Chapter 25: The Aftermath

When the other captains and Peter got back to the beach on the mainland, they were extremely worried about how the crew's doing. They don't know if the villains have succeeded or not, so they decided to watch them through their telescopes. They saw the rest of the battle, and were shocked by the crew's new abilities. To the others, it's as if they never knew the crew at all, especially Peter. But they know that if they stay in the battle, they will be more of a burden to the crew.

When Captain Jake and his crew got back to the beach on the mainland, they were greeted by everyone. The villains passed out due to the possession. The evil god had drained all of their energy in the battle. The other captains are still shocked by what the crew had done. They were extremely impressed by the crew's newly acquired skills.

"Wow! You guys did great out there. It even shocked us that you guys were able to harness such large powers. We were creeped out by the villains so much, but you guys faced it like it was a normal thing. The possession was so scary that it made us forget that you guys were here with us." the others said.

"I'm so glad that we were able to succeed. Whenever you need help, just tell us what happened. We'll be there for you guys no matter what. All you guys need is to communicate with us." Jake said extremely proudly.

The crew then untied the villains. Dropped them in front of everyone. The villains then slowly woke up. When they woke up, they saw the harshest and coldest looks from the other captains and Peter.

"Uhhhh, did we win? I remember that we chanted a spell. Soon after we fell unconscious. Guess the answer is that we failed." the legion said.

"We are extremely angry with what you guys have done. You could have put everyone in an extremely scary and dangerous situation! What do you guys have to say for yourselves?" said everyone else in a very cold and angry tone.

"We're sorry." the legion said sorrowfully. Then, the crew decided to let the others decide on what to do with the legion. The others decided to punish them by making them take care of Tick-Tock Croc.

"Well, there's no turning back now. The damage has already been done. If there's only a way that we can restore everything." Captain Flynn and Peter said.

Jake and his crew looked at each other. They then huddled around and started discussing. After that, they turn around to face everyone again.

"We think we might be able to. But we'll have to make you guys close your eyes to do it. The spell is going to make everything glow, it'll be so bright that nobody can look. Do you guys trust us?" the crew said.

The other captains and Peter are shocked at what they heard. They never thought everything would be able to go back to normal. Especially since everything that happened has no possibility of being restored at all. Until now that Jake and his crew came around that is. After thinking about it, they decided to trust the crew.

"Okay. We'll trust you guys. Everything is now counting on you guys. Please don't let our hopes go down, the future of Neverland is in your hands." everyone else said.

"Trust us. We won't let you guys down. But before we do the spell, we have some other things to do. Can we go and see what's damaged? This'll help us understand what we can improve on in the future." the crew stated.

The others then showed the crew what was damaged. They then discussed how to improve things for the future. They also discussed how modern day technology might be able to help.

"Oh? You guys wanna introduce modern day technology to us? Where did you guys get that idea from? I don't think that you guys got it from Wendy." Peter said.

"No, we didn't. We were thinking that since we had skateboards, and that all of this that's going on right now. Ever since I became captain, I noticed that a lot more villains are chasing after us. It would make sense to integrate other things into our world. It would make everything much easier than before." Jake explained.

"Yeah, now that I think about it, you guys are right. More villains are going after you guys, and the integration will make things a lot more easier. Especially with everything that happened, and now that the Tree is part of you guys. This puts you guys in even more danger than everyone." Peter said.

After discussing, Peter agreed to try the crew's idea out. The crew then got everyone to close their eyes. They then chanted the spell, everything began to glow like the sunlight. Everything is changing right before them, and the ships reappear unharmed. When everyone reopened their eyes, they couldn't believe what they saw. Everything is back to normal… all because of Jake and his crew.
