Update

Hello everyone! Owen Chaser here once again! I apologize for the radio silence the past few days, but I had some prior commitments to deal with until this very moment. Now, I know that you all have been wondering about Cosmic Vlad, and I know that you have all been patiently waiting to see when Chronicles, or any of Vlad's other stories will be updated. In fact, I've been having a couple of people on Reddit who heard about the situation through the grapevine asking me about Vlad's situation. Well I have some good news, but also some bad news.

The good news? I have received word from another friend in Mexico on a possible lead as to what's happening and the probable cause. The entire south side of Mexico has been having power issues, and he believes that it is because of old infrastructure. I do not know if Vlad lives in that area, but if he does, then that means we can now be certain that he's okay, and that he WILL be back, but he's possibly just without power. So on that note, we can finally breathe a sigh of relief.

Now the bad news? Well…... .unfortunately this also means that until such a time that this matter is solved, Chronicles will continue its hiatus.

I know that some people have suggested that I can just write the next chapters solo until he returns, but there is one little issue. Considering that we were planning to start the final battles of Okeanos next chapter, and how much would have to go into it, that would be a near impossible task. The next few chapters we had planned are ones that would require us both, and I do not feel comfortable tackling them without one of my best friends.

I DID however ask another close friend of mine if he could help out, but unfortunately as of now scheduling conflicts have arisen, and will make the task impossible due to our conflicting schedules. I will definitely ask for Vlad's forgiveness when I tell him of this, but this was what I had to consider for the past couple of weeks.

I know that everyone is looking forward to when we come back, and I am too. But until I hear back from Vlad, I cannot in good conscience start the next step. Not when I know that he could be back.

But there is a silver lining to be found here, folks. And that is the fact that we COULD be back soon. It can be any day now that Vlad will contact me explaining everything. All I ask is that we all remain patient and continue to wait for him.

And when I do hear back from him, one of us, or both of us, will let you all know, and when that happens, we will return.

Now on another note, it has come to my attention that we have hit over 60k views! I cannot thank everyone enough for not only such an incredible milestone, but for all of your patience and understanding in all the chaos that's been happening these past few weeks.

Once again, thank you all so much for your support and understanding, and I promise when I hear back from Vlad, we will notify you all.
