Chapter 24: Museum Bust
Alice is heading into a several-story tall parking garage where a high member of the Lone Stars Mr. Rochi is getting from a nightclub. "Sir, we need to get out of here. I heard rumors about some weirdo knocking off Lone Star members," a thug said.
"I am not scared of some spook. Get in the car," the man said as they suddenly hear screaming with several people getting pushed into the shadows to be cut down by an unknown person.
"Gee the Phantom Thief from before is back," a thug said drawing his pistol to see a dark figure sneaking around killing off criminals with her Tanto dagger and burst pistol.
"Morrigan," Alice ordered as her Persona begins to crush them with her psychokinesis. She hits them with a psychic wave to lift them all into the air as she pumps lead into their bodies killing them off.
"Who the hell are you?" the man questioned as he draws his pistol to fire at the woman but Morrigan puts up a psychic barrier around her to deflect the shots away from her body.
"Mr. Ronchi, I am the Reaper. Your angel of death awaits you," Alice said as the man is in deep fear to head for the car to begin turning it up.
"Alright, take this you freak," Mr. Rochi drives towards her trying to run her down. She swiftly goes to the side to avoid getting hit while pulling out her blade to cut the tires making him lose control of his vehicle.
"Oh shit," Mr. Rochi said as he smashed through a barrier to drive out of the building and went through the air to crash into a nearby building. He was killed on impact; Alice is happy with the results for Morrigan is sensing someone here.
"Alice, someone is here. Someone you know," Morrigan said.
"Hold it right there," Naoto said as she draws her revolver.
"So, you here Naoto," Alice turns around to point her pistol at her. Naoto's eyes widen by this to be surprised by the sound of her voice.
"Alice, you are the Reaper?" Naoto asked as Reaper nod her head.
"You got it right Naoto. You working with the system to stop me," Alice said.
"I can't let you do this. Murdering people like this," Naoto said.
"Who is going to avenge my parents? The cops, those fuckers sweep that news under the rug to prevent a fuck up with the US. A known US soldier and his wife getting killed by an ultranationalist terrorist group. Would be a bit of negative press in the states," Alice said as Naoto is disgusted that her peers along with the governments are hiding the details of Alice's parents' demise trying to save face with the US.
"Still, you can't do this," Naoto said trying to talk her down.
"No, I have gone down this dark path of vengeance. I have to walk this path alone," Alice said.
"That is why you dumped Yosuke?" Naoto asked.
"Yes, he can't be dating a criminal. It would ruin his reputation beside his parents wouldn't want me to be with him anyway. He was trying nice like he always has," Alice said.
"Regardless I am taking you in," Naoto said as she aims her gun at Alice.
"Why do you support these cops who don't have respect for you," Alice said as Naoto is shaken by this. "Yosuke told me all about how hard you try to get respect from those dumbasses but they only see a short skinny Japanese lady. It's so sad really," Alice said as she walked towards Naoto looking unfazed by her weapon.
"Stop right there," Naoto said as she is holding her gun but is not able to shoot her.
"You are a great woman Naoto but those men will never respect you. You are nothing more than a tool for these people. To maintain their power over the people and I bet some of them are working with the Lone Stars," Alice said.
"What?" Naoto asked.
"I have found a list of powerful people in government, entertainment, and business within this nation who are connected to the Lone Stars. I swear to you, I will hunt down every single one of these people. Then I will find some sort of peace with myself," Alice said.
"That is crazy, chaos will come over the country," Naoto said as Alice gets closer with Naoto holding her gun.
"You are right but in the end. It will be a net positive for this place. I need to rip the social rot of this nation and then Japan will feel better," Alice said as she reaches Naoto to take the gun to kick her onto the floor.
"Damn it," Naoto hesitated to see Alice looking over her revolver.
"Interesting weapon here. A custom model which can use .357 magnum rounds along with .38 special rounds. Very handy for a detective," Alice takes out all the bullets to toss them back to her. "Don't get in my Naoto," Alice tosses a flashbang to escape out of there without a trace.
"Damn it, she got away but still. Alice is the Phantom Thief murdering these people who are connected with the Lone Stars. I need to withdraw information, there are things the other cops don't need to know if they are connected with the Loen Stars," she thought as she goes back to report what she needs to tell.
Elsewhere Yosuke heard from Naoto about her run-in with Alice to know what she was doing. "She lied to me. She never went back to America," Yosuke said upset to be sitting on the couch with Gene coming in with her wearing her new PJs.
"What is wrong Yosuke, you seemed troubled?" she asked.
"Well, Naoto told me about Alice. She found out she is this new Phantom Thief on the news, Reaper. She is seeking out Lone Stars and killing them to avenge her parents. Why didn't she tell me," Yosuke said.
"It's pretty obvious. She is trying to protect you. Her being a criminal would strain your life and wanted you to be happy without her," Alice said.
"She should have told me but it's true. If her information would be leaked out, it will not be good," Yosuke said as Gene looks very sad about this.
"I understand how she feels. To lose your parents to such a violent end will make anyone want to rage against the powers that be to regain their honor," Gene said as she dons a more somber voice making Gene very seasonal and experienced.
"Your parents died recently?" Yosuke asked.
"Yes, they fought so hard to be together, and in the end. It was snuffed out recently," Gene said feeling saddened by this.
"Oh, I am so sorry about that," Yosuke feels sympathy for her as Gene nods her head to sport a big smile.
"It's okay, I am past crying now. Hey Yosuke, I need to tell you something," she said. "He keeps calling me her, I should tell him the truth about me," Gene said.
Yosuke gets a call from Yu about going on an outing to the Tokyo Natural Museum to check out the performance of Rise's friend Kanami and her new backup performer. "Oh Gene, guess what. Yu said Rise got us four tickets to go to the Tokyo Museum to watch her friend's performance. Also, they got some new exhibits I want to check out," Yosuke said sounding excited.
"Oh, I see, sounds lovely. When are we going?" she asked.
"We should be going today. We can hitch a ride on the train to head toward Tokyo," Yosuke said.
"Alright, this should be fun," Gene said. "Well, maybe I should tell him later after all that stuff with his ex-girlfriend. Need a better time for that," she thought as they get ready to head out to the museum in Tokyo.
Elsewhere Rise and Yu are at the train station in Inaba to wait for Yosuke and Gene to join them. "I can't believe that Reaper is Alice. This is crazy," Rise said to avoid attracting attention.
"Yeah, it's crazy. Going after the Lone Stars after what they did to her parents. It's understandable but I don't agree with her methods," Yu said.
"Thinking about it, We took the law into our hands to deal with the murder case back in the day. Especially with the Lone Stars having Sakura and the Mother using demons to conduct terrorist attacks," Rise said as Yu nods his head.
"Good point, only we can deal with those demons and other creatures," Yu said.
"Yeah, hopefully, we can have some fun out there at this new event at the museum. There are going to be a lot of people there to support Kanami," Rise said as they noticed Yosuke and Gene coming towards them.
"Hey there," Yu said as the duo appears to them.
"Good thing we made it before the train arrived," Yosuke said as Gene commented on Yu's and Rise's outfits.
"You look very handsome Yu," Gene said sporting a green shirt, black jeans, and white sneakers.
"Thanks," Yu said as Gene looks over to see Rise's outfit which is a blue sundress forming around her short hourglass figure along with wearing sandal shoes.
"You look very lovely Rise," Gene said.
"Thanks, you are very cute in that outfit," Rise said as Gene is wearing a white blouse, yellow short shorts with sandal shoes showing off her blue toenails.
"Thanks, I got some new outfits when shopping with Yosuke. Come on, let's head for the museum," Gene said as they go into the train to head for Tokyo.
Elsewhere deep within the depths of the Museum, Mother is gathering biomass as she sneaks around to take away security guards and customers to become one with her making her stronger.
"Master, I am gathering biomass without fuss," Mother said to be psychically linked with Mako.
"Good, once you are done. Make a mess of the place and show them we are not to be messed with," Mako said as Mother nodded her head to see there is a big event in which she can absorb a ton of biomass for her growth.
"As you wish master," Mother said as she has a big grin on her twisted face. "This concert will be something to remember," she laughs to herself.
Back with Yu, Rise, Gene, and Yosuke are still on the train but now it's quite packed with people. Yu and Rise are near the door and able to see outside. "Gee, such a tight squeeze here," Rise said.
"At least I got a nice view here," Yu said as Rise pokes him in the chest.
"You know the window or me?" Rise asked in a seductive tone.
"You are, of course," Yu said as Rise kisses him on the lips.
"Good answer honey," Rise said as Yu puts his arm around her waist.
"Let's get close and we will be alright," Yu said as Rise's face glows bright red to feel comfortable around him.
"Sure," she said as she senses a guy staring at her big booty.
"Damn, this girl is pretty thick back here to fill out that skirt," the older man said as he slides close to Rise to cautiously press against her backside. Rise is shaken by this as this pervy old man is trying to grope her.
"Oh no, baby. Help me," Rise looks at Yu for he is getting angry to look directly at the guy.
"Hey jackass, how about you stop doing that," Yu said raising his voice for everyone around to take notice.
"Oh shit," the guy said as he melts back into the crowd to seek his next victim.
"You okay?" he asked as Rise feels relished.
"Yes, thanks for the save. He only touched a bit," Rise said.
"A bit by that weirdo is too much," Yu said looking quite serious about it.
"Baby, thank you," Rise said as she hugged him.
"Gee, she is so soft," Yu thought as he enjoys her soft body.
"Only you can grope me down there," Rise said as she takes his hand to grab one of her ass cheeks to give it a nice squeeze.
"Damn straight," Yu said as Rise giggles at this.
"Oh Senpai," she said to give him a warm embrace to enjoy his company.
Yosuke and Gene are together in their section of the train car to be weary of their surroundings. "You okay Gene?" Yosuke asked.
"Yes, I feel safe when I am near you like this," Gene said as the same pervert from behind looked at Gene's back to see how cute and slender she looks.
"Very cute, I bet her butt is round and soft," the man slowly approaches to pat her soft ass making her flinch. "Just I thought, her ass is amazing," the man said as Gene cringes from grabbing her ass.
"Oh no, I can't move," Gene said as she felt uncomfortable getting groped by this dirty older man. He reaches over to touch but he finds something odd.
"What the hell is this?" the older man is puzzled by this as Yosuke noticed to give him a nasty look.
"Hey, what do you think you are doing buddy?" Yosuke questioned as everyone looks over for the man felt shamed and melted into the background again being scared by what just happened.
"That was scary, thank you," Gene said as Yosuke nodded his head.
"It happens on packed trains like this but I will cover your back," Yosuke said.
"I wouldn't mind if you were to grab me back there," Gene said kissing him on the cheek to place her head onto his chest. "I need to tell him soon, I want to be honest with him," she thought as she needs to correct a mistake.
Soon enough the two couples got to Tokyo to be at the station. "We are in my neck of the woods," Yu said.
"Okay city boy, lead the way," Rise said as they go down the street which leads to the Tokyo Museum which is not far away from the train station.
"This is the place," Gene said as the big museum is filled with people to enter inside to see a huge T-Rex skeleton standing in the middle of the lobby.
"That is so cool," Yosuke said feeling excited about this.
"Feeling the kid in middle Yosuke," Rise teases him.
"Oh, can it. it's a pretty good display they got here," Yosuke said.
"I agree," Gene said as they go to the kiosk to show their tickets.
"Welcome to the Tokyo Natural Museum, enjoy yourselves here. We have a performance with Idol Kanami and a guest Idol Idun who will help showcase the latest exhibits today," the woman said.
"This is going to be so cool," Yosuke said as Rise knows the name Idun.
"Wait a minute, isn't that the goddess Kai was talking about?" Rise questioned as they see the show will be coming within a few hours.
"Well, we got time to kill before that. Let's see the dinosaur section," Yosuke said as Gene and Yu agree with this.
"Yeah Dinosaurs are so cool," Gene said.
"I agree," Yu said.
"Okay boys, you better behave yourselves," Rise said playfully like she is their mother.
"Yes madam," the three said at the same time.
"I must admit, you two look cute together," Rise said trying to tease them to make them both blush.
"You think so," Gene said with a soft blush to play a strand of her blue bob-cut hair.
"Yep, Yosuke needs a nice companion after what happened with Alice recently," Rise said as Gene looks at Yosuke's pained face to hold onto his hand pretty tightly.
"Yosuke," Gene said softly.
"Well, she is the past now and I got a future with someone else," Yosuke looks at Gene with tender eyes with Rise cooing at this.
"So cute," Rise said as Gene is glowing in the face.
"Gee, so embarrassing," Gene said as they placed their hand on their chest. "Feeling happiness with someone like Yosuke. My kind has never found this fate before. To live out our lives without being treated like freaks," Gene thought as their heart is buzzing with warmth and excitement for this possibility.
"We should get to the dinosaur exhibit and check it out," Yu said as the four head inside the wide space to see a lot of dinosaurs on display.
"Wow, there is a lot here," Rise said as Gene goes up to the pretty small velociraptor display.
"Oh boy. Looks like a demon chicken," Gene said lightly.
"Yeah, unless in the movies. They are nothing like this, they just slap the name onto those big raptors because it's cooler," Yosuke said.
"Seems like it's mostly intact," Yu said as they moved over to see a Triceratops skeleton on display.
"Oh, we got tri horns here," Gene said as she was getting excited over this.
"These things are like living tanks," Yosuke said.
"Pretty impressive they have this collection of fossils on display here," Yu said.
"This is the display Kanami was talking about. It was hyped up for months and everyone is into it," Rise said.
"Everyone likes dinosaurs, it's an easy sell for people to come here," Yosuke said.
"I agree, look at that one," Gene points to a huge raptor fossil with everyone looking at it with awe. "That is a Utah raptor, the biggest known raptor in the world. Over a ton, 25 feet long, and packing a lot of muscle," Gene said being very impressed with it.
"Gee, takes four Kanjis lying flat on the ground to reach its length. I am glad this thing is not around," Rise said.
"Man, it would be big enough to ride like a mount," Yosuke said.
"That would be cool," Yu said as Rise grins at this.
"Boys will be boys huh," Rise said staring at all three of them.
They moved to another section which has a lot of gemstones there. "Oh, these are so pretty," Rise said with stars in her brown eyes.
"I know right, they are so wonderful to look at," Gene said rushing over to a big gem in a glass case.
"This one is called the Gem of Rose. It came from a volcano on some Pacific island somewhere," Yu said.
"That sounds nuts," Rise said.
"Indeed, it does," Gene said as they see another gem called the Heart of the Sea. "This one is a gem discovered in a sea cave at the bottom of the ocean. The condition made it this beautiful blue coloring," Gene said.
"Sounds crazy," Yosuke said as Yu looks over to see another gem which is called the Burning Sage which has a weird mix of red and green coloring.
"Gemstones are pretty weird," Yu said.
"Yeah but they are lovely to look at," Gene said.
"I know right," Rise said as they go over to see a new gemstone called the Soul Dew. "This was made by a Japanese singer who custom-made it for an event. She has great taste," she said as Gene feels uncomfortable for some reason.
"Something wrong?" Yosuke asked.
"No, I was lightheaded for a moment," Gene said. "So that creature is here. I can feel her presence, the Mother," Gene thought as they feel their power getting back to 100 percent. "Good, I am almost back in action after that last fight," they thought thinking about their mom and dad. "I will be the ideal warrior, you want me to be father," Gene thought.
Elsewhere Mother can sense the presence of an angel or something similar to one within the building complex. "What is this? What a strong light within this building. Why is this thing here?" Mother questioned as she begins to execute her plans.
Elsewhere Yu and the others meet up with Kanami and her new friend in the museum café. "Well good to see you guys here. My show is coming up a little while here and got my buddy here to help me," Kanami said as Idun waved to them.
"I am Idun, please to meet you," Idun said as Gene can sense she is indeed a goddess.
"No mistaking it, she is the Norse Goddess Idun," Gene thought as Idun has a big smile on her pale face.
"This is the goddess huh, seems like a normal white girl," Rise wondered as she feels some power from her. "So why did you become an idol?" she asked.
"Oh, when I first came here, I thought it looked fun. So, I got myself an outfit which I based off Little Red Riding Hood," Idun said as she shows off her outfit which is a red dress with an apron, a red hood, and a basket filled with golden apples which seem to never degrade with time.
"Well, it fits the theme you are going with. I never you before, you must be an underground Idol," Yosuke said as Idun nods her head.
"Yep, I have been doing small shows here and there but this is my first time doing a much bigger show with one of the best idols in Japan," Idun said as Kanami feels humbled by this.
"Oh, I am not bad as I used to be when I was younger. Rise was the bigger Idol but she got out of the game not too long ago," Kanami said as Rise nodded her head.
"It's fun but it comes with drawbacks. Constantly moving around, keeping strict relationships, and not having enough privacy. Also, tons of weirdos trying to do things like stealing your panties out of the trash and selling them on eBay," Rise said with a frown on her face.
"Oh, that is terrible," Idun said being shocked by that.
"Never underestimate a man's horniness for Idols. Purity my ass, they know all they want is to have their way with their favorite idols," Yosuke said as Yu playfully taps him on the shoulder.
"Sounds familiar to anyone?" Yu teased him as Yosuke blushed in embarrassment.
"Shut up dude," Yosuke said as Gene laughs along with everyone else. "Well, I am not that horn dog anymore, I am a new man," he said proudly.
"Did you try to look up Gene's skirt that one time?" Rise teases him as Yosuke blushes even harder.
"Gee Rise," Yosuke said as Gene giggles at this.
"If you wanted a peek, you should have asked nicely," Gene said sweetly.
"Well, I will next time," Yosuke said as Kanami finds this cute.
"You two are cute together. Sorry about your ex," Kanami said as Yosuke nodded his head.
"It's nothing, I have to put it behind me now and look forward," Yosuke said holding onto Gene's small hand. Gene's heart is leaping for joy to see this connection between is forming but they need to tell him something before they go any deeper than this.
Gene senses something to see someone is approaching them. "Monster!" a man screamed as they all turn around to see a Utahraptor covered in a mess of bones, feathers, and scaly skin.
"Look out," Gene summons their wings to block the slash of the beast to get a hold of Yosuke while holding him in a princess carry. The zombie-like beast unleashes a wave of darkness to knock everyone in the café onto the floor.
"The hell is going on here," Yu said as he uses his Fusion Gem to merge with his Persona to summon his katana.
"Gee, a demon zombie dinosaur. Sounds like a bad anime," Rise goes into her fusion form to summon a barrier to block the misshapen monster. "What causes this?" Rise wondered.
"It's the Mother, she is here," Gene said as Yu and Rise looked up to see Gene sporting angel wings which are based on a dove which are bright, short, and pure white.
"So, he is an angel huh? So, being a cross-dressing guy isn't your biggest secret huh?" Rise asked as she always knew Gene was a feminine-looking guy but this caught her off guard.
"Oh, you're guy huh?" Yosuke asked as Gene has guilt in his eyes.
"I am so sorry. I wanted to tell you but all these things keep happening around here. Kept pushing it back, are you disappointed?" he asked as Yosuke just looks at him to be amazed by his beauty.
His big blue eyes, the glow of his angel aura, his lovely wings, his cute small face, and his soft silky voice. "No, you are beautiful," Yosuke said honestly without hesitation to speak from his heart.
"Oh Yosuke," Gene said feeling overwhelmed that his crush likes him. "You are truly a sweet guy," Gene said as he lands onto his feet to let Yosuke get on the floor.
"How is Kanami?" Rise asked as Idun can see she got knocked out in the blast.
"She has blacked out but she is okay," Idun said.
"We need to deal with the Mother," Gene said as he is getting serious to summon his dual Katar punching daggers while putting on a visor to cover his eyes and the upper part of his face. "You ready to go Yosuke?" he asked as Yosuke gets into his fusion state to wield two Kunais.
"Let's go partner," Yosuke said with a big grin as Gene nods his head.
"Let's do this," Gene said as Yu uses Thunderous Rend to power up his sword to slash into the monster dinosaur. The Utahraptor spews out balls of darkness with Rise calling a barrier to protect them. Yosuke tosses out orbs of wind to cut into the monster.
Soon more demonic monsters show up to begin killing and ripping people apart within the café. One of the beasts stares at Idun ready to pounce on her.
Idun barely escapes its claws for it raked across her chest leaving blood marks behind. "Idun," everyone said as she felt the sting from that.
"I am okay, I am made of stronger stuff. Dazzle Ray," Idun points her finger to unleash a powerful beam of light to strike the monster raptor to trigger an instant kill to vaporize the zombie to dust.
"They have sheer bulk and speed against you. Also, those nasty foot sickles, they pin you down and you are a goner," Rise said to scan their bodies to see how mutated they have become. "This is awful," Rise said.
"Mother can make some horrible beasts under her control," Gene said as he is using his graceful footwork to stab and dodge incoming big beasts. "Judgment Light," he unleashes a wave of light energy to purge all the nearby zombie Utahraptors with ease triggering a high rate of instant kills.
Rise uses an Aqua Laser to rip and tear through a couple of zombie beasts with her covering herself in a barrier to charge forward. She bashes into a Utahraptor with the barrier to make it explode knocking the beast away.
Rise is curious to see what Gene can do and scans him to see if he can use Bless, Fire, and Almighty skills. "Interesting," she thought.
Yu switches to his Black Frost to start blasting the beast with bullets of flames. "Blazing Hell," Yu commanded with his Persona unleashing a wave of supercharged flames to burn the raptors into ashes. He lobs bolts of lightning to shock nearby zombie raptors and chops them to pieces.
"Tornado," Yosuke conjures twisters of fierce winds to trap several big monsters in the tempest.
"Get roosted, Fire Lance," Gene tosses a spear of flames to piece into the tornado to mix into the flaming torrent to engulf the zombie dinosaurs turning them into piles of ash.
Rise gets tackled onto the floor as one of the Utahraptors is about to leap and plunge its foot-long dagger toe into her belly. Yu fires a powerful bolt of darkness with enough force to knock the raptor into the air and launch it into a pile of crates. He follows up with Black Frost freezing it and breaking it into bloody pieces.
"You okay honey?" Yu asked as he pierces his sword into the head of the zombie beast and unleash a beam of darkness to reduce it into a pile of gore.
"Yeah I am okay," Rise said s she looks at Yosuke and Gene working together to tear up these zombie dinosaurs. "They look good together," Rise said as the two men were in sync taking down.
"Gees it's like that movie," Yosuke said to stun a dinosaur to trap it in an orb of wind as he comes in to sever the body in half with a Panta Rhei wind spell.
"They are way bigger than those guys in Jurassic Park. Be careful," Gene said as he is dashing and cutting off their necks with his Katars. "Go back to hell where you belong. Prominence," Gene summons a wave of golden flames to wash them away with holy power to reduce them to ashes.
"No kidding man," Yosuke said as he cuts up the air to form an energy X made of wind power to slash into the Utahraptor.
"Divine Arrowfall," Gene flies into the air to curl up into a ball to power up his Almighty spell. He leashes out to unleash a wave of bright white arrows from his back to seek out every single zombie dinosaur within the café to strike them down.
"Seems like no one of them is here. We need to get to Mother and stop her," Gene said as he is focused and determined despite his meek and sweet personality.
"Looking cool Gene," Yosuke said as Gene broke out of his focus to blush from this.
"Gee man, I was in the zone," Gene said as he resumes his focus. "Hey Idun, can you take care of Kanami?" he asked as Idun picks up her friend in her arms.
"Yes, I will take her somewhere safe. Kick that freak to the corner for me," Idun said as she runs away with Kanami in tow.
"Okay guys, let's go," Gene said as everyone nods to head down to the lobby to see the carnage taking place there. Tons of people have all their skin and organs missing only leaving their bones behind.
"What the hell happened?" Rise wondered.
"She is gathering biomass to make herself stronger. We need to hurry," Gene said.
"Yeah, I can sense her now. She is in the basement of this place and we got company," Rise said as she is using her scanning powers to detect more monsters on their way.
Yosuke looks over to see the T-Rex fossil is gone from the lobby. "Hey, where did it go?" Yosuke wondered.
"Must have been taken over by Mother," Gene said.
"Zombie demonic T-Rex sounds insane," Yosuke said.
"You got the hots for an angel," Rise said.
"That is different, at least Gene is cute looking," Yosuke said.
"Well, I am an angel. Kind of, I am a Nephilim. A hybrid born from an Angel Father and a Human Mother," Gene said having sadness to speak about his true nature.
"A Nephilim, I never heard about that term before," Rise said.
"It's a very rare word for a terrible reason. We need to focus on the task at hand," Gene is flying forward with his dove-like wings to see triceratops becoming zombie-like monsters returning to the land of the living.
"Gee, these guys too," Yu said as he wields his blade to use Bloody Howl to push back the armored beasts. Gene uses Judgement Light to instant kill a group of zombie dinosaurs purging them away.
Yosuke uses Panta Rhei to toss two discs of raw torrents of wind to tear and rip into the mutant dinosaurs. He released several crescents of wind to chop apart the armored beasts.
"Photon Geyser," Rise conjures beams of light from the ground to purge the wounded monsters. "Mega Bubble," she tosses big bubbles at the groups of monsters. Her spells score hits and unleash a cluster of mini bubbles to overwhelm the monster reducing them to bloody messes.
"Awash with holy flames," Gene uses Prominence to conjure waves of golden flames to burn up the triceratops. "Trisagion," He gathers flames into his palm to make an orb of flames to it burn away a mutant monster to reduce away its twisted flesh and muscles leaving behind a burned pile of bones. "Megalodon," he tosses an orb of Almighty energy and blasts away groups of mutants.
One of the mutant triceratops charges at Rise as she puts up a barrier to block the tackle avoiding being speared by its big horns. Yosuke unleashed a surge of wind to blow away the group of dinosaurs into walls leaving big dents in their wake.
"Cleo, Dazzle Ray," Yu summons Cleopatra as she points her finger to send out several beams of light to strike the monsters and trigger instant kills wiping some of them out. "Gravity Well," Cleo casts a dome of gravity energy to crush anything inside the gravity dome.
"Holy Dance," Gene powers up his blade with Almighty energy to perform his physical-based Almighty attack to let out a rapid barrage of slashes along with his graceful movements to be behind a mutant demon dinosaur to fall apart in a bloody mess via Gene's skillful blade work and footwork.
"That should be all of them," Yu said as they head forward to feel a stinging feeling in their minds.
"So, you have come to seek me out. In the new world, I will be the new Mother Goddess and you will not be involved in this new world, my master has designed," Mother said in a low sinter voice.
"Designing a new word?" Rise questioned.
"I am not going to let that happen," Gene said.
"So, the angel reject has come for me. You are nothing more than a freak abandoned by your people. To be killed on sight due to your nature Nephilim," Mother said within their minds.
"I have feelings and hope for humans. You are nothing more than a tool for your master," Gene said deep down this is all true but he pushes forward.
"I will see reject. I have a final guard dog before you face me in the basement of the museum," Mother said to cut off the psychic link.
"Gee, what was that about?" Yosuke asked as Gene has a sad look on his face. "I will explain later, we need to deal with Mother," Gene said as he flies ahead to get knocked away by an unknown creature.
"Oh hey," Yosuke leaps up to grab him in mid-air to leap onto the floor holding him in a bridal style. "Now we are even," he said as Gene glows in the face.
"You are so cool sometimes," Gene said.
"Hey, you two. You can suck each other dicks later. We got this big boy to deal with," Rise said as they spot a huge mutant T-Rex which is a mix of flesh, bone, and scales. It lets out a low bellow which shakes their very cores.
"Goodness, his low bellow is worse than those roars in the movies," Yu said as his body is shaken for a moment to get tackled by the demonic T-Rex knocking him into a wall.
"Oh no you don't," Rise fires beams of water into the beast to distract away from her husband. "Come here big guy," Rise gets the beast to head for her as Yosuke and Gene swiftly slash into the face of the monster.
"Bright Lance," Gene casts down a barrage of light spears from the air to impale into the beast's thick hide. "Soften you up, Antichthon," Gene makes an orb of Almighty energy above his head and tosses it at the big monster unleashing a big explosion and shaking the whole building. The demonic T-Rex took damage and got weaker in terms of power, speed, and defense. "Cleanse," he unleashes flames of gold to burn into the weakened beast.
Yosuke is summoning a twister to slam into the beast and then leash out several blades of wind to crave onto the side of the monster. "Ishtar, Wild Thunder," Yu ordered as his Persona zapped the demonic T-Rex with Rise adding water onto the beast making it do even more damage.
"Antichthon," Gene tosses another Almighty spell to slam into the monster to weaken it further.
"That spell is crazy," Yosuke said.
"Yes, it's very useful. Doing damage while weakening the target with the second one hitting even harder than the last one," Gene said as he uses another Antichthon doing even more damage tanking the demonic zombie T-Rex's stats even more making it very vulnerable.
T-Rex leaps onto the floor to unleash a wave of energy to knock them all away. It lunges and grabs Yu with its huge maws trying to crush him but Yu is using his strength to hold back its powerful bite.
"Baby no," Rise said as Yu is holding on with the crushing bite force of the demon T-Rex making him struggle to hold up the jaw.
"Not lunch for you," Yu unleashes a wave of electricity to open the maws wide and lets him escape to use Thunderous Rend to tear into the hide of the monster. Ishtar uses her psychic powers to lift broken debris around them and tosses them like bullets to crash into the T-Rex. "Psycho Force," Ishtar explodes with a huge surge of psychic power to catch the monster in the energy wave to send it flying across the huge room.
It crashes onto the wall leaving a big dent behind as Yu binds the beast down with a Gravity Well via switching back to Cleo. "Judgement Light," Gene unleashes a deep glow of light from his body to target the beast to trigger an instant kill to wipe it out easily. "Gee, what a pain," Gene said.
"Come to me reject. You all will die by my own hands," Mother said.
"I have defeated people like you before," Gene said as they approach the underbelly of the museum which is covered with exhibits that have not been shown to the public yet.
"Gee this place looks so dusty here," Gene said as they go through the huge area to deep underground within the museum.
"So, you have come to your doom. I will gladly put you out of your misery reject. Your kind missed the chance to kill you, so I will finish the job," Mother said in a deep bellow within their minds.
They all look over to see a tall slender woman donning a white dress. "The Mother," Rise said as she is detecting something is happening with this woman.
"I am the Mother Goddess and I will remake this world," Mother is transforming becoming a horrific monster with her legs morphing into one long tail, her arms becoming elongated, her head turning into claws, her skin becomes ghostly white and her face twisted into a gross shape. She is still wearing the white dress formed around a disgusting mess of flesh and bone.
"Less of the goddess and more of a monster, let's go guys," Rise said as the three guys head off into the fight. Rise supports them via her singing voice to empower them to let them do the fighting. Mother felt the effects of Rise's Valor Song which is weakening her.
"Oh, this is distracting," Mother unleashes a wave of darkness to push the three guys backward. "Psychic Shock," Mother surges out bolts of psychic energy to strike all three guys. "Bloody Lance," she casts down a spear of darkness to strike nearby Yosuke to knock him down in a blast of darkness.
"Yosuke, Holy Dance," Gene gracefully uses his footwork to slash into the Mother with empowered Almighty energy into his Katar blades. "Rip and tear," Gene delivers swift multi-targeted slashes to make Mother back away.
"Damn it, you are stronger than you look," Mother said.
"My father was a warrior in heaven's army fighting scum like you. He taught me well," Gene said as he gets into a combat stance to show he is a hardened fighter. He resumes his attacks to toss Megalodon to cause big explosions which rocked the whole building.
Mother puts up a barrier to reduce the damage as she unleashes a horde of psychic bubbles to spread them all over the place trying to slow down their movements.
"Gee, so wild," Kouzeon said to protect Rise from the onslaught of psychic bubbles to put up a barrier to protect them from damage. "Keep going other me, we are going to slap this woman into a zapper where she belongs," she said.
Yu summons his Cybele to unleash rows of stony spikes to overwhelm the beastly woman to tear into her flesh. "Don't get closer or I will break you," Mother said as she lifts all the objects in the air to toss them at them along with Rise.
A barrage of objects is breaking down the barrier as Kouzeon breaks them down with her light and water spells. "Hey, suck on this hag. Aqua Laser," Rise unleashes a beam of water to slam into Mother to knock her into a wall denting it on impact.
Yu switches to Ishtar with them both using Thunder Reign to hit the monster woman with powerful lightning spells. Yosuke closes in and delivers powerful strikes via slashes and kicks. "Eat this," Yosuke unleashes a close-range powerful wind spell to blow her away.
"Antichthon," Gene tosses the Almighty Spell to score a major hit but weakened Mother further. "Holy Dance," he powers up his blades to deliver swift and deadly thrusts and cuts tearing into her body.
"Damn it, tougher than I thought with these guys," Mother said as she gets a call via a psychic link with Mako.
"Mother, your task is done. You gained enough Biomass to complete your mission while sowing chaos in Tokyo. Retreat for now," Mako said.
"As you wish, I will not be so nice next time we meet," Mother teleports out of there.
"Well, we managed to get rid of the hag. Let's check back with Idun and see if Kanami is okay," Rise said as they headed outside to see the blond-haired goddess tending to Kanami healing her wounds.
"Thank goodness, all of you are okay. I sense the Mother isn't there anymore," Idun said.
"Yep, she is gone for now. Goodness, so many people turned into goo leaving bones behind," Rise said.
"I will take Kanami to the car. I will be her guardian demon to protect her from this nonsense. If you need me, I will be in touch with you Rise," Idun said.
"Good to know, see you later and be careful," Yu said as Idun nodded her head to carry Kanami out of the museum to go back to the car. "We need to get out of here," Yu said as the four head outside with the cops starting to close the place off with them slipping away.
The four got to a place where they rest and far away from the action. "Gee, that was crazy. Mutant zoo animals and now zombie dinosaurs. This Mother is insane," Rise said.
"You are telling me," Yu said.
"These terrorist attacks are getting quite creative for the Lone Stars," Rise said.
"What madness," Yu said as the couple looked over to see Yosuke and Gene talking about what he is.
"So, Gene, you are an Otokonoko?" Yosuke asked as Gene nods his head.
"Yes, I am a Male Girl. I wanted to tell you about me being a guy but things keep happening. Sorry for not telling you sooner," Gene looking sad at this.
"It's okay, you did nothing wrong after what is happening with the Lone Stars. I can't blame you for hiding who you are," Yosuke said remembering Naoto dressing up as a boy in the past for her problems.
"I was so happy to see you are so sweet and kind to me. I needed to make sure you are not like the Lone Stars who will not tolerate who I am," Gene said as Yosuke has a flash of anger on his face.
"It's sickening. People want to live their lives and yet assholes like the Lone Stars think they can force people down a certain path like others in my life," Yosuke said.
"Yosuke," Gene said softly. "You know what I am, are you still willing to seek me out?" Gene asked as he noticed how close they are and how the way he touches him, which excites Gene very much. "I will not force you to be with me," he said.
"I still want you Gene. I had such bad luck with women in the past. Being pressured to get married to get a 'good woman' and getting kids. I am done being led around like a puppy; I need to forge my path. That path leads to you Gene, I want to date you for real," Yosuke said.
"Yosuke," Gene begins to shed tears of joy.
"Gene, don't cry. Not a good look for your pretty face," Yosuke said smooth-talking him as Gene's heart is swelling with happiness and longing.
"I am sorry but no one has been this nice to me before except my parents. I am so happy," Gene said to give him a big hug to follow with a sweet kiss. "Thank you so much," Gene said as Yosuke embraces him and returns the kiss.
"Wow, his lips are so soft and plump," Yosuke said as he is enjoying this, Yu looks on proudly with Rise cooing at this.
"So cute," Rise shouted making the two guys embarrassed.
"Can it," Yosuke said trying to act brave but Gene giggles at this.
"I am proud of you Yosuke, I don't the younger you would have the courage to do this," Yu said.
"I know what you mean partner. I was such an idiot back in those days. Making fun of Kanji like that when I deeply like Otokonoko aka feminine men. Quite the hypocrite right," Yosuke said as Gene kisses him on the cheek.
"Yeah, but you are not that anymore. That's what matters, you matured to become a man I deeply care for and want to be with," Gene said with his big blue eyes making Yosuke feel at ease with himself.
"Well good to know Yosuke got someone who he clicks with. We should go on more double dates later on," Rise said as Gene nods his head.
"Yes, that would be nice. Also, I want you all to come to Yosuke's house tomorrow. We need to talk about your Sensei Adi and her plans with the Cosmic Egg," Gene said as this caught them off guard.
"What about it?" Yu asked.
"She is not telling you the whole story about the Cosmic Egg. There is a reason why your other selves are not trying to seek it out or pretend it doesn't exist. For now, we should rest back home," Gene said.
"Okay, we should do that," Rise said as the three are having doubts about their mentor's path they are walking on to head back home to recover from the Lone Star terrorist attack on the museum.
