Chapter Forty-Seven
Fallen
On the upper floors of the Headquarters, the Ninjas had received the calls from the floors below that the Chicago Knights were in the building.
"What?! Impossible?"
"I fool you not! Those mutant animals are in the building and are tearing through the place like a hot knife through butter!"
"Then send more ninjas, send in the mutated ninja! The clones! Anything! Don't let them get up here!"
"Affirmative! We cannot let them escape alive! Nor reach the Masters! Not the prisoners!"
On the levels below the throne room, the ninjas had received the alerts of the Chicago Knights being in the building and were ready to attack.
"No matter what happens!" one ninja snarled "Do not let them pass!"
"Command confirmed!" another replied as they kept their eyes straight ahead, weapons drawn and ready.
Before long they heard noises on the other side of the door at the end of the hallway and they held their breaths ready to strike.
But then the door was broken off it's hinges and they saw several ninjas who had been on the other side thrown towards them covered in blood and they soon saw a mutant wolf, Shark Viper, Cheetah, and others run in all weapons drawn.
"Attack!" the Wolf howled, and the ninjas were soon overpowered by many other mutants that followed including a dragonfly, a gecko, grasshopper, chameleon, and iguana.
A couple of humans followed, a male and female.
The male brandished a couple of guns and the woman crouched with her mouth open and fangs bared.
"We're near the top level!" Jake cried as he took out his phone and sent a text.
'Ready to strike Big T! Do what you do best!'
Back in the throne room, the battle still raged as the Hamato clan continued to fight for their lives against the many ninjas, Shredder, Arashi, Hanako, Dr Arden, and the Venomous Five.
Raphael was still battling Hanako trying to get to his mate, Sensei, and two younger brothers and Pandora was trying to help as she swung her meteor hammer.
But Hanako was proving to be a tough opponent as she clashed her blades with Raphael's Sai as well as dodged Mr Swinger.
"I have observed you through all my battles against you turtle!" she spat at Raphael "And I know your every move!"
She clashed her blades again with Raphael and she managed to slash Raphael's arm as she did so.
Raphael yelled in pain, but he didn't lose focus as he fought against the woman.
Pandora meanwhile got frustrated as she was unable to get a good hit with Mr Swinger, so she wrapped up her weapon and decided to get up close and personal with her claws and tail blade.
"You bitch!" Pandora screamed as she leapt for Hanako who as she saw the hybrid did a backflip kicking Raphael back and turned to her.
Pandora slashed her claws, but Hanako avoided them and held up her blade to stop Pandora's tail blade.
"Filthy crossbreed!" Hanako spat as she pushed the tail blade away and before Pandora could counter with her claws, Hanako slashed her in the right side and across her face!
Pandora gasped in pain and fell grasping her side in pain.
"Pandora!" Raphael cried in fear as he saw his daughter go down, he then turned to Hanako.
"You fucking slag!" he screamed as he leapt for the woman who glared and brandished her blades again.
"You made a big mistake!" he roared "You kidnapped my daughter and niece, ambushed my family! Hurt my wife and child! Only one way this ends!" he gave a battle cry and leapt for Hanako and they both clashed their blades as they fought hard.
Meanwhile Pandora panted as she tried to take the pain of her wounds and she looked up to watch Hanako and her father fight.
She pushed herself up onto her hands and knees, yet the pain in her side spasmed as she did so.
Hanako slashed her blades again, but Raphael dodged and stabbed again with his sai.
"Missed bitch!" he jeered and tried to kick at her, but Hanako again moved out of the way and punched Raphael in the face.
"No!" Pandora cried out as she went for Hanako.
Raphael saw stars for a moment, but he shook it off and turned to Hanako who smirked then leapt for him before producing her kuni knife and before Raphael could realise what was going on, Hanako rammed the blade into his throat!
"Dad!" Pandora screamed as she stopped in her tracks seeing her father stabbed "No!"
Raphael gasped in shock as he felt the blade enter his throat, yet he could only gargle and blood erupted from his mouth.
Hanako smirked and pushed him away and the red masked turtle grabbed his throat as he gagged and gasped trying to breathe.
Tears fell from Pandora's eyes as she watched her father stagger as he held his throat and fell to the ground, dropping his sai as he did so.
"Daddy! Daddy!" Pandora screamed, trying to stand as she gripped her bleeding side as well as clawed her free hand as she glared at Hanako.
Leonardo also saw Raphael get stabbed in the throat and his eyes widened.
"Raph! No!" he screamed, and he clashed his blades against Arashi's to get him away so he could get to his brother, but Arashi smirked and pushed back with all his strength.
"You failed Leonardo!" he jeered "You failed and now your family will fall! And so will Kemeko! Dishonour!"
Leonardo glared as he saw red and roared as he clashed his katanas again against Arashi Finding strength to kill his foe with all his heart.
At the same time, Splinter, Donatello, and Michelangelo saw Raphael go down.
"My son!" Splinter cried out.
"Raph!" Michelangelo yelled in fear and anger, and he punched Cobra in the face before running towards Hanako, yet the woman turned around to the orange masked turtle and smirked.
"You bitch!" Michelangelo roared swinging his nun chucks, yet before he could strike, Hanako sheathed her blades and pulled out her crossbow.
Michelangelo gasped in shock, but he didn't have a chance to move before Hanako fired and three arrows hit the turtle in the left arm and shoulder, and he was thrown backwards onto his shell by the force of the arrows!
"Michelangelo!" Splinter shouted "NO!"
"Mikey!" Donatello yelled "No!"
"Uncle Mike!" Pandora screamed.
Leonardo was stunned as he saw his baby brother get shot down, and that gave Arashi the chance to slash him across the plastron then the legs making him fall!
"Ha!" Arashi smirked then kicked the blue masked turtle back onto his shell then he walked over and placed his foot on Leonardo's plastron.
"You lose!" Arashi gloated "You're finished! Along with your freak family!"
Leonardo gasped and looked up at Arashi as he saw the evil man point his Katana at his throat.
Kemeko saw her family go down as she fought, and she screamed in horror.
"NO!" she yelled and did a split kick against two ninjas that had come at her, and she started to run to them but as she did, Shredder appeared, and he slapped her hard across the face making her fall to the ground.
"Kemeko!" the young Asian girl heard many voices around her as she fell, and she looked around at the fallen ninja as well as her family, then up at the Shredder who stepped over to her.
"You traitorous little bitch!" he snarled as he brandished his spiked knuckle duster.
Kemeko gasped as she held her swollen cheek and tried to back away.
"No! No!" she tried to stand up, but her legs shook as she tried to get up.
"You turned against me! You lied to me! All to protect your wretched family!" Shredder snarled.
Kemeko glared up at Shredder.
"I won't deny it Oruko Saki!" she spat "Yes! I did lie! As a ninja would do so, to gain the trust of the enemy to save their loved ones! I would never join a Monster!"
Shredder gritted his teeth furiously.
"Save your family?" he spat "Look around! Your family have fallen! And now you are at my mercy!"
He gestured around the room at the fallen and bleeding ninja as well as the Hamato clan.

Leonardo cut and bleeding and held down by Arashi.
Raphael with his throat stabbed.
Her grandfather Splinter trying to keep the remaining Ninja the Venomous Five back from his fallen children yet failing in strength to keep going.
Pandora bleeding from the side and trying to keep standing and Michelangelo shot down with arrows.
Tears filled Kemeko's eyes as she saw her fallen family and it tore into her.
Since the day she was captured by the Foot and her family had been taken prisoner, she had vowed to do her best to save them and regain her honour, but now seeing them fall when she had tried to save them, she felt her heart shatter to pieces.
"No!" she thought as the tears fell like rivers "No! I failed them! No! No!"
She looked up at Shredder again as he stepped towards her, and he smirked at her.
"You've failed either way Kemeko!" he smirked "You've failed both in manipulating me and saving your family! You have nothing left! You have lost everything!"
Kemeko looked at her fallen family then up at Shredder, she glared at him through her tears, then drew her tanto.
"You took away my parents! You've spent years trying to kill my family, and take over New York, fighting for your own selfish reasons! No honour! No dignity! No Love!"
She looked at her family then at Leonardo who looked up at her.
"Kemeko?" he gasped "What are you doing?"
Kemeko sobbed as she looked at him.
"I love you daddy." She said "I love you so much! And I will restore honour! For all of us!"
She then turned to Shredder and glared.
"I was never Saki!" she spat "Never was! And Never will be! I was born a Hamato! And will die Hamato!" she screamed before lifting the tanto then she plunged it into her midsection!
As that happened, time seemed to stop!
Shredder looked on in horror, as did Arashi, Hanako and Dr Arden!
Leonardo as he watched he sat up and rolled away from Arashi and stood up despite his wounds.
"NO! Kemeko!" he screamed in horror and sorrow.
"My granddaughter!" Splinter shouted as he tried to leap for her but was grabbed by Nile Monitor.
Donatello and Michelangelo despite their wounds looked on in disbelief and horror.
Pandora screamed in grief.
"No! Kemeko!" she shouted as she tried to get to Kemeko, yet she fell onto her knees and fell near Raphael who was still holding his bleeding throat and gurgling in shock at what had happened.
"No! No!" she wept as her spirit broke seeing her cousin/honoured sister attempt seppuku along with seeing her parents and uncles fall under the hands of the Foot.
Shredder glared as he watched Kemeko go down and he stepped over the bodies of the fallen ninja towards her.
Kemeko gasped in pain as she fell on her knees, the tanto still within her yet she looked up at Shredder and glared despite the pain.
"I would rather die with my real family than join you!" she spat as blood erupted from her mouth and trickled down her chin "My family who love me and came here for me! And will love me for me! Unlike you! Fuck you!" she spat out blood and mucus.
Shredder looked furious and held up his spiked knuckle duster to bring down on Kemeko.
"So be it!" he snarled "You will die a dishonourable death for betraying me!"
He roared and held up his blades yet before he could bring down his fist the room began to shake, and a roar was heard around the outside and within….
So it has come to this...The Hamato Clan have fallen with serious injuries and Kemeko has decided to die with her family than fall in the hands of the Shredder...yet what was that rattle at the end? I think you can all guess!
Note: Hanako and Raphael's fight scene was inspired by the TMNT Comic series 'The Last Ronin' A dark but rather gripping comic! Do take the chance to read it when you can! I love it!
