Fate of Humanity (Yep this is the title of this story fic)
DISCLAIMER: The IS purge of society fanfiction story with some elements from Call of Duty and Battlefield series. Seriously I have a bit of trouble in which category I put this crossover fanfic as I going to include some characters in those FPS games.
If you read some IS fanfics purge of society or any kind of IS stories revolving around in purging the other gender because of some virus originated by them yada yada or whatnot that becomes pandemic and killed countless lives throughout the world then let's say I'll follow that kind of logic (but seriously I'm having a hard time involving some common sense in it).
SUMMARY CHAPTER: The Beginning Of All Hatred
Year 2035 when the first models of exoskeleton suits was created for the sole purpose of space exploration but a certain scientist from Japan turned it into a weapon that only females could gain access due to some unknown circumstances that could even trump the worlds strongest arsenals.
It's potentiality as strongest weapon was all proven when an incident occurred that almost triggered the third world war. Hundreds of nuclear arsenals launched in the skies by a terrorist hacker who manage to get access to the worlds supercomputer and insert a virus that infect all of networks. The only ones who stop those nukes was none other than this piloted exoskeleton weapons that later soon called as Infinite stratos (IS). Because of this incident the IS was now considered to be the humanity's super weapon and many countries started to create their own IS units. But this event has also cause to tipped the balance between genders.
IS becomes so famous after years passed and even held a sporting event for it that surpasses the Olympics in popularity.
Females becomes the superior sex since they are the ones who can use this weapons of mass destruction and as the society slowly making a changing turn. It's become an issue and a major problem between sexes that even the laws and governments started to favor them because of their importance. This opportunity leads to them to the forming of the united league of women among the governments that replace the united nations. The organization was so powerful in the whole world and holds the authority over IS makes them become the new leaders of this new era. For the first time females felt their dominance over males since the start of humanity's history that made them arrogant and impulsive and males becomes inferiors in this new age.
Until a terrifying event happened that almost brought humanity to become the most disgrace species in the entire planet, more disgraceful than the dinosaurs since they got extinct not by destroying themselves but by a natural event but humans...(seriously it's also happening in real life, global warming that causes natural disasters is a primary example and we know who cause this greenhouse effect) they became the architect of their own demise.
An unknown deadly virus suddenly spreads and becomes a pandemic throughout the world that already killed countless lives globally. Amidst of this chaos a certain blasted information spreads among the government. It claimed that the virus originated from males with some so called evidences being presented. It also got worse when they found out that the first infection was came from a man and they are the allegedly carriers of this disease. This rumors and news became the root cause of hatred of females towards men believing that they are the ones who spreads this plague and everything got messed up as the death toll continues to rising and the cure was not yet to be found.
Women being an emotionally driven and paranoid (sorry for all the woman if this words was so offended) than men has a tendency to make such drastic and wrong decisions, being pressured would lead to a regretful mistake. A decision that brought to the most darkest event in mankind's history that would make two great wars a child's play and Hitler's holocaust a joke in comparison.
The matriarchal organization of the world commenced a global extermination using IS in desperation to quell the pandemic due to lack of cure and catastrophe rising so they decided to eliminate they believed is the root cause of this fiasco, the men. Thousands of IS cores launches their attacks around the world killing every men on sight whether it is old, adult, child or infant all been slaughtered without remorse. Even women who sided with men was not spared and branded traitors for protecting this what they call filthy animals, and said animals must be slaughtered before they spread their filth. Men tried to fight back but they are all helpless against the power of IS and it became a one sided massacre. No military weaponry could penetrate this almost invincible foe. They manage to took some few but still only delaying their inevitable end. The carnage was happening around the world and men being hunted like animals tried their best to survive but majority of them perished by the hands of this monstrosities, the new embodiment of fear and death itself. The purge lasted 5 years and the male population reduced to 7 million.
The very reason they stop is when they found out that the virus was not originated from the male population. They also discovered that the false information that the virus came from men was a hoax and affront of a secret organization within their midst who mainly otracize men who wanted nothing but to wipe them out. A group of fascist or a cult females who bored a huge hatred towards men. When this information spreads out a massive public outburst was followed throughout the world. In response the world government issued a massive arrest of members of this group and with quick reaction and cooperation they manage to capture all of it's members. They faced trial and sentenced to be executed due to their transgressions of almost endangering humanity because of their selfish hatred.
Women after this huge predicament tried to reconcile with the men resistance forces but suddenly they all disappeared without a trace. The remaining males who survived this horrifying event went into hiding and no one knows where they are.
They tried to find them but their efforts are futile. Though the manage to find some men that are in hiding in some different places but only so few with only one male in a million of sands and never found the majority of them as if they just vanished in the faced of the earth.
Another five years have passed since the tragedy that everyone considered as the darkest years of humanity. So many things have change but the society rebuild itself once again and tried to move on. Though places in the whole world was littered with people once again but with a noticeable changes. Women are the only ones saw littering the streets and the presence of men was nowhere to be found. Even buildings and establishments was all replaced with woman like districts.
In Japan, a very rare scene was found. Inside a train a lone passenger was seeing looking with scowl and disgusts at the scenery in front of him. A boy in sixteen years of age with a black hair holding a bag while gazing at the island where the train his in was heading. An island where the academy he will attend is and will spent his next 3 years. Although he harbored huge hatred towards that place he still need to do this for the sake of his goal. When he thinks about it a small smirk was slowly forming on his mouth. He will fulfill it no matter what, and one of those are the first thing he desired first after he survived that hell 5 years ago.
VENGEANCE.

About the protagonist/antagonist well you already know who it is but I also have a protagonists of this story and I hope you'll like who it is (Hint: she is the antagonist in the Canon story and also related to him).
