Chapter 13: Memories and Truths

After the meeting with Captain Colossus, Captain Jake and his crew started to communicate with Captain Colossus a lot more. They are now checking on each other a lot more often. It's because now both sides know that they have to keep the crew's big identities a secret.

"I never thought that everything and everyone is counting on us. Everything that has happened to us is all interconnected. We'll definitely defeat the legion. Even if everything goes wrong. 'Cause we still have hope. And we won't give up no matter who stands in our way." Jake said.

"Yeah. We'll beat the legion of villains because we won't give in. We'll restore everything to its former glory. All we have to do is believe in ourselves." Cubby said.

"We have been thought of as weak by the villains. But we still rise up to the top. This shows us that we are unstoppable no matter what's in our way!" Izzy said.

"Captain, there's a letter from you know who. It includes all the info that he knows about the other legendary pirates. It also includes what he's doing to prepare." Skully said.

Everyone gathered around. Captain Jake opened the letter. Everyone started to read the letter. It includes a picture of the legendary pirates standing together. On the letter it states:

Dear friends and relative,

Here's all the info that I can get for you guys about the villains that you'll be facing off with. I also got some info on your teammates' family members that you teammates think that they're related to. I also included a picture of me with the others. Hopefully it'll be able to help you guys figure out what happened.

Speaking of the battle, we are still thinking of a way to cover your identities. I don't think that the plan that you guys had will work. We'll have to come up with a different plan. It's because the transformation might give your identities away. We'll have to come over and discuss.

We might have to keep an eye out for the legion's next move. They have started their plan already. And by the looks of it, I think that they are going to cast a spell on the mainland. We are going to have to stop it before it can cause danger. Get everyone ready to fight soon. The legion is going to attack any day now.

From yours, Captain Colossus

After reading the letter, the crew immediately started to contact everyone through letters. When the crew (including Bucky) saw the photo, something extremely crazy happened. Their tools started to emit a twinkle of light. They started to feel sleepy. Before they knew it, they fell unconscious.

[Start vision of the past montage]

The crew is still in Neverland. They are in a time before Captain Colossus had the big battle. They opened their eyes.

"What! Where are we? The last thing I remember is that we are looking at a picture that Captain Colossus sent us, then the next thing I know this happened. We are invisible like ghosts! I feel weird about this." Cubby said.

"I think we're in the past. I think that we are in the time before Captain Colossus had the big battle against Lord Fathom. But why were we sent here?" Jake said.

"I think it's because of us. When we saw the picture. I think that our new powers reacted with the picture. Therefore, it sends us here, I also think that we're here to regain our true memories." Izzy said.

"So this is a vision of what happened to us in the past? Woah! This is crazy! This phenomenon is impossible to recreate. How are we able to do it?" Skully (Bucky rings also) said.

"I think our desire to know what happened caused this. Desire can be a very powerful emotion when you're really curious. I also think that when we saw the picture, our true selves are starting to awaken. So maybe the info is too much for us, and we passed out due to it." Jake said.

The crew begins to watch what happened. As they watched, they began to go through an emotional rollercoaster. They were really confused about what happened to themselves at first, then sad, and finally feeling prideful about themselves. [Insert "High Hopes" by Panic! At The Disco] They saw who their parents were, their hunches were correct. They also saw themselves as babies (Skully in an egg). They also saw how their parents sent them away. They then finally saw how the memory spell was casted.

"Wow! I can't believe that our hunches were correct. This made me feel so much better. Now that we know who we truly are. This gives me the confidence that we will defeat the legion of villains." Cubby said.

"Yeah. I feel so much better. I feel that all I need here is your guys. It's because our parents worked together to defeat evil. So why can't we do the same thing? I believe that we'll be the 'diamonds in the sky', I trust in our abilities to do so." Jake said.

[End vision of the past montage]

The crew woke up from their vision. They feel like they're a brand new team. The memories are still in their mind.

"I feel like I'm a brand new person. Do you guys feel the same? I think that now if we use our new powers now, we would have a lot more experience than before. If we were a little seed back before the vision, then now I feel like we're now a big tree." Jake said.

"Same here. We feel like everything has changed. Our mindset, hopes and dreams. Even our personality. We'll do our job at protecting Neverland at all costs." the others said.
