Chapter 17: Truth Discovered and Spell Reversed
The legion is now headed towards the mainland. They thought that the spell had worked on everyone. But they're about to find out that they're clearly wrong.
"Perfect! The spell worked out perfectly! Now we can sneak onto the mainland without anybody noticing! We now need to rejuvenate the artifacts. And I know just the way to do it. We need a bottle of the water of youth. And all the magic artifacts that we have." this Grim Buccaneer said.
The legion is now on the mainland. They are now looking for the pool of youth.
Meanwhile, Captain Jake and his crew are still with the other captains on the beach. The other captains are still confused. The crew are now discussing the legion's behavior.
"The other's change of attitude is really sudden. But since they don't believe us. It looks like we'll have to wait and see the footage from our surveillance system to find out what happened. Hopefully, we'll figure out what is causing the chaos. Then, we can restore everyone to normal." Jake said.
"I agree. The attitude change is almost surprising in a way. We'll have to do some undercover work. In order to figure out what happened that is. We also need to record the villains' actions to show everyone whose fault it really is." Izzy said.
"I think that the legion's already here because I see the villains' ship! It's time to send out a drone to watch the villains. We'll stay here to keep everyone calm." Cubby said.
"Yeah, Cubby. We'll surveillance them from here. It's because if we go, we can get easily discovered by the legion. Then, we'll be in big trouble and everyone might get angry at us." Skully said.
"Ok. We'll surveillance them from here. We need to figure out where the legion's headed. I think that they're trying to rejuvenate the magical artifacts. By the looks of it, they're headed for the pirate pool of youth." Jake said.
"We've seen that the pool can make pirates turn back into babies. I never thought that it could rejuvenate magical artifacts too. I wonder how it will rejuvenate the magical artifacts. But we have to reverse the spell by jogging the memories of our friends. This means that we'll have to deal with the legion at a later time." Cubby said.
"Yeah. We'll have to make everyone regain their memories first. Then, we'll follow the plan that we come up with again. We'll need to gather everyone to pull this plan off." Izzy said.
"Let's do this everyone. We need to restore everyone's memory right now! Or else, everyone will think that the legion is good. Which in turn could yield disastrous results." Skully said.
"Yeah. We need to do it immediately! Sending out the drone now. Activate cloaking and recording mode." Jake said.
The crew watches the drone's camera with seriousness. They saw the legion getting the waters. Then, they saw the villains perform the spell of rejuvenation. After that, they heard the villains laugh outrageously.
"All right, I heard enough. Retracting the drone now. Looks like we got more trouble on our hands. It's because the legion is planning to hypnotize Captain Hook into doing their evil biddings using the Doom Stone. They're also planning to reawaken the Strake to cause ultimate chaos. It looks like we need everyone to be victorious." Jake said.
"Oh, dear. I have a feeling that we'll have some really tough and nerve wrecking battles coming up. But I think we can do it together as a team. Especially now, since we have our 'special secret ultimate weapons'." Cubby said.
"Yeah. We can do this. Even if it's the last thing we do! Let's go and show the others the truth. This'll knock some sense into the other captains." Izzy said.
The crew immediately gathered everyone except for the legion. They showed everyone what they had seen. Everyone watches in shock and anger. They all regained the truth about the legion and what they were doing. The spell is now broken, because of everyone regaining their memories.
"How dare they mess with our memories! Oh, this just became personal! We are sorry for not trusting you guys. We'll get back to work, now that we know what happened. We'll win this war, no matter the costs." Captain Flynn said.
"Phew! Glad that you guys are back on our side. We better get ready, the legion will attack any day now. We'll keep in touch with everyone. We saw the villains' plans already. It's going to be some extremely difficult battles. Hopefully, we'll be victorious and defeat the legion for good." Jake said.
Everyone then went back to preparation for the big battle. The crew continued prepping for the big reveal. Little did they know, they are about to face the most difficult war in Neverland's history…
