sure there are not many hives the size of yours or this one, in any case the guys power is crippled and unless he can find someone like Hugo, guys pretty much going to be armless on one side from here on out… pretty sure that will be mental agony to the guy at least since he got his ass kicked hard and lost a huge Hive and a sweet new arm." Emerald said while he put a silver lining on this as he grins now while showing Lillum and Onyx the new Chimeric arm Emerald now had.
Lillum grins as she hugs Emerald.
"Sounds like it's a good time to celebrate." She said.
"Hehe yeah… Azure will be resting so we should let that happen, thanks to some humans who worked with Hugo, can make some birth control pills to take care of the possible kids in Azure, Cynthia, and Audrey, speaking of which, should really reward those two since they did help in getting the guy distracted… what do you think Cedric?... think we should bring them in?" Emerald asked when he looks at Cedric curiously… comically in the wall nearby… Cynthia and Audrey were listening in on this…
Said duo were excited for the reward they were to get Cedric was thoughtful.
"Why not. I owe them big time for dealing with the Dragoon bastard and help save Azure."
"Nice… want to tag team women of split things so we have seperate places with our ladies split in groups?" Emerald asked while he rubs his head curiously… though he blinks when he noticed that one of the Necromorphs that worked for the Black Dragoon was near Lillum… funnily enough it was the one called Fido the Dog Necromorph.
"Really Lillum?... you know keeping a pet is a big responsibility and you have many back home." Emerald said with an amused look on his face while he rolls his eyes.
"Aww, but he's so adorable." Lillum said before smirking.
"Besides… I got you a pet too."
"Really?... when did that happen?" Emerald said while he looks confused… he looks at Fido and wondered if the pet was an animal like Necromorph as well… seems pretty calm around Lillum… guess the Black Dragoon getting beaten meant that Lillum and Emerald were Fido's alphas now and stuff.
"She means that Dragoon woman similar to me that she brought over in a knocked out state… not sure if she is even going to be happy she was kidnapped from this place though." Onyx said when she had crossed arms under her breasts.
Cedric shrugs.
"Well I'm sure Lillum and Leo, with Emerald's help, would try to persuade her."
"Well good luck with that one, for now we should finish getting things here to Lillum's hive and get out of here, need to wait and see if that rescue becon thing worked as well so got nothing else to do till than." Onyx said reminding the group about what they were doing before this rescue operation happened.
"Yeah, Kendra should be calling us now if anything." Maite said.
Good thing when she called a minute later, it… was bad news…
"Hey guys, bad news, while the asteroid worked and the becon is working, thanks to the Coms array not working for some reason, we can't get signals responding to the rescue becon." Kendra said making Emerald facepalm as Lillum gave her a half lidded look.
"Even I knew at this point that saying that would cause an issue to happen that prevents fun times…" Lillum said when she pouts at Maite.
"This ship is fucking falling apart in every way imaginable." Emerald muttered while he pinched the bridge of his nose when he really hoped that things change for a break time… maybe on the tram again or something if able…
Cedric sighs.
"Well gang, guess we know what to do next." He said.
"Yup… Izzy… to the trams… I'll follow… anyone else want to join, feel free, if not, head back to the hive… Cedric you head back mainly because when Azure wakes, you'll need to make it so you wow her and make the Black Dragoon a bad memory for her." Emerald said since Cedric had more important things to do.
Cedric looked determined.
"Roger that."
Emerald nods before he cracks his neck as he and Izzy start walking.
"Considering its the coms, we won't be rushing, if anyone wants to join us, feel free." Emerald said as he and Izzy start to exit the area while Emerald looks a bit irritated at there being one issue after the other on this massive mega ship.
Cedric looks at Onyx.
"Want to join me Onyx or help Emerald?"
"I'll join you Cedric, may as well make sure that fucker doesn't get the last laugh." Onyx said as she and Cedric enter the hole in the wall leaving Lillum with Maite and Fido.
Maite looks at Lillum.
"I'm gonna help Emerald and Izzy."
Lillum nods.
"I'll join you as well, may as well have Fido join us so we have a good tracker on the team." Lillum said before she looks at Leonel who was carrying some crates.
"Want to join Leo?... pretty sure you didn't get many times with Emerald unless you want to go have fun with Cedric." Lillum said when she and Maite with Fido worked to follow Emerald and Maite.
Leonel was thoughtful.
"Hmmm… I'll join you. Can have fun with Cedric later."
"Alright, one thing first… hey you do me a favor and let the others know what we're doing, and keep an eye on that new Dragoon woman there to make sure she doesn't cause trouble?... I'll make it worth your while when I'm back." Lillum said to one of the Dragoon's Lillum had on her side when she was almost out of sight.
The Dragoon nods his head.
"I-It will… be done."
Lillum smiles before she and Leonel moved to catch up with Emerald, Izzy, Maite, and Fido… as they left the area for the Comms array, this had them go on a Tram, get on an elevator on the bridge, fighting past a quarantine lockdown, a few hallways, and more on a nonstop trip and when they got to the section with the comms array…
"OK… so now that we know that we have a ship on the way called the USM Valor, all we just need to do is fix the comms array and if we play our cards right, could get help… going to be hard to explain to a military type ship about the Necromorphs here and stuff now that I think about it." Emerald said while he rubs his head when he figured people wouldn't be so talk inclined… wouldn't blame them given the horrors on the ship so far.
"Yeah… but one step at a time. Plus there's still Hammond." Maite said.
"And the fact that someone maybe listening in on our conversations… could be that odd doctor guy you told me about… what are the chances he may help that Black Dragoon bastard?" Lillum said while Emerald hums.
"Hmmm… knowing how obsessed he is on Necromorphs… I'm in the willing to help but only if the Black Dragoon doesn't try and act like an ass… guy has a view on Necromorphs and may not like how the Black Dragon may demand things from him and what not… hard to say…" Emerald said when he remembered that doctor from the medical area that nearly gassed everyone at the time.
Leonel frowns.
"Well let's just get the Comm Array fixed first."
"You OK Leonel?... that guy try anything with you?" Emerald said while he gave Leonel a concerned look as he walked next to Leonel.
"No. Just hated how our luck is since that Fucker Dragoon is still running a mock and now that evil scientist that can be worse than Hugo." Leonel said.
"No kidding… still don't worry I'll make sure that if anything happens, I'll kick the ass of anything that comes out way so don't worry." Emerald said when he grins at Leonel in a comforting way.
Leonel blushes.
"I hope so. I hope Azure can recover from this."
"Eh, I wouldn't worry, Maite here was dominated by the Black Dragoon yet after some rest, Maite is kicking ass and still my lady, so pretty sure Cedirc will get Azure again once Azure gets some actual rest." Emerald said while he used a hand to pat Leonel on her shoulder before he walked ahead and kissed Maite on her cheek as he walked by her.
Maite blushes a bit as Lillum was amused.
"He's not wrong."
"Yeah… and given all of us are here, once we get the comms fixed… can help Emerald relax and help everyone else here relax once things are finished." Izzy said though she looks at Fido.
"Though given what we saw… pretty sure we know why you brought this new pet of yours with us…" Izzy said when she saw the Dog Necromorph pant with a tongue hanging out of its mouth as it walked near the group but looks excited when Fido looks at Izzy, Maite, Leonel, and Lillum.
Lillum giggles.
"Like I said, adorable." She said before petting Fido.
Fido liking the attention had a wagging tail as he loved Lillum's touch and as the group continues… well the ladies got to Emerald while he looks confused as he listened to a recording.
"Hey Maite… Izzy… I think that USM Valor maybe more trouble for us than we think… in an nutshell I got a recording… and the Ishimura isn't supposed to be in this area… this planet is in a prohibited system and many knew about this… did you two know?" Emerald said when he looks at Lillum and Leonel curiously as he played the recording.
"Communication log… First Comms… Operator Bailey reporting… the ship is under attack but requests to issue a distress call have been repeatedly denied by captain Mathius… he won't say it but everyone on the bridge knows why… this is an illegal operation in a prohibited system… we have all known for months… and we kept our mouths shut… not anymore…" The Recording said while Emerald looks at Leonel and Lillum suspiciously now since this, plus things like insane doctors, the Marker… honestly the more that was brought up the more this place seemed to be fucked up with fucked up reasons with Unitology and more.
Lillum and Leonel were feeling awkward.
"To be honest… yes. Not like we wanted to keep quiet. But the whole marker thing was the reason why the Ishimura was here after some scouts found it."
Leonel said.
"Fuck… this is really not making that rescue look good if you think about it in another way… the Ishimura being here may get an attack on sight thing instead of a search and rescue mission happening since this is prohibited space… I need to contact Cedric and after we get the comms array fixed, we really need to make sure that we don't get blasted down to the planet…" Emerald said when he quickly contacts Cedric while Izzy and Maite look at Lillum and Leonel.
"Wait… the Marker is one thing but prohibited space?... did no one really question things?... wait… were you and Leonel apart of this Unitology thing?, given all we heard, seems the higher ups on this ship knew what they were looking for here…" Izzy said with narrowed eyes and though she didn't have a seen face, the tone of her voice showed her displeasure.
Lillum shook her head.
"No. Not many of us on the ship are part of that religion. We all know how bad being here was but we were given strict orders not to say anything or call anyone about on where we were."
"Really?... you do realize that being in prohibited space by galactic law is punishable by prison at LEAST or death at worst?... there is a reason for this… and given what this Marker did, pretty sure thats one hell of a reason… look Lillum, while I believe you and Leonel here had no ill intent and given how your not insane like Unitologists… pretty sure many will be giving many here issues… its because of that Marker that shit like this is going down, why so many died… why many women like Azure and I were raped… pretty sure if the Valor hears a peep about this… forget rescue, we may as well be blown out of the sky… come on Izzy lets get going and hopefully we can make sure things don't get worse than they are." Maite said as she moved away from Leonel and Lillum… while she wasn't giving them the cold shoulder… Maite seemed to have issues with Lillum and Leonel keeping this info a secret at least since shit hit the fan hard and given the Valor could blow them from the sky, that info would have helped plan things to counter the Valor if the worst happened at least.
Leonel cringes.
"Seems we fucked up."
Lillum had a worried look on her face.
"Yeah… and in a bad way here." Lillum said as she and Leonel followed Izzy, Fido, Maite, and Emerald as Emerald was talking to Cedric.
"And right now were working to get to the Comms array now and try and fix this before things get worse… fucking hell, Prohibited space… hey Kendra if your listening did you or Hammond know anything about this since I'm pretty sure a Private like me wouldn't have info on if this was prohibited space or not… wait… Cedric did you know?... on this being prohibited or not?" Emerald asked while he had narrowed eyes when he looks really suspicious now after he played the recording for Cedric and Kendra to listen to.
"Of course not. I'm shocked this planet is prohibited." Cedric said as he was surprised by this info.
"I didn't know of this either. Maybe Hammond knew." Kendra said.
"Really?... because I can call bull from either of you and before either of you two say anything… let me remind you I'm a private barely out of the academy… Maite is below Cedric in ranking, same with Azure… no one but you Cedric, Hammond if he can hear this which is doubtful given the fucked up comms, and an info gatherer like Kendra wouldn't have either the clearance or skills to gather info on this… before you say bullshit… we are dealing with a planet that had a Marker… an item that reanimated the dead into fucked up abominations and I'm the fucking king of freaks now… fuck!... I don't know who to trust now… I'll help fix the coms but believe me this just makes me question who to trust and not… Emerald out!" Emerald said before he cut the coms and justs ripped off his rig and smashed it so no one could call him as Emerald's anger rises which made his eyes glow a deep blood red as he walked more.
While no one knows what Kendra was doing, Cedric couldn't believe this.
"I can't believe this… that bastard thinks I'm hiding something." He said before he tries to reach Izzy or Maite.
Though seems given the comms being an issue, all he could get was static for a moment since the group's last known location to Cedric was on a fast moving tram like stand showin they must have moved out of range for even Cedric's rig… honestly this just raised many more questions to Cedric aside his ire like how did people even locate the marker here and why try and bring it up given the fucked up situation here… even if Unitologists wanted the thing, pretty sure if they were all killed and reanimated, they wouldn't be able to do anything with the damned thing in the first place… now that Cedric thought about it more… no wonder Emerald and maybe Izzy and Maite if they found this info on the prohibited space suspected Cedric, Hammon, and Kendra… they were the main trio with the highest clearance in the group so getting info lower rankers couldn't would make guys like Emerald who pretty much went from a private to a freak of nature more or less despite the power boost highly suspisious of anyone right now…
"Shit. Seems I gotta prove to them that I truly didn't know a thing." Cedric said before looking at Onyx.
"Onyx… before you were turned, did you know this planet was prohibited?"
"Huh?... prohibited?... that wasn't a rumor?" Onyx said showing she didn't know about the planet being prohibited and at best a rumor… showing not everyone on the Ishimura was in on what happened on the bridge or near it.
"I see… you didn't know. According to a recording Emerald shared, it was. But now he's not trusting me since he thinks I knew something." Cedric said.
"And you didn't?... figured a Sargent would at least know some things about star systems and if they were prohibited or not… if not, maybe that Kendra woman or Hammond guy are hiding things… given all that happened with me so far, if I was given some really questionable things, I wouldn't blame Emerald in being as doubtful as he was about the higher ups… I mean if you were in his shoes, would you trust many after you got on a monster infested ship, got turned into a monster more or less, had to fight nightmarish abominations daily since you got here, and from what I've seen, get led around either by Kendra or Hammond on mission after mission yet things seem to happen in a VERY bad way based on luck… given things he could be thinking the worst and knowing his luck… if not you… highly unlucky and Kendra or Hammond could be hiding things." Onyx said when she puts her two cents in on Emerald's perspective with Izzy and Maite's as well given the issues they had here… Maite getting raped and Izzy potentionally losing Nicole to the Marker since they haven't found her yet…
Cedric was thoughtful for a bit.
"You have a point. Right now I'm suspicious of Kendra and Hammon since I'm trying to keep my team safe."
"Yeah well until we get things under control, can't do much, for now we should get to work in making sure everyone else is resting before we worry about traitors and what not." Onyx said when she walked further down the path with Necromorphs and humans before her.
"Right…" Cedric said as he starts walking.
As Cedric walked… he had a thought on this and narrows his eyes since that recording made a somewhat decent situation more serious and worse at the same time in one go.
'Dammit… what are you hiding Hammond? Same to you Kendra. One of you is not being truthful.' Cedric thought.
The scene than went to Emerald, Izzy, Maite, Leonel, Lillum, and Fido right when Emerald destroyed his Rig and he growls as he walked off the platform and into the Comms array main room with the others in tow while Lillum looks concerned for Emerald given he was really angered right now.
"E-Emerald? You okay?" Lillum said.
Emerald on his end looks at Lillum with glowing eyes.
"You REALLY don't want to ask me that right now Lillum… right now I feel ready to throttle anything that gets in my way… try asking if Maite and Izzy are alright if you think its just me being angered." Emerald said while he worked to not snap at Lillum but his anger was really making him not want to talk much right now.
Lillum flinches from this but Leonel frowns and mumbles this.
"Ass."
Emerald though heard this.
"You know Leo… I can be a real ass… try and not mistake me being like this as being Cold… this is me TRYING to not snap at anything right now since I just found out that this mission may as well be unauthorized in so many ways that even if we got off this ship we could be pretty much threatened to be arrested by ANYONE with serious firepower if they know of necromorphs given how Unitology have a hold on things… forget me since I and many of us Necromorph humans may as well be science experiments to many… Maite, Izzy, anyone who is pure human maybe forced to be arrested and put in insane asylums just from being here… call me an ass if you want but would you be calm if you were in my shoes?... sure you were on here and may have not known about this Marker thing or even prohibited space until it was too late, but would you knowingly go on a mission that more or less had you go in illegal space and more?... would you fail to protect people who you had to protect… and would you trust people who you thought you could trust who may have more info then they seem?... believe Leo… I maybe an ass right now to you but at least I'm not trying to lash out… still I seem to not be welcome so I'll be continuing on… good luck figuring out how to fix this… I need to rip something apart to calm down…" Emerald said as he exits the room to continue on after hearing Kendra talk about 6 dishes needing to be moved from a room below to have a strong enough signal so Emerald may as well clear a path as he left the women alone while Fido went after Emerald making it an official woman only area for now.
Izzy frowns at Leo.
"Nice going."
"Hey it was his fault for snapping at Lilly, she is a medic person, not someone normally at the bridge, honestly we may have heard about things but given that not everyone knew about this, couldn't exactly just go to a Unitology obsessed ship commander and say hey, can we return to earth and leave you to your insane cruise to the prohibited reaches of space?... Emerald may have had a bad time but pretty sure it wasn't a walk in the park for Lilly and I as you can see… Lilly got lucky with her body but I want to point out I was raped here and had to be turned to help heal from what happened to me so its not like I don't get the stressed part of what Emerald is going through." Leonel said as she hugged Lillum comfortingly.
Lillum hugged her back as Maite sighs.
"Forget it Izzy. Arguing won't get us anywhere."
"No kidding… look lets just try and get this comms thing fixed… we can deal with the drama later… hopefully without the threat of a possible enemy ship trying to blast us out of the sky of the planet were over type situation since that message made things go from good to bad since prohibited space could mean we get shot on sight…. Would make a lot of issues moot if we don't figure out what to do from there." Izzy said when she went to follow after Emerald and Fido.
The trio were silent as they follow Izzy to help Emerald and Fido.
The scene than fades to black here on this tense moment as the group worked to get the Comms array working again to hopefully not have the Ishimura blasted like a moment from Star wars with the Death star type situation after finding out about the prohibited space issue… man this day just cannot get any worse can it?
